Abstract

Kadilangu is one of the famous religious tourism destinations in Demak, Central Java. This high number of visitors leads to the need for adequate supporting facilities, including adequate parking areas. With the increase in the number of visitors, the problem of limited parking space began to become a major concern. This condition often causes traffic congestion, visitor inconvenience, and a decrease in the quality of the tourist experience. The design methodology is a series or frame of mind in the parking lot design process, the data analysis method is used to plan by utilizing knowledge and analyzing the behavior of the subjects involved. Generally, the data obtained through this method is in the form of interviews or questionnaires, so the results produced are more often in the form of numbers. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be known the available static capacity and the need for parking space. If the need for parking space is greater than the available capacity, it means that the number of available parking spaces is not enough. On the other hand, if the need for parking space is smaller than the available capacity, it means that the number of available parking spaces is still able to accommodate vehicles that will be parked. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the parking space of Kadilangu Demak was able to meet the demand for the required parking space, with the note that the maximum number of parked vehicles was still below the value of the available static capacity.

Abstract

QRIS-based e-Payment has changed the way of modern payments with its convenience and efficiency. However, concerns have arisen about the protection of personal data and the principle of consent in these transactions. The principle of consent on the other hand is a major concern as it requires clear and voluntary consent in data collection and processing, but QRIS-based transactions often do not meet this standard since the information provided is less transparent to users. Current legal regulations such as the Civil Code have not been fully able to address the protection of personal data and electronic transactions that are increasingly common. In response to these existing issues, this study examines the protection of the principle of consent in transactions using QRIS and voices the need for legal adaptation that is more relevant to the latest technology. The formulation of the problem contained in this study is: First, What information is transmitted by the payment method through QRIS generally in digital transactions? Second, How is the Application of the Principle of Consent in the Agreement on Information Given in QR-Code Transactions. The research method used is the normative juridical method with a statutory approach by examining relevant regulations. Research results: First, the transmitted data such as user identity, payment amount, date and time, transaction reference number, transaction description, merchant code, merchant name and identity, and payment account information. Second, from the perspective of the principle of consent, it emphasizes the existence of an agreement or meeting of mind between the parties which is implemented through the offer and acceptance of QR codes, approval of information, intention to be bound by the transaction and have the same understanding to carry out the transaction.Keywords: E-Payment, QRIS, principle of consent AbstrakE-Payment berbasis QRIS telah mengubah cara pembayaran modern dengan kemudahan dan efisiensinya. Namun, muncul perhatian tentang perlindungan data pribadi dan asas konsensualisme dalam transaksi ini. Asas konsensualisme di sisi lain juga menjadi perhatian utama karena memerlukan persetujuan jelas dan suka rela dalam pengumpulan dan pengolahan data, namun transaksi berbasis QRIS sering tidak memenuhi standar ini dengan informasi yang kurang transparan bagi pengguna. Aturan hukum saat ini seperti KUHPerdata belum sepenuhnya mampu mengatasi perlindungan data pribadi dan transaksi elektronik yang semakin umum terjadi. Dalam menyikapi isu yang ada, penelitian ini mengkaji perlindungan asas konsensualisme dalam transaksi menggunakan QRIS serta menyuarakan perlunya adaptasi hukum yang lebih relevan dengan teknologi mutakhir. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Apa saja informasi yang ditransmisikan oleh metode pembayaran melalu QRIS umumnya pada transaksi digital? Kedua, Bagaimana Penerapan Asas Konsualisme Dalam Kesepakatan Informasi Yang Diberikan Dalam Transaksi QR-Code. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalah metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dengan mengkaji peraturan-peraturan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, data yang ditransmisikan seperti identitas pengguna, jumlah pembayaran, tanggal dan waktu, nomor referensi transaksi, deskripsi transaksi, kode merchant, nama dan identitas merchant, serta informasi rekening pembayaran. Kedua, pada perspektif asas konsensualisme, menekankan pada adanya kesepakatan atau meeting of mind antara para pihak yang diterapkan melalui penawaran dan penerimaan QR code, persetujuan atas informasi, niat untuk terikat dalam transaksi dan memiliki kesepahaman yang sama untuk melakukan transaksi.Kata Kunci: E-Payment, QRIS, asas konsensualisme

