Abstract

Education is something that must develop towards a better and more advanced, both in all its aspects. Education is a constructive form of building superior human resources, both physically, spiritually, pedagogically and others. Therefore, education should be the spearhead in building the nation's human resources. Therefore, the development of education needed here is from all aspects. Therefore, education on the island of Bawean inevitably must be able to harmonize with the development of education both in terms of the system and others. This needs to be done because education must be in line with the development of technological advances. So that the system that is built must also run in a straight line with the existing conditions. Educational transformation is indeed important in response to the challenges of future civilization. Bawean with all its limited access, inevitably must also proceed properly so that in all fields of education, both formal and non-formal, must move towards progress, including in the world of Islamic boarding school education on the island of Bawean. Abstract

When the Prophet was still alive, all problems faced by the companions were always asked directly to the Prophet. At that time the Prophet was a central thought of Muslims at that time. The question at that time was not only limited to religious issues, but almost all the problems of the Companions were asked to the Messenger of Allah and immediately answered all the problems that were asked to the Prophet. However, after the death of the Messenger of Allah the direction of thinking about a problem moved to the Companions, but in different contexts there were unresolved problems at the hands of the Companions. So in its journey, then when the problem of theological concepts occurred, it was then that they found a dead end. That is why then those who disagree with regard to theological problems then seek and find their own concepts based on their respective understandings. For this reason, this article tries to review a few of these thoughts

Abstract

This study analyzes the adaptation of Hajj Fiqh to technological developments and social changes in the modern context. By looking at recent developments, including the use of technologies such as mobile applications, information systems, and communication technologies, as well as updates in Hajj procedures and protocols, this study highlights the response of scholars and fatwa institutions to the demands of the times. Recent data shows that there has been an increase in the number of fatwas relevant to the use of technology, health, and the environment in the performance of Hajj. By analyzing the role of clerics, governments, and technologists in addressing the challenges of modern Hajj, this study offers suggestions for further encouraging technological innovation, increasing health and environmental awareness, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and strengthening the role of religious authorities. It is hoped that the results of this study will help guide decision makers in improving the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of the Hajj in the future.

Abstract

Islam adalah agama dakwah yaitu agama yang selalu mendorong pemeluknya untuk selalu aktif melakukan kegiatan dakwah . Maju mundurnya umat Islam sangat bergantung dan berkaitan erat dengan kegiatan dakwah yang dilakukannya. Kegiatan dakwah merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh dai dengan menyeru kepada kebaikan dan mencegah dari hal yang mungkar dalam rangka mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan di akhirat. . Artikel ini mencoba menjawab bagaimana bentuk-bentuk perencanaan dakwah yang baik dan menghasilkan yang terbaik sesuai tuntutan syari’ah Dan bagaimana bentuk-bentuk pengorganisasian dakwah yang baik Untuk ini metode kualitatif digunakan dengan menganalisa beberapa literatur yang ada sehingga dapat memehami konsep dan pembahasannaya dengan baik. Rosyad Shaleh mengartikan manajemen dakwah sebagai proses perencanaan tugas, mengelompokkan tugas, menghimpun dan menempatkan tenaga-tenaga pelaksana dalam kelompok-kelompok tugas dan kemudian menggerakkan ke arah pencapaian tujuan dakwah. Jika aktivitas dakwah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip manajemen, maka “citra professional” dalam dakwah akan terwujud pada kehidupan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, dakwah tidak dipandang dalam objek ubudiyah saja, Dari Hudzaifah bin Al Yaman dari Nabi shallallahu ''alaihi wasallam beliau bersabda: "Demi Dzat yang jiwaku berada di tangannya, hendaknya kalian beramar ma''ruf dan nahi munkar atau jika tidak niscaya Allah akan mengirimkan siksa-NYa dari sisi-Nya kepada kalian, kemudian kalian memohon kepada-Nya namun do''a kalian tidak lagi dikabulkan.

