Abstract

Kepemimpinan program studi merupakan suatu kemampuan dan kesiapan untuk mempengaruhi, membimbing, mengarahkan dan menggerakkan dosen dan staf agar dapat bekerja secara efektif dalam rangka mencapai tujuan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Pengelolaan tugas dan fungsi Ka.Prodi yang efektif, kompetensi dosen yang professional, serta kualitas kepenasehatan seharusnya mampu memberikan kontribusi pada mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa dapat terlayani dan termotivasi dengan baik dan  akan mendukung penyelesaian studi lebih cepat atau tepat waktu, karena pengembangan sikap  positif mahasiswa  dalam  penyelesaian  studi menjadi  salah satu esensi tujuan perkuliahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  kepemimpinan ketua program studi, kompetensi dosen, dan sikap positif mahasiswa dalam penyelesaian studi pada Prodi. Pend. Ekonomi Unikama. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian survei dengan jumlah sampel 68 mahasiswa.  Data  penelitian  diperoleh  melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 16.0 sebagai satu model analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Kepemimpinan Ka. Prodi, Kompetensi Dosen, Layanan Penasehat Akademik mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Sikap Positif Mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan Studi. Secara parsial Kepemimpinan Ka. Prodi, Kompetensi Dosen, dan Layanan Penasehat Akademik masing-masing  berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Sikap Positif  Mahasiswa untuk menyelesaikan Studi.  Kata Kunci:  Kepemimpinan , Kompetensi Dosen, Layanan , Sikap Positif

Abstract

Tuntutan dan harapan profesionalisme bagi dosen menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak saat ini untuk menigkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang berbasis pada kebutuhan pengguna lulusan.  Dosen yang profesional mempunyai peran ganda, yaitu senantiasa memelihara dan mengembangkan profesionalisme dalam bidang keilmuan dan keahliannya, sekaligus mampu memahami dan meningkatkan kepuasan layanan akademiknya bagi mahasiswa. Kepuasan mahasiswa yaitu terpenuhinya keinginan, harapan, dan kebutuhannya. Bila pelayanan yang diberikan memenuhi hal tersebut maka dinilai pelayanan itu memuaskan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk menganalisis tingkat profesionalitas dosen dalam perkuliahan; menganalisis  tingkat  kepuasan mahasiswa dalam layanan akademik; dan menganalisis pengaruh  tingkat profesionalitas dosen dalam perkuliahan terhadap  kepuasan mahasiswa atas layanan akademik pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi FKIP Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survey, dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang angkatan 2008, 2009, dan 2010. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik  startifield proportional random sampling sejumlah 63 responden. Data dianalisa dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, dengan  menggunakan bantuan SPSS 16.00 for Windows, menunjukkan bahwa secara umum dosen di FKIP Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang  memiliki tingkat profesionalitas yang baik dalam memberikan perkuliahan, dan mahasiswa secara umum cukup puas terhadap layanan akademik yang diberikan dosen baik di dalam dan di luar kelas, sehingga profesionalitas dosen dalam perkuliahan  mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan layanan akademik.Kata kunci:  Profesionalitas Dosen dalam Perkuliahan; Kepuasan Layanan Akademik

Abstract

AbstrakPrakerin merupakan pola pembelajaran dengan mendekatkan kesesuaian mutu tamatan dengan kemampuan kerja, pembelajaran iniberlangsung di dua tempat (di sekolah dan di industri). Di sekolah, para siswa diajarkan teori dan praktik, sedangkan di industri siswa dituntut mempraktikkannya. Dengan proses belajar seperti ini, siswa SMK akan memperoleh pengalaman yang sangat berharga dalam hal soft skillsseperti kedisiplinan, kemampuan berkomunikasi, kejujuran, etos kerja yang tinggi, kreatifitas, kepemilikan jiwa entrepreneurship, dan kemampuan bekerjasama sebagai bekal memasuki bursa kerja; serta kompetensi teknis siswa (hard skill) dapat mengalami peningkatan saat siswa kembali belajar di sekolah.Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanan Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap penguasaan skill dalam menghadapi dunia kerja di SMK Nahdlatul Ulama Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian termasuk penelitian korelasional untuk mencari pengaruh antara 2 (dua) variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian survei. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Kelas XII yang tersebar pada bidang studi akuntansi, administrasi perkantoran, dan teknik kendaraan ringan berjumlah 62 siswa.Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Analisis Regresi linier sederhana dengan berbatuan SPSS 20.0 for windows.Hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui besarnya thitung (5,866) > ttabel (2,036) dan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak (Ha diterima) dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel prakerin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel penguasaan skill siswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja.Nilai koefisien Determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,364 memiliki makna bahwa prakerin memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36,4% terhadap perubahan penguasaan skill siswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja, dengan kata lain sisanya sebesar 63,6% perubahan penguasaan skill siswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci: Prakerin, Penguasaan SkillsAbstractPrakerin is learning patterns closer conformity with the quality of the graduates with the ability to work, learning takes place in two places (at school and in the industry). In school, students are taught the theory and practice, while the students are required to practice in the industry. With this kind of learning process, vocational students will gain invaluable experience in terms of soft skills such as discipline, communication skills, honesty, high work ethic, creativity, ownership entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to cooperate as a preparation to enter the labor market; as well as the technical competence of students (hard skills) can be increased when students return to school. The purpose of the conduct of studies to analyze the influence of the Prakerin tomastery skill in dealing with the world of work in SMK NU Bululawang Malang. Research including correlational research for influence between the two (2) variables. This study uses quantitative data with survey research design. The sample was all students of Class XII scattered on the field of study of accounting, administrative offices, and engineering light vehicles totaled 62 students. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire, previously tested the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis test with SPSS 20.0 for windows. Results of testing the hypothesis in mind the magnitude of t count (5.866)> t table (2,036) and the Sig. 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected (Ha accepted) can thus be stated that prakerin variables have a significant effect on the variable student skill mastery in dealing with the world of work. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.364 has a meaning that prakerin contributed 36.4% to changes in student skill mastery in dealing with the world of work, in other words, the balance of 63.6% change in students' mastery of skills in dealing with the world of work is determined by variable others were not examined.Keywords: Prakerin, Mastery Skills

