Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe existential presumption in the dialog in the web series “Imperfect The Series”. (2) Describing the factive presupposition in the dialog in the web series “Imperfect The Series”. (3) Describing lexical presupposition in the dialog in the web series “Imperfect The Series”. (4) Describing the nonactive presupposition in the dialog in the web series “Imperfect The Series”. (5) To describe structural presupposition in the conversational speech in the web series “Imperfect The Series”. (6) To describe the counterfactual presumption in the dialog in the web series “Imperfect The Series”. (7) To describe the implication for learning to recognize advertising text in junior high school. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data source in this research is obtained from conversational speech in the web series Imperfect The Series consisting of 12 episodes aired on WeTV Indonesia. The data collection techniques in this research are watching, listening, documentation, and note taking. Data validity uses data and method triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, there are 110 presumption data found. The six types of presupposition are: 1) Existential presumption consists of 55 data, 2) Factive presumption consists of 7 data, 3) Lexical presupposition consists of 33 data, 4) Non-active presumption consists of 6 data, 5) Structural presumption consists of 6 data, 6) Counterfactual presumption consists of 3 data.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the form of code mixing in the web series My Nerd Girl Season 3. (2) describe the factors that affect the occurrence of code mixing in the web series My Nerd Girl Season 3. (3) To describe the implications of the results of the mixed code research in the web series My Nerd Girl Season 3 on the Indonesian learning of grade XII high school students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to explain and explain the problems studied in the form of the phenomenon of code mixing. The source of this research data is the web series My Nerd Girl Season 3. The data in this study are the results of recording in the form of sentences and paragraphs related to the object of research, namely mixing code in the My Nerd Girl Season 3 Web Series, as well as images obtained from screenshots of the My Nerd Girl Season 3 Web Series which show the seconds and minutes of the code mixing phenomenon. The results of the research from the analysis of code mix in the My Nerd Girl Season 3 web series are as follows. There are as many as 64 data consisting of mixed forms of word form codes, phrases, idioms, basters, word repetition, and clauses. As well as 64 data also regarding the factors that affect the code mixing that occurs, these factors are divided into role identification factors, variety identification factors and desire factors to explain. The results of the study are implicated in the Indonesian Module of the Independent curriculum for grade XII students of high school in even semester in chapter 6. Writing good practices and stories about the environment, subchapters. G. identify the character, plot, and language of the novel. The material discussed was in the form of analyzing the language of the dialogue of the characters in the novel.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the types of reduplication in the novel Rintik Terakhir by Sri Puji Hartini, (2) the meaning of reduplication in the novel Rintik Terakhir by Sri Puji Hartini, (3) its implications for learning Indonesian in vocational schools. The study uses a qualitative approach with a type of data analysis technique. The data source in this study is the novel Rintik Terakhir by Sri Puji Hartini. The data in it are types of reduplication and the meaning of reduplication. The results of this study indicate the use of types of reduplication and the meaning of reduplication in the novel Rintik Terakhir by Sri Puji Hartini. The types of reduplication refer to pure reduplication (14 data), sound change reduplication (8 data) and affixed reduplication (19 data) found in the novel. The meaning of reduplication refers to the reduplication of noun repetition in the form of variation/many reduplication (8 data), reduplication of verb repetition in the form of reduplication stating repeated work (4 data), and reduplication of adjective repetition in the form of intensity reduplication (3 data). This research is implied in learning Indonesian in SMK.

