Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan strategis di SMAN 1 Purwakarta. Mendeskripsikan mekanisme pelaksanaan perencanaan di SMAN 1 Purwakarta. Mendeskripsikan cara menyusun perencanaan strategis yang efektif dan optimal di SMAN 1 Purwakarta. Mendeskripsikan perencanaan manajemen strategis tersebut dikaitkan dengan visi misi SMAN 1 Purwakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif, dengan pengambilan data, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan subjek ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru bidang studi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ditemukan di SMAN 1 Purwakarta adalah proses perencanaan strategis yang telah dilakukan oleh kepala Sekolah. Setiap pemimpin jika ingin membuat suatu program, maka hal pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah membuat perencanaan (planning). Penyusunan perencanaan strategi untuk mengahsilkan lulusan yang bermutu. Hal ini dimulai dari mengembangkan pernyataan visi dan misi, melakukan audit internal dan eksternal, menetapkan tujuan jangka panjang, menyusun rencana strategis dan menciptakan mutu lulusan secara efektif dan efesien dengan langkah strategi mempunyai komponen, langkah - langkah strategi yang pertama penguatan kepada sumber daya guru. Mekanisme penerapan rencana strategis dengan cara membenahi terlebih dahulu guru setelah itu siswanya tahap berikutnya membenahi strukturnya tahap akhir keberhasilan yang akan berkelanjutan. Sehingga sekolah ini menjadi sekolah yang terfavoritkan di Kabupaten Purwakarta mempunyai banyak prestasi, siswa terbaik dan lulusan yang bermutu.

Abstract

Keberadaan sosok kiai sebagai pemimpin pondok pesantren memang sangat unik untuk selalu diteliti, hal tersebut dikarenakan dari sudut tugas dan fungsi seorang kiai yang tidak hanya sekedar memimpin, tetapi juga harus mampu mengembangkan organisasi pondok pesantren agar bisa tetap eksis di era globalisasi saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kiai di pondok pesantren Almasoem Bandung, yang dilihat dari tiga hal yaitu: 1.) Proses pengembangan organisasi; 2.) Proses pembentukan team building; dan 3.) Proses menumbuhkan perilaku inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi tokoh. Untuk proses pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi, sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan model Spradley yang terdiri dari 4 cara, yaitu: 1.) Analisis domain; 2.) Analisis taksonomi; 3.) Analisis komponensial; dan 4.) Analisis tema kultural. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh data, yaitu: 1.) Proses pengembangan organisasi dilakukan dengan cara memotivasi dan menginspirasi anggota bawahannya agar memiliki semangat yang tinggi dalam mengembangkan pondok pesantren; 2.) Proses pembentukan team building lebih banyak dilakukan melalui interaksi pola pikir; dan 3.) Proses menumbuhkan perilaku inovatif menggunakan cara dengan pendelegasian tugas-tugas.

Abstract

Pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) di lingkungan sekolah merupakan salah satu upaya lembaga pendidikan dalam menangkal intoleransi dan radikalisme atas nama agama. Melalui kegiatan pembelajaran yang berbasis penguatan sosiokultural masyarakat mampu memberikan dampak positif yakni menciptakan lingkungan yang damai, toleran, dan anti kekerasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran PAI melalui sosiokultural dalam rangka menguatkan sikap moderat kepada siswa (1) mendiskripsikan konsep strategi pembelajaran PAI melalui sosiokultural (2) mendiskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran PAI (3) mendiskripsikan dan menganalisis hasil dari implikasi proses pembelajaran PAI dalam penguatan moderasi beragama di SMA Negeri 2 Cibitung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Guru PAI berperan sebagai informan utama dalam penelitian. Proses analisis data dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses pengumpulan data setelah pengumpulan data selesai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) konsep pembelajaran PAI melalui sosiokultural adalah mengaitkan antara agama dan budaya (2) langkah langkah pembelajaran PAI meliputi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti dimana guru menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan agama menggunakan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri dan problem based learning, dan terakhir adalah kegiatan penutup dimana guru dan siswa merefleksikan hasil pembelajaran (3) implikasi dari pembelajaran PAI menuai hasil positif terhadap penguatan moderasi beragama siswa yang tercermin dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tujuan praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 3 Kota bekasi agar terbiasa dengan keadaan dunia kerja yang sebenarnya, sehinga membentuk kepribadian yang baik. Dilihat begitu penting suatu lembaga pendidikan salah satunya SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bekasi melaksanakan Praktek Kerja diberbagai DUDI dan juga Instansi sebagaimana menjadi bekal bagi siswa kedepanya mengingat praktek kerja industry adalah program wajib para siswa SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bekasi untuk menentukan naik tidaknya siswa di kelas berikutnya sebab praktek kerja industry adalah nilai laporan hasil belajar siswa. Sehubungan dengan lingkungan sehari-hari siswa dampak negative dikalangan siswa, maka peneitian ini akan membahasa bagaimana manajemen yang dilakukan pihak sekolah kepada siswa PKL SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bekasi sehingga dapat meminimalisir kegiatan negatif dan kenakalan siswa. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode yang biasa digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif pada umumnya, yaitu (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan sumber data yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Kepala Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan jaringan, WakaHUMAS Pokja Dan PKL, Siswa Praktek Kerja Lapangan, DUDI Dan Instansi. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) apabila diatur dengan baik maka akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap siswa PKL. Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter tertanam dalam diri peserta didik berjumlah 18 butir yaitu: Religius, Jujur, Toleransi, Disiplin, Kerja keras, Kreatif, Mandiri, Demokratis, Rasa ingin tahu, Semangat kebangsaan, Cinta tanah air, Menghargai prestasi, Bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, Gemar membaca, Peduli linkungan, Peduli sosial, Tanggung jawab. Sehingga nilai positif ini akan meminimalisir kegiatan yang negatif dilakukan oleh siswa PKL.

