Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the SKUA program based on persuasive strategy to realize a religious culture at MI Darussalam Badang Jombang. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, because the purpose of the study was to find data that was natural setting where the conditions studied were in accordance with the conditions in the field. The findings in this study in the implementation of the SKUA program based on persuasive strategy include the habituation of applying the materials contained in the SKUA program provided by educators and students not only apply them at school but also in everyday life. In addition, good role models in behavior and attitude are also shown by educators so that students imitate and apply them.  Future research can focus on analyzing the long-term effectiveness of the SKUA program based on persuasive strategy in shaping students' religious culture, both within the school environment and in their daily lives. A longitudinal approach can be employed to observe changes in students' attitudes and behaviors over a certain period, allowing for an assessment of the extent to which religious values are internalized sustainably. Furthermore, the study can expand its scope by comparing the implementation of the SKUA program across multiple educational institutions to identify factors influencing its success. This comparative study approach will provide broader insights into the effectiveness of persuasive strategy methods in fostering religious culture in various educational contexts.

Abstract

Makna sikap kepemimpinan merupakan pandangan seseorang kepada suatu objek yang harus dimiliki dalam memimpin, itu artinya terkait erat dengan sikap pemimpin yang berkaitan dengan nilai karakter. Setiap madrasah pasti punya strateginya masing-masing untuk membentuk sikap kepemimpinan pada setiap peserta didiknya. Seperti hal nya MI Darussalam Badang Ngoro Jombang, di sana juga mempunyai strategi tersendiri untuk meningkatkan sikap kepemimpinan melalui ekstrakurikuler. Salah satunya adalah melalui program ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Ada tiga fokus dalam penelitian ini, yakni: (1) Pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di MI Darussalam Badang Jombang (2) Pengelolaan Ekstrakurikuler Kepramukaan dalam Meningkatkan Sikap Kepemimpinan Peserta Didik di MI Darussalam Badang Jombang (3) Faktor Pendukung dan Penghambat Pengelolaan Ekstrakurikuler Kepramukaan dalam Meningkatakan Sikap Kepemimpinan Peserta Didik di MI Darussalam Badang Jombang. Pendekatan penelitian Kualitatif, jenis penelitiannya Studi Kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Sedangkan teknik pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Adapun sumber penelitian ini yaitu, Kepala Madrasah, Waka Kesiswaan, Pembina Pramuka dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian tentang Pengelolaan Ekstrakurikuler Kepramkaan dalam Meningkatkan Sikap Kepemimpinan Peserta Didik di MI Darussalam Badang Jombang, adalah: 1) Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pramuka ini merupakan kebijakan madrasah dan pelaksanaan program rutin tahunan, (2) Adanya perbedaan peserta didik yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan contohnya lebih disiplin dan berani dalam hal apapun dan peserta didik yang jarang mengikuti kegiatan cenderung masih malu-malu dan kurang disiplin, (3) factor pendukung adanya dukungan dari orang tua dan motivasi dari guru maupun diri peserta didik sendiri, dan factor penghambat nya yaitu kurangnya dana dan fasilitas serta kurang nya penerapan sikap kepemimpinan dari diri peserta didik.

Abstract

Factors that cause student discipline include the teacher's personality which influences the formation of a disciplined and effective classroom atmosphere. The role of the teacher is very important and influential in creating and maintaining a disciplined atmosphere during the learning process in the classroom. However, if this role is not carried out well, this can cause students to become less disciplined. Based on this background, this research aims to determine the influence of teacher example on the discipline of class IV students at MI Al Falah Kuncung Ngoro Jombang. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research subjects consisted of 24 students who participated by filling out a questionnaire. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale and observation. The collected data was then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and nonparametric inferential statistical analysis of rank correlation (Spearman rank) with the help of the SPSS application. The research results show that there is an influence between teacher example and student discipline. This is known from the rank correlation test (Spearman rank) which produces a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Apart from that, the correlation coefficient of 0.959 shows a very strong positive relationship, meaning that when the teacher's exemplary value increases, student discipline also increases.
