Abstract

The Muhammadiyah Student Association is an autonomous organization that provides cadre contributions to the Muhammadiyah Association. IMM, The Islamic student movement, operates in the field of religious, social, and student affairs. This research aims to describe and determine the role of the Muhammadiyah Student Association in forming the character of commissariat student Muhammad Abduh at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. In anticipating and improving the character of children, one of them is through character education in schools (formal education). Character or personality education must be socialized, counseling, and intensive from an early age in all groups of the nation's life. The organization is also a series of activity processes that must be carried out to increase the relevance of all sources and aspects that ensure the success of the first management process by observing functions and movements in order to achieve predetermined goals. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods through several techniques, namely literature or references, both journals and books. From the results of observation, interviews, and documentation, there are results that the character formation of students at the Muhammad Abduh commissariat begins with teaching the basic Tricometency ideology, namely intellectualism, religiosity, and humanity. So that it can form sensitive students. Forming character through habits or routines in IMM. Apart from that, it is also through activities such as the honesty canteen, social service, orphanage, the splendor of Ramadhan, tarjih school, and the blessing of Ramadhan

Abstract

This article discusses the management program management program in shaping student morals that runs at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Surakarta. Student management is an important aspect of the entire process of student management. Activities that are planned and endeavored as well as continuous coaching of the entire process of students so that students have morals. Abstract

Guru PAI memberikan dampak pengaruh positif yang sangat besar terhadap perilaku dan sikap siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Fokus baru-baru ini adalah pada sikap sekolah terhadap keberagaman dan moderasi beragama. SMK Negeri 6 Sukoharjo merupakan sekolah yang memiliki siswa yang heterogen baik dari perbedaan latar belakang agama, ras, ataupun bahasa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya guru PAI dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SMK Negeri 6 Sukoharjo. Metodologi kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk narasumber utama adalah guru PAI dan narasumber pendukung adalah peserta didik. Hasil dari teknik pengumpulan data memakai metode observasi dan wawancara. Upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di SMK Negeri 6 Sukoharjo di lakukan pada saat pembelajaran di kelas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, serta program pembiasaan terhadap peserta didik seperti, kegiatan rutin kerohanian, kebersihan massal di area sekolah dengan melibatkan seluruh anggota sekolah, kegiatan gotong royong dilakukan

Abstract

The primary goal of this research is to assess the effectiveness of character education programs in schools in fostering positive attitudes, values, and behaviors among students. Additionally, it seeks to determine the impact, whether positive or negative, of character education on students' academic achievements. The study aims to evaluate how the school environment, encompassing school culture and the role of teachers, influences the development of students' character by examining the progression and orientation of character, building, and school research documented in publications indexed by Scopus. Employing bibliometric analysis techniques, the study delves into publications listed in the Scopus character, building, and school database spanning from 1923 to 2023. Data analysis was conducted using Excel and R/R-Studio, while VOSviewer visually analyzed the co-occurrence of keywords and document citations. The investigation identified 244 publications aligning with the predefined function, subject, and criteria. The findings revealed an annual growth rate of 2.52%, reaching its peak in 2021 with 25 publications on character, building, and school. The United States emerged as the leading contributor to publications, specifically affiliated with The George Washington University, which produced three documents. Notably, Hung, C.Y., emerged as the most relevant author, having authored two publications on character, building, and school. It is essential to note that the bibliometric analysis was confined to Scopus data, and the inclusion of other national and international databases should have been considered in the study. This research provides a concise overview of the literature available to researchers focusing on character, building, and school, offering recommendations for future research endeavors.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to map and analyze the development of studies on Education Strategies in publications indexed in Scopus. Methods: The approach used is bibliometric analysis, exploring publications on 'Motivated Strategies of Learning' in the Scopus database from 1977 to 2023. The analysis process involved the use of tools such as Excel and R/R-Studio. Visual analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to visualize keyword occurrences and document citations simultaneously. Result: In this study, 942 relevant publications meeting the specified criteria were identified. Findings indicate an annual growth rate of 9.5%, peaking in 2020. The United States emerged as the primary contributor in publications, with Middle East Technical University Turkey being the most productive affiliation. The most prolific author in the Motivated Strategies of Learning theme was Sungur, S. Value: This research provides a comprehensive overview of the literature in the field of education, with recommendations for future research directions. This study will likely make a valuable contribution to understanding educational strategies.