Abstract

Weak character education for students in Indonesia, one of which is due to learning activities that have not been formulated as a humanization process that is rooted in moral and religious values, the education system is still schooling focused on knowledge transfer, limited teachers in educating student character, and weak implementation character building. This study generally aims to describe and analyze the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education to Foster Interpersonal Intelligence in Tourism Higher Education Students. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of the study show that planning character education is more directed by being service oriented, when students are going to do a comparative study, pay attention to the directions from the tour guide. The organization is in accordance with the industry's curriculum needs, but for excellent service/character it has not been optimally implemented, so it still follows conventional rules. The implementation shows the discipline to apply part of the character set conveyed through excellent service, so that changes in students are not significant. Evaluation in particular for students only received a warning for disciplinary action. Deficiencies and negative events in the field are discussed by fellow lecturers or managerial parties. This is illustrated through increasing student discipline towards campus values ​​and rules which have an impact on achieving the institution's vision, namely to create quality and superior students in character and life skills.

Abstract

To face the challenges of the current digital era, elementary school students must master two basic skills: literacy and numeracy. However, in practice, learning activities in schools are not effective in developing in-depth understanding. One approach that can be applied to achieve a deeper and more sustainable understanding of concepts is deep learning. This study aims to determine the application of the deep learning approach in literacy and numeracy learning in elementary schools. This study used a literature review method, which was carried out by searching, selecting, and critically analyzing literature from relevant journals, books, and research reports. The selection of sources took into account the credibility of the authors, the appropriateness of the theme, and publications within the last five years. Data analysis was conducted using thematic techniques to identify patterns and conceptual relationships between deep learning and literacy and numeracy learning. The results showed that the deep learning approach improves students' critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and conceptual understanding. This research is expected to further enhance teachers' insight in designing more effective learning strategies.

Abstract

This study explores the role of accreditation-standard-oriented supervision in enhancing the quality of education at STAI Kharisma Cicurug Sukabumi, a faith-based higher education institution. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that supervision aligned with national accreditation standards significantly contributes to educational quality improvement. Key supervisory components such as structured planning, performance monitoring, constructive feedback, and systematic follow-up have led to notable enhancements in lecturer competencies, curriculum relevance, and student satisfaction. However, the implementation process is not without challenges, including limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient understanding of accreditation mechanisms among academic staff. A distinctive contribution of this study is its focus on how participatory supervision can be effectively applied within an Islamic higher education context—demonstrating that such institutions can adopt modern quality assurance strategies without compromising their religious identity. The study underscores the importance of building supervisory capacity through regular training, integrating digital technologies to streamline supervision processes, and increasing institutional investment in quality assurance infrastructures. These efforts are essential to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement in meeting accreditation standards. The findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, administrators, and educators seeking to improve academic quality and institutional performance in similar educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the academic supervision process carried out by the principal in an effort to improve teacher competence at SMA IT Cordova 3 Tangerang. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research highlights four main aspects of academic supervision: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, and were thematically analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the supervision planning was systematically designed and oriented toward teachers’ needs, although there were still challenges in explicitly integrating spiritual aspects and the integrated Islamic context. The implementation of supervision reflected a reflective and dialogical approach, although it has not been fully optimized in the use of technology and differentiation of approaches based on teachers’ characteristics. Evaluation was conducted participatively, but has not yet fully impacted practice changes due to limitations in systematic reflection and follow-up. The follow-up of supervision, although not yet fully structured, has begun to be directed toward community-based professional development strategies and the individual needs of teachers. This study concludes that the effectiveness of academic supervision is greatly influenced by the principal’s leadership quality as a learning facilitator and professional coach. These findings are expected to serve as a reference in developing a contextual, humanistic, and transformative model of academic supervision in integrated Islamic schools. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of academic supervision conducted by supervisors in improving the competence of the principal of MTs Negeri 1 Bandung. The research focuses on four main aspects: supervision planning, supervision implementation, supervision evaluation, and follow-up supervision. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that although academic supervision is carried out with the goal of enhancing the principal’s competence, shortcomings remain in the planning and implementation, which tend to focus more on administrative aspects rather than on developing the principal’s academic leadership competence. Similarly, the evaluation and follow-up of supervision are more concerned with document completeness than with improving the quality of academic leadership. This study recommends adopting a more needs-based, collaborative, and reflective approach to supervision to increase its effectiveness and support the professional development of the principal. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at the Republic of Indonesia Defense University (Unhan), focusing on the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up actions carried out by the university to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of SPMI at Unhan and to identify the challenges encountered at each stage. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study show that although Unhan has demonstrated a strong commitment to planning and implementing the SPMI, several obstacles remain, such as limited resources, lack of stakeholder involvement, and challenges in developing a competency-based curriculum and teaching. Evaluation and follow-up actions were also found to be less effective, as they tended to focus more on administrative aspects rather than academic development. Therefore, this study suggests that the university improve stakeholder engagement, enhance resource management, and optimize outcome-based evaluation and follow-up actions to sustainably improve the quality of education.
