Abstract

Basic computer skills and the ability to utilize technology-based learning media are essential competencies in the digital era. This program was designed to strengthen community benefits by introducing fifth-grade students to the use of personal computers as a foundation for digital literacy, while simultaneously improving teachers’ competence in applying digital learning media at SDN Sukamulya 01. The activities, carried out from April to June 2024 for students and in May 2024 for teachers, included training sessions, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The program demonstrated tangible impacts: 75% of students were able to operate PCs independently, indicating a significant increase in digital literacy skills. In addition, all participating teachers (100%) successfully produced simple digital learning media using available applications, reflecting enhanced teaching competence and the program’s overall contribution to community capacity building.

Abstract

Hasil observasi menunjukkan terdapat masalah dalam pembelajaran yakni kurangnya kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor peserta didik jenjang SMP khususnya pada materi pengukuran yang disebabkan beberapa hal, salah satunya tidak dilakukannya praktikum karena alasan alat praktikum yang sedikit, namun sekolah juga tidak melakukan praktikum secara virtual untuk mengatasi masalah sekaligus memperkenalkan adaptasi teknologi ke peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan  untuk mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif dan psikomotor peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction berbantuan laboratorium nyata dan virtual pada materi pengukuran di kelas VII salah satu SMP di Palangka Raya tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one shot case study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VII salah satu SMP di Palangka Raya tahun ajaran 2024/2025 yang terdiri atas 11 kelas yakni kelas VII-1 sampai kelas VII-11. Sampel pada penelitian ini hanya menggunakan satu kelompok (satu kelas) yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan tes psikomotor, dengan analis data yang dilakukan adalah ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif dan ketuntasan hasil belajar psikomotor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 22 dari 32 peserta didik atau secara klasikal 68,75% peserta didik telah berhasil mencapai ketuntasan kognitif. Kemudian 13 dari 15 TPK juga telah berhasil dicapai ketuntasannya. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan penggunaan model pembelajaran direct instruction berbantuan laboratorium virtual dan laboratorium nyata dapat memberikan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor yang baik bagi peserta didik pada materi pengukuran kelas VII SMP. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat untuk dunia pendidikan khususnya menjadi referensi bagi pendidik dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran IPA jenjang SMP pada materi pengukuran agar pendidik dapat memberikan pengetahuan teori dan kemampuan psikomotor yang baik bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to provide comprehensive insights into loan disbursement procedures, risk evaluation, and the role of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in promoting financial inclusion. A qualitative research method was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The research was conducted at Artha Kertaraharja Microfinance Institution located in Cikupa, Tangerang Regency, with a focus on evaluating risk management in loan disbursement activities. Data were obtained through structured and semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The findings indicate that Artha Kertaraharja MFI primarily provides microloans and multi-purpose business loans to strengthen working capital, improve living standards, and support regional economic development. The loan disbursement process includes assessing borrower profiles, determining loan amounts, and analyzing owned assets. Risk evaluation plays a crucial role in this process. The MFI applies the Rate Payment Capacity (RPC) method to assess credit risk by calculating borrowers’ net income after household and business expenses to measure repayment ability. Additionally, Artha Kertaraharja MFI implements persuasive, non-coercive collection approaches, offers preventive solutions, and provides credit insurance for borrowers experiencing serious repayment difficulties

Abstract

Border areas possess significant economic potential through the development of local products based on natural resources and local wisdom. Kabupaten Kepulauan Sangihe, particularly Tahuna, is a border region with substantial opportunities to strengthen MSMEs in fisheries, agriculture, and distinctive local food products. However, the utilization of this potential remains constrained by limited market access, technology adoption, and human resource capacity. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to identify opportunities and challenges in strengthening regional economic development through local products in border areas, using a participatory online approach. The methods employed include socialization sessions, workshops, group discussions, needs assessments of MSME actors, and question-and-answer sessions, all of which serve as indicators of participants’ level of understanding. The results indicate that local products have strong growth potential through the use of digital technology and marketing networks. Nevertheless, MSMEs continue to face challenges related to product quality, business legality, digital literacy, and limited access to financing. This program is expected to serve as a foundation for formulating sustainable MSME strengthening strategies in border areas through technological optimization and improved financial support mechanisms.