Abstract

Artikel ini menyelidiki dinamika pendidikan Quran di kota besar yang serba sibuk dan multikultural. Dalam konteks urbanisasi yang cepat, tantangan utama seperti aksesibilitas yang terbatas, kesibukan sehari-hari, dan diversitas budaya menjadi sorotan utama. Namun, dalam tantangan ini juga terungkap peluang yang menjanjikan. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan analisis isi, artikel ini mengidentifikasi tantangan kunci yang dihadapi pendidikan Quran di kota besar, termasuk dampak urbanisasi pada kehidupan sehari-hari individu. Di samping itu, artikel ini juga menggali peluang seperti penggunaan teknologi modern, integrasi dengan pendidikan sekuler, dan kolaborasi komunitas yang dapat memperkuat pendidikan Quran dalam konteks perkotaan yang beragam. Penelitian ini menghasilkan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana pendidikan Quran dapat beradaptasi dan berkembang di masyarakat perkotaan yang terus berubah, dan mengilustrasikan upaya yang dapat diambil untuk mengatasi tantangan serta memanfaatkan peluang yang ada.

Abstract

Jewelry is anything that is used to decorate or beautify. Jewelry in the Qur'an and the Shari'a shows various meanings and automatically has various consequences. So in this study, the author tries to present fiqh for jewelry. It's just that what is focused in the discussion here is fiqh for what is generally known as jewelry by the general public. To discuss the ideas in this article, we use qualitative research methods, by making verses and hadiths to understand the concept of jewelry in Islamic law. Then also presented some opinions of scholars related to the jurisprudence of jewelry taken from various books of scholars. Journal articles and other supporting documents are also used to complement the discussions developed. And conceptually, God has adorned the human eye with a sense of love for everything that is desired, so that humans who love it will be willing to do everything in their power to get it. Jewelry in the life of the world is everything that is attached to humans, everything that accompanies humans and jewelry in the universe. All of that God created to be proof of His Oneness, a test for humans and a sunnah in worship. Thus, whether or not there is jewelry on a person, he does not feel hurt and must remain istiqomah in doing good.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hukum muharramat berdasarkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa (19-24, 31). Melalui analisis teks-toks Al-Qur'an tersebut, artikel ini mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan larangan-larangan (muharramat) yang diatur dalam kerangka hukum Islam. Ayat-ayat yang dibahas mencakup aspek-aspek seperti hubungan keluarga, etika sosial, dan perintah Allah terkait perilaku umat-Nya. Dengan merinci dan menggali makna ayat-ayat ini, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep muharramat dalam Islam dan implikasinya terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari umat Muslim. Artikel ini juga dapat memberikan wawasan terkait hukum Islam dan nilai-nilai moral yang ditekankan dalam Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Perempuan yang terlibat dalam dakwah di lingkungan perkotaan menghadapi berbagai tantangan unik yang memerlukan pemahaman dan strategi khusus. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi tantangan yang dihadapi perempuan dalam dakwah di kota-kota besar, termasuk hambatan sosial seperti bias gender, tantangan hukum dan kebijakan, serta kendala teknologis dan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi partisipatif untuk mendapatkan wawasan mendalam tentang isu-isu ini dan mengkaji penelitian terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun perempuan menghadapi berbagai rintangan, mereka juga menunjukkan inovasi signifikan dalam dakwah. Penggunaan media sosial dan aplikasi digital telah menjadi alat efektif untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas dan relevan dengan isu-isu kontemporer. Kolaborasi dengan organisasi masyarakat sipil dan lembaga pendidikan juga memperkuat pemberdayaan komunitas dan adaptasi fiqih terhadap konteks perkotaan menunjukkan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial yang cepat. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan dukungan kebijakan, pelatihan dan pendidikan digital, serta mendorong kolaborasi dan adaptasi fiqih. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan perempuan dapat lebih efektif dalam mengatasi tantangan dakwah di perkotaan dan berperan aktif dalam memperkuat dakwah Islam di kota-kota besar. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana perempuan dapat memanfaatkan inovasi dan strategi kreatif untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam konteks urban yang dinamis.
