Abstract

This study aims to make Tiara Bunda Clinic able to understand and evaluate internal control in the purchasing system that has been implemented. This type of research is a case study at the Pratama Tiara Bunda Clinic, with data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the internal control system for cash receipts at Tiara Bunda Clinic Pratama for the risk assessment component and control activities are not adequate with COSO 2013 this is evident from the practice implemented by Tiara Bunda Clinic Pratama. This difference is because there have not been any changes at all related to regulations or the operating environment relating to cash receipts and physical control of cash receipts assets at the clinic every time a deposit is made to the clinic owner, it is always recalculated, for computer programs related to cash receipts assets there data in non-computerized cash receipts, only patient data is computerized. Meanwhile, the components of internal control, information, and communication, as well as monitoring are by the 2013 COSO theory, This can be proven from the practice that has been carried out by Tiara Bunda Clinic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of marketing strategy and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bimba Solutions Kids Unit Candrabaga Bekasi. The sampling used is as many as 130 consumers. The sampling technique is using the saturated sample technique and using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy variable, namely 0.000 <0.05, has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Service quality variable that is 0.000 <0.05 has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bimba Solutions Kids Unit Candrabaga Bekasi. So it can be concluded that the marketing strategy and service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Bimba Solutions Kids Unit Candrabaga Bekasi.

Abstract

Asuransi dibutuhkan untuk memberikan perlindungan ketika misalnya seseorang sakit, mengalamikecelakaan, dan bahkan meninggal. Definisi dan juga pemahaman itu lah yang saat ini mestinya diberikanoleh para perusahaan asuransi kepada banyak masyarakat Indonesia di segala lapisan, baik masyarakatmenengah hingga bawah sekalipun. Di sisi lain, masyarakat Indonesia pun harus sadar tentang betapapentingnya memiliki asuransi mengingat segala macam kejadian atau musibah bisa menimpa sewaktuwaktu.Terlebih Indonesia merupakan negara yang rawan bencana alam seperti banjir, gempa, gunungmeletus, hingga tsunami. Segala macam hal itu yang kemudian harus dijadikan pertimbangan olehmasyarakat Indonesia untuk segera memiliki asuransi, baik bagi dirinya sendiri maupun keluarganya.Tanpa kesadaran itu, segala upaya edukasi dan penetrasi dari perusahaan asuransi, bahkan pemerintahsekalipun tidak akan membuat persentase masyarakat yang memiliki asuransi mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by increasing acts of fraud. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal control and moral sensitivity on fraud prevention. This research is a quantitative research with a case study approach. This case study was conducted at State-Owned Enterprise Banks (BUMN) including Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and State Savings Bank (BTN). The sample in this study was 100 employees with the sampling technique the sample is random sampling. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data were analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using excel and SPSS. The results of this study indicate that 1) Internal Control has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention, 2) Moral Sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention, and 3) Internal Control and Moral Sensitivity have a positive and significant effect on Fraud Prevention. The results of this study indicate that if a company wants to improve fraud prevention, the company must improve internal control and moral sensitivity.

Abstract

The development of the global world has now entered the era of society 5.0, with advances in technology making financial management easier. The aim of this research is to determine the financial behavior carried out by the millennial generation in the era society 5.0 in terms of financial knowledge and financial attituted, which wiil help the millennial generation to be wiser in managing their finances. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research, financial behavior can be seen from financial knowledge and financial attitude. In determining or determining attitudes in financial management, this can be done so that it will make it easier for students in the era of society 5.0 with advances in technology to organize and manage their finances. With this, it is necessary to increase students’ understanding of financial literacy. This aims to enable students to make decisions about technology-based financial management and wil make students’ lives easier in the era of society 5.0, which will enable students to manage finances effectively and afficiently in the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non-Performing Financing and Operational Income Operating Costs on Financial Performance in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The samples used in this study were 22 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination using the adjusted R square. Test data using SPSS version 25 by using multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing. Partial testing with the t test shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a negative effect on financial performance, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has no effect on financial performance, Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) has a negative effect on financial performance. The results of simultaneous testing with the F test are that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) have an effect on financial performance.

