Abstract

Desa Branjang memiliki kekayaan alam yang bagus untuk sektor pertanian, khususnya sektor padi, palawija dan buah Kondisi masyarakat Desa Branjang saat ini merupakan masyarakat heterogen dimana mata pencaharian masyarakat Desa Branjang sebagian besar adalah petani, peternak dan pedagang hingga kini. Desa Branjang telah ditetapkan sebagai rintisan desa wisata oleh Bupati Ungaran karena potensinya sebagai daya tarik wisata dinilai dapat memberdayakan masyarakat dan meningkatkan pendapatan sehingga tercapai kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Desa Branjang. Salah satu pendukung kegiatan event gelar budaya adalah gelar produk UMKM dari pelaku usaha di desa Branjang. Panitia event menyediakan 10 stand yang diberikan kepada pelaku usaha dengan sistim sewa stand. Semua produk UMKM yang dipasarkan di stand dikelola oleh BUMDes UNTUNG MAKMUR

Abstract

Wisata kuliner yang bertujuan untuk menikmati suatu sajian makanan baik dari proses mengolahnya maupun siap dinikmati dan dimakan, salah satu wisata yang paling di cari oleh para wisatawan. Apalagi di Indonesia yang memiliki banyak varians jenis menu makanan di setiap daerah yang ada di Indonesia dan memiliki cita rasa yang lezat dan nikmat. Bumi Perkemahan adalah tempat di alam terbuka, di mana para pemakai dapat mendirikan kemah-kemah untuk keperluan bermalam dan melakukan kegiatan sesuai dengan motivasinya. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Eden Daily International Food Semarang, untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepuasan tamu. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna untuk kepuasan pengelola dan tamu. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen model tes, uji hipotesis, namun sebelum tes dilakukan terlebih dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan akan diikuti dengan peningkatan kepuasan tamu, begitupun sebaliknya. Hasil uji analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa nilai F signifikan, dengan penentuan nilai korelasi adjusted R2 sebesar 0,855. Hal ini menginformasikan bahwa kepuasan tamu dipengaruhi oleh produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan dengan persentase 85,5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan tamu perlu dilakukan peningkatan produk, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas kegiatan Penguatan Pemahaman Literasi Wakaf yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Ulum Gresik sebagai upaya strategis untuk mendorong kemandirian ekonomi pesantren melalui optimalisasi pengelolaan aset wakaf. Meskipun memiliki potensi aset wakaf yang besar, mayoritas pesantren, termasuk Manbaul Ulum, belum mampu mengelolanya secara produktif karena keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan service learning yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan dosen dalam pendampingan langsung kepada pengurus pesantren. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan literasi wakaf dasar dan lanjutan, penyusunan business plan, serta evaluasi pre- dan post-test. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan rata-rata skor literasi meningkat dari 40,80 menjadi 77,92. Selain itu, pengurus pesantren menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dengan meminta pendampingan lanjutan, khususnya terkait legalitas aset, serta mengusulkan kemitraan jangka panjang dengan perguruan tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendekatan akademik dan pengabdian masyarakat mampu menghasilkan dampak nyata dalam pemberdayaan pesantren. Program ini dapat menjadi model replikasi bagi pesantren lain untuk mendorong pengelolaan wakaf yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Basically Islam carries the teachings of rahmatan lil'alamin (compassion for all nature). However, the reality is that inter-religious harmony in Indonesia is still being debated. The cause of the controversy is the growth and development of thoughts and movements of radical Islamic groups. Responding to the growth and development of radical understanding movements, Islamic organizations in Indonesia need to respond actively, creatively, constructively and solutively in counteracting this radical understanding. One of the religious organizations that is active in countering radicalism is Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah. Based on this description, the researcher is interested in writing a thesis entitled Education Values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah to Shape the Character of Santri Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin Darul Hikmah Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to describe and analyze what are the educational values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah, what are the forms of implementation and what are the factors that support and hinder this implementation. This type of research is a qualitative description. Sources of research data are caregivers, coaches, and students, as well as documentation of Darul Hikmah Balen Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School.The results of the research findings, namely the educational values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah have reached the target to shape the character of the students Rahmatan Lil 'Alamin at the Islamic Boarding School by always applying the principles of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah values. Implementation is carried out by providing students with the basics of the Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah practice. In addition, the practice of amaliyah - amaliyah which contains educational values Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah such as reciting the yellow book, yasinan, tahlilan, istighosah, reading manaqib, reading sholawat, reading rotib, and bahtsul masa'il. The supporting factors are the students' awareness and enthusiasm for reciting the Koran, motivation from parents, siblings, clerics and supervisors. While the inhibiting factors include the negative influence of friends, laziness, low vocabulary of students, low knowledge of the basics of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An Nahdliyyah amaliyah

