Abstract

The Community Service Program on Digital Marketing and Packaging Innovation for Pangaha Bunga UMKM in Rontu Village, Bima City, aims to improve product quality and marketing through packaging innovation and digital marketing. Pangaha Bunga UMKM face challenges such as product quality that has not met modern consumer standards and conventional marketing strategies. The community service method includes needs analysis, product packaging and digital marketing training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that packaging innovation and digital marketing play a crucial role in expanding product marketing reach and improving product quality. Through mentoring in packaging innovation and digital marketing, Pangaha Bunga UMKM can increase product visibility, expand market share, and enhance competitiveness. Creating a Facebook account and developing an effective digital marketing strategy can help Pangaha Bunga UMKM understand and utilize the potential of packaging innovation and digital marketing optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze product innovation and marketing strategies of mini pukis cake as a development model of creative culinary businesses based on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques involving an MSME practitioner in Bima City, West Nusa Tenggara. The results indicate that product innovation is implemented through mini-sized portions, diverse topping variations, and appealing packaging that significantly enhance consumer interest. Marketing strategies rely on social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp, as well as word-of-mouth promotion. While innovation and marketing efforts have shown positive outcomes, the business faces challenges in financial management, particularly in cash recording and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculation. Business mentoring through financial literacy training and branding strategy support has proven effective in improving operational efficiency. The study concludes that integrating creative product innovation with digital marketing is an effective strategy to grow local culinary businesses within the MSME sector. Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the main businesses of the community in the economic activities in Indonesia, especially in the food industry. Meatballs are one of the typical foods of Indonesia that are very popular throughout the country. In Bima Regency, the goal of this service is to develop MSMEs in terms of product innovation and also increase the selling value of MSMEs. 'Baso Goyang Lidah' is one example of an MSME that requires assistance in product innovation. The methods used in community service activities are divided into three stages: the survey stage, the socialization of product variant development, and the maintenance and evaluation stage. This form of community service aims to develop and participate in assisting product innovation for 'Baso Goyang Lidah' MSMEs, so that it can increase the selling value and competitiveness of products that are not limited to the market.

Abstract

Human resources are the main asset and support for the organization to achieve the goals that have been set. Employees as one of the organizational assets have significant differences from other assets. This is because employees are talented human beings who have creativity and creativity so that they are able to develop optimally and produce everything that is the goal of the organization. This study aims to determine the influence work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. Where research uses associative, namely to find out the independent variables, namely work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely based on the considerations in determining the sample, namely civil servants (PNS) ) in the District Transportation Office. Bima as many as 44 people. 1) there is a partial significant effect of work ethic on performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service. count value of 5.628. 2) there is no significant effect partially on work discipline on employee performance at the Bima District Transportation Office. The calculated value is 0.545. 3). there is a simultaneous significant effect of work ethic and work discipline on employee performance at the Bima Regency Transportation Service obtained an F count of 36.506

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at the One Thing distribution center. This study used a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all users of One Thing distribution centers. The sample used in this study was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 96 respondents who had used One Thing distribution centers. The results showed a positive and significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, and a positive and significant influence of price on purchasing decisions. Therefore, it can be concluded that product quality and price simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research investigates the level of product completeness and service quality at UD. Sonia, Bima Regency. A descriptive research method with a quantitative approach was employed, with a sample of 100 respondents who had previously shopped at UD. Sonia. The findings indicate that UD. Sonia's product completeness exceeds 75% of the expected criteria, indicating a good performance. However, the service quality falls short of the expected criteria, scoring less than 75%. This study recommends that UD. Sonia focus on improving its service quality to enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peranan penting baik secara perorangan ataupun kelompok karena merupakan penggerak utama atas kelancaran jalannya kegiatan, bahkan maju mundurnya organisasi ditentukan oleh keberadaan sumber daya manusia. setiap instansi akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya, dengan harapan agar tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Bima yang berjumlah 204 pegawai. Sedangkan Sampel adalah bagian dari jumlah populasi, sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 89 sampel (PNS). Dengan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menentukan kelayakan secara statistic menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana,analisis koefisien korelasi (R), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji parsial (t). hasil statistik uji t dalam variabel komunikasi internal di peroleh nilai hitung 5,064 dengan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,987 (5,064 > 1,987) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), maka hipotesis pertama (H1) yang menyatakan bahwa “Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cafe atmosphere and service quality on customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee, as measured by partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) tests. The population in this study was all consumers who have purchased from Soehendar Coffee. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 96 people. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Cafe atmosphere does not significantly influence customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City. 2). Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City. 3). Cafe atmosphere and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction at Soehendar Coffee in Bima City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on motorcycle purchasing decisions at PT. Tunas Honda Kota Bima. The marketing mix variables examined in this research consist of product, price, place, and promotion. The study employs an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents who had previously purchased motorcycles at PT. Tunas Honda Kota Bima, selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The findings indicate that the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 0.452 and a significance level of p = 0.001. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 19.3% implies that the marketing mix contributes to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 80.7% is influenced by other factors such as brand image and customer reviews. These results highlight the importance of an integrated marketing strategy focusing on improving product quality, setting competitive prices, implementing effective promotions, and optimizing distribution channels to enhance consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and brand image on consumer purchase intention at Toko Obat Bawang Merah Desa Monta. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 30.0. The results indicate that, partially, product quality and price have a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention, whereas brand image has a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, these three independent variables significantly affect purchase intention, contributing 89.1% to the model, while the remaining 10.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings highlight the importance of building a strong brand image while maintaining product quality and implementing competitive pricing strategies to enhance consumer purchase intention.