Abstract

Kurikulum adalah seperangkat rencana dan peraturan mengenai isi dan bahan pelajaran serta cara yang digunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kurikulum kaitannya dengan satuan pendidikan yaitu sebagai penentuan arah, isi, dan proses pendidikan yang pada akhirnya menentukan macam dan kualifikasi lulusan suatu lembaga pendidikan. Dengan kata lain kurikulum adalah syarat mutlak bagi pendidikan sehingga kurikulum menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari pendidikan dan pengajaran. Dapat diartikan bahwa kurikulum merupakan hal yang penting dalam melaksanakan tujuan pendidikan nasional sebagai rumusan kualitas yang dimiliki setiap warga negara Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan instrumen penelitian dengan buku catatan dan pengamatan dengan teknik mengumpul data observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pada SMAS PGRI Palangka Raya pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2022, memperoleh hasil wawancara bersama Wakasek Kurikulum Ibu Letina Nora, S.Pd., Kim. Bahwasanya hanya beberapa mata pelajaran yang menggunakan kurikulun 2013, mata pelajaran yang lainnya masih berpatokkan pada KTSP. Penyebab Guru SMA PGRI Palangka Raya beberapa tidak menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 yaitu kurangnya mengikuti pelatihan dan kurangnya sarana penunjang pembelajaran. Wawancara juga kami lakukan pada salah satu Guru Ibu Desynatalia, S.Pd. sebagai Guru yang menunjang pembelajaran drama pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, bahwa ia pun belum menerapkan penuh kurikulum 2013 dan masih menggunakan KTSP dikarenakan kurangnya pelatihan dan hanya dituntut untuk belajar secara mandiri. Menghadapi permasalahan diatas, perlu adanya penataan sistem pendidikan pada SMA PGRI Palangka Raya terutama dibagian kurikulum karena menjadi pondasi pendidikan karakter bangsa serta untuk menunjang terwujudnya implementasi kurikulum 2013 juga perlu adanya motivasi guru dan sarana pra sarana Sekolah sehingga pembelajaran Drama pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat terwujud dengan baik.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas berbagai tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi para pegiat seni dan akademisi yang senantiasa tumbuh-kembang dan menghidupi tradisi lisan dalam berkebudayaan. Di samping tradisi lisan, keberadaan manuskrip tidak kalah penting peranannya sebagai wahana penyimpanan narasi dan pengetahuan lokal dari masa lalu yang tertulis menjadi ekspresi kebudayaan. Pembahasan terhadap kekayaan tradisi lisan dan manuskrip yang ada di lingkungan masyarakat Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah sebagai warisan budaya tak benda ini difokuskan pada aspek tantangan dan peluang yang ada di tengah perubahan masyarakat yang terus menerus. Metode dekriptif-kualitatif dijadikan pijakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami fenomena lapangan terkait dengan eksistensi tradisi lisan dan manusikrip di wilayah budaya masyarakat Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui pembahasan dengan pendekatan budaya adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, modal budaya tradisi yang dimiliki masyarakat Dayak Kenyah di Kalimantan Tengah memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan selaras dengan perubahan dan pertumbuhan budaya baru. Kedua, pengelolaan tradisi lisan dan manuskrip yang berbasis pada budaya masa lalu dapat dihadirkan secara kreatif untuk diapresiasi dan dimanfaatan semaksimal mungkin oleh masyarakat melalui industri kreatif. Ketiga, regulasi pemerintah seperti UU No 5 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemajuan Kebudayaan mengamanatkan lahirnya upaya-upaya konkret oleh pemangku kepentingan melalui program pelindungan,pengembangan, pemanfaatan, dan pembinaan. Keempat, program itu memerlukan sumber daya manusia kebudayaan yang bergiat, bekerja, dan berkarya melalui berbagai objek pemajuan kebudayaan, khususnya tradisi lisan dan manuskrip. Dari hal-hal itu memunculkan tantangan dan peluang para pemangku kepentingan untuk membangun idustri kreatif berbasis tradisi lisan dan manuskrip yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah.

Abstract

This research approach is descriptive qualitative, which is in line with the research findings, namely in the form of a description of the Indirectness of Expression in the Song Lyrics of the Album Human Karya Tulus. This type of research is qualitative, because the data found were not obtained using statistical (quantitative) calculations but in the form of phrases, clauses or sentences contained in indirect expressions in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus. The results of this research show that the analysis of deviations in meaning and creation of meaning in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus obtained data that the indirectness of expression in the song lyrics in the form of replacement of meaning in the form of metaphor amounted to eight quotations, personification amounted to eleven quotations, deviations in meaning in the form of ambiguity amounted to six quotations , contradiction of three quotations, creation of meaning in the form of rhyme totaling six quotations and creation of meaning in the form of typography totaling three quotations. Thus, the indirect expression in the song lyrics that is most dominantly used in the Human Album by Tulus is the indirect expression in the song lyrics in the form of changing meaning in the form of personification totaling eleven quotes. The implications of the analysis of indirectness of expression in the lyrics of the song Album Human Karya Tulus for literature learning in junior high schools are expected to provide an understanding of the types of indirectness of expression in a song lyric. These implications are also expected to become additional teaching material to improve students' abilities in understanding the building blocks in a song lyric as well as creating a work of song lyrics.

