Abstract

Evernote adalah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai platform e-learning alternatif untuk pendidikan tinggi. Namun, belum diketahui tingkat usabilitas dan kepuasannya pada pendidikan keperawatan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi tingkat usabilitas dan kepuasan Evernote sebagai platform e-learning. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden adalah 139 mahasiswa Fakultas Keperawatan, Universitas Padjadjaran yang mengikuti online course Ilmu Dasar Keperawatan versi trial. Data tendensi sentral (mean) dianalisis untuk setiap item dan setiap kategori. ‘Rerata usabilitas’ dan kepuasan terhadap ‘desain’ dinilai cukup baik (69,2% dan 77%), namun kategori ‘reliabitas sistem’, dan ‘hasil dan penggunaan di masa depan’ masih dinilai rendah (56,5% dan 56,4%). Ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Evernote diminati oleh mahasiswa namun mereka belum dapat melihat kemanfaatannya dalam belajar karena penelitian dilakukan pada mata kuliah online versi trial. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan dengan implementasi Evernote pada mata kuliah yang terintegrasi dengan kurikulum, dan didukung dengan tahap persiapan yang komprehensif.

Abstract

Quality and safe products are the basic right of every consumer, including food products produced by small and medium industries. Good food production is an important factor in meeting quality standards or food safety licensing requirements. In setting standards, the government also plays an important role in providing direction and assistance to small and medium industries on achieving the specified quality standards. During this time the process is still carried out in a conventional process is still considered ineffective by seeing the low level of business actors’ knowledge of the standards for Good Food Production Practice (GFPP). So, with this lack of knowledge, business actors’ interest in making food licensing is low. This study designed the application of an expert system that simulates and provides an illustration for a standards assessment of Good Food Production methods. This research was conducted using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) engineering method for program development and using forward chaining for reasoning methods. This research proved that the application of an expert system for licensing due diligence can function in accordance with standards set by the government.

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is currently influencing many facets of human life. Smart agriculture is one system that can use the IoT to improve production efficiency and consistency across agriculture, improve crop quality, and reduce negative environmental impacts. The architecture of an IoT-based microclimate monitoring system tailored for use with the Unpad ALG greenhouse is shown in this paper. The suggested system design can collect microclimate data using the SHT11 and GUVA-S12SD microclimate sensors and store it in a database on a Raspberry Pi with a cloud computing back-end idea. The Raspberry Pi is also used to process and analyze data in order to set up mist-based greenhouse cooling systems. The collected data is delivered to a web-based front-end node, where users can access from their own device. The results reveal that when the temperature rises beyond the predetermined threshold of 30°C or the humidity falls below 80%, the system can activate the mist-based cooling system. With a temperature difference of 6.25 degrees Celsius lower and humidity of 28.06 percent greater, the system is able to perform better than it was introduced before. The automation system's performance can reach 15.22% better, however it declines as the light intensity rises.Keywords: Greenhouse, Internet of things, Micro-climate, Misting system, Raspberry pi

Abstract

This research is a field observation at PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia, which is one of the companies that work on snacks known as fruit strips. Rebranded in February 2020, which coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia experienced difficulties in marketing its products offline. Therefore, they maximized their marketing activities online. In their online marketing efforts, the marketing team of PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia conducts various digital marketing strategies, including content marketing. The purpose of this research is to examine the advantages and disadvantages and provide improvements to the content marketing strategy run by the marketing team of PT. Saudagar Buah Indonesia. Six Sigma is an industry-accepted and proven methodology used for business process improvement. This methodology is known as a disciplined methodology for defining, measuring, analyzing, improving, and controlling the quality of products, processes, and transactions of every company, with the goal of almost all defects being eliminated through a stage known as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Six Sigma methodology is carried out qualitatively by analyzing problems and controlling or improving each issue. This research proposes improvements to the content marketing strategies, where the gain is expected to enhance the quality as well as deficiencies.

