This research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine: (1) Professional Training effect on the Career Selection as an Auditor. (2) Labour Market Considerations effect on the Career Selection as an Auditor. (3) Choice Financial Awards on Career Selections effect on Auditor. (4) The Influence of Personality on Career Selection as an Auditor. The sampling technique is purposive sampling which is one of the techniques in the non-probability sampling group. The data collection method used in this study used the questionnaire method. Prerequisite tests on the data can use the data quality test and the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t statistic test (Partial), F test (Simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test (R2). After processing the data, the results showed that: (1) Professional Training had an effect on Career Selection as an Auditor, (2) Labour Market Considerations had an effect on Career Selection as an Auditor, (3) Financial Awards had no effect on Career as an Auditor. (4) Personality has an effect on Career Selection as an Auditor

AbstrakIndonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang menjadikan sebagian besar wilayahnya terdiri dari pesisir, yang sebagian bermatapencaharian sebagai nelayan masih identik dengan masalah kemiskinan yang sampai saat ini masih menjadi fenomena klasik pesisir. Wanita-wanita nelayan mempunyai potensi sebagai motor penggerak pemberdayaan masyarakat pantai. Dalam hal ini, istri para petani merupakan anggota rumah tangga yang memiliki potensi dalam membantu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Pada penelitian ini peneliti memilih menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita di daerah pesisir memiliki kontribusi atau peran yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Kontribusi pendapatan istri tersebut dapat dilihat dari terpenuhinya kebutuhan primer, sekunder, bahkan tersier keluarga. Hubungan antara suami istri dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga dengan saling bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga mereka. Pandangan ini tidak mempertentangkan antara pria dan wanita, melainkan antara pria dan wanita harus dapat bekerja sama untuk membangun kehidupan keluarga. Meningkatnya peran dan tugas istri sebagai pencari nafkah menimbulkan adanya kesepakatan antara suami dan istri untuk berbagi tugas.Kata Kunci: Peran Wanita , Pendapatan, dan Keluarga Nelayan

Competition between companies is a problem faced by companies, making it increasingly difficult for the leadership to carry out direct supervision and coordination of all company activities. For this reason, it is necessary to apply internal control through the management of raw material supplies. With the aim of knowing how to apply internal control to the management of raw material inventory and how to manage raw material inventory. The method used is observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. Data Analysis Methods that researchers do is Analyze the elements of the company's internal control system inventory, whether it is in accordance with existing theories and analyze the procedures for managing inventory of raw material inventory on CV. Cipta Gemilang Karya Mandiri. Application of internal control to the management of raw material supplies on the CV. Cipta Gemilang Karya Mandiri can be seen through the results of processing the questionnaire that the application of internal control plays a role of 80%, it is said that the application of internal control in the company is not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to increase control over production costs, control the recording and proof of transactions, and control product customer demand.

In a company, many systems are made to help the company run better, one of which is an accounting information system. In this study, the author raises the issue of how to create an online system that can be controlled remotely by company leaders in order to know the current state of the company. The method used in this study is a method by carrying out 4 stages, namely, the first stage is the boundary stage, the second is the input stage and the third is the process stage and the fourth is the output stage with these four steps, which are certain steps that will clearly be carried out in order to answer the problem existing research. The problem raised in this research is how to create a system that can be monitored remotely. Because there are many shortcomings of the existing system in the current system. Therefore, making an online system is one solution that is made in order to be able to monitor a company remotely. This study aims to make it easier for company leaders to monitor companies online because there are many problems if they are not monitored regularly with this online system, the company can be assisted in thinking online by company leaders.

The purpose of this study is to measure the level of budget risk management on organizational performance at PT. Sumitomo Indonesia. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis with a purposive method of 35 (three five-five) respondents. Using a simple linear regression analysis technique with a hypothesis: Is there a significant influence between budget risk management on organizational performance at PT. Sumitomo Indonesia The results of the study indicate that there is a significant influence between budget risk management and organizational performance by 50%. If budget risk management is carried out according to procedures and does not experience leakage or any discrepancy in the budget, it will significantly improve organizational performance. The organization will not suffer losses, but the improvement in organizational performance is not only influenced by the management of budget risk, but there are several other factors that influence it, such as budgetary oversight, financial statement management and which support in improving organizational performance. Green and Clean 2017 is one of the Jakarta government’s programs to realize the city of Jakarta as a pioneer of a healthy, pollution-free city and a leading country pioneer in new breakthroughs in the field of hygiene. The management of household waste has not been well coordinated so it needs an effort to empower the community about household waste, namely the provision of counseling and technical guidance on the separation of wet and dry waste and the weighing stage until the final process where they can make a profit. Costs and benefits in the process are recorded with simple bank bookkeeping. Gradual and continuous collaboration between waste managers who have a creative, innovative, reliable and honest character with member of Family Welfare Program (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga/PKK) in the neighborhood of RT 005 / RW 001 in Bekasi City who actively participate will create a clean, beautiful environment and increase income for people in their environment

