Abstract

Background: The use of Viewdex as a tool for radiographic image evaluation has limitations in flexibility for students, particularly in the installation and input of DICOM ACR image results, which can be complex. This study aims to: (1) Evaluate the performance of the CT Scan training application for the Applied Bachelor Program in Radiologic Imaging Technology at Poltekkes Kemenkes Semarang, based on ViewDex; (2) Develop a web-integrated CT Scan quality control training application based on the ACR Phantom; (3) Measure the performance of the web-integrated CT Scan quality control training application based on the ACR Phantom.Methods: The research method used is Research and Development (RD), which includes literature study, product development, field testing, evaluation, and product revision. The developed application simplifies the process of importing DICOM data, coding questions, and automatic evaluation, thus improving operational efficiency.Results: Validation by IT and QA/QC experts shows that the application meets high standards with 100% validity. Blackbox testing, which includes general functionality, security, compatibility, performance, usability, dashboard, and user interface, showed that the application is valid and operates well without significant errors. Performance evaluation through pre-test and post-test indicated a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills, with the Wilcoxon test yielding a p-value of 0.005, indicating a significant difference between conditions before and after using the application.Conclusions: in conclusion, the developed application is effective and efficient in enhancing student usability and learning experience, overcoming the limitations of Viewdex. This application enables efficient management and analysis of medical images and data, making it well-prepared to support CT quality control training with high-quality standards.

Abstract

Examinations in radiology installations have increased annually, resulting in a higher risk of radiation hazards to staff, particularly in interventional, conventional X-ray, and CT-Scan environments. Furthermore, not all hospitals are equipped with radiation survey meter monitoring devices. Therefore, an innovative radiation exposure monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) was developed. This study aims to: (1) develop an IoT-based radiation exposure monitoring system, (2) evaluate the device’s performance, and (3) assess the effectiveness of the system. The research method used was research and development (R&D), which included preliminary information gathering, product planning and development, expert validation, device performance testing, effectiveness testing, and final outcomes. This system was developed for real-time radiation dose monitoring.  The product development involved a Geiger-Muller M4011, an ESP32 microcontroller, and a Node-Red web application. Performance testing of the IoT-based radiation exposure monitoring device and a standard survey meter in CT-Scan and conventional X-ray rooms used the T-Test and Mann-Whitney tests. The results showed p-values > 0.05, indicating no significant difference between the two devices. Effectiveness testing through pre-test and post-test questionnaires demonstrated improved usability—namely flexibility, operability, learnability, and understandability—with an N-Gain value of 78.95%, indicating effectiveness. In conclusion, the IoT-based radiation exposure monitoring system proved effective and feasible for real-time radiation dose monitoring in radiology installations, offering advantages in IoT-based data integration, ease of access, and structured data recording. In addition to performance testing, the system was evaluated in terms of its integration with hospital infrastructure. It was designed to provide real-time radiation dose monitoring, automatically updating the dose data and sending alerts when safe exposure levels are exceeded. The system also enables remote monitoring, making it easier for radiology departments to oversee radiation safety without the need for direct physical checks.

Abstract

This research aims to design an expert system for early detection of Tuberculosis (TB) disease. The existence of this system is reduce the number of TB patients in the community. The expert system concept developed is building relationships of TB symptoms based on knowledge obtained from the TB programmer at the Demak District Health Office and the form used for TB screening as a reference for knowledge in this system. Based on the results, the system is designed to be able to diagnose TB disease based on the symptoms felt by the user. It will validate rule matches based on 1 main symptom and 6 additional symptoms to get TB diagnosis results, called suspected tuberculosis or not suspected tuberculosis.

