Abstract

Divisi Transmisi dan Distribusi Utama dalam Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam penyediaan layanan air bersih kepada masyarakat. Artikel ini menganalisis fungsi dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh divisi ini dari sudut pandang administrasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi divisi transmisi dan distribusi memerlukan integrasi antara teknologi, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan strategi bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang diambil mencakup digitalisasi dan automasi melalui penggunaan sistem Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) dan Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, pelatihan staf dan audit rutin juga menjadi bagian penting dalam mengurangi tingkat kebocoran air dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah ini, PDAM dapat meningkatkan kinerja layanan, memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan secara optimal, dan mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam penyediaan air bersih. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi manajerial di sektor penyediaan air bersih.

Abstract

Spektrum frekuensi radio merupakan sumber daya alam yang terbatas namun sangat penting bagi berbagai sektor kehidupan modern, termasuk telekomunikasi, navigasi, dan penyiaran. Dalam memastikan pemanfaatannya berjalan efisien dan sesuai regulasi, pengelolaan spektrum frekuensi yang efektif menjadi keharusan. Balai Monitor Spektrum Frekuensi Radio (Balmon SFR) Kelas I Pekanbaru memiliki peran strategis dalam mengawasi penggunaan spektrum frekuensi di wilayah Riau. Pengelolaan arsip dan dokumen yang konvensional sering kali menghadirkan kendala, seperti pencarian data yang lambat dan risiko kehilangan dokumen. Oleh karena itu, digitalisasi arsip menjadi solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi digitalisasi arsip di Balmon SFR Kelas I Pekanbaru, termasuk tantangan, manfaat, dan kontribusinya terhadap pengelolaan spektrum frekuensi radio. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi langsung dan analisis tematik, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi arsip mampu mempercepat akses data, meningkatkan keamanan dokumen, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang lebih akurat. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti integrasi sistem, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan perlunya pengamanan data digital yang lebih baik masih perlu diatasi. Digitalisasi arsip tidak hanya mendukung modernisasi pengelolaan arsip, tetapi juga memperkuat peran Balmon SFR dalam menjalankan tugas pengawasan spektrum frekuensi secara optimal sesuai regulasi.

Abstract

The development of increasingly modern times, science and technology (IPTEK) which is increasingly advanced and developing has a big impact or impact on its users. The impact can be seen in changes in people's lifestyles in this era, who tend to be active in the internet world, and information technology provides convenience and wider reach to its users. Currently, the internet is a form of technological development that is a necessity for most people. Technological developments can not only be used as a medium of information, but also make buying and selling transactions easier. The existence of an online shop is another implementation of technology to improve business or a means of buying and selling products through electronic commerce (e-commerce). Indonesia already has many e-commerce sites, including Shopee. This research uses a survey and quantitative research method approach. In accordance with the research objectives, this research approach explorative descriptive, namely research by conducting and providing descriptions of symptoms and phenomena that occur in the field. However, this research is also directed at explaining the influence between variables (explanatory) by carrying out a hypothesis test. Abstract

This research uses Irgift.id which is one of the business fields in the floriculture sector. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze promotional strategies using the use of TikTok social media in an effort to increase sales volume. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis techniques and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation related to promotional strategies in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats at Irgift.id. Informants in this study include the owner or owner, employees, and consumers. The results of this study obtained IFAS results which showed strengths with a score of 2.69 and weaknesses with a score of 0.42. While the EFAS results show opportunities with a score of 2.31 and threats with a score of 0.74. Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, Irgift.id is in quadrant I using the SO strategy, namely the company has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities so that the strategy that can be applied is to support the growth of agrarian policies (growth oriented strategy) to increase sales volume

Abstract

This study delves into the influence of capital, labor, and raw materials on production output at CV. Alphie, a bag company in Bogor city. Employing quantitative methods with regression analysis, secondary data from CV. Alphie's reports were collected, encompassing production outputs from 2019 to 2022. Utilizing census sampling, 48 data points were obtained. The data underwent analysis using IBM SPSS version 25, and various tests were conducted, including assessments for classical assumptions, linear regression analysis, and determination coefficient testing. Results indicate that simultaneously, capital, labor, and raw materials exert a significant impact on production output. However, partially, only Labor has a significant influence on Production Output, while Capital and Raw materials do not. The findings contribute valuable insights into the factors influencing production output in manufacturing firms. Furthermore, the study has implications for managerial practices, offering guidance for optimizing production processes and resource allocation at CV. Alphie and similar companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of marketing communication and price perception on customer loyalty on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform, considering service quality as an intervening variable. The study also dissects the differences in customer responses based on age groups, specifically millennials and Generation Z. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample size of 137 respondents. The data collection technique employed is questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis to describe the relationship between variables. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 26, involving several tests such as classical assumption tests, path analysis, T-tests, and determination coefficient tests. The results indicate that marketing communication and price perception, through service quality, do not directly affect customer loyalty, and service quality also does not significantly influence customer loyalty. However, partially, marketing communication and price perception do influence customer loyalty. These findings provide valuable insights into the factors influencing customer loyalty and suggest implications for Tokopedia to pay more attention to its service quality to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in the success of organizations. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and training variables on employee performance, as well as the moderating role of loyalty variable in influencing the relationship between organizational commitment, training, and employee performance. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to the research sample. The population in this study consists of all employees of CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa. A sample of 68 respondents was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis technique. The research findings indicate that partially, organizational commitment and training significantly influence employee performance, while training does not have a significant effect. However, in the regression analysis test results, loyalty moderates the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance. Conversely, loyalty is unable to moderate the influence of training on employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights into the factors affecting employee performance in companies and offer implications for practice by providing guidance to enhance human resources at CV. Litera Jannata Perkasa and similar companies.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of the mindset of the people of Saringembat Village concerning environmental cleanliness, from the stage of awareness to concrete actions. Saringembat Village, which previously faced challenges in managing environmental cleanliness, has shown significant changes in the views and behavior of its residents after implementing several community work programs and public participation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the main driving factors for this transformation are continuous training, the involvement of community leaders, and support from external actors such as the government and NGOs. This change is reflected in the growing individual awareness of the importance of cleanliness, better waste management, and active community participation in regular cleanliness activities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of brand image, product quality, and price, both partially and simultaneously, on brand loyalty for Starbucks beverage products in Surabaya. The research population consists of Starbucks customers in Surabaya who have made at least two purchases. Using a purposive sampling technique, a total of 97 respondents were selected, with data collected through a Google Form questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that brand image, product quality, and price simultaneously have a significant effect on brand loyalty. However, partially, brand image does not significantly influence brand loyalty, whereas product quality and price have a significant positive effect on brand loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract: Over time, humans have experienced many adaptations and changes. This underlies and guides everyone to be responsive to every change that exists. Education develops along with the advancement of technology and science in every individual since childhood. To realize all of that, small meaningful steps are needed, such as introducing the world of technology to the younger generation. The goal to be achieved is to familiarize the younger generation with technological developments. This is implemented directly to grade 5 students of SDN Jatipasar. The results of this program are that students are enthusiastic about computer devices. In addition, students' interests and abilities have increased significantly.