This research purpose to assign the clout of institutional possession, self-sustained board of commissioners and managerial possession on income management with manager bonuses in manufacturing companies registered on the Indonesian stock exchange in the 2016-2018 period. The sample selection was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 59 companies with a 3 year period. The method using descriptive analysis and confirmation. The confirmation analysis uses panel data regression analysis (pooled data). The data processing tool uses Eviews 9. The inference of this reseacrh is that institutional possession has a significant influence on income management, bonus managers cannot moderate the effect of institutional possession on income management, this self-sustained board of commissioners has a significant influence on income management, Bonus manager cannot moderate the effect of the self-sustained board of commissioners on income management and managerial possession has a significant effect on income management.

Sampah merupakan salah satu permasalahan terbesar bagi seluruh negara. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan kreativitas dari masyarakat dalam mengelola sampah menjadi beberapa kerajinan tangan. Pemilihan lokasi di lingkungan RT. 04 RW, 05 Kelurahan Bekasi Jaya, Kecamatan Bekasi Timur, Bekasi Jawa Barat dikarenakan masyarakatnya memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola sampah atau mendaur ulang sampah menjadi produk baru, akan tetapi mengalami banyak masalah dalam proses pengelolaan sampah menjadi barang baru. Adapun tujuan kegiatan membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra. Permasalahan mitra: 1). Masih kurangnya kesadaran dan minat partisipasi dan pemahaman mengenai jenis sampah yang dapat didaur ulang; 2). Belum memahami penggunaan media sosial secara maksimal untuk pemasaran. 3). Bentuk laporan keuangan hasil penjualan produk baru masih tradisional. Solusi permasalahan: 1). Memberikan motivasi melalui sosialisasi pengelolaan memilah sampah; 2). Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam proses pengelolaan sampai proses memasarkan produk hasil daur ulang melalui media sosial. 3). Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam membantu proses pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana menggunakan software akuntansi (Excel). Metode dalam pelaksanaan yakni dalam 3 tahapan meliputi: 1). Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam konteks keilmuan dan informasi mengenai kesadaran akan daur ulang sampah; 2). Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemilahan sampah dan sistem pemasaran dalam media sosial. 3). Pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Peserta dari kegiatan yakni ibu– ibu warga Rt 04/Rw 05 Kel.Bekasi Jaya, Bekasi sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mitra dapat mewujudkan meningkatnya kesadaran dan kemampuan memilah sampah untuk didaur ulang serta meningkatnya kemampuan memasarkan produk baru melalui media sosial kemudian pembuatan laporan keuangan yang sudah modern.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa sosialisasi/ceramah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi dan mengubah cara berpikir bagi para ibu rumahtangga untuk memanfaatkan sampah rumahtangga dengan baik dan benar, sehingga dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Mitra yang dijadikan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ibu rumah tangga RT.04/ RW.05 Kel. Bekasi Jaya, Permasalahan yang dialami: 1). Kurangnya motivasi warga untuk memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga dengan baik dan benar, 2). Kurangnya pemahaman dari pola pikir masyarakat bahwa tujuan akhir sampah, bukan hanya dibuang ke tempat pembuangan sampah, akan tetapi dapat dijadikan sebagai barang yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. 3). Kurangnya kreativitas untuk terbiasa memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga dengan menjadikan barang yang berguna. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan, dan tahapan laporan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) hari kamis – sabtu, 12 – 14 Mei 2022 di kediaman Ketua RT.04/RW.05 Kel. Bekasi Jaya dan diikuti oleh ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja berjumlah 20 orang sebagai perwakilan dari warga RT.04/RW.05 Kel. Bekasi Jaya. Hasil yang dicapai dari program ini, kesadaran masyarakat terutama peserta mengalami peningkatan, meningkatnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pemanfaatan daur ulang sampah menjadi barang yang berguna dan memiliki nilai ekonomis, dan meningkatkan sisi kreativitas dari peserta dalam memanfaatkan sampah khususnya sampah plastik.

This study aims to make Tiara Bunda Clinic able to understand and evaluate internal control in the purchasing system that has been implemented. This type of research is a case study at the Pratama Tiara Bunda Clinic, with data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the internal control system for cash receipts at Tiara Bunda Clinic Pratama for the risk assessment component and control activities are not adequate with COSO 2013 this is evident from the practice implemented by Tiara Bunda Clinic Pratama. This difference is because there have not been any changes at all related to regulations or the operating environment relating to cash receipts and physical control of cash receipts assets at the clinic every time a deposit is made to the clinic owner, it is always recalculated, for computer programs related to cash receipts assets there data in non-computerized cash receipts, only patient data is computerized. Meanwhile, the components of internal control, information, and communication, as well as monitoring are by the 2013 COSO theory, This can be proven from the practice that has been carried out by Tiara Bunda Clinic.