Abstract

Tata kelola TI sudah banyak diterapkan dalam beberapa instansi pemerintah maupun swasta, penerapan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas instansi dalam pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Banyaknya instansi yang menerapkan tata kelola TI tanpa adanya aturan apapun yang membuat belum adanya standarisasi yang harus diikuti setiap instansi dalam penerapan tata kelola TI. Artikel ini membahas tentang framework dan domain apa yang sering digunakan dalam evaluasi tata kelola TI serta instansi apa yang sering melakukan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola TI-nya. Systematic literature review digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan mencari artikel terkait dengan tema yang dipilih. 142 artikel ditemukan, dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil penelusuran artikel yang lebih baik. Setelah menerapkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi tersisa 77 artikel yang dapat ditinjau lebih jauh. Dari 77 artikel yang masuk dalam kategori studi kandidat, setelah ditinjau judul, abstrak dan kesimpulan artikel hanya 30 artikel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil yang didapatkan menyebutkan bahwa Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 5 adalah framework yang paling banyak diaplikasikan dalam Studi Evaluasi maupun Audit Tata Kelola TI pada instansi di Indonesia. Dan domain deliver, service, support (DSS) adalah domain yang paling banyak digunakan dalam artikel, serta instansi swasta merupakan instansi yang paling banyak melakukan evaluasi terhadap tata kelola TI-nya.

Abstract

Pengamatan citra Pap Smear merupakan langkah yang sangat penting dalam mendiagnosis awal terhadap gangguan servik. Pengamatan tersebut membutuhkan sumber daya yang besar. Dalam hal ini machine learning dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Akan tetapi, keakuratan machine learning bergantung pada fitur yang digunakan. Hanya fitur relevan dan diskriminatif yang mampu memberikan hasil klasifikasi akurat. Pada penelitian ini menggabungkan Fisher Score dan Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Pertama Fisher Score memilih fitur relevan berdasarkan perangkingan. Langkah selanjutnya PCA mentransformasikan kandidat fitur menjadi dataset baru yang tidak saling berkorelasi. Metode jaringan syaraf tiruan Backpropagation digunakan untuk mengevaluasi performa kombinasi Fisher Score dan PCA. Model dievaluasi dengan metode 5 fold cross validation. Selain itu kombinasi ini dibandingkan dengan model fitur asli dan model fitur hasil Fscore. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan kombinasi fisher score dan PCA menghasilkan performa terbaik (akurasi 0.964±0.006, Sensitivity 0.990±0.005 dan Specificity 0.889±0.009). Dari segi waktu komputasi, kombinasi Fisher Score dan PCA membutuhkan waktu relative cepat. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan feature selection dan feature extraction mampu meningkatkan kinerja klasifikasi dengan waktu yang relative singkat. Abstract Examination Pap Smear images is an important step to early diagnose cervix dysplasia. It needs a lot of resources. In this case, Machine Learning can solve this problem. However, Machine learning depends on the features used. Only relevant and discriminant features can provide an accurate classification result. In this work, combining feature selection Fisher Score (FScore) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is applied. First, FScore selects relevant features based on rangking score. And then PCA transforms candidate features into a new uncorrelated dataset. Artificial Neural Network Backpropagation used to evaluate performance combination FScore PCA. The model evaluated with 5 fold cross validation. The other hand, this combination compared with original features model and FScore model. Experimental result shows the combination of Fscore PCA produced the best performance (Accuracy 0.964±0.006, Sensitivity 0.990±0.005 and Specificity 0.889±0.009). In term of computational time, this combination needed a reasonable time. In this work, it was proved that applying feature selection and feature extraction could improve performance classification with a promising time.

