Abstract

Water quality is very important for plant’s growth and development. Some of the important part of the water qualities are TDS(Total Dissolved Solid), EC(Electrical Conductivity), pH(Acidity). Cultivation inside a greenhouse provides some benefits but also have some deficiency, such as lack of soil nutrition because most plants inside greenhouse uses non soil growing media. To overcome the deficiency, An automated and remote system is needed to ease the controlling of water quality and nutrition feeding to the plant. This study aims to create low-cost greenhouse water quality monitoring that automatically display the real time data on a website. This research is done by using an engineering design methods. This system can be integrated with auto-pot watering system . The result shows that the system can adjust the TDS and pH as programmed, which are TDS= 1000-1200, and pH =5.5-6.5(these are recommended needs for Tomato plant). The TDS sensor in this reseach have the limitation of reading 0~1500ppm.

Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang penyebarannya semakin meluas di indonesia, terutama kondisi iklim tropis yang mendukung pertumbuhan vector penyebarannya, yakni nyamuk Aedes aegypty dan Aedes albopictus. Kota kupang merupakan salah satu wilayah di Nusa Tengara Timur yang menunjukan fluktuatif pada kasus DBD yang menandakan bahwa ancaman penyakit ini masih tinggi dan perlu penanganan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) guna menentukan daerah prioritas penanganan DBD. Metode maut dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menganalisis berbagai alternatif secara kuantitatif dan objektif dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi penyebaran DBD. Sistem diharapkan dapat membantu pihak yang berwenang dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan objektif dalam mengidentifikasi daerah prioritas penanganan DBD.

Abstract

Abstrak: Metode Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Sebagai Strategi Pemasaaran Digital Bagi UKM Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun. UKM Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun menjual barang–barang organik mulai dari makanan, minuman, sarana berkebun, hingga bahan perawatan tubuh. Namun sebuah UKM di masa pandemi ini tentunya dituntut untuk melakukan pemasaran dan penjualan barang secara online. Maka dari itu, dalam mendukung pemasaran digital, pada bulan Januari 2021 Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun membuka toko di aplikasi tokopedia dan menjadi bagian dari tokopedia seller. Dikarenakan sangat banyak pesaing di tokopedia seller tentunya perlu dilakukan optimasi terhadap halaman produk sehingga memperoleh banyak kunjungan terhadap halaman toko. Optimasi yang dilakukan berupa optimasi toko menjadi bagian dari power merchant dan mengaktifkan fitur yang dapat menguntungkan toko, optimasi produk menggunakan metode Search Engine Optimization mulai dari nama produk, deskripsi produk, dan foto produk, hingga memaksimalkan dekorasi toko yang dapat dikreasikan melalui fitur yang tersedia di aplikasi tokopedia seller. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimasi yang dilakukan pada halaman toko dengan memaksimalkan fitur dan optimasi terhadap halaman produk menggunakan metode SEO merupakan strategi pemasaran yang berguna dalam meningkatkan kunjungan sehingga berpeluang besar dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Abstract: Search Engine Optimization Methods As A Digital Marketing Strategy For Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun SME. Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun SME sells organic goods ranging from food, drinks, gardening tools, to body care ingredients. However, an SME during this pandemic is certainly required to do online marketing and sales of goods. Therefore, in supporting digital marketing, in January 2021 Warung Sehat 1000 Kebun opened a shop on the Tokopedia app and became part of a Tokopedia seller. Due to the fact that there are so many competitors in the shop store, it is certainly necessary to optimize the product page so that it gets a lot of visits to the shop page. Optimization is carried out in the form of store optimization being part of the merchant power and activating features that can benefit the store, product optimization using the Search Engine Optimization method starting from product names, product descriptions, and product photos, to maximizing shop decorations that can be created through features which is available on the Tokopedia Seller application. The results of this study indicate that optimization carried out on the shop page by maximizing features and optimization of product pages using the SEO method is a useful marketing strategy in increasing traffic so that it has a great opportunity to increase sales.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors of using social media on the effectiveness of using ShopeeFood in improving business performance in MSME actors in the field of Food & Beverage in Limo District. This research is a quantitative descriptive research in which the independent variable is the social media adoption variable with the factors of suitability, cost-effectiveness, trust, and interactivity that affect the dependent variable, namely increasing business performance. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of the study show that the variables of suitability, cost-effectiveness, trust, and interactivity partially have a significant influence on the Effectiveness of Using the ShopeeFood Application in improving business performance. Then the variable suitability factor, cost-effectiveness, trust factor, and interactivity factor can explain the variation in the increase/decrease in the Effectiveness of Using the ShopeeFood Application in increasing business performance by 79.1%. While the remaining 20.9% is explained by other variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