Abstract

Milk is a food source that contains essential nutrients for the human body so it cannot be reduced or added to its natural content. Milk can be processed into several products, namely food, beverages, cheese, butter, yogurt, and so on. Therefore, the milk processing industry has considerable opportunities in the industrial sector because milk is one of the many food ingredients that are used as basic needs by people in all walks of life. In processing, the HACCP system is used as a tool that can maintain food safety and improve product quality. One of the stages of the milk processing process that has the potential to be dangerous is the pasteurization process. The studies of HACCP is needed to identify hazards using the 7 HACCP principles that have been issued by the Indonesian National Standard. The conclusion obtained from the study is that the pasteurization process 2 is designated as CCP because it is a sterilization process that has the potential to be dangerous, so supervision and control must be carried out. The verification process has an important role in that it can demonstrate the effectiveness of the implementation of HACCP. With HACCP, the products produced are expected to be of high quality and food safety is guaranteed

Abstract

Frutivez merupakan produk camilan sehat berasal dari puree buah yang diolah menggunakan teknologi dehidrasi yang disajikan dalam bentuk strips.  Seiring dengan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia, masyarakat cenderung untuk mengubah gaya hidupnya menjadi lebih sehat, sehingga saat ini Frutivez memiliki peluang pemasaran produk yang lebih besar untuk memperkenalkan produknya kepada konsumen. Dalam memasarkan produknya, Frutivez memanfaatkan digital marketing sebagai platform pemasaran onlinenya, khususnya di media sosial. Pada tahun 2020, terdapat media sosial yang mengalami perkembangan pesat hingga menjadi terkenal di dunia yaitu TikTok. Pengguna aplikasi TikTok di Indonesia didominasi oleh kaum milenial. Frutivez memanfaatkan TikTok sebagai media pemasaran dengan menghadirkan konten video menarik yang memungkinkan audiens TikTok untuk mencari tahu lebih lanjut tentang produk Frutivez pada akun TikTok @hellofrutivez. Namun, sebagian besar tren pada  media sosial TikTok terus mengalami perubahan setiap harinya sehingga perusahaan harus siap dan cepat tanggap menghadapi perubahan dan melakukan evaluasi dengan tujuan mencapai efektivitas pemasaran. Dalam penelitian ini, efektivitas penggunaan media sosial TikTok pada akun TikTok @hellofrutivez diukur menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Model analisis pertama yang digunakan adalah Three Layers of Social Media yaitu, media analysis, conversation analysis, dan network analysis. Model analisis kedua yang digunakan adalah Analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil pengukuran terhadap konten video yang telah ditayangkan memberikan respon positif pada setiap kontennya dan menghasilkan engagement tertinggi pada konten video proses pembuatan banana strips . Hasil dari analisis SWOT pada akun TikTok @hellofrutivez memberikan beberapa strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan pemasaran online Frutivez di media sosial TikTok.

Abstract

The existence of social restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic has had many impacts, one of which is limiting direct sales of SMEs. One of them is Doa Ibu Kosmetik which sells various personal needs like cosmetics and body care. Doa Ibu Kosmetik opens a digital shop through Tokopedia to encourage sales. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method was implemented in the Tokopedia account to compete with others. The method used to optimize the shop page is to upgrade the shop's status to Power Merchant and activate the features provided by Tokopedia. Product page optimization is carried out by adding titles, prices, descriptions, and product photos so that they comply with Tokopedia's recommendations and can compete with other sellers. The TopAds feature, which is Tokopedia's paid advertising feature, has also been implemented to help increase traffic on the Tokopedia Doa Ibu Kosmetik page. The research results show that optimization on Tokopedia can increase visits and sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to answer the problem of procurement of goods and minimize goods reaching expiration due to too long storage time, then as a provider of information about the forecasting system at Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun, then to predict sales of goods at Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun and identify how many goods that have been sold. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study is sales data for 2 (two) months with 30 lines of data and a total of 3 types of goods studied, namely sales data of pakcoy, cocofresh and free-range chicken eggs. The method used starts from data collection, forecasting calculations, forecasting testing, forecasting selection, and forecasting application. The forecasting methods used are moving average and exponential smoothing, by testing the mean absolute deviation, mean square error, and standard deviation. Forecasting results yielded outputs for pakcoy products as much as 1583.33 grams, for cocofresh products as many as 11 pcs and for chicken eggs as many as 9 pcs. Keywords:  exponential smoothing, forecasting examination, time series data, moving average
