Abstract

This research aims to assess the level of nomophobia among students and their learning motivation and explore the relationship between these two factors. Utilizing a quantitative methodology with a correlational approach, the study sampled 356 students from across the island of Java through convenience sampling techniques. Data was collected via a nomophobia questionnaire (NMP-Q), which consists of 16 items with a reliability score of .899, and a learning motivation scale with 13 items and a reliability score of .847, distributed through WhatsApp. The data analysis involved quantitative descriptive analysis and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. The findings reveal that students exhibit a high level of nomophobia while their learning motivation is low. Additionally, there is a significant inverse relationship between nomophobia and learning motivation, indicating that higher levels of nomophobia are associated with lower motivation to learn. Conversely, lower levels of nomophobia correlate with increased learning motivation. These research findings can serve as a foundation for counselors to develop appropriate interventions to address nomophobia and enhance students' motivation to learn.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the strategies used by English teachers in teaching reading comprehension and how they apply these strategies. This research was designed as descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at SMAN 02 Muaro Jambi. The participants of this research were three English teachers who taught in the tenth (X) MIPA grade of the school. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic so, each English teachers had two meetings observed by the researcher. The research instrument is an observation and interview. The instrument used is to find out the strategies used and how the English teachers applies the strategies in teaching reading comprehension. The results of the data were analyzed by; checklist observations and field notes. The results showed that the teacher used several strategies in teaching reading comprehension. The strategies are Translation strategy, Scaffolding strategy, and Question and Answer Relationship Strategy. Encourage the use of dictionaries, rereading to assess comprehension, understanding in certain tasks, and asking questions for specific information strategies applied in implementing reading comprehension in the school. This is evidenced by the motivation of students, students’ attention, and the ease of teachers in teaching and learning process

Abstract

This reseach have done during educational system worldwide has been affected by covid-19 pandemic, It was required the students to study at home. The researcher assumed that whatsapp as one of online leaning tool which could help the students in leaning pocess. This study aimed to find out the the effect of using WhatsApp as a learning tool on student’s writing Ability at Ma Laboratorium Kota Jambi and to find out the significant difference of students’ writing those taught using whatsapp and who taught using zoom. This research was quantitative research and it was conducted by using quasy-experimental design. Subject of this research was 34 students. The result of the analysis indicated that the mean of post-test score (69.05) was higher than the mean of pre-test score (55.97) so that Ha was accepted. It means there was significant effect and significant difference of students‘writing skill after giving treatment. Next, the researcher had computed that the score of t count> t table(2.652>2.037) and the result of paired sample T test is 2–tailed<0,05( 0.012 < 0.05),. So, Ha table was accepted. It means, there was significant effect and significant difference using WhatsApp as a learning tool onstudents writing skill.

Abstract

Pendampingan bagi UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan merupakan langkah penting untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada pelaku usaha secara teoritis terkait manfaat pencatatan keuangan sederhana dan pemahaman praktik melalui aplikasi catatan keuanganku. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan UMKM dalam mencatat transaksi keuangan, memantau arus kas, dan menyusun laporan keuangan yang lebih akurat. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan pengenalan aplikasi kepada pelaku usaha dan praktik cara penggunaan pembukuan digital menggunakan aplikasi catatan keuanganku Hasil dari pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan keuangan serta berdampak positif terhadap kinerja usaha secara keseluruhan. Hasil akhir dari pengabdian ini diharapkan supaya pelaku usaha UMKM terkhususnya yang menjadi subyek pengabdian dapat memahami konsep pentingnya melakukan pencatatan keuangan pada usaha mereka dengan menggunakan aplikasi catatan keuanganku.

