Abstract

West Waru Village BUMDes was founded in 2017 in accordance with Village Regulation no 3 of 2022 concerning the Establishment of a Village-Owned Enterprise with the name BUMDes Dasa Warsa and has a certified legal entity. The method for implementing community cervice acitivities conducted at BUMDes Dasa Warsa, West Waru Village, Waru District, Pamekasan Regency is carried out by following the working hours of BUMDes staff in assisting the implementation of digital marketing and optimizing social media. Currently, BUMDes Dasa Warsa has 5 managed business units, namely livestock, ISP (Internet Service Provider), TPS3R, tourism and cafes. The development and construction of units at Dasa Warsa BUMDes has been planned for the following years. The social media optimization activities that have been carried out have proven to be effective and have had a good impact on product marketing in BUMDes business units. sales have increased and profits have been made, it can be seen that the content planning strategy on social media Instagram really helps interact with consumers and helps people get to know the products offered by BUMDes Dasa Warsa.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi sektor pertanian pada triwulan III dan IV masing-masing tumbuh 2,16% dan 2,59%. Selanjutnya, lapangan usaha pada sektor pertanian pada tahun triwulan IV 2021 meningkat 1,84%. Namun perubahan struktur demografi dianggap tidak menguntungkan pada sektor pertanian karena disisi lain pembangunan pertanian di Indonesia mengalami permasalahan regenerasi tenaga kerja karena berkurangnya kontribusi generasi muda pada sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara deskriptif kontribusi generasi muda dan perannya dalam pembangunan pertanian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan secara kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan literatur dan data dari artikel, jurnal, buku dan instansi atau lembaga yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Penulis menemukan Jumlah petani muda pada rentan usia 20 – 39 sekitar 3,05 juta (8%) sedangkan sisanya 35,18 juta (92%) petani berada pada usia 40 – 60 tahun. Faktor internal yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap berkurangnya minat generasi muda dalam sektor pertanian adalah tingkat pendidikan yang ditempuh, keterbatasan input produksi dan tingkat upah yang rendah, sedangkan faktor eksternal yang diduga berpengaruh insentif sektor pertanian dan daya tarik sektor pertanian. Pemerintah perlu berupaya dengan melaksanakan program kerja untuk meningkatkan peran generasi muda dan mengatasi masalah regenerasi dalam sektor pertanian.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan produk green economy berbasis kebudayaan madura dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk dan respons siswa terhadap produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian RnD (penelitian dan pengembangan). Produk dikembangkan menggunkan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analize, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluate). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Penerapan dilakukan disekolah SMP 1 Tanjung Bumi  dan SMP 2 Tanjung Bumi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kelayakan media sebesar 0,82% kategori sangat valid. Kelayakan materi sebesar 0,81% kategori sangat valid. Angket respons siswa sebesar 79% kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan jika produk green economy berbasis kebudayaan madura ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Benih jagung unggul MDR-3 sebagai inovasi dari perusahaan lokal Madura diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi menyelesaikan permasalahan rendahnya produktivitas jagung di Pulau Madura. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi teknis usahatani jagung dan mengetahui tingkat pendapatan usahatani jagung MDR-3. Total responden adalah 70 petani yang tersebar di Kabupaten Pamekasan dan Sumenep dan dipilih secara purposive. Kegiatan usahatani jagung MDR-3 tergolong efisien secara teknis dengan nilai Technical Efficiency 0,887. Tingkat pendapatan usahatani jagung MDR-3 adalah Rp10.536.894,00 dengan nilai R/C rasio berada pada angka 3,8. Hasil penelitian membuktikan penggunaan benih jagung varietas unggul MDR-3 pada kegiatan usahatani tergolong efisien dan memberikan kontribusi pendapatan yang lebih tinggi daripada penggunaan benih jagung lokal dan lebih tinggi dari tingkat Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota (UMK).   MDR-3 maize seeds, as an innovation from local companies in Madura, are expected to solve the problem of low maize productivity on Madura Island. This study aimed to determine the technical efficiency of maize farming using a stochastic production function assisted by the frontier 4.1c application and to determine the income level of MDR-3 maize farming. Seventy farmers from Pamekasan and Sumenep Regencies were selected purposely. MDR-3 maize farming activities were classified as technically efficient with a Technical Efficiency value of 0.887. The income level of MDR-3 maize farming was Rp10,536,894,00 with an R/C ratio of 3.8. The results of this study empirically prove that the use of MDR-3 superior maize seeds in farming activities is classified as efficient and provides a higher income contribution than the use of local maize seeds and is higher than the minimum wage level of the regency/city (UMK) at the research location.

Abstract

Konsumen Indonesia saat ini semakin memperhatikan aspek kehalalan produk makanan dan minuman yang mereka konsumsi. Hal ini didorong oleh meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya mengkonsumsi produk yang aman dan sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Perlu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku usaha untuk memiliki sertifikasi halal produk yang juga sejalan dengan program pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengajuan sertifikasi halal kepada 25 kelompok usaha mahasiswa Universitas Trunojoyo Madura kategori makanan dan minuman. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023 dengan metode pelaksanaan berupa ceramah dan pendampingan atau mentoring. Materi pelatihan meliputi aspek-aspek penting dalam pengajuan sertifikasi halal, seperti pembuatan akun, persyaratan dan prosedur pengajuan sertifikasi halal. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dikategorikan berhasil terlaksana dengan baik. Peserta mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan, serta mampu menyusun dokumen pengajuan sertifikasi halal dengan baik. Namun, perlu strategi khusus agar kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat dirasakan kebermanfaatannya oleh banyak pihak.

