Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pembentukan singkatan bahasa gaul dalam media sosial Tiktok dan Instagram. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pola pembentukan singkatan pada satu kata, dua kata atau lebih dalam media sosial Tiktok dan Instagram. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pola singkatan satu kata, dua kata atau lebih. Data ini di ambil dari media sosial Tiktok dan Instagram karena platform tersebut merupakan alat komunikasi yang fleksibel untuk kaum remaja dan menjadi tren dalam penyebaran singkatan bahasa gaul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam tentang fenomena singkatan bahasa gaul. Ciri-ciri penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil data berupa singkatan bahasa gaul yang ditemukan dalam media sosial dengan melakukan pengamatan dan analisis terhadap penggunaan singkatan tersebut. Teknik dokumentasi yang di gunakan dalam pengumpulan data dengan cara mengumpulkan dan merekam data-data singkatan bahasa gaul yang ditemukan dalam konten media sosial Tiktok dan Instagram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pola singkatan bahasa gaul pada satu kata, dua kata atau lebih dengan variasi yang beragam. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pembentukan singkatan bahasa gaul ditemukan dua bentuk pola singkatan yaitu bentuk pola singkatan yang tidak beraturan dan bentuk pola singkatan beraturan yang terbentuk dari pengambilan huruf awal, huruf tengah, atau kombinasi lainnya dari kata aslinya.

Abstract

A handover strategy is required to ensure connection continuity for cellular network users due to user mobility. Handovers on the same frequency (intra-frequency) and handovers on other frequencies (inter-frequencies) are conceivable in the Intra Radio Access Technology network. The network must be able to give the best quality and optimal bandwidth so that consumers can keep their connection. Most cells have more than one bandwidth channel. A test was performed in this study to determine the influence of priority handover on intra-frequency LTE handover on signal strength and throughput. This study is based on actual measurement findings from the deployed 4G LTE network transceiver device, which contains several carriers for each eNodeB. TEMS Pocket, a mobile gadget, was used to collect data for measurements. For analysis purposes, the parameters RSRP, throughput, frequency band, serving cell identification or PCI (Physical Cell Identity), and event handover are employed. In the inter-frequency LTE handover, there are two priority handovers: handovers from lower bands to higher bands (high priority) and handovers from higher bands to lower bands (low priority). When a low-priority handover happens, the RSRP value and throughput increase, while a high-priority handover causes the RSRP value to decrease.

Abstract

The crime of corruption is an extraordinary crime that has a broad impact on various aspects of life, including economic, social, and government. The principle of “Lex Specialis Derogat Legi Generalis” is the main basis in handling legal conflicts between general and specific provisions, especially in the context of law enforcement against corruption in Indonesia. Through Law Number 31 Year 1999 jo. Law Number 20 of 2001, this adage provides a more specific legal framework, enabling the application of more severe and effective sanctions against perpetrators of corruption.This research aims to analyze the application of the lex specialis principle in the eradication of corruption, including challenges such as overlapping norms, differences in interpretation, and systemic barriers. This research uses a normative juridical method with the approach of analyzing related legal documents. The results show that the application of the lex specialis principle provides clarity and efficiency in the law enforcement process, although it requires regulatory improvements and capacity building of legal apparatus. In conclusion, the application of this adage must continue to be refined through inter-agency collaboration, public education, and regulatory harmonization in order to create a fairer and more transparent legal system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the Implementation of Al-Qur'an Habituation in the Formation of Religious Character of Class VIII Students of MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor. (2) The Impact of the Implementation of Tadarus Al-Qur'an Habituation in the Formation of the Religious Character of Class VIII Students of MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. It was carried out from June 1, 2022 to July 20, 2022. The research location was at MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor. In the data collection procedure the author uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, in data analysis, researchers used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found that (1) The implementation of the habituation of tadarus Al-Qur'an was carried out before the teaching and learning process began, namely at 07:00 WIB. every Tuesday to Friday, except on Mondays because there is a flag ceremony. The place for the implementation of the Qur'anic tadarus is carried out in the mosque. This activity is not only attended by students but also by teachers and staff participating in carrying out tadarus Al-Qur'an. (2) The impact of the implementation of tadarus Al-Qur'an habituation in the formation of the religious character of students of class VIII MTS Al-Ahsan Bogor, namely, Obedience to Allah, namely students having morality towards teachers by applying 5S (greetings, smiles, greetings, polite, polite). Patience is being able to control emotions during the learning process. Sincerity is sincerely carrying out the habit of tadarus Al-Qur'an because of Allah SWT. Abstract

