Abstract

The rise of television programs has an impact on the audience who watch them. This influence can have a positive or negative impact depending on the type of impression itself. If a show is watched for a long enough period of time and repeatedly, it will have an impact on the audience. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence watching the Indonesian Bagus program on NET TV with the level of knowledge about culture and cultural attitudes of the students of MAN Baturaja, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative explanatory approach with an experimental design. The theory used is cultivation which was developed to explain the impact of watching television for heavy viewers. George Gerbner stated that for heavy viewers of television, it will essentially monopolize and include information sources. The result of this research is if a show will not affect the heavy viewers audience. However, a show can have an impact, depending on the quality of the show itself.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor penting yang memainkan peran vital dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di berbagai negara. Kontribusi UMKM dalam perekonomian nasional sangat strategis karena jumlah unit usahanya yang besar mampu mendorong peningkatan penyerapan tenaga kerja, serta membantu mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan kemiskinan. Sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan di Indonesia, dibentuklah lembaga yang menyasar pemberdayaan perempuan, salah satunya melalui Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) sebagai wadah yang memberdayakan perempuan untuk aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan, seperti pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan dan pengolahan hasil sumber daya lokal. Produk-produk tersebut berasal dari hasil pertanian yang dipasarkan secara lebih luas, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produk olahan UMKM berbasis pertanian dan mendorong peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga di pedesaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan produk sambel serai di KWT Nanas Bunggaran belum maksimal, dilihat dari aspek usaha dan hasil riset produk berdasarkan wawancara. KWT ini telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian lokal, seperti membuka lapangan kerja dan memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, pengembangan produk sambel serai oleh KWT Nanas Bunggaran telah memenuhi prinsip-prinsip syariah, baik dari sisi kehalalan produk, kualitas, proses produksi, sumber modal, lokasi usaha, bahan baku, hingga manfaat produk.

Abstract

As a digital native generation, Generation Z needs flexible and relevant leadership. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the concept of leadership that is relevant to Generation Z. The methodology used in this study is called literature review. Literature review is the process of finding and reading various books, journals, and publications related to the research topic to write about it. The results of the literature study indicate that Generation Z is most suited to the transformational leadership paradigm because it emphasizes inspiration, individual growth, and collaborative vision. They need the meaning, values, and engagement that Generation Z has. Effective Gen Z leaders are those who can successfully apply the three approaches mentioned above. They can then adjust their leadership style to suit the changing situation, individual needs, and organizational dynamics.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut adanya sistem digital yang efisien dan terintegrasi dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk di lingkungan kampus. Laporan ini membahas perancangan dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Event Kampus berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk menggantikan proses manual dalam manajemen event seperti seminar, pelatihan, dan kegiatan organisasi kemahasiswaan. Sistem ini dirancang dengan metode Waterfall yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan dokumentasi. Fitur utama yang disediakan antara lain manajemen event, pendaftaran peserta, pencatatan kehadiran, laporan kegiatan, dan dokumentasi galeri. Dengan penerapan sistem ini, proses pengelolaan event menjadi lebih cepat, efisien, dan terdokumentasi secara baik, sekaligus meningkatkan transparansi dan profesionalisme penyelenggara. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi open-source seperti HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, dan MySQL. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan mendukung kegiatan event internal kampus secara optimal.

Abstract

Health services are one type of service available in Indonesia. The Social Security Organising Agency (BPJS) is an institution established by the Indonesian government to help the community in the health sector, but BPJS is currently unable to fully finance the needs of the community in health services or facilities. Therefore, other alternative financing is needed, one of which is Crowdfunding Kitabisa.com, which has helped the Indonesian people in financing health services. The purpose of this study is to describe the contribution of Crowdfunding Kitabisa.com in health financing and to describe the potential development of crowdfunding. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection using literature review techniques. The results showed that Crowdfunding Kitabisa.com has contributed as a fundraising platform, and this shows its role as an alternative in financing in the health sector. This crowdfunding has the potential to be developed due to limited access to modern health services, high health costs, the growth of technology and internet access, as well as social awareness and community solidarity. The implications of this research for social welfare include crowdfunding as a means of increasing health accessibility, community empowerment, innovation in health financing, and increasing awareness of social solidarity.

