Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE). and Return on Assets (ROA) on the stock price of PT Sawit Sinar Sumbermas Sarana between 2019 to 2023.Using a quantitative approach and secondary data from the company’s financial reports, linear regression analysis was utilized to ascertain the relationship between these attributes and stock prices. The findings show that stock prices are highly impacted by ROA, ROE, and DER. ROA has a negative relationship with stock prices, meaning that the higher the ROA, the lower the stock price, which suggests potential inefficiency in asset utilization. On the other hand, ROE and DER have a positive relationship with stock prices, reflecting strong internal management, increasing investor confidence, and driving higher stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pengembangan karakter berbasis pancasila melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif secara deskriptif dengan menerapkan teknik studi dokumentasi. Karakter moral yang dikembangkan di sekolah yaitu: (1) karakter religius, (2) karakter rendah hati, (3) Karakter sopan santun dan hormat, (4) Karakter peduli, dan (5) Karakter toleransi. Tiga unsur utama dalam pendidikan pendidikan karakter, yakni: (1) Knowing the good, yakni siswa tidak hanya tahu tentang hal-hal yang baik tetapi siswa harus memahami mengapa melakukan hal itu, (2) Feeling the good, yakni membangkitkan rasa cinta siswa untuk melakukan hal yang baik siswa dilatih untuk merasakan efek dari perbuatan yang baik dilakukannya, dan (3) Acting the good, yakni siswa dilatih untuk berbuat mulia, berbuat sesuatu yang baik itu harus melalui pelatihan. Implementasi materi Pancasila kedalam pembelajaran PKn adalah dengan mengembangkan materi pengetahuan teoritis pancasila menjadi materi pendidikan di kelas

Abstract

Caring for mental patients can be done by families and health professionals. The family is the closest to patients with mental disorders, referred as caregiver. Caregiver always give support for patient care. Caring for patients with mental disorders will make caregivers vulnerable to emotional problems such as anxiety, depression and worries. The purpose of this study was to determine the emotional distress experienced by female caregiver and the characteristics and its relationship with mental patients. Design of this research is analytic survey with purposive sampling technique. The total sample of 86 respondents, data were collected using questionnaires. The results of the data obtained and tested using correlation analysis. The result is women caregivers for experiencing emotional distress is 7.73 (77.3%), and there is a relationship between the family situation (caregiver relationship and supervision) to emotional distress, and there is no relationship between the characteristics of caregivers and the characteristics of mental disorder patients with emotional distress. Advised the caregiver to seek information and to improve the ability to solve problems.

