Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategy implemented by BSI KCP Tulungagung in winning the banking industry market amidst the many other banking industries around it based on the theory put forward by Treacy and Wiersema namely Value Discipline with three main points including: Operational Excellence, Customer Intimacy, and Product Leadership . The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis approach with data sources obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. In-depth interviews were conducted with informants from BSI KCP Tulungagung Trade Center employees including leaders, customer service and customer business staff, and 3 customers. In addition, this research is also supported by secondary data sources from journals, previous studies, and BSI's 2021 Annual Financial Report. The results show that the value discipline strategy implemented by the BSI KCP Tulungagung Trade Center includes Operational Excellence including broadcasting products from savings to Funding according to customer needs, reliable service by providing the best solutions to customers' financial problems, and competitive prices with a margin of 2.22% and profit sharing of up to 25%, and avoiding problems with customers because they provide services according to SOP. Second, Product Leadership includes offering products with cross selling and always innovating to suit market needs. Third is Customer Intimacy. This strategy includes two types, namely tangible and intangible which are implemented in order to establish close relationships with customers. BSI KCP Tulungagung Trade Center focuses on one value discipline, namely Customer Intimacy because customers are the main factor in the success of a bank.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemiskinan dan kesenjangan sosial sampai saat ini masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali pada masyarakat berusia lanjut di daerah terpencil. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengangkat isu mengenai masyarakat lanjut usia yang mengalami ketidakadilan di bidang sosial-ekonomi di daerah terpencil yaitu di Cilincing, Timur Tengah Selatan dan Gorontalo. Teori yang penulis gunakan adalah teori dari Rawls tentang teori kontrak atau sering disebut dengan The Original Position. Selanjutnya penulis juga menggunakan teori pembangunan menurut Meter dan Horn, mereka membagi lima variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi dari pembangunan sosial yaitu (1) Standar dan sasaran kebijakan (2) Sumber daya (3) Komunikasi antar anggota dan penguatan aktivasi (4) Karakteristik agen pelaksana dan (5) Kondisi Sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data studi literatur. Adapun penyebab permasalahan kemiskinan dan keenjangan sosial dikalangan masyarakat berusia lanjut meliputi keterpencilan dan keterbelakangan, keterbatasan kemampuan mengakses berbagai pelayanan sosial dasar karena ketunaan sosial, kecacatan, keterlantaran, keresahan sosial, serta konflik sosial. Permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial-ekonomi sampai saat ini masih diwarnai dengan permasalahan-permasalahan yang sifatnya konvensional dan perlu ditangani secara bersama antara pemerintah, masyarakat, organisasi sosial, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kesenjangan Sosial, Kemiskinan, Ageing Household, Kesejahteraan Abstract: Poverty and social inequality are still a problem in Indonesia, including the elderly in remote areas. In this study, the authors raise the issue of elderly people who experience injustice in the socio-economic field in remote areas, namely in Cilincing, South Middle East and Gorontalo. The theory that the writer uses is Rawls's theory of contract theory or often called The Original Position. Furthermore, the authors also use development theory according to Meter and Horn, they divide five variables that influence the implementation of social development, namely (1) Policy standards and objectives (2) Resources (3) Communication between members and strengthening activation (4) Characteristics of implementing agents and (5) Social, economic and political conditions. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of literature studies. The causes of the problem of poverty and social inequality among the elderly include remoteness and underdevelopment, limited ability to access various basic social services due to social disability, disability, neglect, social unrest, and social conflict. Socio-economic welfare problems are still characterized by problems that are conventional in nature and need to be handled jointly by the government, the community, social organizations and non-governmental organizations. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of CSR in Pertamina Rewulu TBBM. Pertamina Rewulu TBBM is located in the village of Agromulyo, Kec Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The research method used is qualitative. The results showed that there was a form of community empowerment around Pertamina Rewulu TBBM, namely the presence of superior herbal medicine products. This empowerment program involves the community. The main target of this empowerment program are women producers and sellers of herbal medicine who are also members of the herbal medicine group Seruni Putih and JHM.

