Abstract

Abstrak Pembinaan akhlak yang diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi, bimbingan, pemahaman, kemampuan dan penghayatan terhadap akhlak baik sehingga dapat diwujudkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai bekal iman dan taqwa kepada Allah SWT. Dengan Pendidikan Agama Islam, seorang guru bisa lebih mudah menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman kepada anak, sebab dalam materi pembelajaran yang diajarkan sehari-hari telah mengandung nilai-nilai positif yang mengarahkan anak kepada arah yang lebih baik. Abstract

Orang dengan gangguan jiwa atau sering disebut ODGJ adalah orang dengan gangguan pikiran, perilaku, dan perasaan dalam bentuk sekumpulan gejala atau perubahan perilaku. Harga diri rendah merupakan perasaan negatif terhadap dirinya sendiri yang menyebabkan kehilangan rasa percaya diri, pesimis, dan tidak berharga dalam kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran implementasi terapi afirmasi positif untuk menurunkan tingkat depresi dan meningkatkan harga diri rendah. Desain Studi kasus yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasikan tentang implementasi penerapan terapi afirmasi positif pada pasien dengan gangguan konsep diri:harga diri rendah, dan adapun subyek penelitian yang akan diteliti berjumlah 1 pasien yakni pasien dengan masalah harga diri rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terapi afirmasi positif pada pasien dengan masalah gangguan konsep diri:harga diri rendah adalah pasien sudah menunjukkan penurunan tingkat depresi dan meningkatnya harga diri rendah. Pasien dengan masalah gangguan konsep diri: harga diri rendah mampu melakukan terapi afirmasi positif dengan baik.

Abstract

The community service program conducted by Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya aimed to address the problems associated with equipment maintenance at the Randegansari Husada Hospital, focusing on its centrifuge equipment in the laboratory. The program included counseling and provided practical assistance to the hospital staff, preparing them with the knowledge and skills for the proper maintenance of equipment. Activities covered recording the specification data of the centrifuge units, damage detection, performance improvement using a preventive maintenance program, and performance testing using a digital tachometer. The calibration process also proved a centrifuge relative error of 1.37% at 3000 RPM within the acceptable error limit of 10%. Verification in time, at 300 seconds, resulted in a relative error of 4.89%, also within acceptable limits. Such efforts go a step further to ensure that the centrifuge works well in contributing toward better diagnostic accuracies. The program took a portion of this staffing challenge when it embarked on the training of a medical laboratory technician, insisting that improved and sustained equipment reliability meant improved health service delivery. These would then increase at the hospital to limit malfunctioning of equipment for overall quality care

Abstract

Pertanian merupakan peran penting dalam ketahanan pangan, terutama sebagai negara agraris dengan populasi yang terus meningkat. Dalam menghadapi tantangan pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan yang berkelanjutan, teknologi pertanian modern seperti hidroponik menjadi solusi potensial. Hidroponik adalah metode budidaya tanaman yang menggunakan air berisi nutrisi sebagai media tumbuh, tanpa menggunakan tanah. Program KKN Universitas Palangka Raya bekerja sama dengan Tim Majafloba berfokus pada pemulihan tanaman hidroponik di Desa Palu Rejo, Kalimantan Tengah. Tujuan program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas lokal dalam mengelola tanaman hidroponik. Melalui kegiatan gotong royong, pembenahan instalasi air, dan pembibitan tanaman hidroponik, program ini berhasil menghidupkan Kembali tanaman hidroponik yang sebelumnya tidak terawat. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara mahasiswa dan kelompok masyarakat (Majafloba) dapat membantu meningkatkan produksi pangan dan memperkuat kapasitas lokal.

Abstract

Lichen merupakan salah salah satu anggota dari tumbuhan tingkat rendah yang belum mendapatkan perhatian secara maksimal seperti anggota yang lainnya. Organisme ini sebenarnya merupakan kumpulan antara fungi dan alga tertentu, sehingga dari segi morfologi dan fisiologi merupakan suatu kesatuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis lichen di perkebunan kakao Desa Sejahtera Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi 2) menentukan tingkat keanekaragaman jenis lichen di perkebunan kakao Desa Sejahtera Kecamatan Palolo Kabupaten Sigi 3) menyusun penuntun praktikum tentang keanekaragaman jenis lichen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah lichen yang ditemukan 25 jenis yang terdiri atas 5 kelas, 9 bangsa, 10 suku, dan 14 marga yang terbagi atas tiga kelompok yang berdasarkan tipe talus crustose, foliose dan froticose. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis lichen dapat dilihat pada nilai H’ = 1,787 termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sehingga keanekaragaman jenis lichen masih dalam keadaan seimbang atau masih dalam keadaan stabil. Hasil penilaian penuntun praktikum oleh ahli isi sebesar 75,55% termasuk kategori layak, ahli desain sebesar 82,67% kategori sangat layak, ahli media sebesar 88,57% kategori sangat layak. Penilaian penuntun praktikum oleh mahasiswa sebesar 85,19% kategori sangat layak digunakan. Hasil validasi ini diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,99%, menunjukkan bahwa sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar.

