Abstract

Discipline in the learning process is an important thing and is the focus of attention for schools in an effort to improve it, therefore the school must be able to raise awareness for students to be able to behave disciplined well. The purpose of this study is to determine the guidance and counseling management strategy at SMK NU Tasikmalaya City, in an effort to improve student discipline at school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data sources obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are 1) The guidance and counseling management strategy carried out at SMK NU Tasikmalaya City is to plan the annual work program, organize the process of grouping all tasks, responsibilities and authorities, supervise the implementation of guidance and counseling services, and evaluate each performance of guidance and counseling services, 2) Improving student discipline at SMK NU Tasikmalaya City, namely teachers enforce rules both in and outside the classroom, punish students who commit violations based on the violation points listed, 3) The guidance and counseling management strategy in improving student discipline carried out at SMK NU Tasikmalaya City includes providing basic services, responsive services, individual planning services, and individual planning service strategies, and 4) the obstacles faced by schools in improving student discipline are in the level of dress discipline, school policies, student attendance and home visits.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Community Service Program is implemented in the form of synergistic collaboration between the Surabaya Ministry of Health Polytechnic and the Surabaya City Health Service and the Kenjeran Community Health Center as partners that are oriented towards community independence, especially the psychologist community in the implementation of the use of the GDV Camera Aura Detection Tool for Psychologists in Treatment. Cases of Mental/Psychological Health Disorders Due to Domestic Violence in the Surabaya City Area. In connection with the increasing number of cases of mental/psychological disorders due to domestic violence in the Surabaya City area, the limited number of personnel and diagnostic tools has resulted in a lack of treatment for these patients, which has an impact on disrupting the health service system for patients. Mental health, which is a mental or psychological disorder, is still a concern for the Indonesian government at this time. In 2018, as many as 282,654 household members or 0.67 percent of the population in Indonesia experienced mental disorders. Meanwhile, mental disorders due to domestic violence in the city of Surabaya in 2015 amounted to 46.42%, in 2016 the percentage was 46.15%, and in 2017 the percentage was 50%. During the Covid 19 pandemic (2020-2021), 355 women experienced psychological violence. This Community Service activity is an application of several studies in accordance with the road map research that has been carried out by the team leader, including regarding analysis of aura detection with an EEG tool in 2016 which proves that the recorded results of the aura detection tool with EEG results in 2 conditions Psychologically there are differences. On Indonesian Journal of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Vol. 31, No. 1, July 2023, pp. 553~561 ISSN: 2502-4752 (Scopus Q3) by title ”Aura Detection Using Thermal Camera with Convolutional Neural Network Method for Mental Health Diagnosis” The results obtained from this community service activity were the implementation of socialization and assistance regarding psychological condition examinations using aura detection technology for doctors, psychologists and nurses at partner health centers; Psychological conditions were identified in 6 patients, namely 2 were domestic violence cases and 4 were members of the general public.

Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory disease of the airways that causes recurrent episodes of wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness and coughing. The partners in this study face the problem that tofu factories in their area use plastic waste as fuel, which can aggravate respiratory conditions. In addition, the partners need more knowledge about the clear signs of asthma attacks, asthma symptom control and risk factors for asthma patients. The solution provided through the Community Service Programme with the PKM (Student Creativity Programme) scheme is to measure lung volumes using an IoT-based telemedicine device, specifically a spirometry tool that can be used with an Android mobile phone. In addition, partners will receive support to improve their knowledge, skills and attitudes in the management of asthma exacerbations. The implementation method includes providing health education on asthma, clear signs of asthma attacks, asthma symptom control and risk factors for asthma patients, as well as self-management skills for asthma patients and efforts to monitor asthma signs and symptoms. Lung capacity is measured using a spirometry device connected to an Android mobile phone for direct measurement by health workers. The results of the community service show an increase in respondents' knowledge about asthma after a lecture intervention. This was tested using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, which showed a statistically significant increase in scores from pre-test to post-test. All changes were positive, indicating the effectiveness of the learning methods used. Spirometry measurements showed that the respondents' lungs were functioning well without significant airway obstruction, indicating that the intervention was successful in increasing knowledge about asthma and asthma control

