The heterochedasity test in this study stated that there was no heterokedasity in this study because there was no specific pattern and the point in the staterplot spread randomly. In the multicollinearity test in this study, it was stated that under the VIF value of each variable < 10 tolerance values > 0.01, then all variables did not occur multicollinearity. The autocorrelation test in this study stated that there was no autocorrelation in this study, which is known that dL < dW > dU. The multiple linear regression test in this study stated that all variables x had a positive effect on variable y. In the t test, it is known that inventory turnover and receivables turnover have an effect on profits, while working capital turnover does not affect profits. In the F test, it was found that the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital had a simultaneous effect on the company's profit. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is stated that variable x has an influence on variable y by 56.6%. Meanwhile, 43.4% was influenced by other variables that were not tested in the study. This shows that these components are jointly able to meet the company's needs in achieving company profits. For the management, it is expected to pay more attention and re-evaluate the turnover of inventory, receivables and working capital to be more effective and efficient so that working capital can increase company profits so as to maximize the existing potential. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment with Employee Performance This can be seen based on the t-test on the work motivation variable showing that there is a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value (4.756) > t table. (1.641) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the t-test on the Work Discipline variable show that there is a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count value (0.689) < t table (1.641) and a significant value of 0.495> 0.05. The results of the t-test on the work environment variable showed that there was an effect but not significant on employee performance with a t-count value (1.412) < t table (1.641) and a significant value of 0.166> 0.05. The results of the analysis output from the calculated F value of 34.852> 2.750 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Work Motivation, Discipline and Work Environment have a significant positive influence simultaneously on Employee Performance.

This research uses quantitative methods by collecting primary data through form to respondents (Sales Division of PT. Mora Telematics Indonesia), then the data is obtained by statistical analysis by conducting instrument tests, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, namely multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis testing, namely t test and f test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of data analysis shows that 1) Salary has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is known that the tcount> ttable value is 2.113> 2.01290 with a significant value of 0.040 <0.05. 2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is known that the tcount> ttable value is 2.976> 2.01290 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. 3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, it is known that the tcount> ttable value is 3.785> 2.01290 with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05. 4) Salary, Incentives, and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of sales division employees at PT. Mora Telematics Indonesia with an Fcount> Ftable value of 61,961> 3.20 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. And with this, it can also be seen that the results of multiple linear regression tests are Y = 1.531+ 0.243 Incentives, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Sales Division of PT Mora Telematics Indonesia with a percentage of 78.4% of the results of the determination coefficient.
