Abstract

The importance of the beef quality detection plays an essential role in coping with one of problems related to the distribution of poor beef quality. The beef quality is highly determined by a number of parameters such as size, texture, colour features and odor. Today, to determine the beef quality is conducted by observing the colour or form. As a consequence, this method still has many weaknesses such as in the human assessment that might be still subjective and inconsistent. This research aims making an application to detect the beef quality by using a number of phases of image processing in detail and by comparing the accuracy of two segmentation methods being used. The application was made using the operational system of Android integrated with SDK Android, library OpenCV and Eclipse. Image processing phase consisted of the pre-image processing of greyish level, histogram equalization, segmentation of Region of Interest, segmentation of k-mean clustering, and analysis on the texture by extracting the features of each digital beef images. The final phase of this research was to measure the higher level of accuracy from two segmentation methods. The proposed method could provide the accuracy of k-mean segmentation around 80%; while, the segmentation of ROI provided the accuracy at 90%.

Abstract

Land conversion to organic agriculture is the answer to land degradation problems that interfere with land resources sustainability. An evaluation of land-use suitability is crucial to measure the appropriateness of land for agricultural cultivation. Specifically, organic rice cultivation has some particular standard criteria such as temperature, rainfall, soil depth, pH, c-organic, slope, erosion level, a transition period that influence ranking results, and land suitability classes. Eight organic farmlands were used as alternatives, namely Sawangan, Mangunsari, Tirtosari, Podosoko, Butuh, Krogowanan, Kapuhan, and Jati. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy process is used to determine the level of importance of the criteria based on weight assessments by three agricultural experts. The ELECTRE method is applied to rank the most suitable land from several alternatives for organic rice cultivation. The combination of these two multi-criteria decision-making methods complements each other to solve problems in land suitability evaluation. A web-based decision support system (DSS) was created to accelerate data processing integration and present factual information from the land suitability selection process. The implementation of DSS with fuzzy-AHP ELECTRE for evaluating land-use suitability in organic rice cultivation provided the best score for Tirtosari with Ekl=4 and spearman rank correlation the system comparison results with actual data rs=0.95. This study's results indicate that integrating the web with fuzzy-AHP ELECTRE is quite effectively applied for decision-making in organic farming.

Abstract

Universitas Mulawarman memiliki sistem informasi pelatihan dan pekerjaan dalam mengembangkan karir dan kewirausahaan untuk lulusan alumninya yang dikembangkan oleh Unit Pelaksana Tugas (UPT) Pengembangan Karir dan Kewirausahaan (PERKASA). Aplikasi PERKASA mampu menyediakan berbagai informasi yang bermanfaat bagi alumni, dengan memetakan pasar kerja calon alumni, merencanakan pengembangan kurikulum dan mengadakan pelatihan agar dapat memetakan pasar kerja secara dinamis. Namun, hingga saat ini belum ada evaluasi dan monitoring yang dilakukan pada aplikasi PERKASA untuk mengetahui masalah serta tingkat pelayanannya. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, maka pada artikel ini akan dilakukan evaluasi aplikasi menggunakan COBIT5 untuk mengetahui apakah sistem yang digunakan sekarang sudah berjalan baik dan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Evaluasi aplikasi PERKASA menggunakan domain Monitor Evaluate and Assess (MEA01) dan Deliver, Service and Support (DSS01) dengan proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. MEA01 Monitor, evaluate and assess performance and conformance berfokus pada mengumpulkan, memvalidasi, serta mengevaluasi tujuan proses dan standar kegiatan, sedangkan DSS01 Manage Operation berfokus pada merumuskan langkah perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas proses. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai capability level, nilai gap dan rekomendasi strategi perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan nilai capability level saat ini berada pada level 4 (Predictable Process). Hasil analisis gap pada MEA01 menunjukkan kondisi saat ini sebesar 3,65 dengan target 3,89 dan kondisi sekarang DSS01 sebesar 3,78 dengan target 3,99. Berdasarkan hasil analisis gap pada masing-masing sub domain, maka perlu adanya perbaikan dan usulan rekomendasi dalam mencapai target dalam mendukung tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Tata kelola TI sudah banyak diterapkan dalam beberapa instansi pemerintah maupun swasta, penerapan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas instansi dalam pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Banyaknya instansi yang menerapkan tata kelola TI tanpa adanya aturan apapun yang membuat belum adanya standarisasi yang harus diikuti setiap instansi dalam penerapan tata kelola TI. Artikel ini membahas tentang framework dan domain apa yang sering digunakan dalam evaluasi tata kelola TI serta instansi apa yang sering melakukan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola TI-nya. Systematic literature review digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan mencari artikel terkait dengan tema yang dipilih. 142 artikel ditemukan, dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil penelusuran artikel yang lebih baik. Setelah menerapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi tersisa 77 artikel yang dapat ditinjau lebih jauh. Dari 77 artikel yang masuk dalam kategori studi kandidat, setelah ditinjau judul, abstrak dan kesimpulan artikel hanya 30 artikel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan menyebutkan bahwa Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 5 adalah framework yang paling banyak diaplikasikan dalam Studi Evaluasi maupun Audit Tata Kelola TI pada instansi di Indonesia. Dan domain deliver, service, support (DSS) adalah domain yang paling banyak digunakan dalam artikel, serta instansi swasta merupakan instansi yang paling banyak melakukan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola TI-nya.

