Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the academic supervision process carried out by supervisors in improving the competencies of kindergarten principals at Legokjawa Pangandaran. The focus of this research includes four main aspects: planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision by the supervisors. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of academic supervision activities conducted at the school. The results of the study show that academic supervision was conducted systematically and collaboratively. Supervision planning was developed based on needs analysis and carried out together with the principals, taking into account the school context and previous evaluation results. Supervision implementation was conducted intensively and oriented toward professional development rather than mere assessment, using dialogical and reflective approaches. Supervision evaluation was carried out comprehensively and served as a means for principals to engage in self-assessment and improve their performance. Follow-up actions were conducted continuously through guidance, monitoring, and reinforcement of the principals’ programs, thus directly contributing to enhancing principals’ competencies in instructional and managerial leadership. The study concludes that academic supervision carried out in a planned, participatory, and continuous manner can serve as a strategic instrument to improve the professional capacity of principals, particularly in the context of early childhood education institutions. Abstract

Dewasa ini kemajuan teknologi informatika di Indonesia cukup pesat dan signifikan, walaupun masih dalam tahap konsumen/pemakaian dibanding dengan negara lain yang sudah tahap produsen. Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sudah maju dalam berbagai bidang, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Dampaknya pada proses belajar mengajar di kelas pendidik diharuskan menggunaka berbagai media yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman sekarang ini yang berbasis era teknologi. Karena yang dihadapi oleh pendidik adalah peserta didik gen Z yang merupakan orang-orang yang sudah melek akan teknologi sehingga pendidiknya pun harus menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan saat ini. Tak terkecuali Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (GPAI). Misalnya e-dukasinet/pembelajaran berbasis internet, antara lain menggunakan berbagai platfoam seperti canva, kahoot, classroom dll yang tak lain tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the weak competence of lecturers in obtaining research grants, institutional support in providing budgets that are still inadequate, and the fulfillment of research criteria is still weak in supporting the accreditation of Polytechnics. This research approach is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that the determination in order to improve the quality of polytechnic research has been carried out but there is no specific policy on the research. The implementation of the internal quality assurance system in research has been carried out by monitoring the grants received by lecturers by looking at the outputs or publications. Evaluation of the internal quality assurance system in the study was carried out by means of an internal quality audit (AMI) which was held once a year to see the publications of each department. Control of the internal quality assurance system in the study was carried out by administrative control including the collection of SKP, BKD and AMI audits. The achievement of research Quality Standards that have been established through the application of SPMI is based on two main principles: continuous process improvement/improvement and continuous improvement of quality standards.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited ability of principals in developing teacher abilities, less effective leadership styles and the implementation of academic supervision. This research is a qualitative research with case study method. The results of this study indicate that planning for academic supervision has become a principal program and the preparation of this plan has involved all parties in the school. The principal performs academic supervision of all teachers, in which the principal is assisted by the vice principal and senior teachers who are given a letter of assignment. Supervision of academic supervision, the principal checks and signs the teacher's administrative documents and monitors when the teacher conducts teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Follow up on the results of academic supervision by providing input both orally and in writing. Problems, among others, some teachers in the implementation of supervision are not according to a predetermined schedule, and senior teachers are less well versed in IT. Academic supervision solutions include adjusting the schedule in academic supervision in accordance with the teacher's readiness, and mentoring senior teachers who do not understand IT.

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research conducted at Sabaru Pangkep State Elementary School which aims to improve students' Indonesian language learning outcomes through problem solving. This research was carried out in 2 cycles with each cycle consisting of four activity stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The variables in this research are improving learning outcomes as the dependent variable and the Problem Solving method which is the independent variable. The population in this study were Sabaru Pangkep State Elementary School students with a sample of 24 people, namely 10 female students and 14 male students with varying abilities. The data obtained was then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. Problem Solving has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes, which is marked by an increase in the percentage of student learning completion. There was an increase in the completeness of Indonesian language learning outcomes by 25% from 70% in cycle I to 95% in cycle II. This shows that the Problem Solving learning method can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan Kinerja Guru dalam Menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini adalah guru MIN 7 Bireuen Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 30 orang. Jumlah guru laki-laki adalah sebanyak 8 orang dan guru perempuan sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan pada tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2023 pada semester ganjil. Dilaksanakan pada waktu tersebut karena tahun pejaran baru dimulai sekolah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan Workshop terhadap guru atau melakukan kunjungan, melakukan penilian terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dan melakukan penilian terhadap tanggung jawab guru. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu melalui daftar penilaian daftar observasi dan pedoman Penilaian Penetapan KKM dan daftar wawancara guru. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari pra penelitian, perencanaan siklus satu, pelaksanaan tindakan siklus satu, pengamatan siklus satu, refleksi siklus satu, perencanaan siklus dua, pelaksanaan tindakan siklus dua, pengamatan siklus dua dan refleksi siklus dua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan persentase Observasi Proses Pelaksanaan Workshop guru dari 72.25% pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 89.76% pada siklus II. Peningkatan Penetapan KKM mengalami peningkatan dari 53,33 yaitu Cukup pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 88.78% yaiyu Baik pada siklus II. penerapan Workshop pada Kinerja Guru Dalam Menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) pada MIN 7 Bireuen Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

