Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan pendampingan di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) di Kecamatan Siman Ponorogo yang bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam kepada anak usia dini. Program ini mencakup pelatihan guru, penerapan metode pembelajaran interaktif, dan kegiatan praktis yang mengajarkan ibadah sehari-hari. Kurikulum disusun untuk mencakup nilai-nilai Islam, dan kelas tematik serta media pembelajaran interaktif digunakan untuk meningkatkan minat anak-anak. Evaluasi berkala dan sosialisasi dengan orang tua turut dilakukan untuk memastikan efektivitas program. Hasilnya, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman agama, kualitas pengajaran, dan partisipasi orang tua, serta terbentuknya karakter anak-anak yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi meliputi pengembangan program berkelanjutan, peningkatan kerjasama dengan pihak terkait, dan penyediaan sarana serta prasarana yang memadai

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of scaffolding learning strategies in Fiqh material for Class 3F at the Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor for Girls Campus 2 which is expected to improve Student Activity and Learning Outcomes. This study is a classroom action research. Data collection instruments use interview sheets, observation sheets, field notations, and exam questions. The analysis adopts the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model, with two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection, which are carried out in two cycles to determine student activity and learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that in cycle I student activity reached 53% and in cycle II student learning activity reached 94%. The application of scaffolding learning strategies can improve female students' learning outcomes in Fiqh subjects in cycle I with learning achievements of 53%, in cycle II reaching a learning outcome percentage of 100%. Scaffolding strategies can improve students' learning activity. It can be seen from the following Activity indicators such as involvement in problem-solving, resilience in joint discussions, courage in expressing opinions, and increased use of strategies in learning.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an education for children is an important foundation in forming a generation with noble morals and a strong understanding of religion. Al-Hidayah TPA in Sawuh Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency, is a non-formal educational institution that focuses on teaching the Koran and Islamic values. However, this TPA faces various challenges, such as less than optimal quality of teachers, lack of supporting facilities, and limited time and teaching focus. This community service program is designed to overcome these problems through an IPTEKS (Science, Technology and Arts) based approach. The steps taken include teaching methodology training, application of technology in learning, and regular assistance to increase teacher capacity. It is hoped that the results of this program will be able to improve the quality of education at TPA Al-Hidayah so that it can produce a young generation who are Quranic, have noble character, and are ready to face future challenges. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the curriculum transformation that occurs at Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School from the perspective of Ralph W. Tyler, a curriculum expert who put forward the theory of curriculum objectives, emphasizing the importance of setting clear goals in curriculum development. This study uses a qualitative approach that focuses on collecting data through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. Research respondents consisted of administrators, educators, and students of Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School who were involved in curriculum transformation. Data analysis uses pattern matching, explanation building, and time-series analysis. The validity of the findings is ensured through construct validity, reliability and credibility criteria. The results of the study show that Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School has carried out a substantial transformation in its curriculum development process. This transformation is based on identifying the needs of students and society, as well as re-evaluating the desired goals of Islamic education. Implementation of curriculum transformation is carried out through adjustments to curriculum content, teaching approaches, and improving evaluation. It examines the curriculum transformation at Darussalam Gontor Modern Boarding School from the point of view of Ralph W. Tyler, a well-known curriculum expert. Applying Tyler's theory of curriculum objectives, this study emphasizes the importance of setting clear goals in curriculum development. This perspective provides a unique framework for analyzing the curriculum transformation process.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the curriculum and develop learning methods at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) Ar-Raudhah, Beton Village, Siman District, Ponorogo Regency. TPA plays an important role in providing Islamic religious education to early childhood, but challenges in terms of implementing the curriculum and learning methods are still obstacles. Some of the problems faced include the lack of innovation in teaching methods, limited materials that are tailored to children's needs, and lack of learning motivation among students. For this reason, this study focuses on improving the existing curriculum and implementing more creative and interactive learning methods. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and literature studies. This study also involves the participation of TPA teachers and students to obtain a comprehensive picture of the ongoing learning process. The results of the study indicate that optimizing the curriculum that is tailored to the age and needs of children, as well as the use of more interactive learning methods such as play methods, audio-visual, and project-based learning, can increase motivation and effectiveness of learning at TPA Ar-Raudhah. The development of varied methods also helps improve children's understanding of the Qur'an and Islamic teachings. This study concludes that curriculum optimization and the development of more innovative learning methods are very important in improving the quality of education in TPA. The implementation of the results of this study is expected to be an effective teaching model for other TPAs, especially in facing the challenges of religious education for the younger generation in the modern era.

