Abstract

The Sari Roso snack market is one of the large MSME culinary delights in Selopuro District. In the midst of a lot of competition with similar products, the Sari Roso snack market has succeeded in achieving high sales. This is influenced by product quality, service quality, and price. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Sari Roso snack market. The population in this research are consumers who have purchased products at the Sari Roso snack market in Ploso Village. This research uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used an accidental sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 26 application. The results of this research show that together product quality, service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, partially product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Also, price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ohpolaroid.id merupakan bisnis di bidang kerajinan tangan yang telah berhasil memasarakan produknya melalui digital marketing dengan pemanfaatan media sosial. Di mana dulunya Ohpolaroid.id hanya dapat meraih penjualan dengan rata-rata Rp. 742.725 perbulannya, namun sekarang telah mampu meraih penjualan Rp. 15.902.625 perbulan, bahkan ketika ada event penting bisa meraih penjualan sampai Rp. 35.235.000 perbulan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa media sosial memiliki peran yang baik dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Tingginya hasil penjualan tersebut tentu tidak terlepas dari strategi pemasaran yang diterapakannya. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemasaran media sosial melalui strategi yang diterapkannya yang telah mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan Ohpoalroid.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Ohpolaroid.id mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial dengan menggunakan strategi konten yang menarik, selain itu juga menggunakan pemasaran seluler, dan menggunakan pemasaran affiliasi melalui kerja sama dengan influencer.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pariwisata, khususnya pariwisata religi, merupakan sektor yang mulai diminati oleh masyarakat akhir-akhir ini. Tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap sektor pariwisata tersebut dapat dipahami karena adanya trend budaya pamer foto/video di media sosial sebagai bentuk aktualisasi diri di dunia maya. Tingginya animo masyarakat terhadap sektor pariwisata ini, selain membawa dampak baik, seperti peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat setempat, ternyata juga membawa berbagai dampak buruk. Salah satu dampak buruk yang timbul adalah permasalahan sampah. Kementerian PUPR melalui Balai Litbang Perkim berupaya mengatasi masalah sampah dengan membangun TPS 3R di beberapa titik lokasi, salah satunya di Desa Wisata Gunungpring, Magelang. Setelah dibangunnya teknologi pengolah sampah seperti ini, tentu saja memerlukan pengelolaan dari lembaga setempat. Dalam hal ini pengelolaan teknologi TPS 3R diserahkan kepada KSM Berkah yang merupakan Bumdes di Desa Guunungpring. Setelah dikelola selama satu tahun, dilakukan upaya evaluasi untuk melihat keseuaian antara tujuan pembangunan dengan hasil di lapangan. Adapun hasil evaluasi menemukan bahwa ternyata masih ada beberapa ketidaksesuaian pengelolaan, mulai dari kualitas dan kuantitas tenaga pengelola, manajemen pengelolaan, manajemen keuangan, serta kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana dalam proses pengelolaan. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi; Pariwisata; Sampah; Kelembagaan; Pengelolaan; TPS3R. Abstract: Tourism, especially religious tourism, is a sector that has begun to be of interest to the public lately. The high public interest in the tourism sector can be implemented because of the cultural trend of photos/videos on social media as a form of self-actualization in cyberspace. The high public interest in the tourism sector, apart from having good impacts, such as an increase in the local community's economy, is also the impact of various bad impacts. One of the bad impacts that arise is the problem of waste. The PUPR Ministry through the Perkim Research and Development Center is trying to solve the waste problem by building 3R TPS in several locations, one of which is in Gunungpring Tourism Village, Magelang. After the development of waste processing technology like this, of course, it needs management from local institutions. In terms of technology management, TPS 3R is handed over to KSM Berkah, which is the Bumdes in Guunungpring Village. After being managed for one year, evaluation effort was made to see the alignment between development goals and results in the field. The results of the evaluation found that there were still some management mismatches, starting from the quality and quantity of management personnel, management, financial management, and the need for facilities and infrastructure in the management process. Abstract

