The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of leadership behavior, professional competence and non-physical work environment on teacher performance. This research approach is quantitative with a positivist paradigm. Data was collected by cross-section by using a questionnaire. The population of this study were all 141 teachers at SMA in Batalaiworu District, Muna Regency. The sample size was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely teachers who were civil servants (PNS), so that a sample of 118 people was obtained. The analytical tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis. The results showed that leadership behavior, professional competence and non-physical work environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Then leadership behavior partially positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Professional competence partially has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that the more leadership behavior, professional competence and non-physical work environment increase, the teacher's performance will increase significantly.

This research is aimed to determine and analyze the Effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction in Business Government and Enterprise Service (BGES) of PT. Telkom Witel in Southeast Sulawesi, by applying SEM analysis. One of the benefits expected is that this research can be implemented as a data resource by PT. Telkom Witel of Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance at the Office of EducationThe results showed that (1) Organizational commitment directly had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of the BKKBN Representative in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is based on a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm through a survey method. Data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to all employees of the BKKBN Priovinsi Southeast Sulawesi Representative Employees as many as 57 people. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis of this research is multivariate regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, good organizational commitment has been proven to have a positive and significant contribution to increasing employee job satisfaction. Finally, work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that changes in increasing work motivation which are reflected through the need for achievement, bureaucratic culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant contribution together to job satisfaction through job satisfaction, incentives/bonuses and benefits, working conditions and co-workers.

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through the role of interpersonal trust mediation in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done on a online basis using instruments in the form of questionnaires through the https://forms.gle/2wevLGgXLtUmm2Qw6 page. The population of this study is all employees in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency as many as 32 people. The analysis equipment used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on interpersonal trust and employee performance. Interpersonal trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, the results of the study proved interpersonal trust acts as a partial mediation influence between transformational leadership on employee performance. This means that increased interpersonal trust is significantly influenced by transformational leadership. Furthermore, interpersonal trust has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Finally, good transformational leadership can also contribute significantly toward improvement of employee performance in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency

This research was conducted with the aim of examining and explaining the influence of spiritual leadership, workplace spirituality on employee performance and examining and explaining the role of spirituality in the workplace as a mediation for the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative approach with this type of explanatory research. The population in the study were all employees of the Kendari Class II Correctional Center, totaling 61 employees not including the leadership. The sampling technique was carried out by means of a census, meaning that the object of research was all the employees of the Kendari Class II Correctional Center. Analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program package. The results showed that spiritual leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual leadership has a significant positive effect on spirituality in the workplace. Spirituality in the workplace has a significant positive effect on employee performance and Spirituality in the workplace plays a role in mediating the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance.

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the Effect of Service Quality on Student Satisfaction at Avicenna's STIK (High School of Health Sciences) Kendari; (2) To determine the effect of lecturer competence on student satisfaction at the Avicenna Kendari Institute of Health Sciences (STIK); (3) To find out the Effect of Service Quality and Lecturer Competence on Student Satisfaction in Avicenna's STIK (College of Health Sciences) Kendari. Population in this study were all Avicenna Kendari students of STIK (College of Health Sciences) Avicenna Kendari class of 2015, 2016 and 2017 registered on 2017/2018 school year totaling 446 people. The sample in this study was 211 respondents using the Slovin method. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study stated that: (1) Service quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction at Avicenna's STIK (High School of Health Sciences) Kendari; (2) Lecturer competence has a significant effect on student satisfaction at the Avicenna Kendari School of Health Sciences (STIK); (3) Service quality and lecturer competence have a significant effect on student satisfaction at Avicenna Kendari Institute of Health Sciences

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect; 1) The effect of education and training on employee performance. 2) The influence of non-education and training activities on employee performance. 3) The effect of promotion on employee performance and 4) The influence of technology motivation on employee performance. The research method is to use quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis usingSPSS software version 20. The sampling technique uses saturated sample amounted to 50 employees at UPTD KPH UNIT XXIV Gularaya Forestry Service of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The results showed that; 1) education and training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) non-education and training activities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable (study on the staffing agency and human resource development in East Kolaka Regency). Data collection is done by using a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study were employees of the personnel and human resource development agency in East Kolaka Regency, with the method of determining the census, so that the sample size was set at 51 employees. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS.The results showed that leadership had a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction does not play a role in mediating the influence of leadership on employee performance. Job satisfaction plays a role in mediating the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Personal Factors, Perceived Social Support, and Perceived Organizational Support on Willingness to be Relocated. This research was conducted at BPK RI Representatives of Southeast Sulawesi Province with a total sample of 90 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of the census technique so that the entire population was used as the research sample. The research data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software.. The results showed that: 1) Personal Factor has a significant effect on willingness to be relocated. 2) Perceived Social Support has a significant effect on willingness to be relocated. 3) Perceived Organizational Support has no effect on willingness to be relocated. Simultaneously these variables have a significant effect on willingness to be relocated
