Abstract

In fact, the history of scientific progress and expansion is closely intertwined with periodic shifts in the structure of human existence. New findings serve as important building blocks for future discoveries. This causes history to play a big role in the creation of a discovery that is based on historical aspects at that time. However, the history of the evolution of science in the West and Islam is often contradicted, that the history of Western evolution has nothing to do with Islam and vice versa. Here, the researcher wants to explain the history of the evolution of science in the West and Islam and its reasoning. This study uses a library design. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, namely an orderly breakdown of the data that has been obtained, followed by understanding and explanation so that readers can understand it well. Research findings show that the evolution of science in the Western and Islamic worlds has a periodization from each era that is related to each other. 1) Ancient Greek Period (6 BC-6 AD), 2) Middle Ages (6-14 AD), 3) Islamic Period (6-12 AD 4) Renaissance Period (14-17 AD), 5) Modern Era (17 -19 AD), 6) Contemporary Era (20-21 AD). There are three types of scientific reasoning in the West: 1) Deductive (textual), 2) Inductive (contextual), 3) Abductive, while reasoning in the Islamic world there are three types: 1) Bayani (textual), 2) Burhani (contextual), 3) Irfani (intuition).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the use of the Syawir method as a representation of cooperative learning in PAI learning in Islamic Boarding Schools. This research is library research by taking the analysis and synthesis of several field study articles and literature reviews. The results of the study show that Islamic education learning in Islamic boarding schools is more holistic in terms of both curriculum and material. The Syawir method can be used as a cooperative learning model in the PAI learning process. This is based on the similarity of cooperative learning principles developed by educational experts, such as David and Roger Johnson. The application of Syawir in PAI learning at Islamic boarding schools can be carried out in several stages, namely group formation, assignment, group organizing, discussion, group accountability, evaluation, and reflectionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penggunaan metode syawir sebagai representasi pembelajaran kooperatif dalam pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Berbasis Pesantren. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber pustaka sebagai objek penelitian. Penulis berkonsultasi dan mengambil analisis dan sintesis dari beberapa artikel kajian lapangan dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Berbasis Pesantren lebih bersifat holistik dari segi kurikulum dan materinya. Metode syawir dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu model pembelajaran kooperatif dalam proses pembelajaran PAI. Hal itu, didasarkan pada kesamaan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran kooperatif yang dikembangkan oleh ahli pendidikan, seperti David and Roger Johnson. Penerapan syawir dalam pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Berbasis Pesantren dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pembentukan kelompok, pemberian tugas, pengorganisasian kelompok, kolaborasi dan diskusi, pertanggungjawaban kelompok, evaluasi dan refleksi.

Abstract

Salah satu tantangan gizi yang dihadapi oleh negara-negara berkembang, khususnya Indonesia adalah masalah stunting. Stunting pada anak mencakup faktor langsung dan tidak langsung seperti asupan gizi balita, penyakit infeksi dan ibu yang mengalami kekurangan nutrisi selama kehamilan. Dalam upaya pencegahan stunting, dilakukan penyuluhan atau pemberian edukasi mengenai gizi makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting pada balita dan ibu hamil dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) di Kelurahan Randugunting, Kecamatan Tegal Selatan, Kota Tegal. Metode sosialisasi menggunakan pendekatan ABCD (Pengembangan Komunitas Berbasis Aset) yang berguna untuk mengukur pengaruh edukasi terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan para ibu mengalami peningkatan hingga 30% setelah dilakukan sosialisasi. Program ini juga membuka peluang ekonomi lokal dengan pengembangan produk pangan berbasis daun kelor.

Abstract

The concept of khidmah has expanded in Pesantren, seeing that today's Kiai have various social positions, such as political Kiai, business Kiai, academic Kiai, and so on. This study aims to describe the actualization of the concept of khidmah santri towards Kiai in Pesantren. This study used a qualitative method with the concept of khidmah in Pesantren as the research object. Data were collected from key informants such as clerics, ustadz, santri, and Pesantren administrators who were selected by purposive sampling, using documentation study, observation, and interview methods. The findings of this research indicate that there has been a transformation of the concept of khidmah in Islamic boarding schools which can be actualized in several concepts. 1) the concept of khidmah towards special Kiai (teaching Kiai) by becoming abdi ndalem, badal, and chauffeurs of the Kiai. 2) the concept of khidmah towards business clerics in an employee-like manner. 3) the concept of khidmah towards academic Kiai by becoming badal Kiai. 4) the concept of service to the political Kiai by serving as a Kiai Pesantren staff member and personal assistant to the Kiai

