Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource recruitment planning to improve the quality of banking services at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. This research uses interviews with employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk to gather information regarding human resource planning, recruitment processes, and the factors affecting the quality of human resources within the company. The results of the study indicate that a well-structured human resource planning process is crucial for the company to meet the staffing needs of vacant positions. The recruitment process at Bank BRI involves several stages, including job analysis, selection, interviews, psychological tests, and medical exams. Additionally, the company utilizes both internal and external recruitment sources to obtain qualified labor. The main challenge in human resource management is the varying educational backgrounds of employees, which are not always focused on economics or banking, posing a challenge to increasing productivity and banking-related knowledge. As a solution, Bank BRI provides training and development programs to enhance employee competencies in banking. With a structured and effective recruitment plan, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk can build a competent workforce, ultimately leading to improved service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The low mathematical literacy ability is the background of this study. The aim is to create PISA type mathematics questions with quantity content using the context of Jambi's specialty coffee that are valid, practical, and have a potential effect on mathematical literacy skills. The study method used is the design research model development studies, namely preliminary, prototyping with a series of formative evaluation stages including self-evaluation, expert review, one to one, small group, and field test and assessment phase. The study subjects were 29 students of class VIII SMP N 22 Jambi City. Data were obtained using walk through, tests, questionnaires and interviews. This study presents PISA type mathematics questions with quantity content, especially the topic of comparison. The context is personal, namely Jambi's specialty coffee. The questions produced are included in the reasoning level category. The questions produced are valid and easy qualitatively and have a potential effect on mathematical literacy skills. In addition, by linking mathematics questions to contexts known to students, such as Jambi coffee, it makes it easier for students to understand abstract mathematical concepts.

Abstract

Kondisi geografis di Kabupaten Trenggalek yang didominasi wilayah pegunungan berdampak pada kurang efisiennya pelayanan data kependudukan bagi masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah daerah salah satunya dilakukan melalui inovasi pelayanan publik. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Trenggalek sebagai bagian dari pemerintah daerah memanfaatkan konsep e-government melalui aplikasi SIMINAKSOPAL dan program JEMPOL KEREN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan membahas tentang Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Dispendukcapil Melalui Aplikasi Siminaksopal dan Program Jempol Keren Kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SIMINAKSOPAL dan Program JEMPOL KEREN telah sesuai dengan indikator teori Inovasi Rogers. Relative Advantage, keuntungan yang didapatkan dari inovasi ini yaitu memudahkan pemerintah dalam mencari data administrasi penduduk dan juga memudahkan masyarakat dalam pembuatan data administrasi kependudukan. Compability, kesesuaian inovasi ini dengan inovasi yang sebelumnya dan juga kesesuain dengan kebutuhan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat kelompok rentan. Complexity, kerumitan untuk SIMINAKSOPAL yaitu jaringan yang tiba tiba eror sedangkan untuk kerumitan JEMPOL KEREN yaitu sulitnya akses menuju lokasi. Triability, uji coba aplikasi SIMINAKSOPAL dilakukan selama 2 bulan sedangkan program JEMPOL KEREN dilakukan dengan uji coba sebanyak 2 kali. Observability, untuk inovasi ini sangat mudah diamati oleh masyarakat karena keunggulanya dan kemudahan yang didapat dari inovasi ini.

Abstract

Transformational leadership has become a leadership style that emphasizes change, inspiration, and empowerment. The transformational leadership style carried out by the principal has not yet gone hand in hand with the underlying values. This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership of the principal in the perspective of axiological philosophy. Especially related to ethical and aesthetic values ​​in decision making and teacher coaching. This study uses a qualitative approach method with the principal as the subject of research. And using literature study techniques from various references on educational philosophy and leadership management. Data were collected through participatory observation and school administrative documentation. The results of the analysis show that the axiology of transformational leadership emphasizes the importance of human values, justice, empathy, and beauty in forming a transformative and humanistic school climate. By integrating the philosophy of axiology, the principal's leadership is not only oriented towards achieving targets, but also forming the character and culture of the school that is meaningful morally and aesthetically. This finding confirms that the integration between the philosophy of values ​​and transformative leadership is not only theoretically ideal, but also real in practice in the field of education.

Abstract

The scientific writing training for early childhood and kindergarten teachers in Singkarak, Solok Regency, aims to enhance the professionalism and writing skills of the teachers. The training was conducted virtually for one day, involving 25 participants. The methods used included lectures, Q&A sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises. Evaluation showed highly enthusiastic and active participation from the teachers, with significant improvement in their scientific writing skills. Evaluation results through writing assignments, satisfaction surveys, observations, and in-depth interviews indicated that participants were able to understand and apply scientific writing techniques more effectively. Technical challenges and varying levels of participant understanding were successfully addressed through an inclusive approach and adequate technical support. The training had a positive short-term impact by increasing the teachers' technical skills and confidence, and it is expected to have a long-term effect on improving education quality through the application of evidence-based teaching practices. Overall, the training significantly contributed to enhancing the professional competence of early childhood and kindergarten teachers in Singkarak. Recommendations for future training include extending the duration, providing individual mentoring sessions, and using more interactive learning media. This training marks an important initial step in efforts to improve the quality of education in the region. Keywords: training; scientific paper; preschool and kindergarten teachers

