Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher’s desire to know the morphological process of the Dry Branch Poetry Anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko, which includes the affixation process, reduplication process, and composition process. The problem in this research is how the affixation process, reduplication process, composition process in the dry twig poetry anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko and its implementation in learning. The aim of this research is to describe the morphological process, namely the affixation process, reduplication process, and composition process in the dry twig poetry anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko, as well as its implementation in Indonesian language learning. This research method is a descriptive method with qualitative form. The analysis teachnique uses listening and note taking techniques. Checking the validity of the data, persistence of observations, triangulation and adequacy of references. The results of research on the Morphological Process in the Dry Branch Poetry Anthology by Santoso Wuryandoko can be concluded: (1) There are three types of affixation, namely prefixes, suffixes, and confixes. (2) there are two types of reduplication, namely complete reduplication and partial reduplication. (3) there are two types of composition or compound words, namely equivalent compound words and unequal compound words.

Abstract

Saat ini jumlah persalinan melalui operasi sectio caesarea terus mengalami peningkatan. Salah satu keluhan yang dialami oleh pasien sectio caesarea adalah nyeri. Penanganan nyeri dapat dilakukan melalui farmakologi dan non farmakologi, salah satu nya melalui terapi musik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik degung terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri pasca operasi Sectio Caesarea (SC) di Rumah Sakit juanda Kuningan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian Quasi Experimental desain One group pre test dan post test with control group design. Populasi sebanyak 30 pasien dengan sampel sebanyak 16 pasien. Instrumen menggunakan numeric rating scale (NRS). Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai mean nyeri sebelum terapi yaitu 7,31 mengalami penurunan menjadi 2,69 setelah dilakukan terapi. Uji Paired T-Test menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (<0,05). Disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh terapi musik degung terhadap penurunan rasa nyeri pasca operasi Sectio Caesarea (SC) di Rumah Sakit juanda Kuningan Disarankan perawat dapat melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien post operasi dan mengalami nyeri dengan melakukan implementasi terapi musik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantittatif yang dlakukan pada Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi dan kompleksitas tugas terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner skala ordinal dengan melibatkan 94 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SEM-PLS. Hasil path coefficient menunjukkan bahwa: (a) kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. (b) kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the author's observations at Kasih Bunda Salareh Aia Kindergarten, where the snakes and ladders game has been implemented as part of early childhood learning activities. However, there are not many studies that discuss in depth the role of teachers in optimizing the benefits of this game for children's cognitive development. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of the snakes and ladders game in children aged 5–6 years. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data sources consist of primary data (observation results, interviews, and documentation) and secondary data (documents and photos of activities in the school environment). Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the snakes and ladders game at Kasih Bunda Salareh Aia Kindergarten is used as a fun, interactive, and educational learning medium, helping children develop cognitive, social-emotional, and motor skills. Children become more understanding of the concepts of numbers, sequences, and strategic thinking, and are able to solve simple problems. Teachers play an important role in integrating games into the learning process, creating a meaningful learning atmosphere, and guiding children to learn while playing enthusiastically.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of corporate operations and the growing demand for timely, data-driven decisions have encouraged organizations to integrate digital technologies into their accounting systems to improve budgeting processes and support strategic decision-making. This study examines the role of fintech adoption, real-time data analytics capability, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integration in enhancing budget accuracy and strategic decision-making in Indonesian corporate accounting. A quantitative research design was employed, and data were collected from 150 accounting and finance professionals in Indonesian corporations using a structured questionnaire measured on a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine the relationships among the research variables. The results indicate that fintech adoption, real-time data analytics capability, and ERP system integration have significant positive effects on budget accuracy, indicating that organizations adopting digital accounting technologies are able to produce more accurate, timely, and reliable budgeting information. Furthermore, budget accuracy has a strong positive influence on strategic decision-making, enabling management to make more effective, informed, and forward-looking decisions. The findings also reveal that budget accuracy mediates the relationship between digital accounting technologies and strategic decision-making, suggesting that the strategic impact of digital transformation is largely achieved through improvements in budgeting quality. This study contributes empirical evidence from an emerging economy context and provides practical insights for managers seeking to strengthen budgeting accuracy and strategic decision-making through digital accounting implementation. These results highlight the importance of aligning accounting technology investments with organizational strategy and managerial capabilities development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product attributes and price perception on purchasing decisions of electronic products at Toko Sinar, Majene Regency. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The respondents consist of 51 consumers selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-tests with the support of SPSS software. The results show that product attributes have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price perception also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions of electronic products. Simultaneously, product attributes and price perception have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that consumers consider product quality, features, design, and price suitability with perceived benefits before making a purchase. This study provides practical implications for Toko Sinar to improve competitiveness by optimizing product attributes and setting prices that match consumer expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workload and work motivation on employee performance in supporting the effectiveness of internal control in private companies in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was applied using survey data collected from 150 employees through structured questionnaires measured on a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to evaluate both measurement and structural models, including validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that workload has a significant negative effect on employee performance, indicating that excessive task demands may reduce productivity and hinder employees’ ability to maintain consistent performance standards. In contrast, work motivation demonstrates a strong positive influence, suggesting that psychological encouragement, recognition, and supportive leadership play crucial roles in enhancing performance outcomes. Furthermore, employee performance significantly improves the effectiveness of internal control systems, reflecting how competent and motivated employees contribute to better monitoring, compliance, and organizational governance practices. These results emphasize the need for organizations to balance job demands with motivational strategies, such as fair workload distribution, performance feedback, and career development opportunities. The study contributes to the literature by integrating human resource management variables with internal control effectiveness, an area that remains relatively underexplored in private-sector research within the Indonesian context. Practically, the findings provide strategic insights for organizational leaders and managers in designing policies that strengthen employee productivity, reduce operational risk, and enhance accountability through improved internal control mechanisms.
