Abstract

The world of education should rightly be the spearhead of a country's progress, with its diversity of learning as well as the means of supporting education itself. With the rapid development of science and technology which requires education to collaborate with the latest technology, there are more and more digital-based and online educational methods and media, one of which is the Learning Management System. Due to the demand to improve the quality of learning for students and teachers, online tutoring companies such as Nurstech.id must have a learning management system that can accommodate all online learning activities by relying on a Learning Management System. TutorLMS was chosen as an online educational medium that can accommodate all the students' online tutoring needs. The feasibility analysis carried out is an optimization of the TutorLMS application, available features, and an increase in company resources. The resulting TutorLMS application is to facilitate teaching and learning activities carried out by students and teachers. The features owned by TutorLMS help learning activities as support or learning media to make it easier for teachers to provide information and learning materials to students quickly and easily. Increasing company resources is directly proportional to improving the quality of tutoring as well as added value that can increase competitiveness with competitors. These results indicate that the application of learning media with the TutorLMS Learning Management System can be said to be good with added value and benefits obtained after the research is carried out. With these results, Nurstech.id needs to do several things to improve the quality of its tutoring performance by implementing the TutorLMS Learning Management System and maximizing the quality of its tutoring performance by using the tools provided by TutorLMS.

Abstract

This study investigates the strategic application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as a digital marketing tool for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing on an organic products business transitioning to e-commerce. Utilizing a mixed-methods framework, the study assesses the effectiveness of SEO methodologies. Results reveal that optimizing product titles, descriptions, and metadata improved search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic by 28% over three months. However, the conversion rate saw only a marginal rise (from 1.78% to 2.15%), underscoring gaps in user experience and technical SEO implementation. The study also highlights resource constraints and knowledge barriers that hinder SMEs from sustaining SEO efforts independently. These findings align with recent industry trends emphasizing the integration of SEO with content marketing and mobile optimization to address consumer behaviors. This research provides actionable recommendations for SMEs to harness SEO as a strategy for digital growth. The outcomes contribute to broader discourse on digital equity for SMEs in competitive markets, advocating for tailored training programs and collaborative platforms to democratize access to SEO tools.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penerapan strategis Search Engine Optimization (SEO) sebagai alat pemasaran digital untuk usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM), dengan fokus pada bisnis produk organik yang bertransisi ke e-commerce. Menggunakan kerangka kerja mixed-methods, studi ini menilai efektivitas metodologi SEO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengoptimalan judul produk, deskripsi, dan metadata meningkatkan peringkat mesin pencari dan meningkatkan lalu lintas organik sebesar 28% selama tiga bulan. Namun, tingkat konversi hanya mengalami peningkatan marginal (dari 1,78% menjadi 2,15%), yang menggarisbawahi kesenjangan dalam pengalaman pengguna dan implementasi SEO teknis. Studi ini juga menyoroti kendala sumber daya dan hambatan pengetahuan yang menghalangi UKM untuk mempertahankan upaya SEO secara mandiri. Temuan ini sejalan dengan tren industri terkini yang menekankan integrasi SEO dengan pemasaran konten dan pengoptimalan seluler untuk mengatasi perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi UKM untuk memanfaatkan SEO sebagai strategi pertumbuhan digital. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada wacana yang lebih luas tentang kesetaraan digital bagi UKM di pasar yang kompetitif, dengan mengadvokasi program pelatihan yang disesuaikan dan platform kolaboratif untuk mendemokratisasi akses ke teknologi SEO

Abstract

Pengelolaan ketersediaan air merupakan aspek krusial dalam budidaya hidroponik, di mana keterlambatan pengisian tandon nutrisi dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pompa akibat dry running dan kematian tanaman. Saat ini, pemantauan manual dinilai tidak efisien dan rentan terhadap kelalaian manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang bangun sistem monitoring ketinggian dan volume air berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu memberikan peringatan dini secara real-time. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dan sensor ultrasonik waterproof AJ-SR04M yang tahan terhadap kelembapan tinggi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental melalui tahapan perancangan perangkat keras, integrasi software Arduino IDE, dan antarmuka aplikasi Blynk. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu mengukur ketinggian air dengan tingkat akurasi rata-rata sebesar 99,15% dan selisih pembacaan (error) rata-rata sebesar 0,06 cm. Selain itu, sistem berhasil mengirimkan notifikasi otomatis ke smartphone pengguna ketika volume air terdeteksi di bawah batas aman 20%. Implementasi alat ini terbukti efektif mengatasi kelemahan sensor konvensional pada lingkungan lembap, meningkatkan efisiensi pemantauan, serta meminimalisir risiko kegagalan sistem irigasi pada pertanian hidroponik.

Abstract

The cultivation of maggots through the larvae of black soldier fly (Hemetia illucens) is increasingly recognized as a viable solution for organic waste management and alternative protein production. However, its integration into village-based enterprises and implications for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) competitiveness remain underexplored. This study examines how maggot cultivation strengthens food MSMEs usingĀ a circular economy framework and SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis. The study was conducted at Village-Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Desa and abbreviated by BUMDes in Bahasa Indonesia) Kerta Setra Utama in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining qualitative observation with quantitative analyses of waste reduction, maggot yield, and protein content. Results showed a 65% reduction in organic waste within 5 days, a 28% increase in maggot biomass across 6 production cycles, and a 30% increase in household incomes. Using poultry manure as a substrate reduced waste by 31.2%. Furthermore, the substrate resulted in 114 g of dry weight.kg-1 of feed as well as 25.26% crude protein in less than eight days. SWOT analysis identified key constraints in community participation, institutional support, and technological capacity. There were opportunities that came from the integration of the circular economy and the expansion of green markets. The findings demonstrate that rural enterprises can effectively transform organic waste into economic value through maggot farming. Policy recommendations emphasize capacity building, green financing, and digital market integration to enhance scalability and long-term impact.
