Abstract

This research was motivated by the village government carrying out activities for village infrastructure development. So, in developing village infrastructure, efforts are needed to meet planned development needs, namely increasing institutional capabilities, human resources, policy implementation, finance, technical and leadership. The problem formulation in this research aims to determine and explain the Village Government's Capabilities in Development in Pambang Pesisir Village, Bengkalis Regency, Riau Province in 2022. This research is field research, carried out in Pambang Pesisir village, Bengkalis Regency. To obtain the results in this research, the author used Kusumasari's capability theory. There are 6 indicators carried out, namely, Institutional, Human Resources, Financial, Policy Implementation, Technical, Leadership. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, the data sources used come from the Pambang Pesisir Village Office and informants. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and documentation. The research results show that the Pambang Pesisir Village Government has an important role in village development and there is participation from the village community so that village development runs as expected. Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of the additional employee income policy on changes in the mindset and cultural set of Civil Servants (PNS) in the Riau Province Regional Civil Service Agency in 2022. The additional employee income policy is one of the government's efforts to improve the welfare of Civil Servants (PNS) and it is hoped that it can bring positive changes in their way of thinking (mindset) and work culture (cultural set). The research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. The type of research data is in the form of primary data obtained from research informants and secondary data obtained from documents relevant to the research topic. Then, the research location was carried out at the Riau Province Regional Civil Service Agency Office. This research found that the additional employee income policy had a significant impact on changes in mindset, especially in terms of work motivation and perceptions of work values. However, the impact on cultural set is more varied and not as strong as the impact on mindset. Several aspects of the cultural set such as teamwork, discipline, integrity and innovation show positive changes, but other aspects such as resistance to change still require further attention. Increasing income not only increases work motivation, but also encourages Civil Servants (PNS) to be more innovative, responsive and responsible in carrying out their duties. The recommendation given is that the government continues to evaluate and adjust this policy to ensure the continuation of its positive impact and pay attention to other aspects that can support increasing the performance and professionalism of Civil Servants (PNS). Abstract

This study aims to describe the Management of the Seven Regional Tax Blessings Program in Increasing Taxpayer Compliance by UPT Samsat Simpang Tiga Riau Province Pekanbaru City in 2023, this study uses George Terry's theory. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type, this study was conducted in Pekanbaru City with the main location being UPT Samsat Simpang Tiga Riau Province. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, the data sources used are from UPT Samsat Simpang Tiga Riau Province with 4 informants. The data collection technique was carried out by interview, then by documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was by collecting data first, after collecting the data obtained, the researcher analyzed the data, then described the data and finally drew conclusions. The results obtained in this study contained 4 indicators carried out, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. The findings in this study are that the management of the 7 Regional Tax Blessings Program carried out by the UPT Samsat Simpang Tiga Riau Province was carried out smoothly, and this activity provided satisfaction and positive benefits to the community. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a waste problem because the population in Indonesia is very high which ranks 4th largest in the world. Based on the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Pekanbaru has an area of ± 632.27 km2 and the population of Pekanbaru city in 2021 amounted to 1,117,359 people with a waste production of 132,232.49 tons with details of 365.23 tons entering the Final Processing Site (TPA) every day. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The type of data is primary data, namely informants and secondary data, namely research support data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. This research uses Ansell and Gash's Collaboration by looking at 5 indicators of the collaboration process. The results of this study indicate that the pentahelix collaboration process between the Pekanbaru City Environment and Hygiene Office with Private, Academics, Community, Society and Media has not been optimal because the process in Ansel and Gash's theory has been carried out but the process is not going well, so that the temporary results obtained are not maximized in the collaboration process. Abstract

This research seeks to answer the researcher's questions as follows, namely: How is the village government's management in overcoming stunting, what factors are the obstacles in overcoming stunting in Tanah Merah Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2022. This research also aims to describe government management village in overcoming stunting in Tanah Merah Village, then also to describe the factors that are obstacles in overcoming stunting in Tanah Merah Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The type of research used by the author in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques are interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research was carried out qualitatively. The results of this research explain that Village Government Management in Stunting Prevention in Tanah Merah Village has not been optimal due to the lack of village government management in stunting prevention issues, so that several indicators consist of policy and program planning, organization, government structure, financial management, guidance and development. personnel, general decision making, management programs, political supervision, have not gone well. In its implementation there are also several inhibiting factors such as Human Resources, Budget, and Infrastructure/Facilities and Infrastructure.