Abstract

Effective learning planning requires information on the obstacles to learning a given concept that students experience to create a learning flow that matches the students’ characters, including in the learning of the concepts of relations and functions. The research aims to determine the learning obstacles (LOs) that students experience in learning the concepts of relations and functions as per the criteria of the theory of didactic situations (TDS). Employing the case study method, this qualitative research was conducted with subjects that included 19 prospective teacher students who had taken a diagnostic test and participated in in-depth interviews. An analysis was conducted based on three TDS criteria, namely action, formulation, and validation. The results revealed two types of LOs that students experienced in learning the concepts of relations and functions: 1) ontogenic obstacles and 2) epistemological obstacles. The first type of obstacles included 1a) the inability to properly understand the definition of the intersection of two relations, referred to as conceptual ontogenic obstacle, and 1b) the inability to relate the concept of relations in drawing a Hasse diagram, referred to as instrumental ontogenic obstacle. Meanwhile, the second type included 2a) the difficulty in expressing relations in the forms of mapping diagrams and graphs, 2b) the difficulty in determining the range of ​​a function, 2c) the difficulty in identifying relations which are also functions, 2d) the inability to represent relations in the forms of mapping diagrams, and 2e) the inability to write a function as a set of ordered pairs. It is recommended that these LO findings be taken into consideration in designing learning tools.

Abstract

Penelitian terapan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerapan MPG untuk pelajaran matematika di kelas X SMA Negeri 8 Palembang, di tinjau dari ketuntasan belajar yang dicapai setelah mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan MPG, keaktifan siswa selama di terapkan MPG, sikap terhadap penerapan MPG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan (applied research) dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dan survey. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes, angket serta wawancara . Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data statistik persentase skor serta tabel keefektifan penerapan model. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa keefektifan penerapan MPG untuk pelajaran matematika dikelas X SMA Negeri 8 Palembang yang ditinjau dari aktivitas siswa, ketuntasan belajar serta sikap siswa terhadap penerapan MPG adalah 76.32 % dengan kategori ”Efektif” , dengan rincian keaktifan siswa selama diterapkan MPG tergolong sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase skor 81.8% dan ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal mencapai 76.32%, serta Sikap siswa terhadap penerapan MPG tergolong positif dengan rata-rata persentase skor 76.5%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource recruitment planning to improve the quality of banking services at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. This research uses interviews with employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk to gather information regarding human resource planning, recruitment processes, and the factors affecting the quality of human resources within the company. The results of the study indicate that a well-structured human resource planning process is crucial for the company to meet the staffing needs of vacant positions. The recruitment process at Bank BRI involves several stages, including job analysis, selection, interviews, psychological tests, and medical exams. Additionally, the company utilizes both internal and external recruitment sources to obtain qualified labor. The main challenge in human resource management is the varying educational backgrounds of employees, which are not always focused on economics or banking, posing a challenge to increasing productivity and banking-related knowledge. As a solution, Bank BRI provides training and development programs to enhance employee competencies in banking. With a structured and effective recruitment plan, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk can build a competent workforce, ultimately leading to improved service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The swift advancement of worldwide education necessitates the enhancement of Education Management quality to guarantee educational standards, particularly in Papua, which faces geographical obstacles and infrastructural limitations. This service seeks to enhance the quality of Education Management in Papua by fortifying the leadership of school principals and executing strategic planning tailored to local conditions. Papua confronts significant obstacles in education, including inadequate infrastructure and accessibility, although the existing special autonomy legislation. This program, conducted from November 4-7, 2024, in Jayapura, engaged administrators, teachers, and educational staff in an interactive training encompassing theory, discussion, practice, and mentoring. Effectively enhance participants' knowledge and skills in formulating school strategic planning, while also inspiring them to execute the strategy. Participants expressed considerable satisfaction with the materials and methodologies employed; nevertheless, suggestions were made to extend the time of the question-and-answer session and enhance the utilisation of technology in the training process. The significance of this service indicates that enhancing educational quality in Papua is largely contingent upon fortifying the role of school principals as strategic leaders. By use of organised training and mentorship, school principals can more efficiently formulate and execute strategic planning that addresses local need.

Abstract

This article discusses the strategic role of Christian Religious Education (PAK) based on practical theology in shaping students' discipline and spirituality amidst the current of globalization and moral crisis. Religious education is not only understood as doctrinal teaching, but as a process of life transformation that touches on cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library study method, analyzing various theological and Christian education literature, as well as observational data from learning practices in Christian schools. The results of the study show that the integration of faith values ​​into the curriculum, school culture, and teacher role models can foster discipline as a form of spiritual awareness, not just formal obedience. Meanwhile, students' spirituality is built through a personal relationship with God expressed in prayer, worship, service, and social ethics. Practical theology becomes a bridge between faith and everyday life, helping students actualize Christian teachings in real terms. The conclusion of this article emphasizes that the implementation of PAK based on practical theology is very relevant and urgent to create a generation that is strong in faith, character, and social responsibility. The contribution of this research is expected to be a reference for Christian schools in building an educational ecosystem that humanizes the whole.
