Abstract

In the entrepreneurship program, students focus on entrepreneurship or MSMEs where KKNT activities take place. The goals set by students in this service are that the community can develop their business in a more modern, efficient and inclusive way, giving students experience of integration with the environment, serving the community directly, finding various issues and learning to deal with problems faced by the community. The method of implementing community service activities is a qualitative approach with the type of observation, and distributing pamphlets through social media. Bazaar as a marketing channel and product marketing tool introduces consumers to MSME partners. This was achieved through the collaboration of KKN-T students and MSME partners in holding bazaars. This time, in holding the bazaar, MSME players who attend must be able to attract their own consumers. Of course KKN-T students also help market MSME products. The bazaar event is also expected to increase the creativity of students and MSME actors in marketing their products. By holding the Ramadhan Bazaar in Laweyan village, it can increase the income of MSME players and expand the existing market share. In addition, MSME actors have started to create social media accounts and promote their products and are willing to create NIBs to make business easier. About 90% of MSME partners are satisfied with holding the Ramadhan bazaar and find it helpful. This proves that the cooperation of the committee with the existence of a bazaar in Laweyan village helps as well as prospers the goals of the Thematic KKN entrepreneurship scheme.

Abstract

For approximately 3 months, these programs can be carried out well and can be accepted by the residents of Keputih Village even though there are several obstacles or obstacles that become a challenge for students to find solutions to these problems so that the planned programs can run more optimally and are expected to help develop MSMEs and business potential in Keputih Village, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City well. The Thematic Real Work Lecture of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KKNT MBKM) has a work program that has been implemented by the University of National Development "Veteran" East Java. This work program includes FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Ramadan bazaar and coloring competition as well as takjil distribution, counseling, training, TTG innovation which is called by another term, namely Appropriate Technology. This TTG is also in the form of a map of the potential of MSMEs in Keputih Village and a menu catalog of the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market, an exhibition of Baverage Culinary Tourism Center Activities and an exhibition of MSMEs in Sukolilo District, the creation of a website for the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market, the creation of the Harmoni Keputih Tourism Market Instagram, and the creation of product promotion content for MSMEs in the Keputih region.

Abstract

"Retail is detail" said James Gulliver, which means that in a retail company every detail must be considered. Operations management is one of the keys to the successful arrangement of every detail of the activities in it so that the company's performance becomes organized. That way as a retail company that has been moving for decades, PT Tsamaniya Amanah Mandiri continues to develop the operational management strategies they use. In this study, the research focus lies on the effect of retail operations management on company performance. Data and information were collected through interviews with relevant personnel, analysis of internal and external data, and direct observation of the processes taking place at PT Tsamaniya Amanah Mandiri. Thereafter, analysis and interpretation are conducted on the data that has been collected, with the aim of gaining an in-depth understanding of the emerging findings. The methods used may involve statistical analysis, modeling, and theoretical approaches to support conclusions.

Abstract

Stunting remains a significant public health challenge in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. The national stunting prevalence was recorded at 24.4% in 2021, still far above the maximum threshold of 14% set in the SDGs for 2024. To tackle this problem, the KKN-T Bela Negara Group 8 team of the National Development University "Veteran" East Java in collaboration with UPT Puskesmas Tawangsari carried out a socialization program on stunting prevention in Muteran Hamlet, Kejagan Village, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency on August 2, 2024. This program involved 38 participants of mothers with children under five years old and focused on three main interventions including measuring children's height, weighing children, and giving vitamin A. This activity aims to know how to prevent stunting from various aspects, knowing how to measure and weigh toddlers appropriately according to health procedures and learning how to give vitamin A to children. Through this collaborative effort, it is hoped that the prevalence of stunting in Muteran Hamlet can be significantly reduced so that it can contribute to improving the quality of human resources in the future.

Abstract

Perkembangan Industri kecantikan di Indonesia saat ini sedang meningkat pesat. Produk kecantikan menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari terutama bagi wanita sehingga banyak perusahaan kosmetik di Indonesia berlomba-lomba dalam menarik perhatian pelanggan. Salah satu perusahaan kosmetik yang menarik perhatian pelanggan yaitu PT Implora Sukses Abadi yang berdiri tahun 2004. PT Implora Suskes Abadi sendiri mampu mempertahankan penjualan kosmetik lokal melalui berbagai strategi yang dilakukan yaitu memasarkan produk melalui kegiatan event . Event marketing dan promosi yang dilakukan PT Implora Sukses Abadi untuk meningkatkan citra merek produk lokal agar lebih dikenal dan menarik perhatian pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan yaitu 100 responden pengunjung event social chic Surabaya 2023. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriterian tertentu dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan spss 25 pada uji F nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 93.667 > F tabel 3,090 maka dalam penelitian ini Event Marketing dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Event Social Chic Surabaya 2023.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah mengubah paradigma bisnis dengan mendorong perluasan peran internet dan media sosial sebagai sarana utama dalam memodernisasi strategi penjualan dan pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis dampak Korean Wave, Live Streaming, dan Flash Sale terhadap Minat Beli Produk Scarlett Whitening di platform media sosial TikTok. Populasi yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah konsumen produk Scarlett Whitening yang menggunakan aplikasi TikTok dan mengikuti akun @Scarlett Whitening. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner daring menggunakan Google Form. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Non Probability Sampling-Purposive Sampling dengan Rumus Lemeshow, melibatkan 100 responden. Data terdiri dari dua jenis, yaitu data primer (dari kuesioner) dan data sekunder (berupa studi sebelumnya, literatur, artikel, dan situs web). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Korean Wave, Live Streaming, dan Flash Sale secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Beli Produk Scarlett Whitening di TikTok, serta Korean Wave, Live Streaming, dan Flash Sale memiliki pengaruh positif dan parsial terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett Whitening di platform media sosial TikTok