Abstract

Minat belajar dan motivasi peserta didik yang rendah dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu keterampilan mengajar guru yang masih menggunakan model-model pembelajaran yang monoton sehingga menyebabkan proses pembelajaran kurang optimal dan pembelajaran di kelas menjadi tidak kondusif. Melihat fakta tersebut, peneliti akan membuat inovasi yang akan menumbuhkan motivasi siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Sesuatu yang baru tersebut yaitu media. pembelajaran untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, maka kegiatan saat belajar mengajar perlu menggunakan media terutama zaman sekarang lebih mengedepankan teknologi sehingga guru-guru bisa mengembangan media untuk pembelajaran agar siswa tidak bosan dan lebih semangat mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu disediakan media pembelajaran untuk menunjang suksesnya proses belajar mengajar peserta didik dan guru. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah media pembelajaran Quiziz. Quiziz merupakan media pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi dan yang di buat secara menyenangkan, karena dalam Quiziz terdapat soal-soal latihan yang akan di jawab secara cepat dan tepat oleh siswa. Media pembelajaran Quiziz ini akan di jawab dengan cara berlomba-lomba dan memilki waktu yang sudah ditentukan untuk menyelesaikan soal-soal tersebut. Dalam Quiziz ini terdapat animasi-animasi dan musik-musik yang akan membuat siswa tidak mudah bosan dalam menjawab soal-soal latihan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran Quiziz yang dapat menumbuhkan semangat dan antusias siswa dengan judul " pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis aplikasi quiziz untuk mengembangan minat belajar siswa di SDN 1 Paokmotong" Desain penelitian ini menggunakan 10 tahap yaitu, (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) validasi desai , (5) perbaikan desain, (6) uji coba lapangan, (7) revisi produk,(8) uji coba produk, (9) revisi produk akhir, dan (10) implementasi produk massal.

Abstract

Ketertarikan peseta didik terhadap sastra pada fase D mengalami rintangan dalam menjaga minat mereka. Walaupun Kurikulum Merdeka diciptakan untuk mengadaptasi proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman sekarang, pelaksanaannya seringkali tidak memenuhi ekspektasi. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode kualitatif untuk mengkaji pola dan hambatan dalam meningkatkan penghargaan terhadap sastra di tingkat sekolah menengah fase D. Analisis mengungkapkan bahwa masalah utama meliputi kurangnya sumber daya, metode pengajaran yang tidak sesuai dengan realitas kehidupan peseta didik, serta program yang tidak diperbarui sesuai dengan kemajuan terkini. Para peseta didik sering kali menunjukkan kurangnya minat pada teks sastra, disebabkan oleh tema yang dianggap tidak menarik serta minimnya pendekatan kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi dengan pengalaman sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan cara yang memotivasi dan adaptif merupakan hambatan utama, yang menyebabkan pembelajaran sastra terkadang menjadi monoton. Kurangnya pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai kurikulum memperparah keadaan ini. Temuan penelitian menekankan betapa krusialnya melakukan evaluasi, peningkatan program pelatihan bagi guru, serta penyesuaian yang diperlukan untuk menciptakan keseimbangan dengan kebutuhan peseta didik. Kolaborasi antara guru, lembaga pendidikan, dan orang tua sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan. Melalui metode yang sesuai dan dengan adanya bantuan dari penulis serta lembaga budaya, diharapkan pendidikan sastra akan menjadi lebih berarti, mampu menarik perhatian peseta didik, serta mendorong pemahaman yang lebih dalam terhadap karya-karya sastra.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan dan optimalisasi Tumbuh Kembang Balita harus dilakukan sedini dengan perhatian khusus yang diberikan pada masa bayi dan Balita yang merupakan masa emas bagi kelangsungan tumbuh kembang anak. Pembinaan tumbuh kembang anak secara terintegrasi dapat diselenggarakan dalam bentuk kemitraan antara keluarga (orang tua) dan masyarakat (kader kesehatan) dengan tenaga profesional (tenaga kesehatan dan tenaga pendidik) melalui kegiatan Stimulasi, Deteksi dan Intervensi Dini Tumbuh Kembang (SDIDTK). Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Penyengat Olak Tahun 2023 bertujuan untuk penguatan terintegrasi Desa sayang balita serta melakukan pendampingan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan skrining tumbuh kembang balita. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap kegiatan dengan sasaran tenaga kesehatan, kader kesehatan, Guru PAUD, ibu dan balita di Desa Penyengat Olak Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dilakukan antara lain berupa pelatihan, penyuluhan dan pelaksanaan skrining Tumbuh Kembang bagi Balita Desa Penyengat olak. Hasil kegiatan penguatan terintegrasi Desa Sayang Balita adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman nakes tentang SDIDTK, peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kader tentang skrining Tumbuh kembang, serta peningkatan pengetahuan Guru PAUD dan ibu tentang Tumbuh kembang Balita, serta diketahuinya hasil skrining perkembangan balita sebanyak 81,8% sesuai dengan usianya. Upaya peningkatan kapasitas tenaga Kesehatan dan kader Kesehatan perlu dilakukan secara kontinyu dan konsisten agar semua komponen yang berkaitan dengan Skrining Tumbuh Kembang Balita dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilannya sesuai dengan target optimalisasi Tumbuh kembang Balita secara terintegrasi.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of authentic happiness of students and to test whether group guidance with the halaqah method is effective in increasing authentic happiness. The study used a true experimental design with the Solomon Four-Group Design. The sample in this study was as many as 60 respondents, who were divided into four groups of 15 respondents from Islamic counseling and Islamic education counseling students. This research instrument used the Authentic Happiness Scale, which consisted of 23 valid statement items and a reliability of 0.870. The results of the study showed that the average authentic happiness was in the less happy category. After being given an intervention, authentic happiness increased to the happy category. The results of the study also showed that there was a difference in the authentic happiness of students in the experimental and control groups after being given a group guidance intervention with the halaqah method by controlling the initial ability of happiness. Then, the results of the study also showed that there was a difference in the authentic happiness of students in the experimental and control groups after being given a group guidance intervention with the Halaqoh method. So, it can be concluded that group guidance with the halaqah method is effective in increasing happiness.