Abstract

Abstrak: Keadaan tanah desa Anjir kabupaten Pulang Pisau didominasi lahan gambut yang memiliki kendala tinggi untuk budidaya hortikultura, seperti tingkat kemasaman (pH) rendah dan kandungan unsur hara yang minim. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani dan produktivitas semangka melalui penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan kepada 25 anggota kelompok Tani “Pelangi Nusantara (MAHIKAT)” di Desa Gohong, Kecamatan Kahayan Hilir, Kabupaten Pulang Pisau. Selain itu, metode pelaksanaan PkM meliputi pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan implementasi demplot percontohan seluas 0,8 ha yang menerapkan teknologi spesifik gambut (pengapuran, amelioran kompos, irigasi terkontrol). Evaluasi selama kegiatan PkM dilakukan untuk memantau keaktifan peserta dan progres demplot melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dan diskusi dengan mitra serta dokumentasi kegiatan. Sedangkan evaluasi pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan untuk menilai hasil dan dampak program melalui analisis produksi, survei kepuasan dan persepsi mitra serta evaluasi keberlanjutan usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman petani sebesar 42%, terjadi peningkatan produktivitas semangka 40-55% (dari 18-20 menjadi 28 ton/ha), dan peningkatan pendapatan bersih petani sebesar 65%. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah model teknologi budidaya ramah lingkungan terbukti efektif meningkatkan produktivitas dan ekonomi petani di lahan gambut dan dilakukan program pendampingan berkelanjutan.Abstract: The soil conditions in Anjir Village, Pulang Pisau Regency, are dominated by peatlands that pose significant challenges for horticultural cultivation, such as low acidity levels (pH) and minimal nutrient content. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to enhance farmer capacity and watermelon productivity through the application of environmentally friendly technologies to 24 members of the "Pelangi Nusantara (MAHIKAT)" Farmer Group in Gohong Village, Kahayan Hilir District, Pulang Pisau Regency. The implementation methods include technical training, mentoring, and the establishment of a 0.8-hectare demonstration plot applying peatland-specific technologies (liming, compost ameliorant, controlled irrigation). Evaluation during the activity was conducted to monitor participant engagement and demonstration plot progress through direct observation, interviews and discussions with partners, and activity documentation. Meanwhile, evaluation at the end of the activity was performed to assess the results and program impact through production analysis, satisfaction and perception surveys with partners, and business sustainability evaluation. The results show a 42% increase in farmer understanding, a 40-55% increase in watermelon productivity (from 18-20 to 28 tons/ha), and a 65% increase in farmer net income. The conclusion of this activity is that the environmentally friendly cultivation technology model has proven effective in improving productivity and farmer economics in peatlands, and a sustainable mentoring program was implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and profitability on firm value among companies listed on the Sri-Kehati Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2024 period. A descriptive quantitative research design was applied using panel data analysis with EViews 12. The population consisted of firms listed on the Sri-Kehati Index, with purposive sampling selecting 11 companies, resulting in 44 firm-year observations. Secondary data were collected through documentation from the official IDX website (www.idx.co.id). The results reveal that CSR has a negative and significant effect on firm value, while Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Investment (ROI) do not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that while CSR initiatives significantly shape firm value, profitability indicators such as ROA and ROI may not directly drive market valuation in Sri-Kehati Index firms.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital travel platforms has intensified competition in the online ticketing industry, requiring companies to understand the key factors influencing consumer satisfaction. However, empirical evidence on how trust and price affect consumer satisfaction through purchase decisions remains limited, particularly in online train ticket purchases. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of trust and price on consumer satisfaction, with purchase decisions as an intervening variable, in purchasing train tickets through the Traveloka application in Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative, survey-based approach. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had purchased train tickets via Traveloka at least twice in the last six months. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that trust has a positive and significant effect on both purchase decisions and consumer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions but does not significantly affect consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, purchase decisions significantly influence consumer satisfaction, indicating a mediating role. These findings highlight the importance of trust and purchasing decisions in shaping consumer satisfaction on digital travel platforms.