Abstract

Electronics are widely used by business people to market the products they sell and are often known as e-commerce. Apart from that, on the other hand, in assisting government programs in the creative economy sector, there are many MSMEs that have grown in several regions in Indonesia, one of which is MSMEs under Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi. As many MSMEs grow, there are many obstacles experienced by MSME players, one of which is product sales strategy. The product sales strategy carried out by MSME players in Sukamekar Village, Kab. Bekasi, is still traditional, and the packaging of the goods sold does not attract buyers' interest, so the solutions provided in community service activities are: 1) providing counseling regarding online media literacy for MSMEs; 2) providing entrepreneurship training for MSMEs to increase product sales. The objectives of community service activities are: 1) increasing knowledge and understanding of social media literacy for MSMEs; 2) improving MSME sales strategies in the era of digitalization; and 3) increasing knowledge and understanding of MSME players in product packaging. The method for implementing community service activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage (counseling and training), and the evaluation stage. Participants were representatives of MSME actors under the auspices of the Sukamekar Village office, Kab. Bekasi, as many as 20 people. The results of the activity showed that there was interest from the participants, as evidenced by the enthusiastic attitude of the participants when taking part in the activity and also proven by the results of the pre- and post-tests, which showed an increase in the participants' knowledge and skills.

Abstract

Community service activities aims to build community awareness in Sumber Jaya Village, South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency West Java to have business, creative, and innovation in managing business, in order to realize a better the next future and able to be financially independent. Through an understanding of entrepreneurship tips it is beneficial to increase family income. Socialization and Outreach of community to be able to entrepreneurship in the field of creative economics, especially for the mother PKK as the main driving motor of the family economy. The results found from this entrepreneurship counseling provide the benefits of science and learning for those who conduct business. They will become skilled and able to develop enterprises, both by management resources and financial management with the principles of accountability and profitability.

Abstract

Perubahan sistem pemasaran dari tradisional menjadi digital marketing untuk menghadapi era 5.0 memaksakan pihak UMKM untuk melakukan perubahan dalam sistem pemasaran produknya melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memahami digital marketing. Untuk itu, kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digital marketing bagi pemasaran usahanya dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Metode kegiatan abdimas yakni ceramah, diskusi dan pelatihan secara langsung kepada pelaku UMKM. Peserta abdimas yakni para pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Teluk Pucung, Bekasi Utara sebanyak 20 orang dengan kriteria belum mengetahui sistem digital marketing untuk pemasaran. Hasil dari abdimas yakni peserta mendapatkan tambahan ilmu dan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing mulai dari pengertian, jenis, dan pemanfaatannya bagi pemasaran produk UMKM dan peserta dapat membuat konten dan caption sebagai pendukung postingan gambar/foto/video produk dalam akun Instagram yang memiliki sifat persuasif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini berupa pendampingan pelaporan SPT tahun pajak 2022 yang dilakukan pada Januari-April tahun 2023 kepada wajib pajak orang pribadi dengan menggunakan e-filing di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Kota Bekasi. Penerapan kebijakan sistem e-filing di Indonesia sudah dijalankan sejak 1 April 2018, namun pada kenyataannya menunjukkan bahwa wajib pajak masih banyak yang belum bisa melakukan pelaporan SPT secara elektronik sehimgga sering terjadi penumpukan antrian dalam pelayanan. Hal ini terjadi berkaitan dengan Self Assessment System yang berlaku, karenawajib pajak harus melakukan hak dan kewajiban pajaknya secara mandiri.Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memberikan asistensi kepada para wajib pajak dalam melakukan kewajiban pelaporan e-SPTnya. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah melakukan pendampingan secara langsung kepada wajib pajak.  Dengan adanya pendampingan pelaporan sistem e-filing yang melibatkan relawan pajak sebanyak 90 peserta  wajib pajak dapat  melaporkan pajak terutangnya dengan benar sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan, terlebih penting lagi adalah diharapkan pada tahun-tahun berikutnya wajib pajak dapat melaporkan kewajiban perpajakannya secara mandiri, sehingga kepatuhan pajak akan terus meningkat sehingga tax ratio Indonesia akan lebih baik.