Abstract

This research explores the compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Majene Regency with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in their bookkeeping and financial reporting practices. The study's primary focus is to analyze the level of understanding and implementation of these accounting standards among MSME actors. Employing a case study approach, data was collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews with several MSMEs within the study area. Research findings reveal significant variations in the alignment of MSME accounting practices with SAK EMKM. Some MSMEs have managed their financial records and presented reports reasonably well, although not yet fully adhering to SAK EMKM principles. However, other groups still demonstrate limited understanding and optimal implementation of these standards. These results highlight the urgency of improving financial literacy and accounting capabilities among MSMEs. Therefore, this study recommends intensifying structured training and mentoring programs for MSMEs. The objective is to encourage the preparation of more accurate and transparent financial statements, which in turn will support more strategic business decision-making and the sustainable improvement of MSMEs' financial performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of banking The phenomenon of doom spending has become a trending issue among Indonesian youth. This behavior contradicts Islamic economic principles, such as wasatiyyah (moderation) and qana’ah (contentment), and has negative implications for financial stability and social well-being. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to understand the behavior of doom spending and its implications for Islamic financial management. The findings reveal that doom spending increases the risk of debt, reduces the allocation of wealth for zakat and charity, and undermines the blessings (barakah) of wealth. Contributing factors include emotional pressure from stress or anxiety, the influence of consumerist culture, and the role of social media in promoting materialistic lifestyles. Proposed solutions include enhancing Islamic financial literacy, leveraging financial technology, and strengthening spiritual awareness. These findings underscore the importance of wise wealth management in accordance with Islamic principles to achieve financial balance and a blessed life.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in the retail sector. The background of this study stems from the importance of service quality in improving customer satisfaction, which ultimately influences loyalty and purchasing decisions. In an increasingly competitive retail environment, customer satisfaction plays a pivotal role in shaping consumer behavior. The method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach, where data is collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 customer respondents across several retail stores. The collected data were analyzed using regression analysis techniques to test the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction variables. The findings of this study indicate that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, with service speed and staff friendliness identified as the most dominant factors. These results highlight the essential role of service quality in driving customer satisfaction and suggest that retail businesses should prioritize enhancing these aspects of service to meet customer expectations. The implication of these findings is the importance for retail companies to continually improve service quality as a strategic approach to retain customers and increase their satisfaction. This study contributes to the development of service theory, providing insights into the dynamics between service quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, it offers practical recommendations for managers in the retail sector, emphasizing the need for a customer-focused approach to enhance competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and aims to determine which tomato dates will be used as a basic ingredient in the manufacture of extract drinks. The use of this tomato analyzes the tolerance level of tomatoes to exposure to sugar derivatives (glucose and lactose) on shelf life as processed vegetable foods. Analyzing the antioxidant levels of tomato date extract based on storage time. Analyzing the effect of storage time on the organoleptic quality of tomato date extract. Analyzing the tolerance level of tomato date extract to exposure to sugar derivatives (glucose and lactose) and their impact on organoleptic quality. The results showed that the comparison of tomato date extract powder with various treatments had an effect on the parameters tested, including increasing antioxidants and reducing microbial levels and was also favored by research respondents when organoleptic testing was carried out. It can be concluded that the storage time of tomato date extract powder will increase antioxidant levels and will make the total microbial activity relatively decreased.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to determine the culinary mapping of Peranakan Chinese menu in Semarang City, Central Java. The specific objectives of this research are to find out how to provide Peranakan Chinese menu culinary based on the number and types that exist in Semarang City. Furthermore, to find out how to serve the Peranakan Chinese menu culinary provision and to find out efforts to preserve the Peranakan Chinese menu as a culinary speciality of Semarang City. The technique of collecting primary data is very useful for collecting information needed for analysis and decision making. Based on the results of the research, it is obtained that the provision of Peranakan Chinese menu culinary in the city of Semarang in several types of dishes and drinks still uses original recipes from ancestors, both cooking ingredients, spices and cooking techniques. The culinary presentation of the Peranakan Chinese menu in some culinary shows distinctiveness without leaving its authenticity even though there are several additional menu variants. Efforts to preserve the Peranakan Chinese menu as a culinary speciality of the city of Semarang have been made by culinary business people, families, communities and the Semarang City government.