Abstract

Sharia insurance is a contemporary issue that does not have an explicit basis in the Qur'an, Hadith, or the books of mu'tabarah from the four schools. Therefore, Islamic religious organizations in Indonesia, such as MUI, NU, Muhammadiyah, and PERSIS play an important role in establishing laws related to sharia insurance so that they become guidelines for the people. This study aims to explain the istinbath method used by the organization in determining the halalness of Sharia insurance. The research method used was a literature study and interviews with figures from each organization. The results of the study show that MUI uses the nash qoth'i, qauli, and manhaji approaches; NU uses qauli, ilhaqi, and manhaji; Muhammadiyah uses bayani, burhani, and irfani; while PERSIS uses istidlal on the Qur'an, Hadith, and ijtihad. Despite the differences in methods, all of these organizations concluded that sharia insurance is halal because it contains the value of helping (ta'awuni), bearing each other (takafuli), and bringing the common good (maslahah al-'ammah), which is in line with Maqāsid al-sharia, namely the maintenance of religion, soul, intellect, descendants, and property.

Abstract

Di Indonesia selain ada sistem pemilihan umum yang dilakukan secara prosedural ada juga sistem yang dilakukan secara tradisional atau yang disebut pemilihan umum sistem noken, sistem ini berorentasi pada satu individu yakni kepala suku, suara kepala suku mewakili suara seluruh warganya untuk memilih calon yang ada dalam pemilihan umum. Berdasarkan putusan Mahkamah Konsitusi Nomor: 47-48/PHPU.A-VI/2009. Sistem noken ini mendapat landasan yuridis, sebagai sistem pemilihan umum yang sah dilakukan di Provinsi Papua yang mengakomodir nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dari kebiasaan masyarakat adat di Papua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memepelajari bagaimana sistem noken yang merupakan cara tradisional bisa dilaksanakan sesuai kedaulatan populer hukum masyarakat adat Papua.

Abstract

The use of light attractors in light fishing is limited by bright moon phase, turbid water, large waves, strong currents, and lamp power regulations. Bait attractors are expected to optimize catch and address issues with boat lift nets. This study examines the use of bait attractors along with light attractors on boat lift nets, focusing on their impact on catch yield and species composition. Conducted in May 2024 over 12 trips using experimental fishing, treatments included green mussel attractors, sardinella attractors, and no attractors (control). The total catch over 12 trips was 2,480.69 kg. Boat lift nets with green mussel attractors produced 870.88 kg (average 72.57 kg ± 44.94), with sardinella attractors 839.49 kg (average 69.96 kg ± 44.87), and without attractors 770.32 kg (average 64.19 kg ± 45.48). A total of 23 species were caught, with green mussel attractors capturing 20 species (average 7.8), sardinella attractors capturing 20 species (average 7.9), and no attractors capturing 17 species (average 7.3). The main catch to by-catch ratio was 91.82% : 8.18% (sardinella attractors), 90.26% : 9.74% (green mussel attractors), and 87.46% : 12.54% (no attractors). Results indicate bait attractors do not significantly affect catch weight compared to no bait attractors. Key words: bait attractors, boat lift nets, catch yield, composition, Jakarta bay waters

Abstract

Learning media plays a crucial role as a tool in creating an effective teaching and learning process. This final project aims to develop an instructional medium for split AC systems, including the creation of maintenance and installation procedures as teaching and training materials. This educational medium incorporates practical elements, offering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in understanding split AC systems. The teaching method will involve a combination of practice and theory, covering maintenance methods, installation techniques, and disassembly procedures for split AC systems, supported by a syllabus, maintenance modules, installation modules, and disassembly modules. It is expected that this learning media will enable students to master split AC maintenance and installation methods. The implementation of this split AC instructional media has resulted in a 51% improvement in student comprehension, indicating a significant increase in their knowledge. With the enhanced knowledge and skills, students will have better career advancement opportunities in the HVAC industry.

