Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, customer value, and product quality on customer satisfaction (study of coffee shop customers at Forestthree Coffee Transyogi). The number of respondents is 80 respondents. The results showed that there is a brand image that does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the t-count value of 0.587 < t table of 1.992 and the sig value of Brand Image (X1) of 0.218> 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, and for customer value, product quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the t-count value of 7.362 (X2), 5.782 (X3) > t table of 1.992. The results of the tests that have been carried out also show that customer value and product quality simultaneously have an influence on customer satisfaction as evidenced by a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and F count 122,550 > F table 2.73. For the DW value is 1.738, based on this, it is obtained that the value of dL = 1.560, the value of dU = 1.715, the value of 4-dL = 2.440, and the value of 4-dU = 2.285. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no auto-correlation in the linear regression model because the value of dU(1.715) < DW (1.738) < 4-dU (2.285). The conclusion of this study is that customer satisfaction is caused by customer value and product quality. As for Customer Satisfaction does not happen which is caused by the Brand Image. Suggestions for this researcher are then expected to look for research materials that have an impact or have a positive effect on each of the variables.

Abstract

Human resource management plays an active role in improving employee performance through several variables affecting it including organizational culture, work discipline, work experience, and employee performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether organizational culture, work discipline, and work experience have a significant effect on PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive design. The research was conducted by searching for primary data, through the filling out of questionnaires by respondents of employees of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur, was conducted by sampling through a random sampling method. The data are processed by statistical analysis with multiple linear regression tests, coefficient of determination (R-square adjustment), partial testing hypothesis (t-test), and simultaneous ANOVA testing (F-table). The purpose of this study is: 1) To find out the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. 2) To find out the effect of work discipline on employee performance. 3) To find out the effect of work experience on employee performance. 4) To find out the effect of organizational culture, work discipline, and work experience jointly on the performance of employees. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational culture, work discipline, and work experience jointly have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur employee. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence on organizational culture, work discipline, work experience, and employee performance at PT. Sinarmulia Sukses Makmur. Suggestions for subsequent researchers to proceed with follow-up studies that address a wider scope such as adding other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Directorate of Vocational High Schools by using the SPSS test. The data analysis method in this study uses a quantitative approach with quantitative data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Measurement is done with Likert on a scale of one to five. The results of this study indicate that if from the t test it can be seen that the result of the t value is 2.402> 2.0129 or the Sig value of 0.020 <0.05, meaning that the leadership variable greatly affects the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Judging from the t test, it can be seen that the result of the t value is 2.177> 2.0129 or the Sig value of 0.035 <0.05, meaning that the motivation variable greatly affects the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Judging from the t test, it can be seen that the result of the t value is 2.408> 2.0129 or the Sig value of 0.020 <0.05, meaning that the motivation variable is very influential on the performance of employees of the Directorate of Vocational High Schools. Meanwhile, judging from the F test, it can be seen that the significance value of Leadership X1, Motivation X2, and Discipline X3 on employee performance Y is 0.000 <0.05 and F count 66.820> 2.80, it cannot be denied because H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that Leadership, Motivation and Discipline affect employee performance.

Abstract

Pengelolaan administrasi kelurahan yang efisien merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Kelurahan Halim Perdanakusuma menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan administrasi yang masih manual dan terfragmentasi, yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi (SIMA) di kelurahan tersebut. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data administrasi, meningkatkan akuntabilitas, serta mempercepat proses pelayanan publik. Pelatihan kepada aparat kelurahan dan masyarakat mengenai penggunaan SIMA juga dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari program pemberdayaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIMA di Kelurahan Halim Perdanakusuma telah meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi, mempermudah akses informasi, dan memperkuat transparansi dalam pelayanan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMA berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan administrasi sebesar 65%, mengurangi waktu tunggu layanan hingga 45%, serta meningkatkan akurasi data administrasi hingga 90%. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan kompetensi digital aparatur kelurahan sebesar 75% dari kondisi awal, serta peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan dari 45% menjadi 85%. Masyarakat kini dapat lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan administrasi kelurahan. Ke depan, disarankan untuk terus memperbarui dan mengembangkan sistem ini, serta meningkatkan kapasitas digital masyarakat agar manfaat yang diperoleh dan bersifat berkelanjutan.   