Abstract

The Gasurkes System "Go Bumil" is an application system developed to improve the search performance of pregnant women by village level maternal and child health surveillance officers in the Semarang City area. Usability evaluation on the "Go Bumil" application system needs to be done to find out the usefulness of the application system for users.This type of research uses a pre-experimental design in a single group. Data collection used the PSSUQ questionnaire (Post Study System Usability Questionnaire). The research subjects were 12 respondents from urban KIA gasurkes, 104 respondents to pregnant women and postpartum mothers. The object of research is the "Go Pregnancy" application. Data processing methods use descriptive analysis using a weighted average.The results of the usability evaluation of the "Go Bumil" application with respondents to KIA gaskes, pregnant and postpartum mothers as a whole were satisfied with the application system developed. The overall results of the overall assessment on kelurahan gas, pregnant women and postpartum mothers in the category of system usefulness = 6.02 (range values 6.00 - 6.99 state respondents agree), information quality = 5.99 (range of values 5, 00 - 5.99 states the respondent somewhat agrees), interface quality = 5.99 (range values 5,00 - 5,99 state respondents somewhat agree) and overall satisfaction = 6.01 (range values 6,00 - 6,99 state respondent agreed). Based on the evaluation of the system usefulness, information quality, interface quality and overall satisfaction categories, it can be concluded that the respondents were satisfied with the "Go Bumil" application.

Abstract

Banyumas Regency already has a supportive system in terms of maternal health and child health surveillance but has not been utilized optimally because it has not gone through a competent feasibility study, so the system cannot be applied according due needs. The purpose of this study is noticing at the feasibility study of the child maternal health surveillance system and nutrition in its application at Banyumas regency by using Task Technology Fit (TTF). Research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Respondents of this study were all coordinate midwives in the puskesmas in Banyumas regency which amounts totaling 39 people, according to the predetermined total sampling criteria. Data collection using a questionnaire method. Data analysis was performed using logistic regression. The results of the feasibility study of the maternal and child health health surveillance system in Banyumas District showed variables related to utilization including data suitability, system reliability, ease of use. The recommendation for the improvement of the feasibility study of maternal and child health health surveillance systems in Banyumas district is the improvement of infrastructure, as well as training and socialization.