Abstract

Today's educational landscape is dominated by media, with a shift away from traditional lecture-based teaching approaches and toward more hands-on, interactive learning through the use of learning media. Learning media play a crucial role, particularly in educational activities that prioritize competences associated with process skills. The importance of media in facilitating students (learners), its presentation is adjusted to the learning objectives set. The purpose of this study is to track the evolution and trajectory of digital learning research in Scopus-indexed articles. This research examined every article indexed in the Scopus database using bibliometric analytic tools of Global Trends in Digital Learning Research a Bibliometric Mapping from 2020 to 2024. Data analyzed using Excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to perform visual analysis of the simultaneous occurrence of keywords and document citations. The authors found 2,154 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The results of this study show an annual growth rate of 9.26%, with publications on Global Trends in Digital Learning Research a Bibliometric Mapping the most in 2023. China became the country that contributed the most publications with affiliations from the Ministry of Education. Zhang Y became the most prolific writer on the theme of Education Learning. The scope of the bibliometric study was restricted to data from Scopus. The study did not account for other national and international databases. This study offers suggestions for further research by giving a succinct summary of the literature available to education and technology researchers.

In the education of Muslim families in the Digital Era, it is important that there is dynamism with the times but still in accordance with the principles of Islamic religious law. The family is the smallest element of society that has a great role in the formation of the nation. Parents have an important role in family education and become the initial foundation for character and religious education. Parents in the modern era partly consider the education obtained by children in school to be sufficient so that they pay less attention to education, especially religious education in the family environment. This paper aims to explain and identify the forms of transformation of Muslim family education in the Digital Era, from traditional to modern that utilize digital technology.

Abstract

Tumbuh kembang anak saat ini mempengaruhi karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan ini guru PAI menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis Al-Qur’an, dapat diartikan sebagai suatu cara atau tindakan-tindakan dalam lingkup peristiwa pendidikan yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur'an. Dalam konsep ini, segala bentuk upaya pendidikan didasarkan kepada nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam Al-Quran dan hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW. Akhlak menjadi cerminan utama keberhasilan seorang thalib/peserta didik dalam menuntut ilmu dan akhlak dapat diartikan sebagai bentuk fisik dari karakter seseorang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Lokasi penelitian di SMK 2 PGRI Salatiga dengan menggabungkan teknik observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Dengan teknik keabsahan data melalui trigulasi sumber, trigulasi teknik, dan trigulasi waktu. Dan yang terakhir peneliti menganalisis data dengan dengan cara yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan terakhir menarik kesimpulan. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa peran guru PAI sangat dibutuhkan untuk membantu dalam proses internalisasi dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an untuk siswa-siswi agar dapat membaca Al-Qur’an dengan lancar tanpa terbata-bata, memiliki potensi dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Dengan menggunakan beberapa pola yaitu: Pola keteladanan, pola pembiasaan, dan pembinaan nasehat. Adanya faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlak melalui pembelajaran PAI berbasis Al-Qur'an di SMK PGRI 2 Salatiga yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran diri para siswa, adanya sifat keteladanan, dan adanya kerja sama yang dilakukan siswa-siswi ketika dihadapkan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Principal leadership is an effort to influence the situation, conditions and behavior in the school to move the roots in a school to work well together and to achieve a desired goal with the vision and mission of the school. The principal's leadership role in building quality learners is a very real pride for the community as a measure of success in fostering schools. However, in the application of leadership, there are not a few problems faced. This study aims to analyze the principal's leadership models and strategies in improving the quality of students. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, which was conducted at SMK Nusaputera 2 Semarang. Data collection using observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the leadership model used is a transformative model, which aims to inspire and guide learners to reach their best potential and achieve extraordinary goals. The principal's strategy is very important to participate in building quality learners by participating in realizing the school's vision and mission. The findings in this study are the optimal motivation of the principal to achieve the desired goals. Not only that, the development of the school environment and culture is also a strategy to improve the quality of students.