Abstract

Blockchain is a modern technology with the capability to create a high level of transparency in data processing. Due to this capability, blockchain has begun to evolve across various sectors, one of which is the healthcare sector. This literature review examines the implementation of blockchain in healthcare systems, focusing on security management in electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical trial data management. A total of 20 journals published between 2019 and 2024 were reviewed, sourced from Google Scholar. The objective of this literature review is to gather information and data based on parameters determined by the researchers. The findings indicate that the utilization of blockchain for data security in the healthcare sector is predominantly applied to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Furthermore, despite blockchain's significant potential across various fields, particularly in healthcare, this literature review also highlights several limitations of blockchain technology. The conclusion of this study suggests that with further innovation, blockchain can play a crucial role in enhancing security within digital healthcare, making it safer and more efficient.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the process of strengthening akhlak tasawuf material in akidah akhlak subjects in madrasah. The research utilized a library research method involving the stages of collecting, reviewing, and analyzing existing relevant literature pertaining to the topic. The data analysis procedure was conducted by evaluating and synthesizing research data, which could either support or oppose the initial argument. Through conducting a literature synthesis, the researcher compiled a comprehensive picture of the pattern of strengthening akhlak tasawuf, highlighting key findings, and identifying trends that emerged from existing literature. The results of the research show that strengthening akhlak tasawuf in akidah akhlak subjects can be done by adding material on akhlak tasawuf, providing space for students to engage in contemplation in the form of collective remembrance, involving parents to apply akhlak tasawuf values ​​in the family environment and conducting regular evaluations. Providing space for collective remembrance will refine students' feelings in understanding the moral teachings of tasawuf. Contemplation for students will help in correcting wrong morals. Involving parents will strengthen the akhlak tasawuf values ​​that have been instilled. Evaluation is useful for finding out programs that need to be strengthened.
