This study aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and organizational communication on employee performance achievement. Using a quantitative research approach, by collecting data from 120 employees as the research sample. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, other findings indicate that organizational communication also has a positive effect on employee performance. Companies need to enhance transformational leadership and ensure that organizational communication is well-executed, clear and follows well-recognized channels. Future researchers could consider employee engagement variables as a mediator of the relationship between organizational communication and employee performance.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian ex-post-facto. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 81 siswa. Dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan maka ditemukan hasil atau kesimpulan sebagai berikut: 1). Terdapat pengaruh faktor internal peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajar akuntansi di SMK NU Bululawang sebesar 44.735%. 2). Terdapat pengaruh faktor eksternal peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajar akuntansi di SMK NU Bululawang sebesar 44.135%. 3). Terdapat pengaruh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal peserta didik terhadap kesulitan belajar akuntansi di SMK NU Bululawang sebesar 40.74%.

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement in VIII grade of Malang National Junior High School and to find out how much influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement together with students of class VIII of Malang National Middle School. Total population of 116 samples used 47 students proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire and documentation method. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The method of multiple linear regression research. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence variables on social studies learning achievement of 6.522%. The significant influence of character education on social studies learning achievement is 43.65%. The significant influence of learning facilities on social studies learning achievement is 40.21%. Based on the results of the processed data test it can be seen that the variable pedagogical competence of teachers, character education and learning facilities has a simultaneous or joint effect on social studies learning achievement of 65,3%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interests of Economics and Business Faculty students. (This type of research uses quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were students of the 2015 Kanjuruhan Malang Faculty of Economics and Business, amounting to 412 people. with a research sample of 25% of the population of 103 students. The data obtained was analyzed with the help of SPSS version 22.00 for Windows. Based on the calculation results, it is known that: (1) There is an influence of Risk Preference, Economic literacy and Investment Gallery on the investment interest of Economics and Business Faculty students. (2) There is no Risk Preference Effect on investment interest in Economics and Business Faculty students. (3) There is an Influence of Economic Literacy on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students (4) There is an Investment Gallery Effect on the investment interest of the Economics and Business Faculty students. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the F value of 24.771 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that Risk Preference (X1), Economic Literacy (X2), and Knowledge of Investment Gallery (X3) have simultaneous or joint effects. equal to Investment Interest (Y).

Visual learning style is a learning style which is done by observing or comprehending something by using the sense of sight in the form of images, illustrations or graphs. In addition to the visual learning style, students' learning environment should be conducive so that students are easier to comprehend the materials taught. Learning environment is a place of teaching and learning activities which includes students’ external and internal responses. Besides, the higher students’ interest encourages students' learning achievement. Learning interest is a sense of students’ attraction or tendency towards an activity to acquire information or experiences that suit students’ needs. This study is aimed of finding out the effect of visual learning style, learning environment and learning interest on the students’ learning achievement of Integrated Social Science lesson. This study employed quantitative research, ex-post facto research. The total number of samples used in this study were 85 students by using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result of the analysis shows that 21,4% is influenced simultaneously.

This study aims to examine 1) knowing the effect of financial literacy, economic knowledge and individual modernity on consumptive behavior, 2) knowing the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior 3) knowing the effect of economic knowledge on consumptive behavior, 4) knowing the effect of individual modernity on consumptive behavior. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The sample in this study were 110 students. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that there is an influence of financial literacy on consumptive behavior, there is an influence of economic knowledge on consumptive behavior, there is an influence of individual modernity on consumptive behavior and R2 value of 0.152 which means financial literacy, economic knowledge and individual modernity have an effect of 15.2% on Consumptive behavior of the 2014 Faculty of Economics and Business students. Thus the remaining 84.5% can be influenced by other factors that can be used as development material in further research.

