Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the simultaneous effect of service quality, marketing communication and commitment on customer satisfaction, 2) examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, 3) examine the effect of marketing communication on customer satisfaction, 4) examine the effect of commitment on customer satisfaction.The object of research is the Regional Company BPR Bahteramas Wakatobi. The research population is the customers or debtors of BPR Bahteramas Wakatobi, totaling 304 respondents. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a precision of 10 percent, thus the research sample is 75 respondents.The data collection method used a questionnaire and all samples returned the submitted questionnaire. The research data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Ver 22 device.The results of the study: 1) simultaneously service quality, marketing communication and commitment have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 3) marketing communication has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 4) customer commitment has a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of advertising, ease of use and trust on the behavior of intention to use contraceptives in active family planning participants, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. The population in this study were all users of contraceptive devices, namely 3637 people. The number of samples determined was 75 contraceptive users in Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, the data from the sample/respondent were analyzed using SmartPLS in order to obtain the results of the causal relationship between the variables developed in the model. The results of testing advertising, ease of use and public trust in the behavior of intention to use contraceptives in active family planning participants, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency, are as follows; the effect of advertising on the behavior of intention to use contraceptives has a path coefficient of 0.300 with a probability level of 0.022 (p <0.05), the effect of ease of use on the behavior of intention to use contraceptives has a path coefficient of 0.318 with a probability level of 0.012 (p < 0, 05), the effect of ease of use on behavioral intention to use contraceptives has a path coefficient of 0.197 with a probability level of 0.134 (p > 0.05). The benefit that can be learned from this research is the development of knowledge, especially in the paradigm of structural relationship of advertising, ease of use and public trust in the behavior of intention to use contraceptives.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of dimensions of destination personality on destination loyalty in in marine tourism of National Park Wakatobi. The number of samples are 100 respondents and survey method is used to analyze the collected data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. These results indicate that sincerity, excitement, conviviality has significant and positive effects on destination loyalty  Keywords: destination personality, destination loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Personnel of the Drugs and Drugs Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police with a sample of 60 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software. The results showed that (1) Organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel, (2) Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel, (3) Work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel and (4) Personality has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's Narcotics Directorate Personnel.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling  toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency  simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study as many 35 people Apparatus State Civil who worked at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. Analysis tool  used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results showed that the simultaneous functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling had  significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. And partial functions of planning, organizing and actuating had positif significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency, so that the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1). To know and identifies leadership influence on employee performance on the Parliament Secretariat Muna. 2) the effect of motivation on employee performance. 3) The effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance. The design of the study is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the Parliament Secretariat Muna totaling 39 people, using saturation sampling withdrawal. Retrieval of data in the form of interviews and questionnaires. The technique of data analysis using multiple regression models with SPSS 24. Research findings show that: 1) Leadership positive and significant effect on employee kineja. 2) Motivation positive and significant effect on employee kineja. 3) Kepempinan and motivation simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee kineja.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine and explain the effect of service quality, trust and image on patient loyalty through satisfaction either partially or through mediation at the Waetuno Health Center, Kec. Regency Wangi-Wangi. Wakatobi. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out cross-sectionally by using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Sampling used the accidental technique so that the number of respondents was 42. The analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis was Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on goals, trust had a positive and significant effect on goals, image had a positive and significant effect on the effect, satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality had a positive and significant impact on loyalty, and trust had a significant impact on loyalty. positive and significant effect on loyalty, image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty and trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through, and image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction.

Abstract

Service quality is a measure of the level of service provided in accordance with the expectations and expectations of tourists when visiting bokori island as a measure of the management of tourist attractions so that tourists feel satisfied and loyal. Destination image is a tourist's perception of a destination, which is related to the good name of a destination's significant and positive image of a destination, allowing tourists to make a repeat visit. Destination loyalty is the loyalty of tourists to a tourist attraction based on significant and positive perceptions so that tourists will make a repeat visit to a tourist attraction on the island of Bokori.The population for this study were all tourists visiting Bokori Island. Taking the number of samples in this study using the theory of rescoe. In this study there are 3 variables consisting of 2 independent variables (service quality and destination image) and 1 dependent variable (Destination loyalty), so the number of sample members taken for this study is 60 respondents. Researchers took respondents based on the coincidence encountered on the island of bokori and in accordance with the criteria of tourists visiting bokori island over 18 years and Kendari city tourists visiting bokori island more than 2 times. The results of this study indicate that service quality and destination image have a significant and positive influence on destination loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Biddokkes personnel either simultaneously or partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. The data was collected by cross section by using a one-line questionnaire via the link: https://forms.gle/xXS8ShLBhmbJxBBx5. The population of this study were all 49 members of the Biddokkes Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police and all of them were used as research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment simultan eously had a significant effect on the performance of the Biddokkes Police personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. Furthermore, the partial test results of work motivation have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. Then teamwork proved to have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. A good non-physical work environment contributes significantly or significantly to the improvement of personnel performance. This means that the better the implementation of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment, the performance of personnel will increase significantly. This result is also reinforced by the respondent's statement based on the description of the variables of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment and personnel performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of: 1) knowledge management on employee job satisfaction. 2) work environment on employee job satisfaction. 3) knowledge management on employee performance. 4) work environment on employee performance. 5) job satisfaction on employee performance. 6) knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. 7) work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediation. The research method is using quantitative research. The data used are secondary and primary data. Data analysis usingSmart PLS 3.0 software. Sampling technique using The saturated sample is 51 employees at the Regional Finance and Assets Agency of South Konawe Regency. The results showed that; 1)Management knowledge has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Management knowledge has no significant effect on employee performance. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6)The effect of management knowledge on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction has a significant or fully mediated effect. 7). The influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction has a significant or partially mediated effect.