Abstract

The aim of this research is (1) to describe the factors causing code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. (2) describe the function of using code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is speech events that occurred in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. The object of this research is data containing code switching in speech events in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. The technique used in collecting data uses non-participating listening and note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods with data transcription and data classification steps. The validity of the data is obtained through continuous data searching according to the facts, persistent observation techniques, and triangulation. The results of this study show two conclusions. First, there are five factors that cause code switching in Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge, namely the speaker, the interlocutor, the presence of a third speaker, the subject of discussion, and to evoke a sense of humor, and simply to have agency. Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Describe the value of the character's self-sacrificing struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (2) Describe the value of the struggle for unity of the characters in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (3) Describe the value of the struggle for respect for the characters in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (4) Describe the value of the character's patient struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (5) Describe the value of never giving up struggle of the characters in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (6) Describe the value of the character's cooperative struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (7) Describe the implications regarding the value of the character's struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen on literature learning in high school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are library techniques, listening techniques and further note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses text analysis techniques.The results of this research show that there are values of the characters' struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen which is in accordance with Joyomartono's theory. The author found 25 data which were divided into six, namely 9 data on the value of being willing to sacrifice, 5 data on the value of unity, 2 data on the value of respect, 2 data on the value of patience, 4 data on the value of never giving up, 3 data on the value of cooperation. Apart from that, these values can be implied by studying literature in high school. Based on the 2013 curriculum in KD 3.8 interpret the author’s view of life in the novel read. and KD 4.8 Present the results of the interprestation of the author’s views both orally and in writting. The results of this study can be used as teaching material in studying literature in high school. Teaching materials can be used as a complement to the main textbook source.

Abstract

The art of speaking characters in Wanita Idaman novels (Translated by Meggy P. Soedjatmiko) by Robert Goolrick: Rhetorical Study this study aims to describe the art of speaking characters based on the study of rhetorical types of dialogue (The art of speaking in discussion, debriefing, negotiation, conversation, and debate) and depiction of the character’s based on the dialogue of the characters in Wanita Idaman novels by Robert Goolrick. This study uses a literary work approach based on the art of speaking figures using the study of dialogic rhetoric. The study of dialogic rhetoric consists of five types of speaking arts, debriefing, negotiation, conversation, and debate. The project of research are the characters Catherine Land, Ralp Truitt, and Mrs. Larsen in the novel Wanita Idaman which was published on July 29 2010 with 406 pages thick. The data techniques. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis techniques. The research rsult obtained in this study are in the form of studie on characters or characters Catherine Land, Ralp Truitt, and Mrs. Larsen based on the art of speaking the study of dialogic rhetoric which consists of the art of speaking discussion, question and answer, negotiation, conversation, ad debate in the novel Wanita Idaman by Robert Goolrick.

Abstract

The general research objective is to obtain an overview of social problems in a film and their implications for learning in high school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, in which the researcher records carefully and accurately the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos contained in the film. The use of a descriptive qualitative approach in this study aims to describe social problems such as social problems of biological factors, economic factors, psychological factors, and cultural factors in The Flu film. Researchers found 51 social problems in the film The Flu and have described their implications for drama learning in high school. The most common social problems found are social problems of biological factors consisting of 21 data, social problems of psychological factors consisting of 20 data, social problems of economic factors consisting of 5 data and social problems of cultural factors consisting of 5 data. The Flu film provides many descriptions of social problems that can be used as knowledge for students at school. Therefore, in learning drama, this film can be used as an alternative teaching material, especially in discussions about examining storylines, act by act, and conflicts in drama texts in the form of scripts or stages and presenting plays in the form of stages or scripts.
