Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas pada siswa kelas X Ma Al Khairiyah Way Lahu yang dilatar belakangi observasi awal yang menunjukan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai rata-rata hasil tes ulangan harian siswa yaitu 60. Rata-rata nilai tersebut masih di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yang ditetapkan sekolah yaitu 70. Hal ini menunjukkan masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa adalah penerapan metode langsung melalui media visual. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan minat siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris dengan Penerapan Metode Problem Based Learning melalui media audio visual. Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji adalah Metode Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Penggunaan media audio visual untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan juga untuk mengetahui keberhasilan siswa dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I sampai siklus III yaitu, siklus I (74,10%), siklus II (87,49%). Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode Problem Based Learning melalui media audio visual dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar Siswa kelas X serta dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan utama. Pertama, mengukur kemampuan perusahaan untuk segera membayar kewajiban atau hutang yang akan jatuh tempo menggunakan Rasio Likuiditas, dan menilai posisi tingkat Likuiditas Perusahaan berada pada tingkat yang baik atau kurang baik. Kedua, menggunakan rasio profitabilitas untuk menghitung laba yang diperoleh perusahaan dalam suatu periode tertentu, dengan maksud menentukan apakah Tingkat Profitabilitas Perusahaan dapat dianggap baik atau kurang baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan sumber informasi yang bersumber dari situs resmi PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini terletak pada evaluasi kinerja keuangan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis melibatkan pemanfaatan rasio likuiditas dan rasio profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio likuiditas dengan menggunakan rasio kas (cash ratio), rasio cepat (quick ratio), dan rasio perbankan (banking ratio) menunjukkan kinerja keuangan PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk dari tahun 2020-2022 dalam keadaan liquid utamanya pada tahun 2022 rasio kas mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Ditinjau dari rasio profitabilitas menggunakan Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Return on Assets (ROA) Bank BRI secara konsisten terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2020 hingga tahun 2022 menunjukkan keadaan yang sangat baik dan stabil.

Abstract

This study aims to map the effect of claim and underwriting expenses on insurance company profits. In a study using the Systematic Literature Review method, 16 articles out of 200 articles were found that fit the criteria, with search strings from 2018 to 2022. The results showed that (RQ1) the problems contained in various research journals, namely differences in results from previous studies on the cost of claims and underwriting on profits and the decline in insurance company profits. In research conducted by Puja Yana, Melvi Muchlian, Sari Arsita (2022), the amount of profit obtained is a sensitive matter for stakeholders. In research conducted by Dwi Ayu Fitrianty, et al (2022), the gaps that occurred in previous research, it was concluded that not all empirical events were in accordance with theory. Research question results (RQ2) The research method that is often used is quantitative methods, this method is very relevant because quantitative research views the "Facts / Truths" that are in the object of research out there, and researchers must be neutral whatever is found in the field and impartial. Furthermore, the results of the research question (RQ3) Every year there are journals that discuss the effect of claims and underwriting expenses on insurance company profits, even in 2022 most journals use quantitative methods with different publications.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of PMA investment and exchange rates simultaneously and partially on the value of exports in Indonesia, as well as the effect of export values on economic growth during the period 2010-2023. The results of the study indicate that PMA investment has a positive and significant effect on the value of Indonesian exports. However, it is inversely proportional to the IDR/USD exchange rate which has a negative and insignificant effect on the value of Indonesian exports during the period 2010-2023. In addition, the export value has a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian economy during the period 2010-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of professional skepticism, information technology, and auditor ethics on auditor performance at the Inspectorate of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Auditor performance is an essential element in supporting accountability and transparency in regional financial management, especially in the public sector, which is vulnerable to irregularities and fraud. Auditors are required to work professionally, objectively, and ethically to ensure that financial statements are presented reliably and in accordance with applicable principles. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 36 auditors as respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that, partially, professional skepticism has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, information technology has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance, and auditor ethics also has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a positive and significant influence on auditor performance. These findings strengthen attribution theory and the Technology to Performance Chain (TPC) model, and emphasize the importance of professional skepticism, technological competence, and auditor ethics in improving auditor performance.

Abstract

The Regional Water Utility (PDAM) Tirta Nene Mallomo is a vital entity in providing drinking water services to the community. Operational efficiency is crucial to ensure smooth service delivery. Managing the employee attendance system is an important aspect of achieving this efficiency. This community service initiative aims to guide students in the Community Service Program (KKN) and propose solutions to help optimize the employee attendance system to enhance operational efficiency. The activities involve the stages of student orientation, implementation, and evaluation, with the significant role of field supervising lecturers. In addition to offering practical solutions, participants are provided with guidelines on simplifying attendance management through an innovative approach focused on the operational needs of PDAM Tirta Nene Mallomo. The proposed solutions include the implementation of an automated attendance system utilizing the latest technology and the establishment of clear policies and procedures. By optimizing the employee attendance system, PDAM Tirta Nene Mallomo can streamline its operations, improve resource allocation, and ultimately enhance the services provided to the community. This initiative not only delivers practical benefits but also offers valuable experiences for KKN students in contributing to the improvement of community welfare.

Abstract

Micro-enterprises play a strategic role in regional economic growth and community empowerment. However, many micro-entrepreneurs still lack the knowledge and skills to prepare simple and structured financial reports. This shortcoming results in poor business management, inaccurate business decision-making, and difficulties in accessing financing from formal financial institutions. This community service activity aims to provide assistance and mentoring to five selected micro-enterprises in Pangkajenne City, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, in preparing simple financial statements as a foundation for making business decisions. The methods used include partner identification, needs assessment, basic financial report training, and individual mentoring through an on-site coaching approach. The results show a significant improvement in the financial literacy of the partners, the development of better financial recording habits, and the initial ability to independently prepare simple financial statements. Moreover, this activity supports the partners' readiness to access financing and plan business development strategies. This program demonstrates that structured academic intervention can have a real impact in strengthening the capacity of micro-enterprises in a sustainable way.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Determinan Inklusivitas Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Provinsi Jambi”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif Provinsi Jambi dan pengaruh indeks pembangunana manusia dan gini rasio terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif Provinsi Jambi Untuk menjawab tujuan tersebut digunakan metode analisis deskriftif dan metode analisis regresi data panel menggunakan metode fixed effect model degan priode tahun 2017-2021 dan 11 Kabupaten /Kota di Provinsi Jambi Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: perkembangan ekonomi inklusif di Provinsi Jambi cukup memuaskan. Variabel indeks pembangunan manusia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif Provinsi jambi, variabel gini ratio berpengauh posotif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi inklusif di Provinsi Jambi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Jambi selama Tahun 2014-2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi dan rata-rata lam sekolah secara bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Jambi. Kemudian untuk uji parsial, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Jambi. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata lama sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran di Kota Jambi.