Abstract

Estimasi biaya selalu menjadi salah satu elemen yang krusial dalam suatu manajemen proyek secara keseluruhan. Dengan melakukan perhitungan estimasi, maka dapat diketahui biaya yang dibutuhkan dalam suatu proyek. Cost Significant Model merupakan metode estimasi biaya yang menggunakan data historis dari proyek terdahulu dengan fokus komponen biaya yang signifikan berpengaruh pada biaya totel proyek. Pemodelan biaya dilakukan menggunakan data historis dari 5 (lima) lokasi kegiatan konstruksi pile slab yang ada di Kalimantan Barat dari tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2023. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa item-item pekerjaan dengan biaya yang berdampak signifikan terhadap total biaya proyek adalah pekerjaan tiang pancang dan pemancangan (X7) yang memiliki kontribusi sebesar 39,5%, pekerjaan tulangan (X6) yang memiliki kontribusi sebesar 30,6% dan pekerjaan beton (X5) yang memiliki kontribusi sebesar 18,1% dengan total persentase kumulatif 88,2%. Hasil analisis pekerjaan yang signifikan diperoleh model estimasi Y=a0+9057436,808(X5) + 1247,276(X6) + 2030633,274(X7). Nilai Akurasi model biaya diperoleh rata-rata minimum sebesar -5,27% dan rata-rata maksimum 6,55 %.

Abstract

Christian Religious Education (PAK) plays a strategic role in shaping the character, morals, and leadership of students, while also serving as a vehicle for social transformation in a multicultural society. This article aims to analyze how PAK can instill Christian values, develop leadership based on love and justice, and foster social solidarity relevant to cultural and religious diversity. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, examining various scientific literature, journals, and relevant books discussing the role of PAK in character education, multiculturalism, and social transformation. The results indicate that the integration of multicultural values into the curriculum, the role of teachers as facilitators, and the implementation of collaborative learning activities and social services are key to PAK's success in shaping a young generation with character, tolerance, and social responsibility. This article provides important implications for the development of PAK curricula and learning strategies that support character and leadership formation in the context of a multicultural society.

Abstract

Electoral democracy under oligarchic control is a phenomenon where the electoral process is influenced or dominated by a small group of individuals wielding significant economic or political power. This study aims to analyze the characteristics, impacts, and potential solutions for overcoming oligarchic control in electoral democracy, specifically in Southeast Aceh Regency. The findings reveal that electoral democracy in Southeast Aceh faces substantial challenges due to the strong influence of oligarchs, which can undermine the quality of democracy and increase public dissatisfaction. To address these challenges in the long term, implementing effective solutions can help foster a healthier and more robust electoral democracy in Southeast Aceh, enabling citizens to better exercise their political and economic rights. Therefore, concerted efforts are necessary to implement these solutions and enhance the overall quality of democracy in the region.

Abstract

Photopethysmography (PPG) signal is a physiological signal that is very vulnerable to noise disorders, especially from the artifacts of environmental movements and interference. This noise can reduce the accuracy of signal analysis, disrupt the feature extraction process, and cause errors for interpretation of physiological conditions. This study aims to improve the quality of PPG signals through the denoising process using Butterworth filters, as well as evaluating signal accuracy increases based on amplitude statistics and signal ratios to noise (Signal-to-Noise Ratio/SNR). The main contribution of this study is to show the effectiveness of the Butterworth filter configuration (Lowpass and Bandpass) with various orders in increasing PPG signal SNR and strengthening the stability of signal amplitude as a basis for more accurate physiological analysis. The filtering process using Butterworth Filter is applied with the order variation (2, 4, 6) and the configuration of lowpass or bandpass. Evaluation is carried out based on changes in the value of SNR and statistical parameters amplitude (mean, median, standard deviation). The results showed a significant increase in SNR from an average of 8.26 dB to 18.8 dB after filtering, with the highest increase of +12.1 dB using the bandpass order 4. Amplitude statistics showed an increase in stability, where the mean changed from 0.398 MV to 0.409 MV, the median from 0.400 mV to 0.415 MV, and the standard deviation increased from 0.053 MV to 0.078 MV, more consistent signal distribution post-filtering. Butterworth filter proved effective in improving the quality of PPG signals by pressing noise significantly and maintaining the integrity of the main signal. These results indicate that this approach can be used as an important initial step in the PPG signal -based health analysis system, such as heart rate detection or vascular variability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, manajemen laba, dan harga saham terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai moderasi. Profitablitas, likuiditas, manajemen laba, dan harga saham digunakan sebagai variabel independent dan nilai perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Serta ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020-2024. Cara penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga dari 97 populasi diperoleh sampel sebanyak 39 perusahaan. data pada penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan reviews 10.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas dan harga saham secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas dan manajemen laba secara persial berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. profitabilitas secara silmutan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Likuiditas, manajemen laba, dan harga saham secara silmutan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi.