Efficient management of urban village administration is an important aspect in improving the quality of public services. Halim Perdanakusuma Urban Village faces challenges in administrative management that are still manual and fragmented, which affects the effectiveness of services to the community. Therefore, a community service was carried out with the aim of developing and implementing an Administrative Management Information System (SIMA) in the village. The system was designed to simplify administrative data management, increase accountability, and speed up the public service process. Training for village officials and the community on the use of SIMA was also conducted as part of the empowerment program. The results of this activity show that the implementation of SIMA in Halim Perdanakusuma Village has improved administrative efficiency, facilitated access to information, and strengthened transparency in services. The results of this activity showed that the implementation of SIMA succeeded in increasing the efficiency of administrative services by 65%, reducing service waiting time by 45%, and increasing the accuracy of administrative data by 90%. In addition, there was an increase in the digital competence of village officials by 75% from the initial condition, and an increase in community satisfaction with services from 45% to 85%. The community can now more actively participate in the management of urban village administration. In the future, it is recommended to continue updating and developing this system, as well as increasing the digital capacity of the community so that the benefits obtained and are sustainable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality and Price on Purchasing Decisions through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Shopee Marketplace. This research is a quantitative study, and the data collection technique is a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 112 respondents who were employees of RSAU DR. Esnawan Antariksa Halim Perdanakusuma. The research data was tested with validity, reliability, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and multicollinearity tests. The results of this study indicate that based on the path analysis/path analysis results, it states that indirectly, product quality through customer satisfaction has no significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and indirectly, price through customer satisfaction has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. In equation 1, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Equation 2 states that Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Price has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Customer Satisfaction also has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. So, it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price simultaneously significantly affect Customer Satisfaction. In contrast, Product Quality, Price, and Customer Satisfaction simultaneously significantly affect Purchasing Decisions.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi pada Marketplace Shopee. Penilitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 112 responden yang merupakan karyawan RSAU DR. Esnawan Antariksa Halim Perdanakusuma. Data penelitian diuji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil path analysis/analisis jalur menyatakan secara tidak langsung kualitas produk melalui kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan juga secara tidak langsung harga melalui kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pada persamaan 1, Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, begitupula Harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Untuk persamaan 2 menyatakan bahwa Kualitas Produk memiliki pengaruh siginifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Harga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kepuasan Pelanggan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, sedangkan Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Kepuasan Pelanggan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the training and development programs for personnel at the Personnel Office of Lanud Muljono Surabaya in improving the quality of Air Force recruitment. Major challenges identified include low education levels, competency gaps, and suboptimal training programs. To address these issues, the study proposes the use of information technology, collaboration with educational institutions, and regular program evaluations. The findings indicate that these strategic approaches can enhance personnel competencies and recruitment effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of integrating technology, continuous human resource development, and systematic evaluation to create excellent human resources in the military environment.Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan personel di Dinas Personel Lanud Muljono Surabaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas rekrutmen TNI Angkatan Udara. Ditemukan tantangan utama seperti rendahnya tingkat pendidikan, kesenjangan kompetensi, dan kurang optimalnya program pelatihan. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diusulkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kerja sama dengan institusi pendidikan, serta evaluasi berkala program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan strategis ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi personel dan efektivitas rekrutmen. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi teknologi, pengembangan SDM yang berkelanjutan, serta evaluasi sistematis untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang unggul di lingkungan militer.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions for Sophie Paris bags in Babelan partially or simultaneously. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. This study uses primary data by distributing research questionnaires to respondents (consumers of Sophie Paris bags in Babelan). The data was processed using statistical analysis with validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t-tests and F-tests, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The study results found that brand image positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions for consumers of Sophie Paris bags in Babelan. Price positively and significantly affects consumer purchasing decisions of Sophie Paris bags in Babelan. Product quality positively and significantly affects purchasing decisions for consumers of Sophie Paris bags in Babelan. There is a significant influence between brand image, price, and product quality on purchasing decisions for consumers of Sophie Paris bags in Babelan.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris di Babelan secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner penelitian terhadap responden (konsumen tas Sophie Paris di Babelan). Data diolah dengan analisis statistik dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen tas Sophie Paris di Babelan.  Harga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen tas Sophie Paris di Babelan. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen tas Sophie Paris di Babelan. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara brand image, harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen tas Sophie Paris di Babelan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Technology, and Competence in Optimizing the Development of Human Resources (HR) of Military Personnel at the III Air Operations Command Headquarters (Makoopsud III). The study is based on the phenomenon that several factors affect the performance of Military personnel at the III Air Operations Command Headquarters, such as lack of competence between individuals or teams, inadequate technology, and lack of personnel who have supporting competence, so that automatically the work carried out is not appropriately achieved following the expected goals. The method used is quantitative research with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires and questionnaires or interviews. This study uses a causality approach that is analyzed using path analysis to analyze the relationship between independent variables. The Role of Leadership, Technology, and Competence affects the dependent variable HR. The results of the study found that (1) There is a significant influence of the role of leadership on competence; the better the leadership, the better the personnel competence; (2) There is a significant influence of technological development on competence, the better the development of technology, the better the personnel competence; (3) There is a significant influence of the role of leadership on optimizing HR development, the better the leadership, the better the optimization of personnel HR development; (4) There is a significant influence of technological development on optimizing human resource development, the better the technological development, the better the optimization of personnel human resource development; and (5) There is a significant influence of competence on optimizing human resource development, the better the competence, the better the optimization of personnel human resource development.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Teknologi, Dan Kompetensi Dalam Optimalisasi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Personel Militer Di Markas Komando Operasi Udara III (Makoopsud III). Penelitian didasarkan atas adanya fenomena bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja personil Militer Markas Komando Operasi Udara III, seperti kurangnya kompetensi antar individu atau tim, teknologi yang kurang memadai, dan kurangnya personil yang mempunyai kompetensi menudukung  maka secara otamatis pekerjaan yang dilakukan tidak tercapai dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey melalui pengedaran angket dan kuesioner, ataupun wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausalitas yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel independen Peran Kepemimpinan, Teknologi, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen SDM. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari peran kepemimpinan terhadap kompetensi, semakin baik kepemimpinan maka kompetensi personel semakin baik; (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perkembangan teknologi terhadap kompetensi, semakin baik perkembangan teknologi maka kompetensi personel semakin baik; (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari peran kepemimpinan terhadap optimalisasi pengembangan SDM, semakin baik kepemimpinan maka optimalisasi pengembangan SDM personel semakin baik; (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perkembangan teknologi terhadap optimalisasi pengembangan SDM, semakin baik perkembangan teknologi maka optimalisasi pengembangan SDM personel semakin baik; dan (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompetensi terhadap optimalisasi pengembangan SDM, semakin baik kompetensi maka optimalisasi pengembangan SDM personel semakin baik.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key factors for the success of organizational development. From the phenomena that occur, the factors that cause problems in the study are teamwork, work stress, and work motivation. This study analyzes the effect of teamwork, work stress, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Lalang Buana Nusantara. The research approach is a quantitative approach using survey methods and path analysis. The population of the research object is 63 people, and a saturated sampling technique was used to obtain 63 respondents. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that teamwork has a significant positive effect on work motivation; Work stress has a significant adverse effect on work motivation; Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance; Work stress has a significant adverse effect on employee performance; and Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The magnitude of the influence of the Employee Performance value variable (Y) is explained by Teamwork, Work Stress, and Work Motivation by 54%, while other variables outside this research model explain the rest.Kinerja karyawan adalah salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan perkembangan organisasi. Dari fenomena yang terjadi, faktor yang menjadikan permasalahan dalam penelitian adalah kerjasama tim, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim, stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Lalang Buana Nusantara.  Pendekatan Penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei dan analisis jalur. Populasi pada objek penelitian berjumlah 63 orang, dengan teknik sampling jenuh diperoleh 63 orang responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan software Excell dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kerjasama tim berpengaruh langsung positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; Stres kerja berpengaruh langsung berbanding terbalik atau berlawanan arah dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja; Kerjasama Tim berpengaruh langsung positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; Stres kerja berpengaruh langsung berbanding terbalik atau berlawanan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan Motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh variabel nilai Kinerja Karyawan (Y) djelaskan oleh Kerjasama Tim, Stres Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja sebesar 54%, sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work discipline, and employee work motivation on employee performance at PT. Dinamika Duta Bangsa Bekasi. This research is because employee performance is still considered low due to low work discipline, possibly due to low employee work motivation. This condition is because the company has not established a good organizational culture. The research approach used in this study is the Positivistic Quantitative Paradigm or Traditional Method, with data collection techniques using a survey method with a questionnaire distributed to 364 respondents. The study's results found that organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation partially and simultaneously influenced employee performance at PT. Dinamika Duta Bangsa Bekasi. The company can use these findings to formulate company policies concerning human resource management.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Dinamika Duta Bangsa Bekasi. Hal ini didasari karena masih dirasa rendahnya kinerja karyawan dikarenakan disiplin kerja yang rendah, yang bisa jadi dikarenakan rendahnya motivasi kerja karyawan. Kondisi ini diperparah karena belum terbangunnya budaya organisasi yang baik di perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Paradigma Positivistic Quantitative atau Metode Tradisional dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 364 responden. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Dinamika Duta Bangsa Bekasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan bagi perumusan kebijakan perusahaan dalam masalah pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia.
