Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen model MEKAR dalam pendampingan pelatihan guru guna meningkatkan kompetensi literasi peserta didik di SDN 1 Bajur dan SDN 3 Merembu, Kecamatan Labuapi, Lombok Barat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini menggambarkan secara mendalam proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian pelatihan literasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi non-partisipatif, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis secara induktif melalui pengkodean, kategorisasi, dan identifikasi tema, dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik untuk meningkatkan validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pelatihan didasarkan pada data Rapor Pendidikan dan asesmen awal, menghasilkan materi pelatihan yang kontekstual dan relevan. Pengorganisasian dilakukan melalui tim pelaksana yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, koordinator literasi, guru kelas, dan fasilitator eksternal, sehingga koordinasi dan kolaborasi berjalan efektif. Tahap pelaksanaan menunjukkan perubahan signifikan dari pelatihan teoritis menjadi praktik langsung, seperti pengembangan sudut baca, penggunaan teks multimodal, dan strategi literasi berbasis proyek yang meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dan membentuk lingkungan belajar yang kaya teks. Pengendalian dilakukan melalui supervisi dan refleksi rutin yang memperkuat keterlibatan guru dan berdampak positif pada hasil literasi siswa. Meskipun menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dan variasi kompetensi guru, model MEKAR terbukti efektif membangun budaya literasi berkelanjutan di sekolah dasar, ditunjang oleh kepemimpinan partisipatif, pendampingan profesional, dan manajemen pelatihan yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan kontekstual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi penilaian digital menggunakan Computer Based Test (CBT) di SMP NW Jerua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan memanfaatkan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik Analisa data menggunakan model interaktif dan memeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Tahap perencanaan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Namun, diperlukan pelatihan yang terus berlanjut bagi para guru, khususnya terkait dengan penilaian berbasis digital. 2) Tahap pelaksanaan telah berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun demikian, perlu dilaksanakan simulasi pra-implementasi CBT dan peningkatan pengawasan terhadap siswa agar proses penilaian dapat berlangsung dengan optimal, dan 3) Tahap Evaluasi telah dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, terdapat kebutuhan untuk melakukan perbaikan lebih lanjut pada sarana dan prasarana agar proses implementasi CBT dapat berjalan dengan lebih baik. Hasil tersebut dapat menunjukkan gambaran manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi implementasi penilaian berbasis digital menggunakan Computer Based Test (CBT) di SMP NW Jerua.

Abstract

The low learning achievement of students is caused byself-efficacyand learning motivation, which is one of the psychological factors that influences learning achievement and acts as a motivator to achieve good performance. This research aims to see the relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation and the learning achievement of class IV students at SDN Cluster III, Labuhan Haji sub-district. The type of research used is correlational research. The population of this research is all class IV students at SDN Gugus II, Labuhan Haji District and the research sample is 60 students. Research data was collected through questionnaires to measure students' self-efficacy and learning motivation and documentation for student achievement. Data analysis techniques use prerequisite tests (linearity test data normality) and hypothesis testingproduct moment correlationat a significance level of 5%. The research results show that 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning achievement, where the value obtained is rcount (3.715) > rtable (0.254) with a sig.(2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. 2)The existence of a positive relationship between learning motivation and learning achievement is proven by the value of rcount (4.647)> rtable (0.254) with sig.(2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning motivation and learning achievementvalue is obtained sig.(F.change) of 0.000 < 0.05, is at a strong relationship level. The magnitude of the contribution or contribution of self-efficacy and learning motivation to learning achievement was 52.6% with 47.4% influenced by other factors not included in the research.

Abstract

This study aims to find and describe the effect of Treffinger learning model on students' creative disposition. The number of subjects in this study consisted of two class groups, namely the experimental class with a total of 20 students and the control class with a total of 24 students conducted at SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia. Data collection methods were carried out by means of documentation, observation, questionnaires and tests. The results of this study indicate the effect of Treffinger learning on the creative disposition of students in the experimental class group with the results of the creative disposition hypothesis test obtained an F value of 77.362 with a significance of 0.000˂0.05, then Ho is rejected, so Ha is accepted. Based on the results of the analysis that the Treffinger learning model is proven to be able to improve the creative disposition of science of SDIT Generasi Muslim Cendekia students.

