Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country characterized by a rich diversity of ethnicities, religions, races, and intergroup relations, which serve as both a valuable asset and a challenge in maintaining unity. In recent decades, various conflicts rooted in ethnic, religious, racial, and intergroup (SARA) issues have demonstrated that social cohesion remains vulnerable due to a lack of cross-cultural understanding. This study aims to examine the role of multicultural education in addressing SARA issues and strengthening social cohesion through a literature review approach. The study explores relevant theories of multicultural education and previous findings related to its implementation in the context of Indonesian education. The results indicate that multicultural education holds significant potential in shaping students into tolerant, inclusive individuals who respect diversity. It can also contribute to fostering a harmonious social environment by enhancing mutual understanding and intergroup solidarity. Nevertheless, the implementation of multicultural education faces several challenges, ranging from cultural resistance to limitations in policies and teacher training. This study recommends strengthening policies and educational practices that emphasize multicultural values as a strategic effort to build social cohesion in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

Community empowerment related to literacy through village libraries aims to increase or increase interest in reading, especially in children in order to develop their potential so that children who are used as future faces of the nation become superior seeds of intelligent and quality human beings because they are knowledgeable and have good morals as a result of education. the good one. The research method used is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This method is an approach to community development. There are 5 procedures used in the ABCD method, namely Define, Discovery, Dream, Design, and Deliver/destiny. This community empowerment program can be implemented properly and maximally. The results showed that books that were used as Reading Corners and village libraries had a positive impact in overcoming various educational problems in Sooko village, Wringinanom Gresik, where at first the literacy culture in the community was still relatively low and was increasing day by day.

Abstract

This study discusses "Ethical Education in Character Education Activities on Islamic Cultural History at SMPN 10 Banjarbaru." The purpose of this study was to determine how Moral Education is implemented in Character Education Activities on Islamic Cultural History at SMPN 10 Banjarbaru and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. The subjects in this study were two Islamic Religious Education teachers involved in Moral Education in Character Education Activities on Islamic Cultural History. The object of this research is Character Education Activities in Islamic Cultural History. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Moral Education in Character Education activities in Islamic Cultural History at SMPN 10 Banjarbaru, along with the supporting and inhibiting factors. The author used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to collect data. Data processing techniques included editing, classification, and interpretation, using descriptive and qualitative methods, followed by analysis. Conclusions were drawn using deductive methods. Based on the research results, it is known that Moral Education in Character Education Activities in Islamic Cultural History at SMPN 10 Banjarbaru has been implemented effectively. The moral education gained through Islamic Cultural History has also been applied by students, including the values ​​of Shidiq, Tabligh, Amanah, and Fathonah. This implementation is not only within the school environment but also in daily life. Supporting and inhibiting factors include the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher as the facilitator of the Islamic Cultural History material and the teaching staff as the facilitator, the Character Education Activities, and the students.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy by creating jobs, providing goods and services, and supporting local innovation. Despite this, many MSMEs still face difficulties in financial management, especially in transaction recording and reporting. Kedai Mikaba, a culinary MSME in Pekalongan, encountered challenges due to the absence of a structured bookkeeping system. Transactions were noted manually and often incompletely, making it difficult to monitor cash flow, prepare profit and loss statements, and make informed business decisions. This community service project aimed to design and implement an accounting system using Google Sheets as a practical, low-cost, and adaptive solution. The method applied was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involved the business owner in observation, interviews, system design, training, and implementation. Results showed clear improvements in transparency, accuracy, and consistency of financial records. The owner is now able to record daily transactions, view recaps in real time, and generate automatic profit and loss reports. This process not only simplified financial management but also raised awareness of systematic bookkeeping as a foundation for sustainability. Google Sheets thus demonstrates potential as an effective tool for MSMEs, while future development may focus on mobile-based applications for greater accessibility.

Abstract

Pembelajaran fisika sering kali menjadi tantangan, terutama karena kompleksitas materi serta metode pengajaran konvensional yang kurang mendukung kebutuhan individu siswa. Guru menghadapi keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya untuk memberikan perhatian personal kepada setiap siswa, sementara platform berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang tersedia belum sesuai dengan kurikulum nasional. Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi tutor virtual berbasis AI untuk mendukung pembelajaran fisika yang adaptif dan relevan. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk menyajikan materi sesuai kurikulum, memberikan penjelasan interaktif, memantau kemajuan siswa, dan menyediakan umpan balik konstruktif. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan sekolah mitra, pengembangan kurikulum digital, implementasi teknologi Large Language Model (LLM), serta uji coba di sekolah mitra. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep dan kemampuan menyusun solusi berbasis AI, dengan 85% peserta berhasil menciptakan prototipe model kontekstual. Untuk menjamin keberlanjutan, disusun repositori digital terbuka dan klinik virtual sebagai pusat dukungan teknis dan kolaborasi. Inisiatif ini membuktikan bahwa LLM dapat menjadi alat efektif untuk personalisasi pembelajaran sains yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran fisika secara signifikan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has reshaped organizational systems, work structures, and human resource practices across all sectors. As automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven processes increasingly define operational models, organizations face the urgent challenge of sustaining a capable, motivated, and future-ready workforce. In this context, leadership becomes a determining factor in navigating digital transformation effectively. This study examines the role of transformational leadership in building sustainable human resources in the digital era. Transformational leadership characterized by vision, inspiration, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration aligns strongly with the demands of digital transformation, where continuous learning, adaptability, and innovation are essential. Drawing on an integrative literature review, this study synthesizes findings from recent empirical and conceptual works to identify how leadership influences employee motivation, skill development, and long-term organizational sustainability. The analysis shows that transformational leaders foster intrinsic motivation, strengthen psychological readiness for change, and promote a culture of learning and collaboration. These leadership behaviors help reduce resistance to technological disruption and support the development of digital competencies. Moreover, transformational leadership reinforces human-centered values, ensuring that technological advancement is balanced with employee well-being and organizational ethics. The findings highlight that sustainable human resource development depends not only on technological investment but also on leadership capacity to inspire trust, cultivate a supportive culture, and guide employees through ongoing change. This study concludes that transformational leadership serves as a strategic driver for creating resilient, innovative, and sustainable human resources capable of thriving in the digital era.