Abstract

Corn production in Bragung Village, Guluk-Guluk Subdistrict, tends to be fluctuating, but the consumption of corn continues to increase. The fluctuation in corn production is not necessarily due to climate change, which is a hindering factor to achieve 80% of the national corn production contribution. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase corn production by considering social capital through bonding, bridging, and linking roles. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of social capital on corn productivity in Bragung Village, Guluk-Guluk Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency, Madura. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews by filling out questionnaires. The research method used is ordinary least squares analysis (OLS) on 71 female farmers selected through simple random sampling. The analysis results show that factors that have a significant and positive influence on corn productivity are bonding, education, and experience. Factors that do not have a significant impact are bridging, linking, age, and sales quantity. Based on the research results, efforts that can be made to increase corn productivity include strengthening relationships, especially in corn farming, such as discussing and helping each other.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the technical efficiency of shallot farming in Nganjuk Regency using the Cobb-Douglas Stochastic Frontier production function approach. The research was conducted in four sub-districts with a total of 130 farmer respondents. Sampling was carried out using the accidental sampling technique, and data were analyzed using the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method. The results show that the technical efficiency of shallot farmers is relatively high, with an average score of 0.966, a maximum of 0.998, and a minimum of 0.901. The majority of farmers (98%) fall within the efficiency range of 0.91–1.00. Among the six input variables analyzed, three were found to significantly affect production: seed (0.298), land area (-0.066), and ZA fertilizer (-0.092). On the other hand, farmer age was found to increase technical inefficiency (0.004), while farming experience reduced inefficiency (-0.005). These findings indicate that improving efficiency can be achieved by optimizing input use and leveraging farmers' experience in managing agricultural practices more effectively.

Abstract

Biogas technology has emerged as a strategic solution to address energy and environmental challenges in rural agricultural communities. However, its adoption rate and impact on household welfare—particularly regarding food security—remain relatively underexplored within the local Indonesian context. This study aims to: (1) identify the socio-economic and demographic factors influencing household decisions to adopt biogas technology, and (2) evaluate the impact of biogas adoption on household food security. The research was conducted using a cross-sectional survey design in Gendro Village, Tutur Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency, Indonesia. A total of 129 livestock-farming households were purposively selected. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using probit regression and two-sample t-tests. The findings indicate that farming experience (p = 0.051), livestock ownership (p = 0.054), membership in farmer groups (p = 0.025), and participation in extension programs (p = 0.070) significantly influence biogas adoption decisions. Furthermore, the t-test results show a statistically significant difference in food security between adopter and non-adopter households (p = 0.000). This study represents one of the first quantitative efforts in Indonesia to empirically examine the relationship between biogas technology adoption and household food security using the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES). The results affirm that biogas technology contributes to energy savings and waste management and positively affects food security outcomes. Therefore, policy interventions should focus on expanding access to biogas technology through subsidy schemes, technical training, and integration with sustainable livestock development programs. Moreover, strengthening farmer group empowerment and community-based approaches is essential to promote wider and more equitable technology dissemination.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan zaman membuat minat masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi jamu tradisional mulai menurun, terutama pada generasi Z. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik generasi Z dan menganalisis faktor–faktor yang memengaruhi minat beli generasi Z terhadap jamu tradisional Madura. Regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari 100 responden. Sampel penelitian ditentukan  menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan generasi Z konsumen jamu tradisional Madura di dominasi oleh perempuan dengan usia 21–25 tahun, tingkat pendidikan SMA/K yang belum menikah dengan penghasilan  <Rp.500.000 per bulan. Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap minat beli jamu tradisional Madura generasi Z adalah faktor pengetahuan, harga, lokasi, dan pelayanan. Beberapa hal yang perlu dilakukan produsen jamu tradisional Madura yaitu memberikan informasi yang jelas tentang karakteristik, manfaat, dan kepuasan yang diperoleh konsumen dari jamu tradisional Madura. Selain itu, harga yang terjangkau, lokasi yang mudah dijangkau dan terlihat, serta pelayanan yang baik seperti fasilitas lengkap dan kehandalan pelayanan menjadi faktor penting untuk diperhatikan.Kata kunci: generasi z, jamu tradisional, pamekasan, minat beliAbstractThe evolving times have contributed to the decline of people’s interest in consuming traditional medicine, particularly among generation Z. This study aims to identify the characteristics of generation Z and analyze the factors that influence their purchasing interest in Madurese traditional medicine. Multiple linear regression were used to analyze the data from 100 respondents. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The results indicate that generation Z consumers of Madurese traditional medicine were dominated by women aged 21–25 years, unmarried, high school education level, and a monthly income <Rp. 500,000. Knowledge, price, location, and service were identified as factors that influence the purchasing interest of Madurese traditional medicine in generation Z. Producers of Madurese traditional medicine should undertake several measures, such as providing comprehensive information about the characteristics, benefits, and satisfaction that consumers get from Madurese traditional medicine.
