Abstract

This study aims to explore the forms of learning of aqidah and akhlak at MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu, Soppeng Regency. This study also analyzes the forms of learning of aqidah and akhlak at MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu, Soppeng Regency from the perspective of Moral Philosophy. This type of research is qualitative field research using the Theological, Phenomenological, and Philosophical Approaches. The stage of collecting research data begins with conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and deductive conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the forms used in learning aqidah and akhlak at MTs Yasrib Batu-Batu are lectures, questions and answers, reading, listening and writing. With the combination of these forms of learning, it can improve understanding and application of moral values ​​and can help students apply teachings and deepen meaning and encourage critical thinking. In line with Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the form of learning that focuses on holistic education, providing roles, examples, role models and practical experiences. Al-Ghazali also encouraged learning methods that involve practical experience and reflection so that students can apply moral values ​​in everyday life. This study has implications for the development of evaluation forms that not only measure cognitive knowledge, but also students' attitudes and behaviors in applying moral values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model on the learning interest and mathematics achievement of fifth-grade students at SDS IT Asy Syamil. Using a quasi-experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, the study involved 36 students divided into experimental and control groups. Research instruments included validated and reliable learning achievement tests and learning interest questionnaires. The results showed significant differences in students' learning interest and achievement before and after the PBL implementation, as well as between the experimental and control groups post-treatment. These findings indicate that PBL is effective in enhancing students' active engagement and academic outcomes. The study contributes to the growing body of empirical evidence supporting PBL effectiveness in primary education, particularly in mathematics learning in Indonesia. However, limitations include the small sample size and the focus on a single school. Further research with broader populations and across different subjects is recommended.Keywords: Problem-based learning, learning interest, learning achievement, mathematics, primary education

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of differentiated learning on Arabic language learning outcomes in Pesantren Modern Terpadu Hamka Padang. It employs a quantitative apporoach using correlational methods. Data collection tools are observations, questionnaire, interviews, and documents. The results of the research show that: 1) The implementation of differentiated learning is in the 'adequate' category. This means that it is fairly in line with expectations but still needs improvement in the differentiation of content, process, and product. Meanwhile, the learning environment aspect is already good. 2) The average learning outcome of students at Pesantren Modern Terpadu Hamka Padang Senior High School in the affective aspect was 3,32, categorized as 'very good'. 3) Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis indicates that differentiated learning has influence on learning outcomes, it was known from the F-calculated value being greater than the F-table value in the affective aspects, meaning that Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. The R Square value shows that differentiated learning contributes 21,2% to affective outcomes. Learning outcomes are primarily influenced by other internal and external factors

Abstract

This study aims to discuss common errors in translating idioms found in the literary novel al-Hub tahta al-Mathar by Najib Mahfouz, which was translated into Indonesian under the title Rinai Cinta. There are discrepancies in meaning between the source language (Arabic) and the target language (Indonesian), resulting in misinterpretations for non-Arabic readers. This research is significant in preserving the authenticity of the source language and contributes to producing more accurate and high-quality translations. To analyze the types of translation errors, the researcher employed Mona Baker's translation theory from her book In Other Words. This study is a library research project utilizing a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. The findings reveal 12 types of idiomatic translation errors in the novel. When analyzed using the theoretical framework, the translation does not align with the strategies proposed by Mona Baker, thus classifying these as "errors."