Abstract

Discipline is a set of rules implemented to discipline students in schools. This study aims to demonstrate how school regulations play a role in shaping student discipline at Elementary School 15 Mataram. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection was conducted through observations and interviews in the environment of SDN 15 Mataram. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The analysis results indicate that although the school has implemented regulations that must be adhered to by students, such as discipline in dressing, punctuality, and participation in religious activities like Dhuha prayers, only a portion of the students comply with these rules effectively. There are still students who show a lack of discipline in following the school regulations. This study emphasizes the importance of consistent implementation of school regulations to enhance student discipline, as well as the need for support from all parties, including parents and teachers, in creating a well-ordered and enjoyable learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kredit yang diterima terhadap pendapatan UMKM, pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap pendapatan UMKM. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tingkat eksplanasi asosiatif, yaitu penlitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya, sehingga dengan penelitian ini dapat dibangun suatu teoyang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kredit yang diterima berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan UMKM, kompetensi sumberdaya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

The proliferation of technology has significantly impacted learning development. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of learning technologies based on students’ perspectives and to discover the challenges encountered when using technologies. In conducting a qualitative case study, the researcher collected data using an open-ended questionnaire at the Open University of Mataram. The data from six informants were analyzed by using the thematic analysis technique. The analysis procedures were based on Kawulich's (2004), which encompassed narrative, coding, interpretation, confirmation, and presentation. The result showed that the students found technology in their learning was effective primarily in creating attractive, practical, and accessible learning experiences, promoting flexible learning and independent learners, and enriching and deepening understanding. Meanwhile, three main challenges were identified: an unstable network, social media, environmental distraction, and a lack of technological competence among students. This study recommends researching teachers’ perspectives on digital transformation for further studies

Abstract

The adoption of digital management in educational settings, specifically at Beijing Normal University (BNU), reflects the ongoing transformation of academic environments through technology. This study explores the comprehensive impact of digital management practices on school improvement. Specifically, the study aims to investigate the influence of six dimensions of digital management, including school visions, school leadership, pedagogical practices, teaching community practices, school-level knowledge practices, and digital resources, on school improvement at Beijing Normal University. Employing a quantitative research methodology, this study utilizes correlation and regression analyses to assess the impact of digital management practices on school improvement. Data were collected via structured surveys from a sample of 351 teachers at BNU. The findings indicate significant positive correlations and effects across all digital management dimensions on school improvement, with school-level knowledge practices and pedagogical practices showing higher substantial influence. This study contributes to the understanding of digital management’s pivotal role in enhancing educational quality and administrative efficiency in higher education settings. It offers a validated framework for other institutions aiming to leverage technology for comprehensive school improvement

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah pasien hemodialisis di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa penyakit ginjal kronis (PGK) menjadi masalah kesehatan serius. Deteksi dini dan edukasi kesehatan diperlukan untuk mencegah keterlambatan diagnosis serta mengurangi jumlah pasien yang memerlukan hemodialisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas edukasi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan PGK. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasy experimental dengan desain pre and post test without control group. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 34 remaja berusia 15-16 tahun di Posbindu Desa Kalikidang, yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen  penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden berusia 16 tahun (52,9%) dan perempuan (58,8%). Sebelum edukasi, tingkat pengetahuan remaja dalam kategori kurang sebesar 35,3%, cukup sebesar 35,3%, dan baik 29,4%. Setelah edukasi, kategori kurang menurun menjadi 11,8%,  kategori cukup 20,6% dan kategori baik meningkat menjadi 67,6%. Rata-rata skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 8,03 (SD 2,205) menjadi 9,73 (SD 0,583). Uji statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dengan p-value 0,000. Kesimpulannya, edukasi kesehatan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan penyakit ginjal. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar program edukasi kesehatan terus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran remaja terhadap pencegahan PGK.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an ethnopedagogy-based learning module incorporating the local wisdom of the Sasak Tribe for the IPAS subject in grade III of elementary school. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through observations and questionnaires. Observations were conducted during the analysis phase to identify the needs and conditions at SDN 11 Praya and SDN 3 Praya, while questionnaires were used to gather data from expert validators, teachers, and students regarding the validity and practicality of the module. Data analysis was carried out using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Qualitative data were analyzed based on suggestions and feedback from validators for module revision, while quantitative data were derived from validation and response questionnaire scores, which were analyzed by calculating the average scores and feasibility percentages. The validation results showed that the module obtained scores of 97.9% from material experts and 97.5% from media experts, both categorized as very valid. The practicality test results showed scores of 94.4% from students (small group), 96% from students (large group), and 85.3% from teachers, all categorized as very practical. Based on these results, the ethnopedagogy-based learning module incorporating Sasak local wisdom is proven to be valid and practical, and is suitable for use in grade III IPAS learning to enhance students’ understanding of local cultural contexts.