The establishment of self-reliance through social entrepreneurship learning to increase students' socioeconomic awareness is an important issue, especially in formal educational institutions that are vulnerable from global influence, in the direction of policy and strategic direction of the Directorate of Vocational Education development focuses on motivating schools to progress, regrow discipline and responsibility, mental development and noble morals of vocational school students, and the creation of a resilient and independent young generation. This study aims to describe in detail how the establishment of self-reliance through social entrepreneurship activities can increase the socioeconomic awareness of the students and why this should be done. In accordance with the characteristics of vocational school students, who are required to have work-ready competencies and even able to create a world of work for others so as to provide socioeconomic changes, as well as re-encourage social entrepreneurship activities to help create self-reliance on socioeconomic activities faced in society. This research uses qualitative approach with retrospective case study model at SMK Islam Terpadu Asy-Ayadzili Pakis Malang Regency and conducted during the ongoing incident. This research method is intended to obtain a model or social engineering about the process of establishing proper independence through social entrepreneurship and the reason for the need for self-reliance. The results found that the establishment of self-reliance through social entrepreneurship to improve social and economic welfare is a very strong reason implemented social entrepreneurship. Constraints in developing entrepreneurial values in students are low student confidence, limited time sharing with pesantren activities, strict rules and schedules in the cottage, lack of cooperation between students, difficulty finding the right business.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Efikasi Diri, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Ekspektasi Pendapatan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang sejumlah 55 mahasiswa, Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan sampel jenuh sejumlah 55 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode statisik penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan prasyarat uji asumsi klasik uji normalitas, uji multikoloniaritas, uji heteroskesdastisitas, uji autokorelasi pada pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F, uji t, uji R. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, pada penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. variabel X1 (Efikasi Diri) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Y(Minat berwirausaha) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,004, X2(Pendidikan Kewirausahaan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Y(Minat Berwirausaha) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0047, X3 (Ekspektasi Pendapatan) berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y(Minat Berwirausaha) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,43.

The objective of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy is to encourage students to master various fields of knowledge with their fields of expertise. This policy provides an opportunity for students to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Not only highly educated but also able to become agents of change in small and large scope. The resulting changes and innovations are able to make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. In general, this research is based on the principles of descriptive analytic/descriptive analysis. It is said to be analytical because in this research the point is to understand the extent to which the implementation of the Triple Helix Of Economic Education is integrated with the SDGs in the context of MBKM. The population in this study were all students of economic education at the Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang who had implemented MBKM, Economic Education Lecturers, Practitioners from the Economics MGMP Teacher Malang City and the Buring Village Government, Kedungkandang District as partners. From the results of the research that has been done, namely the implementation of the Triple Helix in the Economic Education Study Program that is integrated in a sustainable manner in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Context (MBKM), the results are quite satisfactory from the point of view of academics (lecturers), practitioners, and government institutions.

The implementation of the case method have been carried out intensely by all Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in the last 1 (one) year. The case method as one of the methods in accordance with the Merdeka Learning program at the Merdeka campus (MBKM) has opportunities and contributes to improving Creativity, Critical Thinking, Communication, and Collaboration (4Cs) skills as skills needed in the 21st century era. This study aims to describe implementation of the case method carried out by the lecturer; and analyze the impact of case method learning activities on students perceived by lecturers. This type of research uses qualitative with a case study approach. The Sources of data came from 37 informants, namely all FEB lecturers. The data collection technique using the distribution of a google form-assisted questionnaire which was validated through triangulation; interviews, observations, and data analysis were carried out using descriptive analytical techniques. The results showed that 28 of the 37 lecturers studied had a very good understanding of how to implement the case method in lectures well. The results of the questionnaire analysis also showed that 87% of lecturers stated that case-based learning method was effective in overcoming demotivation in students; anticipating the impact of learning loss as a result of the implementation of online learning that lasts for quite a long time; and inspire students' enthusiasm to master the material more deeply. It is hoped that in future studies, the Faculty will make a policy to require lecturers to use one of the methods according to the MBKM program.