Abstract

This research aims to analyze marketing strategies to increase sales at Warung Kopi Alang Surabaya. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature and was conducted at Warung Kopi Alang Surabaya, with research subjects including owners, employees and consumers. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis using the EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) and IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) tables. The results of the analysis using IFAS and EFAS show that Warung Kopi Alang Surabaya has strengths with a total score of 3.28 and weaknesses with a total score of 0.28. Meanwhile, threats got a total score of 0.69, and opportunities got a total score of 2.07. By looking at the consequences of the SWOT line, Warung Kopi Alang Surabaya is in quadrant I with a value of (X;Y) (2.72; 1.38), indicating the need to use aggressive planning. A strategy that converts strengths into opportunities is one strategy that can be adopted. Keywords: Marketing Strategy, SWOT Analysis, Increased Sales.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial in many economies, generating jobs, promoting economic growth, and empowering local communities. Yet, they struggle to stand out amidst tough competition. Thus, establishing a robust brand identity through effective branding is essential. Branding assistance involves professionals aiding MSMEs in understanding their core values, crafting consistent brand messages, and designing fitting marketing strategies to appeal to customers. This support aims to enhance the recognition and competitiveness of Dapur Gemilang Fitriyah MSMEs. The research utilized a qualitative approach with a case study design, gathering primary data through interviews with business owners and relevant parties. Secondary data was also obtained through literature reviews on branding and mentoring for MSMEs. Results showcased the creation of attractive label designs and a company profile website as effective marketing tools for Dapur Gemilang Fitriyah MSMEs. This is expected to elevate the brand's image, product appeal, and expand its market outreach. Through branding assistance, Dapur Gemilang Fitriyah MSMEs can thrive and excel in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang terus meningkat dengan adanya internet berdampak pada perkembangan bisnis online. Dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan inovasi dalam strategi pemasaran secara digital ikut berkembang dengan adanya fitur Live Streaming pada platform jual beli online seperti shopee, shopee menjadi salah satu e-commerce paling popular di Indonesia, dan memberikan pengalaman berbelanja dengan berinteraksi secara langsung antara penjual dan pembeli secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Live Streaming selling, discount, dan kualitas produk terhadap impulsive buying. Impulsive Buying merupakan perilaku konsumen yang melakukan keputusan pembelian secara spontan, tidak terencana. Live Streaming selling, discount, dan kualitas produk menjadi faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara impulsive buying konsumen dalam berbelanja online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan total sampel yang diambil yaitu 150 responden pemilik akun Shopee di Kota Surabaya. Sampel diambil dengan tenik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan olah data yang dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 25. Didapatkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Live Streaming selling, discount, dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Kepatuhan yang buruk wajib pajak kerap kali terlihat ketika menyampaikan laporan pajak, wajib pajak membuat laporan yang tidak sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya. Saat ini perkembangan teknologi sangat mengesankan, Coretax Administration System (CTAS) menjadi strategi Direktorat Jenderal Pajak menghadapi hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses yang dilakukan KPP Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo dalam persiapan pemberlakuan CTAS pada tanggal 1 Januari 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif melalui observasi langsung serta wawancara dengan informan, tim fungsional penyuluh Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Surabay Mulyorejo. Proses pra peluncuran terus diupayakan dari kantor pusat Kementerian Keuangan dengan menerbitkan peraturan-peraturan baru terkait penyesuaian penggunaan CoreTax Administration System (CTAS), melalui edukasi pajak oleh KPP serta praktik pribadi wajib pajak. Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Surabaya Mulyorejo melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya dengan memberikan pelayanan untuk melakukan edukasi pajak kepada wajib pajak terkait CoreTax Administration System (CTAS). Harapannya ke depan CTAS dapat meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kewajiban perpajakan dan juga mendorong pelaporan hingga pembayaran pajak yang lebih aktif.