Abstract

Abstrak Penanganan stunting merupakan program nasional, yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan prevalensi stunting. Sambas salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki prevalensi stunting tinggi, meskipun sudah berbagai program dilakukan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat dalam menangani masalah stunting yang terjadi pada anak serta mengantisipasi terjadinya stunting pada anak. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi memberikan pemahaman tentang pengetahuan stunting. Ada beberapa tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini melahirkan policy brief tentang pencegahan stunting serta menciptakan pengetahuan dan penanganan stunting yang tepat untuk Desa Lela yang terdiri dari 3 rekomendasi yaitu rekomendasi model tata kelola, rekomendasi lembaga dan rekomendasi kebijakan dan SDM.Kata Kunci: Terdiri dari 3-5 kata/frase, urut abjad, huruf kecil, dipisahkan dengan koma. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance within PT Aerojasa Cargo's warehouse division. Recognizing the strategic importance of human capital in logistics, the research aims to evaluate how these two variables interact to affect operational outcomes.Using a quantitative methodology, the study surveyed 55 employees selected through Slovin’s formula. A structured Likert-scale questionnaire measured three core constructs: motivation, work environment, and performance. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, employing descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis, and validation metrics such as Cronbach’s alpha and R². Key results show that both motivation and work environment significantly impact employee performance (p < 0.05), with a combined explanatory power of 83.3% (R² = 0.833). The work environment demonstrated a slightly higher beta coefficient (β = 0.417) than motivation (β = 0.286), suggesting that physical and social workplace conditions are marginally more influential. Descriptive findings also revealed demographic patterns relevant to performance, including age distribution, education level, and gender roles. These findings align with existing literature and underscore the synergistic importance of fostering motivation and creating supportive work environments. The study concludes that HR managers in logistics should implement dual-focused strategies to enhance both motivational drivers and workplace quality. Such strategies may include high-performance work systems, ergonomic improvements, and continuous feedback mechanisms. This research contributes to the field of organizational behavior by offering empirical support for integrated HRM approaches in logistics, providing a framework for future policy and academic inquiry.

Abstract

The development of information technology has transformed how online media shape public opinion and social meaning construction. This study analyzes news coverage of Gus Miftah's case of insulting an iced tea vendor on Republika.co.id using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. The research aims to reveal how online media form social narratives and myths through religious figure coverage. The method uses qualitative analysis focusing on denotative, connotative, and mythological meanings in three Republika.co.id news articles published on December 3-5, 2024. The findings show that media construct Gus Miftah's image as a controversial figure who does not meet dakwah ethics standards. At the denotative level, all three news articles agree on the factual events. The connotative level reveals the coarseness and impoliteness of religious figures. The mythological level reinforces discourse on the importance of religious figures' moral integrity and the sacredness of the "Gus" title. Social media functions as a moral court that tests the authenticity of religious identity. This research contributes to understanding media's role in constructing social meaning related to religious figures in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of carbon emissions disclosure, eco-efficiency and sales growth on company value with profitability as a mediating variable. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method. Based on sample criteria, there were 24 samples used. The data analysis technique used uses panel data. The application used in this research uses Eviews 9. The research results prove that disclosure of carbon emissions and sales growth have no effect on company value, while eco-efficiency has a positive effect on company value. Simultaneously, disclosure of carbon emissions, eco-efficiency and sales growth influences company value.

Abstract

Society's dependence on energy has resulted in an increase in society's need for and use of energy. This causes an increase in demand for superior products or services that can effectively meet consumer needs and expectations. This research aims to determine the influence of E-Trust and E-Service Quality on E-Satisfaction of PLN Mobile customers. This research uses quantitative research methods with questionnaires as data collection material which is analyzed with the help of SPSS 27 software. The sample used in this research was 99 respondents. The sample was taken from PLN Mobile application users in Pangkalpinang. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linear test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination analysis, t-test and f-test. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results found show that the E-Trust, E-Service Quality variables individually or partially have a significant effect on application users' E-Satisfaction. Then the E-Satisfaction variable simultaneously has a significant effect on application users' E-Satisfaction. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination or value (R Square) was obtained at 0.501 or 50.1%. This shows that the E-Trust, E-Service Quality variables are able to explain 50.1% of the dependent variable user E-Satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remaining 49.9% is explained or influenced by unknown variables in this study.