Abstract

Meningitis vaccination service in Polyclinic of Class III Port Health Office (KKP) of Banda Aceh almost annually has increased the number of patients. There are several problems in the administration information system of meningitis vaccination that is currently running which officer is taking a long time to monitor the stock of vaccine and searching patient’s data that has been vaccinated. In the other hand, the data and information produced has yet incomplete, inaccurate and inconforn according within user system problems, Inaccurate timing for reporting and resulted to the inforrmation’s inconsistency. The purpose of this research is to produce an web-based information system of vaccine administration of meningitis at Polyclinic Class III Port Health Office of Banda Aceh.     The type of researchs used are qualitative and quantitative. This research design using one group pre and post test, system development using FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). Research subjects consisted of 8 respondents who work in Polyclinic Port Health Office Banda Aceh. The result of observation and interview is conducted by the method of content analysis and descriptive analysis by using the weighted average. Descriptively, the results of data analysis shows which overall weighted average value of quality information before the development of 1.91 system and after the development of 3.64 system with a difference of 1.73. The average calculation of time required to perform services to patients to be faster 4.9 minutes.     There is need support and commitment from the Class III Port Health Office Banda Aceh for implementing the administration information system of meningitis vaccination that has been developed optimally. Monitoring and evaluating users of the system should be performed periodically by Port Helath Office of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This research, conduct the lung cancer detection system on a microscopic image. The microscopic image used is the result from lung biopsy. If there is a cancerous tissue in the image of lung biopsy, the texture will be irregular, while the image of the normal lung biopsy will have a regular texture. The purpose of this reserach is to develope the lung cancer detection system and also to count the performance of the lung cancer detection system. The clasification process uses two methods, Gray Level Co-Occurance Matrix (GLCM) and Daubechies Wavelet Transform (db1). The Daubechies wavelet transformation is used in decomposition in level 4, while the offset of GLCM is 6. The feature extraction process is done in the transformation wavelet using the 4 subbands, approximation, horizontal Detils coefficients, vertical Detil coefficients and diagonal Detil coefficients, and the the feature extraction of GLCM uses the contrast, correlation, homogenity and energi as the parameter. The naïve bayes classification requires 2 parameter input, do a classification is 4 combination from each method of feature extraction. The result of this research is to extent the level of accuracy for the extraction of the feature extraction in 71,42% wavelet transformation method for the combination coefficients approximation-diagonal Detil coefficients and 80% accuration of GLCM method for the combination of homogeneity-correlation.

Abstract

Detection of a vehicle with a video camera is one accurate technology for detecting vehicles efficiently and can be used for large-scale data collection. This study has been conducted implementation of counters and  identifiers vehicles on the highway using multiple object tracking. The system uses an algorithm Gaussian mixture models and Kalman filter to detect and track the position, speed, direction of motion and size of vehicles from time to time in each image frame. The process of counting and identifying the vehicle consists of several stages of image acquisition, object detection using a Gaussian mixture models, morphology, object tracking using a Kalman filter and counting as well as the identification of the vehicle. The results of system performance is obtained by calculating the value of accuracy. Best performance results from the system counters and identifiers of vehicles on the highway using multiple object tracking obtained by the time of the morning and the worst at night. The results of the performance measurement system and vehicle identifiers using multiple object tracking accuracy of the results obtained on the morning of 94%, by 90% during the day, in the afternoon by 85%, and the evenings of 59%.Keywords: Counters and vehicle identifiers, multiple object tracking, Gaussian mixture models, Kalman Filter

Abstract

Malaria disease still a public health issue in Indonesia. The incidence of malaria in Indonesia is increasing every year. The cause of malaria is a parasite of the genus plasmodium that infected red blood cells through the bite of Anopheles mosquitoes. One of plasmodium type that often the cause of malaria in Indonesia is the plasmodium falciparum. This type of plasmodium causes malignant tertian malaria which threatening for the sufferer’s life. This study’s function is to design a program that capable automatically to calculate the total number of red blood cells, the number of parasites, and identified the plasmodium falciparum phase. The image processing of red blood cells in digital using morphological operations. The results of the testing program has been designed showed the correlation coefficient for counting the total number of red blood cells is 0.997, the validation value for parasit counting is 87.5%, and validation value for phase identification of plasmodium falciparum is 87.5%.