Abstract

Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is an innovative learning model in the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). This study aims to identify and analyze innovations in the teaching of the subject of Akidah Akhlak using the Contextual Teaching and Learning method in an environmentally-based Madrasah. In an era of education that increasingly demands relevance and applicability, the Contextual Teaching and Learning model is still considered an effective method for enhancing understanding and internalizing the values of akidah akhlak in everyday life. The focus of this research is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 (MIN 1) Yogyakarta, which is one of the environmentally-based madrasahs with programs related to environmental preservation. This environmentally-based program requires a lot of learning outside the classroom, which can be integrated into the teaching of Akidah Akhlak using the CTL method. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of innovative teaching of Akidah Akhlak with the CTL method in grade III at MIN 1 Yogyakarta has several notes: 1) the learning process runs well and is attended by all students; 2) the implementation of the CTL model is constrained by limited time; 3) the results show that the application of the CTL model in teaching Akidah Akhlak not only improves students' understanding of the material but also helps them apply religious teachings in their daily behaviour.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the emergence of various concerns related to the processing of plastic waste, due to human actions that are still fond of littering. There are many verses that explain environmental education in the Qur'an, one of which is Surah Al-A'raf verse 56. Furthermore, in delivering environmental education, Islamic education is an alternative. In this case we take the waste processing method in the form of ecobricks as a solution in processing plastic waste. This research aims to; 1.) knowing what an ecobrick is 2.) Knowing the processing of plastic waste at SD N Patalan Baru 3.) Implementation of QS. Al-A'raf verse 56 regarding environmental education. The approach in this research This research approach is a qualitative approach, data obtained through literature review, in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Findings show that ecobricking can significantly reduce plastic waste while increasing students' while increasing students' awareness of the environment. So, Ecobricks can be a solution to the plastic waste pollution that occurs in society. In addition, the application of ecobricks also implements Q.S Al A'raf verse 56 in order to protect the environment. Because the utilization of ecobricks as an embodiment of Quranic teachings offers a practical way to promote environmental sustainability and responsible resource management. By implementing this approach, we can contribute to a healthier earth and a more sustainable future.Keyword: Ecobricks, Plastic Waste, Environmental Education, Religious Values, Elementary School.

Abstract

Motivasi belajar merupakan faktor kunci dalam mencapai prestasi belajar siswa, khususnya pada pembelajaran PAI yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual siswa. Akan tetapi, motivasi siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran sering mengalami masalah sehingga membuat siswa tidak mempunyai gairah untuk belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan kajian pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi pola-pola motivasi siswa berdasarkan motivasi-motivasi yang diajukan oleh teori motivasi McClelland. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi prestasi, kekuasaan, dan afiliasi memainkan peran yang berbeda dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Motivasi prestasi memberikan dorongan untuk mencapai prestasi akademik yang tinggi, motivasi kekuasaan mempengaruhi siswa untuk berperan aktif dalam kegiatan kelompok di kelas, sedangkan motivasi afiliasi mengarahkan siswa untuk menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan teman kelas dan guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan teori motivasi McCelland dapat meningkatkan strategi pembelajaran PAI. Guru dapat merancang pendekatan yang sesuai dengan motivasi siswa, seperti memberikan tantangan bagi siswa, mendorong kolaborasi, dan memberikan tanggung jawab. Namun perlu diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor lain seperti budaya, lingkungan, karakteristik materi pembelajaran juga berkontribusi terhadap motivasi belajar PAI. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan tentang motivasi belajar PAI dan memberikan dasar bagi pendidikan untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the various skills evaluation techniques used in Islamic education learning, as well as their advantages and disadvantages by using the library research method. Skills assessment is the value given to students according to their capacity to apply knowledge and carry out tasks according to the specified indicators. Assessment of abstract skills and assessment of actual skills are two categories in which skills are evaluated based on qualitative inquiry findings and documentation as sources. This project is simpler because it affects students' critical thinking skills when the findings of the multiple skills test study are compared with performance, product, and portfolio. However, each type of skill assessment has its advantages and disadvantages. The greatest benefit is that, when compared to tests, all four are equally reliable in determining student aptitude. In addition to the benefits, there must also be disadvantages. Of the four, the time limit is the most important. When evaluating student talent through performance, products, projects, and portfolios, teachers must spend a lot of time. Therefore the teacher must be extra careful in assessing student competence because it is done continuously.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in Industry and provider of business areas and business support facilities. One of the facilities provided by PT XYZ is power plant construction. In power plant construction there are various types of work, one of which is the joint Medium Voltage (MV) panel process. The problem that occurs in this study is that there are cases of work accidents that occur in the Joint mv panel process so that it is necessary to control K3 risks to prevent work accidents. The purpose of this study is to identify potential hazards and make control efforts to reduce the level of risk of hazards in joint mv panel work. The method used in this research is HIRADC (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Determining Control). The results of this study obtained a decrease in risk levels after control, where there are 2 jobs (29%) with extreme risk categories and 5 jobs (71%) with high-risk categories and no jobs with moderate and low risk levels. However, after controlling, there are no more jobs with extreme risk and high-risk levels, there are only 2 jobs (29%) with moderate risk and 5 jobs (71%) with low risk. Proposals given to carry out risk control are through affirming the work system and field work flow standards, improving the system, improving the control system through administration, developing human resources and improving the control system through engineering and PPE.