Abstract

Kedai susu Its Milk adalah restoran yang bergerak di bidang kuliner dengan ciri khas menu pengolahan susu, bahan utamanya menggunakan susu sapi murni lokasi berada di jalan Taman Siswa Unnes Gunungpati Semarang. Bahan baku susu sapi diperoleh dari supplier. Pemilihan supplier yang tepat adalah kunci kestabilan usaha diantaranya dapat mengurangi biaya, mengurangi resiko rantai pasokan, meningkatkan nilai barang dan membentuk strategi perusahaan. Permasalahan restoran yang terkait supplier adalah kualitas, kuantitas, harga, pelayanan dan garansi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pemilihan supplier yang tepat. Metode SAW dan AHP merupakan metode paling mendominasi diantara metode lainnya untuk sistem pemilihan supplier. Perhitungan sedehana dan mudah adalah keunggulan SAW, data yang terperinci adalah keunggulan AHP, dibandingkan juga dengan Euclidan Distance untuk penentuan metode yang paling baik yaitu memiliki nilai mendekati nol. Tujuan penelitian ini membandingkan metode SAW dan AHP dalam pemilihan supplier pada restoran. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pemilik dan managemen Its Milk berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil perbandingan metode diperoleh hasil alternatif  yang sama di dalam satu pengujian yaitu terpilihnya supplier A2 dengan nilai akurasi di SAW 0,86 dan akurasi di AHP 0,229. Berdasar euclidean distance metode AHP yang paling baik digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan nilai rata-rata 0,19 sedangkan SAW nilai rata-rata 0,90. AbstractKedai Susu Its Milk is a restaurant in the culinary field with a characteristic menu of milk processing, the main ingredient of pure cow's milk is located on Jalan Taman Siswa Unnes Gunungpati Semarang. Raw material for cow's milk from suppliers. Selection of the right supplier is the key to business stability including reducing costs, reducing supply chain risk, increasing the value of goods and shaping company strategy. Restaurant problems related to suppliers are quality, quantity, price, service and warranty. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the right supplier. The SAW and AHP methods are the most dominating methods among other methods for supplier selection systems. Simple and easy calculations are the advantages of SAW, detailed data is the advantage of AHP, compared to Euclid and Distance for determining the best method, which has a value close to zero. The purpose of this study is to compare the SAW and AHP methods in the selection of suppliers in restaurants. Research data obtained from the owner and management of Its Milk in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The results of the comparison of methods obtained the same alternative results in one test, namely the selection of supplier A2 with an accuracy value of 0.86 in SAW and 0.229 accuracy in AHP. Based on the euclidean distance, the best AHP method used in this study is with an average value of 0.19, while SAW has an average value of 0.90.

Abstract

Abstract: In the health sector, information technology was initially used for exchanging information between patients and doctors, health services, and exchanging health documents. The aim of applying information technology to the health sector is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of doctors and clinic staff. This research uses COBIT 2019 as a framework for evaluating information technology governance. Primary data is collected directly from the research subjects through observation and interviews, while secondary data is sourced from other materials, such as documents or websites related to the research subject. This research focuses on Risk Profile and I&T Related Issues, with domains: APO11 – Managed Quality, and APO13 – Managed Security. Through interviews and evaluation, each priority objective was found to be at capability level 2 with ratings of 100% and 86% respectively. There are no significant gaps between the current capability levels; both are at level 2. Keywords: auditing; COBIT 2019; telemedicine  Abstrak: Di sektor kesehatan, teknologi informasi awalnya digunakan untuk pertukaran informasi antara pasien dan dokter, layanan kesehatan, dan pertukaran dokumen kesehatan. Tujuan penerapan teknologi informasi di sektor kesehatan adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja dokter dan staf klinik. Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT 2019 sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi. Data primer dikumpulkan langsung dari subjek penelitian dengan melakukan pengamatan dan interaksi langsung, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber lain. didapatkan dari jurnal atau situs website yang berkaitan dengan subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Risk Profile dan I&T Related Issues, dengan domain : APO11 – Managed Quality, dan APO13 – Managed Security. Melalui wawancara dan evaluasi, setiap tujuan prioritas ditemukan berada pada level kapabilitas 2 dengan nilai masing-masing 100% dan 86%. Abstract

The radiographer credential is an evaluation process to determine the eligibility of clinical privilege granted to radiographers. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the web-based radiographer credential method that has been developed by hospital IT. The method used was qualitative descriptive with the distribution of questionnaires to users of 25 respondents. The research variables used were system quality, information quality, service quality, user intention, user satisfaction and net benefit with a pre-experimental design of one group pre and post test Wilcoxson test. The effectiveness test results of the web-based radiogafer credential method are very effective with Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 (<0.05). This shows that web-based Credential Applications are very good and effective utilization

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health threat, especially in low and middle income countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, there is a surge in TB cases due to the lack of detection and treatment of TB that does not reach the target. To achieve TB elimination by 2030 in accordance with the global target, Indonesia must reach the target of finding cases at least 90% of estimated cases. TB case finding through the screening activities is the first step of TB control to reduce morbidity and mortality. This study aims to analyze the requirements of the TB screening information system. The analysis was conducted based on the PIECES Framework as a method of analysis as a basis for obtaining more specific issues. The results of the analysis resulted in the need for an information system that can be accessed by the Health Office, Health Center, and the community with several requirements including providing a menu of counseling schedules and consultation messages, adding data on educational materials, producing an information dashboard, a system equipped with a database for storage and a password for security, and producing accurate and real time information for the requirements of prevention and intervention efforts