Abstract

In the production process, maintenance has an important role to ensure the smooth running of the production process. This machine maintenance scheduling discusses the process of restoring the initial condition (reconditioning) of the DoALL LT.13 lathe by focusing on repairs to the automatic system, non-functioning thread system and geometric testing. The method applied to overcome this problem is the observation method (5 whys). Stages Reconditioning starts from collecting initial damage data obtained from machine inspection, then continues with analyzing the damage, and taking corrective action based on the results of the analysis. Function testing methods, geometric testing, machine performance tests are carried out to see whether the reconditioning objectives have been achieved. Based on the test results after reconditioning, the data obtained by the automatic system function, the threaded system returns to normal, the average geometric deviation value is still within tolerance based on ISO standards. 1708 and machine performance tests resulting from turning workpieces are still considered normal based on the ISO 10816 standard.

Abstract

Varietas jambu air yang populer di Indonesia diantaranya Citra dan Madu Deli karena memiliki citarasa manis dan warna memikat. Salah satu metode perbanyakan jambu air untuk mendapatkan bibit unggul dan berkualitas adalah melalui penyetekan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi zpt dari ekstrak lidah buaya terbaik dan jenis varietas jambu air untuk keberhasilan penyetekan jambu air, serta interaksi konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya dengan jenis varietas terhadap keberhasilan penyetekan jambu air. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari-Juni 2024 di RK Laboratorium Lapangan Terpadu, Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini memakai RAK perlakuan faktorial (2x4).  Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya 0% (K0), 25% (K1), 50% (K2), dan 75% (K3). Faktor kedua adalah varietas jambu air yang terdiri dari 2 varietas, yaitu Citra (P1) dan Madu Deli (P2). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sekaligus sebagai kelompok. Homogenitas ragam menggunakan Uji Bartlett dan aditivitas dengan Uji Tukey. Data yang sudah homogen dan aditif selanjutnya dilakukan analisis ragam (Anara) dan dilakukan Uji Kontras dan Ortogonal Polinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya dapat meningkatkan pada semua variabel pengamatan, jenis varietas jambu air tidak menunjukan perbedaan pada semua variabel pengamatan, serta terdapat interaksi antara konsentrasi ekstrak lidah buaya dengan varietas pada panjang akar dan luas sebaran permukaan akar.

Abstract

Manajemen karir dan talenta merupakan faktor kritikal dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, khususnya di sektor retail dan kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen karir dan talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan di Yogyakarta, menggunakan data dari 97 pengusaha. Dengan metode survey dan analisis regresi linier berganda, hasil studi ini menemukan bahwa baik manajemen karir maupun talenta secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini menegaskan pentingnya pengaturan strategis karyawan berdasarkan bakat dan pengalaman mereka dalam memaksimalkan efektivitas operasional. Studi ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang implementasi praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif di lingkungan bisnis Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Peneltian ini dilakukan di Daerah Irigasi Bakalan Kecamatan Welahan Kabupaten Jepara yang mempunyai luasan 1284,27 hektare. Salah satu saluran sekunder jaringan tersebut mengalami keruntuhan bangunan pada saluran dan sendimentasi limpasan air pada ruas (BWl.1, BWl.2, BWl.3) sehingga penyaluran air ke saluran tersebut mengalami rembesan dan pengurangan. Hal itu dikhawatirkan mengganggu pertumbuhan tanaman areal tersebut karena kekurangan suplai air. Untuk itu perlunya redesain ulang dimensi saluran irigasi pada saluran tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan air untuk pada tanaman palawija dan tanaman padi , mengetahui kapasitas debit saluran irigasi pada lahan pertanian dengan luasan 208,86 hektare, dan mengetahui dimensi saluran sekunder yang dibutuhkan sebagai acuan pembangunan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan data curah hujan, klimatologi, hasil pengukuran lapangan dll. Hasil analisis perhitungan dimensi pada saluran sekunder irigasi welahan ruas (BWl.1) dengan luas 208,86 hektare didapatkan tinggi muka air (h) = 0,75 m, lebar saluran (b) = 1,5 m, tinggi jagaan (W) = 0,20 m , kemiringan talud saluran (V : H) = 1 : 1,5 dan kemiringan dasar saluran (I) = 0,0025533