The West Java region is known for its high disaster vulnerability, particularly to earthquakes, due to the presence of many active faults. Based on this, information is needed as an initial step for disaster mitigation to reduce disaster risk and guarantee community safety in the West Java region, one of which is by carrying out spatial interpolation. In this study, the Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) and Ordinary Kriging (OK) methods were used. The research sample included data on earthquake magnitude in West Java within the same coordinate range, from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. This research was conducted to find out a more precise spatial interpolation method in estimating the strength of the earthquake in West Java in 2022. From the OK analysis results, the best theoretical semivariogram model was obtained, namely the Exponential model with nugget, sill and range values ​​of 0.07, 0.12 and 11451 meters. From the results of the IDW analysis, the best power value parameter was obtained, namely 2. This research was conducted to develop a more precise spatial interpolation method for estimating earthquake strength in West Java in 2022. The OK method results indicated that most of the West Java region has the potential for earthquakes with a magnitude of around 1.5 to 4.0, while the IDW method suggested a potential magnitude of around 2.0 to 4.0. The potential for a high-magnitude earthquake is in Kp. Cileuley, Garumukti, Pamulihan District, Garut Regency, West Java. Based on the results of Holdout Cross Validation, the IDW method is the best for estimating earthquake magnitude in West Java, with a MAPE value of 17.8%. The IDW method's estimation of earthquake magnitude is superior to OK, with smaller MAPE and MAE values.

Abstract

Purpose: This research was conducted to analyze whether a quality accounting system can be realized by implementing ISAK 35 and how the ISAK 35 accounting system will be implemented in 2024, focusing on the Mosque. Methodology: This research uses qualitative techniques and data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. This research was conducted at the Al-Hikmah Delitua Mosque. Finding: The results of this study state that the accounting recording system for financial management of Al-Hikmah Mosque has not implemented an Accounting Recording System Based on the ISAK 35 accounting standard, the recording system is still carried out using simple records, which is recorded when cash comes in and money goes out. Implication: The implications of this study indicate that the implementation of ISAK 35 in the accounting recording system at the Al-Hikmah Delitua Mosque will increase financial transparency and accountability, which can strengthen the congregation's trust in the management of mosque funds. The implementation of this standard will assist in the preparation of more structured financial reports and in accordance with applicable accounting principles. Originality: This study specifically examines budget transparency to increase congregational trust and there is an increase in budget transparency management in mosque managers.

Abstract

Epidermolysis bullosa is a rare and currently incurable inherited disorders characterized by mechanical fragility of affected tissues which can be fatal. We describe two cases of neonatal Epidermolisis bullosa followed in the high risk neonates ward. The first case presented with bulla at one day after birth with amniotic band syndrome and the second case presented with bulla right after birth with neonatal infection. Abstract

The background of this research is the low ability of students to understand mathematical concepts in grade 4. This research aims to improve the ability to understand the concept of grade 4 students of UPT SDN 005 Langgini. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), which is carried out in two cycles and each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects in this study are all 4th grade students totaling 18 students. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews, observations, documentation and tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is a combination of qualitative data and quantitative data. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out through 2 cycles, in the 1st meeting of the first cycle of students who completed there were 8 students with a percentage of 44.44% with an overall average of 65.83 and in meeting 2 it increased to 10 students with a percentage of 55.55% with an overall average of 71.38%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle of the 1st student meeting, there were 13 students with a percentage of 72.22% with an overall average of 82.5% and there was an increase in meeting 2 to 16 students with a percentage of 88.88% with an overall average of 85.22. Based on the results of this study, it shows that by implementing Think Pair Share learning, it can improve the ability to understand mathematical concepts of 4th grade students of UPT SDN 005 Langgini.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training in utilizing social media for the development of peanut bread UMKM in Pante Cermin Village has had a very positive impact. This program is designed to improve the skills of UMKM actors in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube as a means of promotion. The approach applied is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which includes the stages of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the training show that UMKM actors are able to improve their abilities in managing social media accounts, creating interesting content, and utilizing interactive features to expand market reach. Sales increases were recorded to increase by 30% after one month, 80% after three months, and reaching 150% after six months. The training evaluation showed a sustainable positive impact, with sales trends continuing to increase to 250% after six months. In addition, UMKM actors are also encouraged to innovate in creating product variations and improving packaging design, thereby increasing competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of balance funds on economic growth in Jambi Province regencies and municipalities. Background Problems: The greater the ability of the region to meet the costs of regional needs depends on the amount of income generated by the region so that it will be able to meet the needs of the community. Regional economic growth can be made possible through the allocation of balance funds that are managed properly and appropriately, which will later have an impact on regional economic growth. Research Methods: Time series data from 2010 to 2021 were used, as well as cross-section data from 11 regencies and municipalities in Jambi Province. Panel regression analysis was used to examine the data. Finding/Results: The results of the analysis show that, partially and simultaneously, each balance fund has a significant effect on economic growth in the districts and cities in Jambi Province. Conclusion: Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the allocation of balancing funds plays an important role in economic growth in the regions. Balancing funds must be managed effectively and efficiently so as to increase economic growth in the region and improve people's welfare.