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh meluasnya pandemi Covid-19 diberbagai negara khususnya di Makassar yang memberikan dampak buruk terhadap tatanan negara. Dampak tersebut meliputi bidang ekonomi, pendidikan, kesehatan, sosial dan keagamaan. Dalam penanganan dampak covid-19 dibutuhkan kerjasama pemerintah dengan elemen masyarakat terutama lembaga pengelola zakat sebagai lembaga pengelola dana sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana sistem pendistribusian zakat pada Bazans Kota Makassar serta implikasi zakat Bazans Kota Makassar terhadap Mayarakat terdampak Pandemi Covid-19 Perspektif Maqashid Syariah. Dalam penelitian ini. Peneliti menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomelogis dan maqashid syariah. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Baznas sebagai solusi kepada masyarakat yang dalam situasi sulit sehingga perekonomian Mustahik (penerima zakat) di masa pandemi bisa tertolong. Adapun kontribusi Baznas terhadap penaggulangan masyarakat terdampak pandemi covid-19 tidak terlalu besar karena untuk program-program yang Baznas bentuk sudah dilakukan sebelum pandemi.

Abstract

This article attempts to explain why the issue of sex change is still an important discussion topic in Islam. The phenomenon of transwomen and transmen is judged unilaterally on the basis of religious, cultural, and socio-religious doctrines. This study aims to be able to look further at the research gap from the previous studies by looking at the reception of transwomen and transmen in the view of Islamic family law as well as to discover the factors that have caused gender reassignment among transwomen and transmen. This paper has discovered that transwomen and transmen have suffered a stigma from religion and in society, and this stigma has been influenced by various economic, political, and religious, doctrinal interests. However, at the same time, there are cases that show religious legitimacy allows someone to change their gender. This research has been conducted using the literature study approach to investigate the reception of transwomen and transmen from the perspective of Islamic family law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok Dimediasi Lingkungan Kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur, dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 97. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat pengaruh signifikan efektivitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan beban kerja  terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan reformasi birokrasi terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan efektivitas kerja terhadap lingkungan kerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Terdapat pengaruh tidak signifikan beban kerja  terhadap lingkungan kerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan reformasi birokrasi terhadap lingkungan kerja pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Lingkungan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh efektivitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Lingkungan kerja belum mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja  terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok. Lingkungan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh reformasi birokrasi  terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Solok.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test how much influence Competency and Curriculum have on the Quality of Graduates with Intervening variable training at the Darussalam Pinagar Islamic Boarding School, West Pasaman Regency. The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using SMARTPLS 3. The research results show that competency has a positive and significant effect on training. The curriculum has a positive and significant effect on training. Competency has an insignificant positive effect on the quality of graduates. The curriculum has a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates. Training does not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of graduates. Training does not mediate the influence of competency on the quality of graduates. Training does not mediate the influence of the curriculum on the quality of graduates. The contribution of the independent variables Competency, Curriculum and Training to the dependent variable Graduate Quality is 81.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

In improving the products of the “Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) in society 5.0, the use of social media is very important. One digital marketing solution that can be utilized by UMKM in Kalisalam Village is the Maxim expedition service. The aim of this research is to educate UMKM players regarding the importance of digital marketing and the application of creating sales websites on the Maxim application. The subjects of service are UMKM in Kalisalam Village, totaling 15 MSME. The method used is qualitative descriptive so that the results obtained are an introduction to digital marketing for UMKM players in Kalisalam Village starting from data collection on UMKM in Kalisalam Village, the process of implementing socialization and procedures for creating a sales website on the Maxim application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel intervening pada kantor DPRD Dharmasraya Kabupaten Sumatera Barat Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Dengan mengedarkan kuesioner sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan  signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifkan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja pegawai  melalui komitmen organisasi.