Abstract

This research addresses the pressing need for an integrated madrasah-Islamic boarding school curriculum as a strategic response to the contemporary challenges demanding graduates with both extensive knowledge and profound religious understanding. With the imperative for cognitive and spiritual intelligence in the disruptive era, the study focuses on MAN 2 Malang City, utilizing a qualitative case study approach involving observations, interviews, and document analysis. The research reveals essential aspects of the integrated curriculum, encompassing unified objectives and organized content planning. The implementation phase includes the integration of academic calendars and a structured supervision framework. The study also emphasizes the significance of an evaluative process covering contextual, input, process, and outcome dimensions. Ultimately, this research underscores the critical role of an integrated curriculum in nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped to navigate the complexities of the modern world, offering valuable insights for educational practitioners and policymakers.

Abstract

Kebutuhan gizi ibu nifas lebih banyak, karena selain untuk pembentukan Air Susu Ibu (ASI) dalam proses menyusui, gizi juga berguna dalam proses pemulihan kondisi setelah melahirkan. Sayangnya, masih banyaknya mitos-mitos tentang nutrisi di Indonesia yang dapat menimbulkan masalah bagi kesehatan ibu nifas yang merupakan akibat kurangnya pengetahuan ibu serta jarangnya mendapat penyuluhan kesehatan terkait kebutuhan  gizi pada masa nifas. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan gizi menggunakan media booklet terhadap pengetahuan ibu nifas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Parit Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one grup pretest posttest design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 41 orang ibu nifas usia 3-10 hari. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan item 20 Pertanyaan. Uji normalitas data menggunakan Uji Shapiro Wilk. Pengelolaan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Paired sample T- test. Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum diberikan media Booklet sebanyak 9,56%, setelah diberikan media Booklet 13,93%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh peningkatan skor pengetahuan ibu nifas yang diberikan media Booklet dengan p value = 0,000 < dari 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan gizi menggunakan media booklet terhadap pengetahuan ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Parit Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Saran pada penelitian ini diharapkan Ibu lebih aktif mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan yang diadakan petugas kesehatan,serta mencari informasi kesehatan melalui berbagai media seperti internet sehingga kebutuhan gizi ibu selama masa nifas dapat terpenuhi.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the efficiency of avocado garden management at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor through the implementation of an appropriate gravity-based drip irrigation system. The main problems faced are uneven water supply due to manual watering, low water use efficiency, and lack of skills of students in the application of irrigation technology. Service activities include designing a simple irrigation system, technical training for students and garden managers attended by 8 staff, preparation of irrigation schedules, and the implementation of a monitoring and routine maintenance system. The results of the activity showed an increase in the efficiency of water distribution, an increase in the competence of students and staff in the installation and maintenance of the drip irrigation system, and the development of an independent learning model that is in line with the vision of the Islamic boarding school. The program also produces complete documentation as a replication guide for other institutions that have similar characteristics.

Abstract

Through activities in the Student Shop Cooperation Section of the Modern Islamic Boarding School Student Organization (OPPM) of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri 1, this study seeks to examine how female students develop independent character. This study employs a descriptive design and a qualitative methodology. Participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation studies were used to gather data from research subjects, which included administrators, Cooperation advisers, and student shop Cooperation members. Throughout the phases of data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing, and verification, data analysis was done interactively. The study's findings show that an organized student management pattern, which includes organizing, planning, carrying out, and assessing Cooperation activities, helps female students develop independent character. The development of emotional, financial, intellectual, and social independence is facilitated by female students' participation in Cooperation management. The Islamic boarding school's student shop Cooperation serves as both an economic entity and a vehicle for character education grounded in ongoing habituation and real-world experiences. According to the study's findings, integrating student management with Cooperation learning activities is a successful tactic for helping female students develop independent personalities. The results of this study are anticipated to have both practical consequences for the administration of student organizations centered on character formation and theoretical contributions to the advancement of character education studies in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research explores the role of the World Muslim Scout Jamboree 2025 as a platform for International Islamic Youth Education, focusing on character development and intercultural competence among Muslim youth. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis involving student delegates, international participants, scout leaders, and organizing committee members. The findings indicate that participation in the jamboree significantly strengthened moral responsibility, leadership disposition, and collaborative skills through experiential learning processes. Moreover, intensive intercultural interaction fostered adaptive communication skills, cultural awareness, and sensitivity toward diversity. The shared religious identity among participants functioned as a facilitating bridge for intercultural dialogue while allowing the preservation of distinct national cultures. The study also reveals the emergence of a reflective International Muslim youth identity characterized by moderation, inclusivity, and peace-oriented values. These findings suggest that international scouting initiatives can serve as an effective non-formal educational model integrating character education, global citizenship competencies, and Islamic values. The research contributes to the conceptual development of International Islamic Youth Education by demonstrating how global youth engagement programs can bridge local Islamic educational traditions with broader global experiences. Future longitudinal studies are recommended to examine the sustainability of these developmental impacts over time.