Abstract

ملخص: تناقس الباحثة "تأثير استخدام أسلوبCIRC لترقية مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب في المدرسة العالية الإسلامية دار النجاح دوري رياو". وأما المشكلة في هذا البحث فهي: 1) كيف نتيجة الطلاب في الصف العاشر "أ" بالمدرسة العالية الإسلامية دار النّجاح دوري رياو في مهارة القراءة قبل استخدام أسلوب CIRC؟. 2) كيف استخدام أسلوب CIRC لترقية مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب في الصف العاشر "أ" بالمدرسة العالية الإسلامية دار النّجاح دوري رياو؟. 3) كيف تأثير استخدام أسلوبCIRC لترقية مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب في الصف العاشر "أ" بالمدرسة العالية الإسلامية دار النجاح دوري رياو؟. وأما منهج البحث في هذه الرسالة فهو بالمنهج الكمي على البحث الميداني في النوع النجريبي. وطريقة جمع البيانات المستخدمة هي الاختبار والوثائق. والعينة بهذا البحث يعني 18 طالبا في الفصل العاشر "أ". وأما النتيجة التي حصلت الباحثة من هذا البحث فهي أن قدرة مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب قبل استخدام أسلوب CIRC منحفضا، وأكثر الطلاب لم يحصل على قيمة المعيار الحد الأدنى (KKM). واستخدام أسلوب CIRC التعاون التكاملي بين القراءة والتركيب (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) تتكون من ثلاثة خطوات، الأولى: الأنشطة التمهيدية. الثانية: الأنشطة الرئيسة فهي يتكون من خمسة المراحل، وأما المرحلة الأولى فهي يكون المجموعات التعلم، والمرحلة الثانية: يقدم المادة التعلم ويوزّع النص القراءة، والمرحلة الثالثة: العمل الجماعي ليقرأ ويفهم المحتويات النص القراءة، والمرحلة الرابعة: تقديم النتائج القراءة، والمرحلة الخامسة: الاستنتاج والتوسيع. الثالثة: الأنشطة النهائية. وبعد استخدام هذا الأسلوب ظهر من نتائج الاختبار البعدي أن قيمة لدى طلاب تزداد من قبل، وهذا يدل على أن قدرة الطلاب على مهارة القراءة يتحسّن. ومن نتيجة الاختبار الفرضية بمستوى الدلالة (Sig 2 tailed) 0.00 وهذه النتيجة أدنى من 0.05 وهذا يدل على أن نتائج الطلاب في الفصل العاشر "أ" قبل وبعد تطبيق أسلوب CIRC متمايز. وهذا يدل أن الفرضية Ha مقبول يعني يوجد التأثير على قدرة مهارة القراءة لدى طلاب في الصف العاشر بالمدرسة العالية الإسلامية دار النّجاح دوري رياو باستخدام أسلوب CIRC. الكلمات المفتاحية: أسلوب التعليمة، CIRC، مهارة القراءة. Abstracts: The researcher discusses “The Effect of Applying the CIRC Technique to Improve the Reading Skills of Class XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau”. The problem formulation in this research is: 1) How are the reading skills of students class XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau before applying the CIRC technique?. 2) How to apply the CIRC technique to improve the reading skills of class XA students at MA Darunnajah Duri Riau?. 3) The Effect of Applying the CIRC Technique to Improve the Reading Skills of Class XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau?. The research method in this reseacrh is a quantitative method on field research with an experimental type. The data collection methods used by researchers are tests and documentation. The number of samples in this research was 18 students of class XA. The resulth of this study is the reading skills of class XA befor applying the CIRC technique is relatively low, and many of students scores have not reached the minimum completion criteria. And the application of the CIRC technique consists of a three-step learning process; The first is the preliminary activity. Second is the core activity, in the core activity there are five stages of the learning process, the first stage is forming groups, the second stage the teacher presents learning material and divides the reading text, the third stage students work together in groups to read, understand and analyze the content of the reading text, the fourth stage presents the results analysis, fifth stage conclusions and reinforcement related to learning material. Third is the closing activity. After applying this technique, it can be seen from the results of the posttest that the students' scores increased from before, and this shows that the students' reading skills increased. From the T-test results there is a value (sig 2 tailed) of 0.00 and this value is lower than 0.05 and this shows that the grades of class XA students before and after applying the CIRC technique are different. So the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, there is an influence on the reading skills of class XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau students with the Applying of the CIRC technique. Keywords: Learning Techniques, CIRC, Reading Skill Abstrak: Peneliti membahas tentang “Pengaruh Penerapan Teknik CIRC untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membaca Siswa Kelas XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau”. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana nilai keterampilan membaca siswa kelas XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau sebelum penerapan teknik CIRC?. 2) Bagaimana penerapan teknik CIRC untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau?. 3) Bagaimana pengaruh penerapan teknik CIRC untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif berdasarkan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis eksperimen. Dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti yaitu tes dan dokumentasi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 18 siswa kelas XA. Adapun hasil yang peneliti peroleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwasanya kemampuan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas XA sebelum diterapkan teknik CIRC tergolong rendah, dan banyak terdapat nilai siswa yang belum mencapai KKM. Dan penerapan teknik CIRC terdiri dari tiga langkah proses pembelajaran; Pertama yaitu kegiatan pendahuluan. Kedua kegiatan inti, pada kegiatan inti terdapat lima tahap proses pembelajaran tahap pertama yaitu membentuk kelompok, tahap kedua guru menyajikan materi pembelajaran dan membagi teks bacaan, tahap ketiga siswa bekerja sama dalam kelompok untuk membaca, memahami dan menganalisis isi teks bacaan, tahap keempat menyajikan hasil analisis, tahap kelima kesimpulan dan penguatan terkait materi pembelajaran. Ketiga yaitu kegiatan penutup. Setelah diterapkan teknik ini terlihat dari hasil postest hawa nilai siswa meningkat dari sebelumnya, dan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan keterampilan membaca siswa meningkat. Dari hasil uji-T terdapat nilai (sig 2 tailed) 0,00 dan nilai ini lebih rendah dari 0,05 dan ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai siswa kelas XA sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan teknik CIRC mengalami perbedaan. Maka hipotesis alternative (Ha) diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh terhadap kemampuan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas XA MA Darunnajah Duri Riau dengan penerapan teknik CIRC. Abstract