Abstract

Social transformation refers to significant changes in the institutions, social norms, and values embedded in society. This change occurs over a long period and impacts the emergence of new social, economic, and political patterns in a community. Istana Maimoon, located in Medan, the capital city of North Sumatra Province, is an example of the social transformation that occurs in the midst of society. The palace is a historical landmark and the legacy of the Deli Sultane, one of the most magnificent palaces still standing in Indonesia. The purpose of social transformation, as noted by Appiah-Kubi, is to create a more just, sustainable society that fulfills the needs and aspirations of all members. Built-in 1888, Istana Maimoon was designed by an Italian architect and dominated by the typical Malay Yellow color. It covers an area of 2,772 square meters and consists of two floors divided into three parts: the main building, the left wing, and the right wing. The palace is influenced by European culture, as seen in the crystal lamps and furniture such as chairs, tables, and wardrobes, while the influence of Islamic.Culture is evident in the curved shapes on some parts of the palace’s roof. The palace’s architecture also features Dutch and Spanish styles, such as wide and tall doors and windows. In front of the palace stands the Masjid Al Maksum or the Great Mosque of Medan. Istana Maimoon is governed by a Deli Sultan who holds a monarchical system of governance. Currently, the Deli Sultanate is ruled by Sultan Mahmud Lamanjiji Perkasa Alam, the XIV Sultan of Deli who has been in power since 2005. Over time, Istana Maimoon has undergone transformations, adapting to the changing times, yet still maintaining its historical and cultural significance.Transformasi social merujuk pada perubahan signifikan dalam institusi, norma social, dan nilai yang tertanam dalam masyarakat. Perubahan ini terjadi dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan berdampak pada munculnya pola-pola social, ekonomi, dan politik yang baru disebuah komunitas. Istana Maimoon, yang terletak di Medan, Ibu Kota Provinsi Sumatera Utara, adalah contoh dari transformasi social yang terjadi di tengah Masyarakat. Transformasi social merujuk pada perubahan signifikan dalam institusi, norma social, dan nilai yang tertanam dalam masyarakat. Perubahan ini terjadi dalam jangka waktu yang lama dan berdampak pada munculnya pola-pola social, ekonomi, dan politik yang baru disebuah komunitas. Istana maimoon, yang terletak di Medan, ibu kota Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah contoh dari transformasi social yang terjadi di tengah Masyarakat. Istanan ini merupakan landmark sejarah dan warisan Kesultanan Deli merupakan salah satu istana paling megah yang masih berdiri di Indonesia.Tujuan dari transformasi sosial, seperti yang dicatat oleh Appiah-Kubi, adalah untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil, lestari, dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan aspirasi semua anggotanya. Dibangun pada tahun 1888, Istana Maimoon dirancang oleh seorang arsitek Italia dan didominasi oleh warna kuning khas Melayu. Istana ini mencakup luas area 2.772 meter persegi dan terdiri dari dua lantai yang terbagi menjadi tiga bagian: bangunan utama, sayap kiri, dan sayap kanan. Istana ini dipengaruhi oleh budaya Eropa, seperti yang terlihat pada lampu kristal dan perabotan seperti kursi, meja, dan lemari, sementara pengaruh budaya Islam terlihat pada bentuk-bentuk melengkung pada beberapa bagian atap istana. Arsitektur istana juga menampilkan gaya Belanda dan Spanyol, seperti pintu dan jendela yang lebar dan tinggi. Di depan istana terdapat Masjid Al Maksum atau Masjid Agung Medan. Istana Maimoon diperintah oleh seorang Sultan Deli yang memiliki sistem pemerintahan monarki. Saat ini, Kesultanan Deli diperintah oleh Sultan Mahmud Lamanjiji Perkasa Alam, XIV Sultan Deli yang telah berkuasa sejak tahun 2005. Seiring waktu, Istana Maimoon telah mengalami transformasi, beradaptasi dengan perubahan zaman, namun tetap mempertahankan makna sejarah dan budayanya.

Abstract

This research examines the participation and strategies of the women's community in Laksamana Village in developing UPPKA (Acceptor Family Income Increase Program) Kartika Berlian. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection used in-depth interview techniques on 15 subjects consisting of UPPKA members, Kampung KB cadres, BKKBN assistants, village staff, and sponsor company field facilitators. The analysis was done by reducing the data, categorizing it into relevant topics, presenting it in narrative descriptions, and formulating conclusions. The results showed that UPPKA Kartika Berlian became a forum for the women's community in Laksamana Village to actualize themselves, meet their daily needs, and even encourage the wheels of the economy to replace the role of men. The strategy to support this effort is establishing partnerships with various stakeholders such as government agencies, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and private companies to obtain financial assistance, infrastructure development, skills training, and various outreach activities.