Abstract

Law No. 6 of 2014 article 26 paragraph (1) states that the village head is in charge of organizing village government, carrying out village development, fostering village communities, and empowering village communities. In carrying out the duties of the village head as in article 26 paragraph (1) the village head is authorized to foster and improve the village economy and integrate it in order to achieve a productive scale economy for the greatest possible prosperity of the village community, which is the basis of the Tebing Tinggi Village Government to increase the economic resilience of the people of Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency by carrying out the development function, services, and community empowerment. The purpose of this study is to find out how the function of the Tebing Tinggi village government is in increasing the economic resilience of the Tebing Tinggi village community and to find out the factors that hinder the Tebing Tinggi village government in increasing the economic resilience of the Tebing Tinggi village community, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method. This type of research is descriptive research. The research location is in Tebing Tinggi Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Abstract

Licensing is important to ensure that permitted activities comply with applicable legal, health, safety and environmental standards, as well as to maintain public interests and community order. This research aims to find out how important licensing is and how much it is needed in society. Looking at the obstacles faced by the Rokan Hulu Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP), there are still business actors who do not take care of plantation permits in (DPMPTSP) and are aware of the implementation of one-stop integrated services at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service. Rokan Hulu Regency Door as a form of public service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research reveal that the problem of compliance with rules and regulations in the oil palm plantation sector in Rokan Hulu Regency is a complex issue and requires serious attention. Even though there are some businesses that have complied with regulations and paid fees, there are still many that do not have permits or do not comply with applicable regulations. This has negative impacts such as environmental degradation, social conflict and economic losses for society. Stronger efforts are needed from local governments to enforce regulations and provide adequate incentives for business actors who comply with regulations. Abstract

The task of the Parking Management Unit (UPT Perparkiran) is to assist the head of the department in carrying out matters in the transportation sector, specifically in the sub-sector of parking management. The UPT Perparkiran has several functions, one of which is to manage the system and procedures for regulating parking in various areas within the city of Pekanbaru. Based on the description above, the purpose of this research is to describe the public's perception of the implementation of the duties and functions of the Parking Management Unit (UPT) in Pekanbaru, Riau. This research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach, where the data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The sample in this study is the people of Pekanbaru City who use parking spaces, totaling 60 individuals determined by census technique. The measurement tool used is a questionnaire on public perception of the implementation of the duties and functions of the Parking Technical Implementation Unit in Pekanbaru, Riau, consisting of 15 items. The analysis used in this study is data portrait analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis with descriptive analysis, it was found that the level of public perception regarding the implementation of the duties and functions of the Parking UPT in Pekanbaru, Riau is in the moderate category at 43.4%. The community members who have perceptions regarding the implementation of the duties and functions of the Parking UPT in Pekanbaru, Riau, are mostly aged 20-25 years, with more female respondents compared to male respondents. Abstract

Implementation of Pekanbaru City Regional Property Management within the Pekanbaru City Government is carried out, through the Cross Application Data Asset Management application system to facilitate inventory data collection and management of Regional Property which is an asset of the Pekanbaru City Government. The problems in this writing are still many Regional Property Items in Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus that have not been properly managed and recorded. The method used in this writing is descriptive qualitative by describing phenomena and data obtained from document sources, mass median and journal. The results of the discussion in this writing are that in collecting data on the inventory of Regional Property in Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus, has been carried out well, however There are still several Regional Apparatuses who have not achieved the inventory progress target. Furthermore, the Pekanbaru City Asset Management Data Cross Application was used by all Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus properly.

Abstract

One of the tourism in Kuantan Singingi Regency that is still preserved and maintained to this day is the pacu Jalur culture. The Department of Culture and Tourism is an element that implements government affairs that are the authority of the region in the field of culture and tourism according to Regent Regulation Number 8 of 2022. Government service efforts in developing tourism are essentially efforts to utilize objects. This study raises the theme of pacu Jalur culture because it is interested in what development will be carried out by the local government to increase the extensibility of pacuan athletes in Kuantan Singingi. This study aims to find out what developments the Kuantan Singingi Regency government has provided to foster the pacu Jalur culture and the stages of development carried out by the Kuantan Singingi Regency government to foster Jalur. The research method used is a qualitative method. This type of research is descriptive research. The location of the research is at the Tourism Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. This study found that the Kuantan Singingi Regency Government, Riau Province, has several special programs to maintain and preserve the Pacu Jalur culture. The development and development of Pacu Jalur in Kuantan Singingi Regency involves the active role of the village, sub-district, and regency governments, which are supported by the Village Budget to budget funds for youth and sports development and community mutual cooperation. The government provides permits and facilities for the creation of tracks and athlete training, and promotes the Pacu Jalur culture through various events and media. In addition, the regency, provincial, and national governments support with APBD and APBN funds, build training centers, give awards to outstanding athletes, and invite international participants to participate.