AbstrakArtikel ini membahas hukum perkawinan adat Banjar, dengan fokus pada pesona dan kontroversi busana pengantin adat Banjar terkait estetika, tradisi, dan syariat Islam. Suku Banjar Kalimantan Selatan memiliki tiga subetnis dengan kebudayaan unik, salah satunya tercermin dalam busana adat pengantin. Secara umum, busana adat pengantin Banjar terdiri dari tiga jenis: bagajah gamuling baular lulut, ba'amar galung pancaran matahari, dan babaju kun galung pacinan. Ada juga variasi keempat, yaitu babaju kubaya panjang, yang merupakan perkembangan modern dengan penambahan jilbab. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan yang menganalisis makna dan filosofi dari ketiga jenis busana adat pengantin Banjar, serta kontroversi yang muncul terkait kesesuaiannya dengan syariat Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa busana adat pengantin Banjar memiliki pesona estetika yang unik, mengandung nilai-nilai tradisi yang luhur, namun juga memunculkan perdebatan di kalangan masyarakat mengenai kesesuaiannya dengan syariat Islam, khususnya terkait penggunaan aksesori dan perhiasan. Upaya pelestarian budaya perkawinan adat Banjar dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan profesi terkait, seperti budayawan, perias pengantin, dan perancang busana, dengan tetap menjaga keaslian tradisionalnya.Kata kunci: busana pengantin; kontroversi; tradisi

Abstract

This research will discuss about the impact of boycotting pro-israel products since the issuance of Fatwa DSN MUI Number 83 of 2023 on support for Palestine by the Indonesian government by taking firm steps to help the Palestinian cause, so that it can go through diplomacy in the UN to stop the war and sanctions on Israel. However, this also causes losses for home stalls that had previously sold many pro-Israel products before the issuance of the MUI DSN Fatwa on the prohibition of pro-Israel products which were the most needed goods before such as rayco (Unilever), milo (Nestle), Pepsodent (Unilever), ABC and Bango (Unilever), and so on which were widely circulated in home stalls. The loss occurs that many parties are reluctant to buy pro-Israel products so that the products sold in home stalls do not sell. This research aims to find out how the impact of boycotting pro-Israel products Fatwa DSN MUI Number 83 of 2023 concerning support for Palestine on pro-Israel products. This research method is a qualitative method with interview and observation methods. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the impact of the boycott of pro-Israel products is a decrease in sales and results in some of these products not selling. Meanwhile, efforts made by home-based stalls by giving free to people who buy, or keep selling them. This is done so that capital returns and buys similar products that do not include pro-Israel products. Keywords: Home Stalls, Fatwa DSN MUI, boycotting, Israel Abstrak Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang dampak pemboikotan produk pro israel sesuai yang sejak dikeluarkan oleh Fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023 tentang dukungan terhadap Palestina oleh pemerintah Indonesia dengan mengambil langkah-langkah tegas membantu perjuangan Palestina, sehingga bisa melalui jalur diplomasi di PBB untuk menghentikan perang dan sanksi pada Israel. Namun, hal ini juga menimbulkan kerugian bagi warung rumahan yang sebelumnya telah banyak menjual produk-produk pro israel sebelum dikeluarkannya Fatwa DSN MUI tentang pengharaman produk pro israel yang dimana merupakan barang yang paling dibutuhkan sebelumnya seperti rayco (Unilever), milo (Nestle), Pepsodent (Unilever), ABC dan Bango (Unilever), dan lain sebagainya yang memang banyak beredar di warung rumahan. Kerugian tersebut terjadi bahwa banyaknya pihak yang enggan membeli produk pro Israel sehingga produk yang dijual di warung rumahan tidak laku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak pemboikotan produk pro israel Fatwa DSN MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023 tentang dukungan terhadap Palestina terhadap produk pro Israel. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dampak dari adanya pemboikotan produk pro Israel adalah menurunnya penjualan serta mengakibatkan beberapa produk tersebut tidak laku. Sedangkan, Upaya yang dilakukan oleh warung rumahan dengan memberikan secara gratis kepada orang yang membeli, atau tetap menjualnya. Hal ini dilakukan agar modal Kembali dan membeli produk serupa yang tidak termasuk produk pro Israel. Kata Kunci: Warung Rumahan, Fatwa DSN MUI, Pemboikotan, Israel

Abstract

This study aims to explore this implementation from conventional egrang video game to fix students’ motor skills in Physical Education at SDN Tenjolahang 2, Jiput. This the background of this research is low gross motor skills among students and the suboptimal utilization of traditional games in PJOK (Physical Education, Sports, and Health) learning. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, with information collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. This results show this the traditional egrang. This game works well in enhancing students' motor skills, particularly in balance, coordination, and leg muscle strength. Its implementation also increases student engagement in enjoyable physical activities while promoting local cultural heritage. Supporting factors include student enthusiasm, teacher involvement, and the availability of learning tools. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited equipment, the risk of injury, and restricted instructional time. In conclusion, integrating the egrang game into lessons can be an effective strategy to develop students’ motor abilities and instill cultural and sportsmanship values.

Abstract

The phenomenon of negative activities in elementary schools has become a real problem as social and technological developments influence student behavior. Activities such as unhealthy communication and other deviant behavior are often considered normal, yet they impact the development of children's social interactions. This study aims to analyze the influence of negative activities and examine how negatively they affect children. The background to this problem is based on concerns about the increasing negative behavior that can hinder students' ability to socialize and build positive relationships with peers. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation study method. The subjects were 30 students at Nembol 2 Elementary School, Mandalawangi District, Pandeglang Regency. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measured the level of negative activities and students' social interaction behavior. The results of the regression analysis showed a significant and negative relationship between negative activities and students' social interaction behavior (r = -0.545, p = 0.002). This finding indicates that the higher the level of negative activities, the lower their social interaction behavior. Thus, the regression analysis indicates a significant and negative relationship between negative activities and students' social interactions. So basically, it's clear that bad things mess up how well students get along socially.