Abstract

Masker Camille Beauty merupakan salah satu produk masker terlaris di e-ecommers. Masker ini memiliki enam varian yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kesehatan kulit konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana content marketing aplikasi TikTok, online customer review, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Camille Beauty. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan memiliki jumlah sampel sebanyak 382 yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenis sampling purposive. Teknik analisis dan pengujian data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunkan uji t serta uji f. Dalam menganalisis dan menguji data menggunakan software SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) content maketing aplikasi TikTok, online customer review, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Camille Beauty. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji f) content maketing aplikasi TikTok, online customer review, dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Camille Beauty.

Abstract

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments have made it easy for business people to do business. One of them is with digital marketing or better known as digital marketing. Digital marketing is one of the methods used by someone to maintain or increase consumers and market share in today's global era. There are many social media platforms and marketplaces that can be used to market a product such as the Shopee Marketplace which has various features, one of which is Shopee Live Streaming. Shopee Live is a feature on the shopee platform that allows sellers to create live streaming sessions selling their stores and products in real time. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies using the Shopee live streaming feature as a promotional medium to increase consumer appeal. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that the marketing strategy of using the Shopee live streaming feature as a promotional medium to increase consumer appeal has been successfully carried out with several strategies such as display products live, using good and clear video backgrounds and lighting, holding discounts and give aways, using property or an attractive background so that viewers are interested in seeing the shopee live streaming displayed, using an attractive profile, title, and appearance, so that the audience is interested in entering the shopee live streaming room, always pay attention to the layout of the camera and good products, because if the layout messy cameras and products will make viewers or buyers uncomfortable watching live streaming.

Abstract

Negative difference between the fee for cesarean surgery services provided by the hospital and the tariff claimed by BPJS resulted in the hospital bearing the cost difference. This study aims to determine the level of inefficiency in cesarean surgery healthcare services through cost calculation using the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The subjects of this research were determined using purposive sampling approach, involving 5 informants as personnel in each cost pool. In-depth interviews and documentation of internal financial data were used as data collection techniques. The results of this study show the presence of inefficiency in the Accommodation cost pool and the Cleaning service cost pool. Inefficiency in cesarean surgery services can be determined after analyzing the utilization of capacity, which is the end result of cost calculation using the TDABC method. The stages of cost analysis using the TDABC method in this study include: 1) Identification of Cost Pools, 2) Identification of total costs for each cost pool, 3) Determination of practical capacity and capacity cost rate for each cost pool, 4) Determination of time estimates for each cost pool, 5) Cost calculation, and 6) Analysis of capacity utilization to determine the level of inefficiency by calculating the percentage of available capacity compared to idle capacity. The results of this study are expected to provide input regarding the optimization of idle capacity, cost efficiency, and improvement of healthcare service processes in the hospital.

Abstract

The Sari Roso snack market is one of the large MSME culinary delights in Selopuro District. In the midst of a lot of competition with similar products, the Sari Roso snack market has succeeded in achieving high sales. This is influenced by product quality, service quality, and price. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, service quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Sari Roso snack market. The population in this research are consumers who have purchased products at the Sari Roso snack market in Ploso Village. This research uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research used an accidental sampling technique with 100 respondents. Data analysis used multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS statistics 26 application. The results of this research show that together product quality, service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Then, partially product quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Also, price has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Ohpolaroid.id merupakan bisnis di bidang kerajinan tangan yang telah berhasil memasarakan produknya melalui digital marketing dengan pemanfaatan media sosial. Di mana dulunya Ohpolaroid.id hanya dapat meraih penjualan dengan rata-rata Rp. 742.725 perbulannya, namun sekarang telah mampu meraih penjualan Rp. 15.902.625 perbulan, bahkan ketika ada event penting bisa meraih penjualan sampai Rp. 35.235.000 perbulan. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa media sosial memiliki peran yang baik dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Tingginya hasil penjualan tersebut tentu tidak terlepas dari strategi pemasaran yang diterapakannya. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemasaran media sosial melalui strategi yang diterapkannya yang telah mampu meningkatkan volume penjualan Ohpoalroid.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Ohpolaroid.id mengoptimalkan penggunaan media sosial dengan menggunakan strategi konten yang menarik, selain itu juga menggunakan pemasaran seluler, dan menggunakan pemasaran affiliasi melalui kerja sama dengan influencer.