نموذج التعلم التعاوني نوع Think-Talk-Write وهو نموذج التعلم الذي بدءا من تدفق التفكير من خلال المواد القراءة (الإستماع والنقد الحلول البديلة)، ثم تكلم من خلال إجراء المناقشات والعروض التقديمية، وأخيرًا الكتابة عن طريق تقديم تقرير عن نتائج المناقشة أو العرض التقديمي. بناء على الملاحظة الأولية في المدرسة العالية الفلاح بادانج، 4 مارس 2024 وجدت الباحثة أنه في عملية تعلم اللغة العربية لم تستخدم المعلمة نموذج التعليم خاصة في تقديم المواد. هذا البحث هو بحث كمي باستخدام منهج تجريبي. الاستنتاج أن يوجد تأثير نموذج التعلم التعاوني نوع Think-Talk-Write لدى الطالبات الصف الحادي عشر في المدرسة العالية الفلاح بادنج.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the factors that led to the public's resistance against the Egyptian authorities in the novel Muzakkarat Fi Sijn al-Nisa’ by Nawal El Saadawi. The issues presented in the novel are related to the inconsistency of the Egyptian authorities in implementing the democratic system they claimed to uphold, which in turn provoked resistance from the people. This study is a library research using a qualitative approach. The data in this study consist of words, phrases, and sentences related to the people’s resistance against the Egyptian authorities in the novel. The data collection technique in this research was carried out through library research, as the main source of data comes from literary texts. The data analysis technique in this study employs the dialectical method, which seeks to integrate two theoretical frameworks Alan Swingewood’s sociology of literature and James C. Scott’s theory of resistance to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the social phenomena represented in the literary text. The results of this study indicate that there are two forms of resistance carried out by the people against the Egyptian authorities: open resistance and hidden resistance. Furthermore, the resistance stems from three main factors: authoritarian governance, human rights violations, and social injustice perpetrated by the Egyptian authorities.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the language kinship between Arabic and Hebrew as semitic languages when comparing حروف الجر and מילות יחס (milot yakhats). The question in this study addressed the similarities and differences between حروف الجر in the Arabic language and  מילות יחס in the Hebrew language as semitic languages. The data source for the prepositions in the Arabic language rested upon “the Noble Qur’an, and the data source for the מילות יחס in the Hebrew language relied on the book “ תנ”ך (Tanakh). The data analysis was carried out using the comparative language approach. After analyzing the data, this study revealed that there are similarities and differences in the languages’ structures and meanings, indicating that the Arabic language and the Hebrew language are semitic languages. The similarities between حروف الجر in the Arabic language and מילות יחס in the Hebrew language can be found in the use of the noun after prepositions, and meanings if the מילות יחס  and the حروف الجر used in the sentence. The differences between حروف الجر in the Arabic language and מילות יחס  in the Hebrew language demonstrate that the  מילות יחס has many rules in its use, where the word afterwards affects its movement. Such a case does not exist in the Arabic language, and that حروف الجر  draws what follows it  from the nouns, and this does not exist in the Hebrew language because it have no syntax. Subsequently, ל מילות יחס   and حروف الجر have different meanings when used in sentences.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the lexical meanings of the words baligha, sadida, karima, ma'rufa, layyina, and maisura, which are contained in polite language phrases in the Quran: qaulan baligha, qaulan sadida, qaulan karima, qaulan ma'rufa, qaulan layyina, and qaulan maisura. The importance of revealing the lexical semantics is in order to find the right meaning of the phrases. The method used is descriptive-qualitative method with a paradigmatic approach and lexical meaning theory. The results showed that the term baligha has six meaning features, the word sadida has five meaning features, the word karima has twelve meaning features, the word ma'rufa has eight meaning features, the word layyina has seven meaning features, and the word maisura has six meaning features. From the perspective of the paradigmatic relation, the phrases qaulan baligha, qaulan sadida, qaulan karima, qaulan ma'rufa, qaulan layyina, and qaulan maisura are hyponyms in politeness of the Quran language.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the need for interactive learning media through ClassPoint in vocabulary learning in 10th grade students of State Islamic Senior High School 2 Payakumbuh City. The method used is a mixed methods, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches in one research activity. This method is intended to provide a more comprehensive picture of the need for interactive learning media based on ClassPoint in vocabulary learning. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires that have been validated by an expert. This study will involve 33 students of class X.E8 and 2 Arabic language teachers of class X as samples. The results of the study indicate that the learning process is still one way and does not involve interactive media that supports optimal vocabulary understanding. Based on the questionnaire, it also shows that the teacher needs analysis is 92.5% and the student needs analysis is 90%. This means that teachers and students really need interactive learning media in the learning process in the classroom. The results of the analysis show that the application of ClassPoint in Arabic vocabulary learning contributes to increasing student participation and facilitating independent learning at the public high schools.