Abstract

Angka kematian ibu (AKI) di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi. Kehamilan risiko tinggi menjadi salah satu penyebab utama yang dapat dicegah melalui edukasi dan peran aktif masyarakat. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan kader kesehatan mengenai deteksi dini kehamilan risiko tinggi serta pentingnya pemeriksaan kehamilan secara rutin. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14–19 Juni 2025 di Kelurahan Kroman, Kecamatan Alon-Alon, Gresik. Metode kegiatan berupa penyuluhan interaktif dalam Kelas Ibu Hamil, pendampingan, serta sesi tanya jawab yang melibatkan 15 peserta dari kalangan ibu hamil dan kader posyandu. Materi disampaikan oleh tenaga profesional dengan pendekatan komunikasi yang mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil, dari sebelumnya kategori “kurang” (50%) menjadi “baik” (80%). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa intervensi edukatif melalui kelas ibu hamil mampu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang komplikasi kehamilan serta mendorong perilaku hidup sehat ibu hamil. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education plays a strategic role in shaping the character, faith, and morals of students amidst the challenges of modern development. Therefore, the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is needed, not only focusing on delivering material but also being able to bring Islamic values ​​to life in learning practices through the application of a living curriculum. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the implementation of a living curriculum in schools. The research method used is library research by analyzing various relevant literature sources, including books, scientific journals, and supporting documents. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Religious Education teachers play a crucial role as organizers, transformers, facilitators, innovators, and evaluators. As organizers, teachers manage school learning and religious activities to ensure their effectiveness. As transformers, teachers instill Islamic values ​​through role models and contextual learning. The facilitator role is realized by providing a conducive and motivating learning environment for students. Furthermore, as innovators, Islamic Religious Education teachers utilize technology and creative learning approaches that are relevant to current developments. As evaluators, teachers conduct objective and comprehensive assessments of students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. In conclusion, the comprehensive role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is crucial to the successful implementation of the living curriculum in developing students who are devout, have noble character, and are adaptable to modern challenges.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana Al-Qur’an memberikan landasan etis dalam bermedia sosial, terutama dalam menangkal penyebaran informasi palsu atau hoaks. Melalui pendekatan ayat QS. An-Nur:11 dan QS. Al-Hujurat: 6, dijelaskan bahwa prinsip tabayyun (verifikasi) merupakan kewajiban moral bagi setiap Muslim sebelum menyebarkan informasi. Hoaks dipandang sebagai perbuatan dosa besar yang membawa dampak buruk, baik di dunia maupun akhirat. Selain itu, nilai-nilai etika Qur'ani seperti berkata baik dan bersikap jujur menjadi dasar dalam membentuk komunikasi yang sehat di dunia digital. Artikel ini menekankan bahwa penguatan literasi digital berbasis nilai Islam sangat penting dalam membangun masyarakat informasi yang bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to describe the implementation of Project-Based Assessment in measuring first-grade students’ understanding of Islamic values at SDIT Al Uswah Pamekasan. It used a qualitative case study approach based on the need for assessment methods that covered cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects in early-grade Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Data were collected through observation, teacher interviews, and documentation of student projects. The findings showed that project-based assessment enabled creative and practical expression of Islamic values, increased student participation, and indirectly involved parents. It also revealed value internalization more authentically than written tests and served as a strategic alternative for more comprehensive PAI assessment at the primary level. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Project-Based Assessment dalam mengukur pemahaman nilai-nilai Islam pada siswa kelas satu di SDIT Al Uswah Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif berdasarkan kebutuhan metode penilaian yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada kelas awal. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara guru, dan dokumentasi proyek siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian berbasis proyek memungkinkan siswa mengekspresikan nilai-nilai Islam secara kreatif dan aplikatif, meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, serta melibatkan orang tua secara tidak langsung. Metode ini juga mengungkap internalisasi nilai secara lebih autentik dibandingkan tes tertulis dan menjadi alternatif strategis untuk penilaian PAI yang lebih komprehensif di tingkat pendidikan dasar.
