Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Shopping lifestyle and Fashion Involvement on the Impulse Buying Behavior of the People of Bima City. In this research, the type of associative research is used, namely research that is to find out the relationship between two or more variables and in this research the researcher wants to know the relationship between the variables shopping lifestyle (X1), fashion involvement (X2), and the variable impulse buying behavior (Y). The population used in the research was all the people of Bima City who had worn the unknown number of the Umama brand hijab (unknown population) and used a purposive sampling technique. The sampling in this research was 100 respondents. The research instrument uses a Likert scale using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (R), determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and f test. The research results show that 1) There is a significant influence of shopping lifestyle on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City. 2) There is no significant influence of fashion involvement on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City. 3) Shopping lifestyle and fashion involvement together have a significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of the people of Bima City.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment and work motivation on work enthusiasm at the Bima District Health Service. In this research, the type of Associative research is used, namely research that is to find out the relationship between two or more variables and in this research the researcher wants to know the relationship between the non-work environment influence variables (X1), work motivation (X2), and the work enthusiasm variable (Y). The population used in the research was 84 civil servants who were at the Bima District Health Service. The sampling technique in this research was using the Purposive Sampling technique. The sampling in this research was 84 respondents. The research instrument uses a Likert scale using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis (R), determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and f test. The results of the research show that 1) There is a significant influence of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Work Spirit in Bima District Health Service employees. 2) There is no significant influence of Work Motivation on Work Morale among employees of the Bima District Health Service. 3) Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation together have a significant effect on Work Morale among employees of the Bima District Health Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Galeri Lebah Ummunis, dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif untuk mencari pengaruh kualitas produk (X1), Word of mouth (X2) dan keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui pasti jumlahnya dan menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling. sampling untuk pengambilan data sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala likert dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi (R), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan yaitu 1) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Galeri Lebah Ummunis nilai thitung sebesar 6,712, 2) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Galeri Lebah Ummunis dengan nilai thitung sebesar 2,203, 3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan kualitas produk dan Word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 32,006.

Abstract

UMKM Bakso 43 located in Jatiwangi Village is one of the micro businesses in the culinary field that sells meatball products at home. This business experiences obstacles in production consistency and limited marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the production and marketing strategies of UMKM Bakso 43 and provide solutions and directions for future development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews, and direct assistance. The marketing strategy focused on in this study is through the Facebook social media platform. The results show that production efficiency can be increased through production rescheduling and recording raw materials, while digital marketing through Facebook can significantly increase consumer reach. This study concludes that collaboration between strengthening production management and simple digital marketing can be the main driver of UMKM development

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of consumer attitude and motivation on purchase intention at the Rasqya grocery MSME in Sambinae Subdistrict, Bima City. The research problem arises from the importance of understanding consumer psychological factors in enhancing purchasing power, particularly in the micro, small, and medium enterprise sector. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of the MSME. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that consumer attitude and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention. Partially, motivation has a more dominant influence than consumer attitude. These findings highlight the importance of strategies that enhance consumer motivation, such as promotions and customer service, to encourage purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This entrepreneurship training aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of PKK women’s groups in managing micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) focused on tofu production in Lewirato Subdistrict, Mpunda District, Bima City. The program is designed to equip participants with essential entrepreneurial insights and skills, particularly in improving the quality and quantity of tofu production, marketing strategies, and effective and sustainable business management. The training methods include lectures to deliver foundational material, group discussions to share experiences and solve problems collaboratively, and hands-on practice in the production and packaging process of tofu. It also covers the importance of product branding and the use of social media as a digital promotion tool to reach a wider market. Through this program, participants are expected to apply the knowledge gained to develop their businesses independently and professionally. With increased skills and confidence among PKK women in managing tofu MSMEs, it is also hoped that family income will rise and contribute positively to the local economy. This training represents a vital initial step toward achieving community economic independence through entrepreneurship.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and driving local economic growth. but often face challenges in digital product marketing. MSMEs are a type of business that has a very large influence on economic development and also needs to experience progress in the field of technology, especially in marketing products. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to develop digital marketing capacity in MSMEs in order to expand marketing networks and disseminate product information more widely and effectively. One of the MSMEs targeted in this activity is Moya Juice, a local beverage business that needs guidance in digital marketing strategies. The approach used in this activity consists of four main stages, namely: (1) initial survey to understand the conditions and needs of MSMEs, (2) socialization regarding the concept and importance of digital marketing, (3) direct assistance in digital marketing practices such as content creation, social media management and (4) ongoing maintenance and evaluation to ensure optimal implementation. Through this form of community service, it is hoped that MSMEs can develop their business potential and build marketing networks that are no longer limited to the local market, but are able to reach regional to national markets.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in national economic growth. In today’s digital era, leveraging technology—particularly social media—has become an essential marketing strategy to ensure business sustainability. Lapak Kirani, a culinary MSME located in Bima City, has faced challenges in optimizing social media as a promotional tool. This community service program aimed to assist Lapak Kirani in independently managing digital marketing by providing training on social media account creation, promotional content development, and effective caption writing. The implementation method consisted of four stages: observation, socialization, mentoring, and evaluation. The results indicated an improvement in the MSME owner's understanding and skills in executing digital marketing strategies. This assistance is expected to expand product marketing reach and enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Training on the use of digital technology based on the Credibook application was carried out to improve the financial management capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) tofu and tempeh factories UD. Sumber Hidup in Bima City. The main problem faced is the absence of an adequate bookkeeping system, which has an impact on the unclear cash flow, business planning, and access to formal financing. The training aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to utilize the main features of the application such as transaction recording, stock management, monitoring receivables and payables, and automatic financial reporting. The implementation method includes the needs survey stage, socialization of the Credibook application, technical training in recording digital transactions, and evaluation of changes in financial management. The results of the training showed that MSME managers were able to operate the application independently, with skills in recording daily transactions, managing receivables and payables, monitoring stock, and producing automatic financial reports. The use of Credibook has been proven to increase operational efficiency and accuracy of financial recording compared to previous conventional or manual methods. The implementation of this digital system also encourages a change in the mindset of managers towards more professional and data-based business practices. These findings indicate that digitalization of bookkeeping through simple applications can be an effective solution in encouraging the growth and sustainability of MSMEs, especially in the traditional food industry sector.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengolahan limbah tahu menjadi makanan ringan dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Oi Mbo, Kota Bima sebagai bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap potensi lokal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga dan remaja, dalam mengelola limbah ampas tahu menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis. Metode kegiatan meliputi survei awal, sosialisasi program, pelatihan teknis, dan evaluasi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa ampas tahu masih belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan hanya dijadikan pakan ternak atau dibuang. Dalam pelatihan, peserta diajarkan cara mengolah ampas tahu menjadi makanan ringan dengan berbagai rasa serta diberikan pemahaman mengenai pengemasan dan pelabelan produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menghasilkan produk yang layak jual dan mulai memahami pentingnya inovasi dalam pemanfaatan limbah. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya membantu mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha rumah tangga baru yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan keterampilan berbasis potensi lokal dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi.