Abstrak: Munculnya konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat (social empowerment) sebagai akibat dari kegagalan konsep pembangunan (development) yang pernah diterapkan sebelumnya di Indonesia (di masa orde baru) dan juga di negara-negara berkembang Asia lainnya. Konsep “pembangunan” yang dibawa oleh paradigma ekonomi neoklasik ini, begitu mendewakan industrialisasi dan mekanisme trickle down effect (efek rambatan) yang terbukti tidak mampu mensejahterakan masyarakat secara merata. Secara konseptual pemberdayaan masyarakat didefinisikan sebagai sebuah konsep pembangunan ekonomi yang merangkum nilai-nilai sosial. Konsep ini mencerminkan paradigma baru pembangunan, yakni bersifat people centered (berpusat pada manusia), participatory (partisipatif), empowering (memberdayakan), dan sustainable (berkelanjutan). Ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu konsep penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, sebab cukup banyak program pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi kreatif yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Paper ini membahas sacara teoritis konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, latar belakang munculnya konsep pemberdayaan masyarakat, teori-teori pemberdayaan masyarakat (teori ABCD (asset based community development) dan teori stakeholders), konsep peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat, konsep ekonomi kreatif, tipologi masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat, serta alur pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pembentukan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa). Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Masyarakat; Ekonomi Kreatif; BUMDesa; Peningkatan Ekonomi; Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat. Abstract: The emergence of the concept of community empowerment (social empowerment) as a result of the failure of the concept of development (development) that had been applied before in Indonesia (in the New Order era) and was applied in other Asian developing countries. The concept of "development" brought about by this neoclassical economic paradigm, so deified industrialization and the trickle-down effect mechanism, which has proven to be incapable of equitably prospering society. Conceptually, community empowerment is defined as a concept of economic development that encapsulates social values. This concept reflects the new paradigm of development, which is people-centered (human-centered), participatory (participatory), empowering (empowering), and sustainable (sustainable). The creative economy is one of the important concepts in community economic empowerment because quite a lot of community empowerment programs in the creative economy have succeeded in improving the community's economy. This paper discusses theoretically the concept of community empowerment, the background to the emergence of the concept of community empowerment, theories of community empowerment (ABCD theory (asset-based community development) and stakeholders theory), the concept of community economic improvement, the concept of the creative economy, typology of society in community empowerment, and the flow of community empowerment through the establishment of BUM Desa. Abstract

Abstrak: Kota Denpasar merupakan salah satu kota di Pulau Bali yang memiliki wisata pantai kawasan tropis Asia Tenggara dengan banyak kunjungan wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara. Salah satu objek wisata yang sering dikunjungi wisatawan asing saat berkunjung ke Kota Denpasar adalah pantai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis seberapa besar potensi wilayah pantai di Kota Denpasar dapat menerapkan konsep halal beach tourism dengan analisis strategi menggunakan matriks SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan interview, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan matriks EFAS dan IFAS melalui strategi analisis SWOT. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa matriks strategi analisis SWOT dengan koordinat +0,691 (internal) dan +0,559 (eksternal) berupa diagram I yang artinya mendukung pertumbuhan halal beach tourism dengan menggunakan peluang (O) dan kekuatan (S) atau strategi SO. Kata Kunci: Kota Denpasar; Halal Beach Tourism; Obyek Wisata Pantai; SWOT. Abstract: Denpasar is one of the cities on the island of Bali which has beach tourism in the tropical Southeast Asia region which has many domestic and foreign tourist visits. One of the tourist attractions that are often visited by foreign tourists when visiting Denpasar is the beach. This study aims to analyze how big the potential of coastal areas in Denpasar can be to apply the concept of halal beach tourism with strategy analysis using the SWOT matrix. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected using interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis using EFAS and IFAS matrices through a SWOT analysis strategy. The results show that the SWOT analysis strategy matrix with coordinates +0.691 (internal) and +0.559 (external) is in the form of diagram I, which means that it supports the growth of halal beach tourism by using opportunities (O) and strengths (S) or SO strategies. Abstrak: Data terbaru menunjukkan bahwa jumlah masyarakat Indonesia yang melakukan perjalanan ibadah umrah mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini memunculkan kerjasama di berbagai bidang, terutama pada bidang penerbangan. PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. yang menjadi pilihan utama bagi PPIU (Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Umrah) untuk memberangkatkan jemaah umrah. Namun ternyata PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. mengingkari komitmen kerjasama tersebut, dengan membuat mekanisme wholesaler untuk penjualan tiket penerbangan ibadah umrah melalui penujukan langsung yang tidak transparan, hanya kepada kelima wholesaler saja. Hal ini dipandang sebagai praktik diskriminasi terhadap PPIU lainnya dan tentu saja melanggar ketentuan hukum persaingan usaha pada Pasal 19 huruf d, karena melakukan penguasaan pasar dengan cara melakukan praktik diskriminasi. Selain itu mekanisme wholesaler penjualan tiket penerbangan ibadah umrah tersebut berdampak negatif terhadap pihak terkait yaitu, konsumen, biro dan agen perjalanan umrah lain, serta PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: Wholesaler; Tiket Penerbangan; Ibadah Umrah; Praktik Diskriminasi; PT. Garuda Indonesia. Abstract: The latest data shows that the number of Indonesians who travel for Umrah has increased significantly. This has led to cooperation in various fields, especially in the field of aviation. PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. is the main choice for PPIU (Umrah Worship Travel Organizer) to dispatch Umrah pilgrims. However, it turns out that PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. denying the commitment to cooperation, by establishing a wholesaler mechanism for the sale of flight tickets for Umrah pilgrimages through non-transparent direct appointments, only to the five wholesalers. This is seen as a discriminatory practice against other PPIUs and of course violates the provisions of the business competition law in Article 19 letter d, because it controls the market by practicing discrimination. In addition, the wholesaler mechanism for selling Umrah flight tickets has a negative impact on related parties, namely, consumers, other Umrah travel agents, and agents, as well as PT. Abstract

