Abstract

Sukaraja Sub-district has a lot of cassava land that supports the development of the tapioca flour industry, including PT Haji Muhammad Ilyas as the largest tapioca flour producer in Sukaraja Sub-district. The marketing system of PT Haji Muhammad Ilyas involves many actors, which causes price increases for each actor. This study analyzed the production cost structure, marketing channels, marketing institution functions, marketing margins, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, the study involved 13 respondents using snowball and purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis used was cost structure analysis, marketing margin, marketing efficiency, and farmer's share. The results showed that raw material costs accounted for 86.87% of total production costs, with three main marketing channels involving producers, distributors, retailers, and MSMEs. The marketing margin in marketing channel I is Rp. 440,000, channel II is Rp. 24,000 and channel III is Rp. 20,000. Marketing channel III is the most efficient with an efficiency value of 2.5%, while the farmer's share of channels II and III is considered efficient because it is more than 50%.

Abstract

Asimetri Kopi is one of the coffee shops in Bogor Regency that sells a variety of food and beverage menus. Asimetri Kopi is experiencing several problems, one of which is low customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence both simultaneously and partially on customer satisfaction at Coffee shop Asimetri Kopi. The research approach used is a qualitative method supported by data. The sample consisted of 97 respondents who were taken using accidental sampling technique. The types of data used include primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, literature studies, and questionnaires, with data collection techniques carried out through distributing questionnaires. Instrument testing uses validity tests and reliability tests, then the data is transformed using the Successive Interval Method (MSI). The analysis technique and hypothesis testing used is multiple linear regression analysis, by previously performing classical assumption tests including normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), process (X5), people (X6), and physical evidence (X7) had an effect on customer satisfaction because they obtained a Sig value (0.000) > 0.05. The place variable (X3) obtained Sig (0.019) < 0.05, promotion (X4) obtained a Sig value (0.046) < 0.05, process (X5) has a Sig value (0.037) < 0.05, people (X6) have a Sig value (0.048) < 0.05, and physical evidence (X7) has a Sig value (0, 009) < 0.05 has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, while the product variable (X1) obtained a Sig value (0.125) > 0.05, and the price (X2) obtained a Sig value (0.116) > 0.05 has no partial effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that of the seven marketing mix variables that affect customer satisfaction is the people variable of 2.332. Abstract

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Akan tetapi banyak UMKM yang menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas dan bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Demikian halnya UMKM Telur Asin mitra pengabdian ini, berlangsung seadanya tanpa formalitas, manejemen sederhana, skala usaha dan keuntungan nyaris tidak bertambah, untuk itu diperlukan pembinaan. Tujuan pengabdian ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sumberdaya manusia dan meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM dalam hal kelembagaan, manajemen produksi, dan manajemen keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan oleh dosen pembimbing dan 12 orang mahasiswa. Metode pengabdian : anjangsono, penjelasan, diskusi, dialog, serta fasilitasi. Evaluasi dengan cara observasi, diskusi dan wawancara dengan pemilik/pengelola serta karyawan UMKM untuk mendapatkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil pengabdian : Secara keseluruhan hasil dan manfaat pengabdian pembinaan UMKM telur asin Cakasep pada tingkat tinggi (skor 63,3), terdiri dari spek kelembagaan tinggi (skor 70), aspek manajemen produksi cukup (skor 60), manajemen keuangan cukup (skor 60). Hasil dan manfaat pengetahuan pada aspek kelembagaan, manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan, pada tingkat cukup (skor 60), hasil dan manfaat keterampilan manajemen produksi dan manajemen keuangan rendah (skor 40). Capaian fasilitasi, meliputi Identitas “UMKM Telur Asin Cakasep” Surat ijin usaha, Sertifikat UMKM, Sertifikat halal, buku-buku pencatatan produksi, keuangan dan alat produksi termasuk kategori tinggi (skor 80). Abstract: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial to the Indonesian economy. Nevertheless, numerous MSMEs encounter difficulties in enhancing profitability and competing in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Likewise, the Salted Egg MSMEs, collaborators in this service, function informally, possess rudimentary management structures, and their company scale and earnings have scarcely improved, necessitating training. This service aims to augment the knowledge and skills of human resources while enhancing the institutional development, production management, and financial management capacities of MSMEs. The exercise was conducted by the supervising instructor and twelve students. Service methodologies: house visits, elucidations, talks, dialogues, and facilitation.Evaluation by means of observation, discussions and interviews with MSME owners/managers to obtain qualitative and quantitative data. Outcomes of Service: The results and advantages of the coaching service for Cakasep salted egg SMEs are substantial, with an overall score of 63.3. This includes a high institutional aspect score of 70, a suitable production management aspect score of 60, and a sufficient financial management aspect score of 60. The outcomes and advantages of knowledge in institutional, production management, and financial management domains are adequate (scoring 60), although the results and benefits of production management and financial management competencies are deficient (score 40). The facilitation accomplishments encompass the "UMKM Telur Asin Cakasep" identity, business licenses, MSME certifications, halal certificates, production and financial record books, and production tools, all classified in the high category (score 80).