Abstract

The seriousness of the Government in preventing sexual violence against children can be seen from the formation of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection. Prevention of sexual violence against children needs to get more attention through collaboration carried out by stakeholders. Many cases are not reported because the victims are helpless and ashamed. Currently, prevention of sexual violence is only focused on rehabilitation, and not focused on the initial stages of prevention. This requires collaboration between actors to be able to build commitment and trust in carrying out prevention. The purpose of this study is to describe collaborative governance in preventing sexual violence against children in Islamic boarding schools in Rian Province. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection methods through stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consisted of 30 people. The existing data is grouped, analyzed and summarized the findings. The results of this study are that collaboration between stakeholders is quite good, this can be seen from the full awareness of stakeholders to be able to synergize in preventing sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools. The Pekanbaru City Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Community Empowerment Service provides educational information and socialization to the community so that children do not become perpetrators and victims of sexual violence. The formation of the PPKS task force is the beginning of the process of preventing sexual violence in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The existence of smallholder oil palm plantations has become the cause of various risks that have a negative impact on the social, economic, and environmental aspects of the community, so it is necessary to have appropriate risk management strategies and the implementation of sustainable cultivation practices to support the existence and sustainability of smallholder oil palm plantation businesses. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the risk management strategy and sustainability of smallholder oil palm plantations in Aceh Jaya Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study is smallholder oil palm farmers in Aceh Jaya Regency, with a sample of 100 respondents consisting of 47 oil palm farmers in Teunom District and 53 oil palm farmers in Indra Jaya District, which were taken using the multi-stage cluster random sampling method. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, which was analyzed using the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The results show that farmers' perceptions and risk impacts have a positive and significant effect on risk management strategy. Farmer characteristics have a negative and significant effect on sustainability. Farmer perception, and risk management strategy has a positive and significant effect on sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the readiness of the Indragiri Hulu Regency government, especially Satpol PP and KPBD, to implement the Si ATAN BEDA application, which has been implemented. E-Readiness analysis was carried out using the STOPE approach. The Si ATAN BEDA service application functions as a channel for public complaints, making it easier for the public to submit reports and complaints regarding disturbances of peace, public order, and regional disasters. Implementing the Si ATAN BEDA application service has not shown optimal results due to the government's lack of understanding regarding E-Readiness and making decisions without adequate consideration of the facts. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. After the field data was collected, the data was processed using NVivo 12 to provide a visual depiction of the field findings and analyzed based on the theory that supports the findings. The results and discussion concluded that the STOPE framework model, which consists of strategy, technology, organization, people, and environment, is the most appropriate model for evaluating the E-Readiness of the Indragiri Hulu Regency government. In the strategy domain, there is a lack of leadership roles in providing direction and supervision, as well as weaknesses in application development planning. The technology domain shows that there are obstacles in application use and security that still need to be strengthened. The lack of cooperation between the government and the private sector in implementing applications is a challenge in the organizational domain. The human resources domain shows that officers' skill qualifications are not aligned with their educational background, and their understanding of applications still needs to be improved. Meanwhile, in the environmental domain of public knowledge, the lack of public knowledge about the application shows a lack of socialization by the government, so the community has not fully felt the benefits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak implementasi e-government (pemerintahan berbasis elektronik) terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Polsek Teweh Tengah, Kabupaten Barito Utara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dengan fokus pada bagaimana platform digital kepolisian seperti aplikasi pelaporan online, POLRI Super App Presisi, layanan SKCK online, SPKT Mobile, sistem manajemen informasi, dan pemanfaatan media sosial membentuk aksesibilitas, kecepatan, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan lima informan kunci yang mewakili Kanit Reskrim, anggota Reskrim, PNS Polri, serta pegawai harian lepas pada unit SPKT dan Intel, dilengkapi telaah dokumen kebijakan seperti Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik, kebijakan internal Polri, dan penelusuran laman resmi serta media sosial Polsek. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi e-government meningkatkan kemudahan akses layanan, mempercepat proses administrasi, menurunkan biaya operasional, dan memperkuat transparansi serta kepercayaan masyarakat, meskipun masih dijumpai kendala literasi digital aparatur, keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Nilai kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada kajian tingkat mikro di lingkungan Polsek wilayah nonmetropolitan yang menghubungkan kebijakan e-government nasional dengan praktik pelayanan garis depan sektor keamanan. Temuan diharapkan berkontribusi pada pengayaan kajian administrasi publik dan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai teaching case dalam pembelajaran inovasi pelayanan publik, tata kelola kepolisian, dan good governance di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using Wordwall Platform on students’ reading comprehension at MTs Laboratorium UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. It was quantitative research with a quasi experimental design. The sample of this study was 29 students of experimental class and 29 students of control group using custler random sampling techniques. The data collection instrument in this research was a short essay test consisting of pre-test and post-test. Based on data analysis from research and hypothesis testing carried out, the effect in learning outcomes shows that the average in the experimental class is in the medium category, while the average in the control class is in the low category. It  could be seen  from the pre-test result before  treatment and post-test result after treatment in both of group. It mean score of pre-test of experimental class was 55,86 and the mean score of post-test was 76,03. Meanwhile, the mean score of pre-test in control class was 57,59, and the mean score of post-test was 69,14. This is also shown in the results of the post-test t test. Both of class from pre-test and post-test score got a normality and homogeneity data with significant (0,05). The results of the t test analysis show that the t-count is 3.699 with a significance of 0.01, the significance value shows 0.01<0.05 so that ( is accepted. It can be concluded that Wordwall Platform Effective  for teaching and assessment in Reading Comprehension of Recount Text to class VIII MTs Laboratorium UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.

Abstract

A Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a strategic role in rural economic development by managing local resources. However, the ongoing digital disruption, characterized by technological shifts, market volatility, and intensified competition, demands a fundamental transformation of the human capital within BUMDes. This study aims to analyze the capacity of BUMDes human resources in facing disruptive challenges, identify key enabling and inhibiting factors in their transformation from local managers to rural entrepreneurs, and formulate relevant and sustainable strategies for their development. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 40 BUMDes administrators across multiple regions. The analysis utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the interrelationship between variables. The results revealed that digital skills significantly influence the readiness for role transformation, while managerial knowledge and innovation motivation did not show statistically significant effects. The study contributes theoretically by expanding the human capital framework in the context of rural development and offers practical insights for policy design related to structured digital training and mentoring programs. It alsoadvocates for a collaborative ecosystem involving local governments and development actors to support inclusive and sustainable rural entrepreneurship in the face of ongoing disruptions.

Abstract

Masa usia dini merupakan periode emas yang sangat menentukan kualitas tumbuh kembang anak di masa depan. Namun, masih banyak orang tua yang belum memahami pentingnya pola pengasuhan positif dan belum optimal dalam melakukan deteksi dini perkembangan anak. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pengasuhan positif, melaksanakan skrining perkembangan anak usia dini menggunakan instrumen Parents’ Evaluation of Developmental Status (PEDS), serta menyusun rencana tindak lanjut program secara berkesinambungan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Penyengat Olak, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dengan melibatkan 150 ibu balita, tenaga kesehatan, kader posyandu, serta perangkat desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi edukasi pengasuhan positif berbasis Modifikasi Positive Parenting Program (Triple-P), pembentukan kelompok orang tua pendukung, pelatihan tenaga kesehatan mengenai penggunaan PEDS, dan pelaksanaan skrining perkembangan anak. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu, terbukti dari perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Sebagian besar anak (90.8%) berada pada kategori risiko rendah, sedangkan 9.2% anak berada pada risiko sedang, terutama pada aspek bahasa, perilaku, dan motorik halus. Kesimpulan pengabdian bahwa berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang pengasuhan positif, melaksanakan skrining perkembangan anak usia dini dengan PEDS, serta menyusun rencana tindak lanjut program secara berkesinambungan.