Abstract

The teaching and learning process is the core of educational activities in schools. There is an interaction between educators and students in the teaching and learning process. Good learning is possible to produce good graduates as well. The service was carried out at Asy-Syadzili Junior High School, Sumberpasir, Pakis, Malang Regency, which involved 31 teachers. Based on the results of the training preparation of learning devices in the digital era at Asy-Syadzili Junior High School, we can conclude that 85.7% of teachers understand the learning tools in accordance with the applicable curriculum; 71.4% of teachers can prepare lesson plans in the digital era; 57.1% of teachers are able to make IT-based learning media, and 57.1% of teachers are able to implement the plans and media that have been made in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and organizational communication on employee performance achievement. Using a quantitative research approach, by collecting data from 120 employees as the research sample. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, other findings indicate that organizational communication also has a positive effect on employee performance. Companies need to enhance transformational leadership and ensure that organizational communication is well-executed, clear and follows well-recognized channels. Future researchers could consider employee engagement variables as a mediator of the relationship between organizational communication and employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian ex-post-facto. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 81 siswa. Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan maka ditemukan hasil atau kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1). Terdapat pengaruh faktor internal peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajar akuntansi di SMK NU Bululawang sebesar 44.735%. 2). Terdapat pengaruh faktor eksternal peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajar akuntansi di SMK NU Bululawang sebesar 44.135%. 3). Terdapat pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajar akuntansi di SMK NU Bululawang sebesar 40.74%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement in VIII grade of Malang National Junior High School and to find out how much influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement together with students of class VIII of Malang National Middle School. Total population of 116 samples used 47 students proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire and documentation method. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The method of multiple linear regression research. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence variables on social studies learning achievement of 6.522%. The significant influence of character education on social studies learning achievement is 43.65%. The significant influence of learning facilities on social studies learning achievement is 40.21%. Based on the results of the processed data test it can be seen that the variable pedagogical competence of teachers, character education and learning facilities has a simultaneous or joint effect on social studies learning achievement of 65,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interests of Economics and Business Faculty students. (This type of research uses quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were students of the 2015 Kanjuruhan Malang Faculty of Economics and Business, amounting to 412 people. with a research sample of 25% of the population of 103 students. The data obtained was analyzed with the help of SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: (1) There is an influence of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interest of Economics and Business Faculty students. (2) There is no Risk Preference Effect on investment interest in Economics and Business Faculty students. (3) There is an Influence of Economic Literacy on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students (4) There is an Investment Gallery Effect on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the F value of 24.771 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Risk Preference (X1), Economic Literacy (X2), and Knowledge of Investment Gallery (X3) have simultaneous or joint effects. equal to Investment Interest (Y).

Abstract

Visual learning style is a learning style which is done by observing or comprehending something by using the sense of sight in the form of images, illustrations or graphs. In addition to the visual learning style, students' learning environment should be conducive so that students are easier to comprehend the materials taught. Learning environment is a place of teaching and learning activities which includes students’ external and internal responses. Besides, the higher students’ interest encourages students' learning achievement. Learning interest is a sense of students’ attraction or tendency towards an activity to acquire information or experiences that suit students’ needs. This study is aimed of finding out the effect of visual learning style, learning environment and learning interest on the students’ learning achievement of Integrated Social Science lesson. This study employed quantitative research, ex-post facto research. The total number of samples used in this study were 85 students by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of the analysis shows that 21,4% is influenced simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to examine 1) knowing the effect of financial literacy, economic knowledge and individual modernity on consumptive behavior, 2) knowing the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior 3) knowing the effect of economic knowledge on consumptive behavior, 4) knowing the effect of individual modernity on consumptive behavior. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The sample in this study were 110 students. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that there is an influence of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, there is an influence of economic knowledge on consumptive behavior, there is an influence of individual modernity on consumptive behavior and R2 value of 0.152 which means financial literacy, economic knowledge and individual modernity have an effect of 15.2% on Consumptive behavior of the 2014 Faculty of Economics and Business students. Thus the remaining 84.5% can be influenced by other factors that can be used as development material in further research.