The rapid development of the modern lifestyle opens great opportunities in the culinary sector, which continues to grow, including in South Tangerang City. This study analyzes the business strategy of the “Coklat Mimpi" business unit, a culinary venture selling bread and chocolate drinks with a simple concept but targeting a broad market. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study conducted over 94 working days, including observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The analysis is carried out using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results indicate that "Coklat Mimpi" excels in attracting working customers, but it also faces weaknesses, including unclear store theme design and the lack of a direct customer feedback channel. The business opportunities are quite significant due to a high number of visitors and close customer relationships, while the main threat comes from competition in the surrounding food business. In conclusion, "Coklat Mimpi” needs to optimize its strengths and opportunities and formulate strategies to overcome weaknesses and threats to sustain and develop the business sustainably.

Abstract

Bananas are a popular fruit in Indonesia, where banana plantations can be found from Aceh to Papua, with a total harvest of 105.801 tons in 2019. Kampung Cau Padjadjaran (UKM KCP), with partner farmers in various regions, is one of the SMEs that manage banana farmers in West Java. The issue is that banana purchases and sales between KCP SMEs, consumers, and farmers are still done manually, resulting in a longer transaction process. Based on this, an Android-based application was created to manage KCP SMEs' buy and sell transactions. Customers can use their smartphones to check banana stocks and process transactions by installing this app. The app is built with the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) method and the Android Studio framework, as well as a Firebase database that uses cloud technology. This application is called MyBanana, and it has several features that assist consumers, farmers, and KCP SMEs in managing data, information, and transactions, such as the Sign-Up and Login process, which provides security for users to make transactions, and the Banana Type List, which informs the type of banana consumed. The availability of banana stocks is updated in real-time by UKM KCP, and the buying and selling transaction process is simple. The black box test results show that the built application has the features expected by KCP SMEs and functions properly.

Abstract

Microclimate control is very important for plants cultivation in a greenhouse, two of microclimate variables are temperature and humidity, this variable can be controlled using several methods, one option is to use the misting cooling system, but this process is still done manually. This study aims to create a greenhouse microclimate control system that can be automatically displayed and controlled via a website. This research uses engineering design methods. The results show that the system can automatically turn on the misting cooling system when temperatures are above 30 ℃ and RH below 80%. Greenhouse microclimate data can be displayed and controlled via a website. The UV index greatly influences the performance of the misting cooling system on temperature and RH conditions in the greenhouse, while the UV index rises to 12 the temperature cannot be lowered and RH cannot be increased, but when the UV index falls from 12 the temperature can be reduced by ± 3 ℃ and RH can be increased by ± 12%.

Abstract

Quality and safe food products are the basic right of every consumer, including food products produced by small and medium industries. Good food production is an important factor in meeting quality standards or food safety licensing requirements. In setting standards, the government also plays an important role in providing direction and assistance to small and medium industries on achieving the specified quality standards. During this time the process is still carried out in a conventional manner directly to the industry. This conventional process is still considered ineffective by seeing the low level of business actors’ knowledge of the standards for Good Food Production Practice (GFPP). So, with this lack of knowledge, business actors’ interest in making food licensing is low. This study designed the application of an expert system that stimulates and provides an illustration for a standards assessment of Good Food Production methods. This research was conducted using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) engineering method for program development and using forward chaining for reasoning methods. This research proved that the application of an expert system for licensing due diligence can function in accordance with standards set by the government.