Negative difference between the fee for cesarean surgery services provided by the hospital and the tariff claimed by BPJS resulted in the hospital bearing the cost difference. This study aims to determine the level of inefficiency in cesarean surgery healthcare services through cost calculation using the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The subjects of this research were determined using purposive sampling approach, involving 5 informants as personnel in each cost pool. In-depth interviews and documentation of internal financial data were used as data collection techniques. The results of this study show the presence of inefficiency in the Accommodation cost pool and the Cleaning service cost pool. Inefficiency in cesarean surgery services can be determined after analyzing the utilization of capacity, which is the end result of cost calculation using the TDABC method. The stages of cost analysis using the TDABC method in this study include: 1) Identification of Cost Pools, 2) Identification of total costs for each cost pool, 3) Determination of practical capacity and capacity cost rate for each cost pool, 4) Determination of time estimates for each cost pool, 5) Cost calculation, and 6) Analysis of capacity utilization to determine the level of inefficiency by calculating the percentage of available capacity compared to idle capacity. The results of this study are expected to provide input regarding the optimization of idle capacity, cost efficiency, and improvement of healthcare service processes in the hospital.

Abstract

The development of business existence both in the field of goods and services, encourages new businesses to emerge. One of the growing businesses is the MUA service business. The mushrooming of MUA businesses in Indonesia has created quite tight market competition between business actors operating in the same field. So a special strategy is needed to win market competition. This study aims to determine Novi Ulvia MUA's marketing strategy in increasing sales turnover. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Novi Ulvia MUA was able to increase sales turnover and stabilize income with the 7P marketing mix strategy in the form of having a variety of make-up looks, the cosmetic products used are safe and have BPOM, using good quality cosmetic brands , provide affordable prices, have a variety of prices, provide cashback and discounts, easy to reach locations, have a large parking area, comfortable and clean gallery, carry out promotions through social media, word of mouth and wedding expo, owner has MUA BNSP certification , employees have superior quality human resources, conduct makeup training for employees, carry out a detailed process from preparing makeup tools to maintaining the quality of makeup until the event is over, have a photo album of previous makeup results with good quality makeup as a consumer reference, pay attention to the preparation dresses in the gallery so that they are always neat. The Marketing Mix strategy has proven to be able to increase Novi Ulvia MUA's sales.

Abstract

Marketplace merupakan sebuah platform yang bertindak sebagai perantara antara penjual dan pembeli untuk memproses transaksi produk secara online. Shopee merupakan salah satu marketplace yang paling banyak dikunjungi di Indonesia pada kuartal tiga tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi, dan ulasan produk secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui marketplace Shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen Bisnis Syariah angkatan 2019-2022 Universitas Islam Negeri Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung yang diambil dengan teknik non probability sampling tepatnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow sehingga didapatkan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F simultan dan uji T parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan ulasan produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk melalui marketplace Shopee. Sedangkan secara parsial harga, promosi, dan ulasan produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk melalui marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

The Religious Teachers Education Program is a forum for guidance that is held to provide debriefing and at a time increasing the mastery of the material of a religious teacher, especially in religious knowledge scope. Data analysis was carried out namely during the study and after the study was conducted. The results showed that the education program of the religious teachers was held every day at 16.00-17.00. The form of the implementation is the same as the teaching and learning process carried out in the classes usually. The method commonly used is the lecture and question and answer methods. And the study material covers 8 fields of science, which is ushūl sciences (the book of Jawẖaroh at-Tauẖīd), furu sciences (the book of Fatul al-Qarīb), tafsīr (the book of Tafsīr Jalalain), hadits (the book of Riyad as-Sholiẖīn), tools sciences (the book of Ibn Aqīl), the qushos sciences (the book of Daqoiqul Akhbar), Sufi sciences (the book of Bidāyatul Hidāyah), moral sciences (the book of Ta'līmul Muta'allīm and Uqudul Lujain). Constraints faced in the implementation of the Religious Teacher Education program on the development of Religious teachers competencies i.e. lack of interesting or willingness of the asatidz to consistently participate in the program with the excuse of being lazy or busy working, inadequate time, social activities such tahlilan. Efforts made in overcoming obstacles are by providing stabilization and convincing the asatidz of the importance of participating in the program of the education of the religious teachers to increase and expand mastery of the material to be delivered to his students. In addition, the madrasah head also provides allowances.
