Abstract

Al-Qur’an adalah kitab suci yang digunakan sebagai pedoman hidup umat Islam. Al-Qur’an terdiri dari 114 surat, 6.236 ayat, 30 juz. Ayat pada Al-Qur’an tidak disusun berdasarkan pokok bahasan. Oleh sebab itu pada Tugas Akhir ini membuat aplikasi pencarian ayat Al-Quran berdasarkan pokok bahasan. Selain itu, pada aplikasi ini juga mampu menampilkan hubungan antar pokok bahasan pada ayat Al-Quran. Aplikasi ini dibuat berbasis Web. Algoritma yang digunakan untuk mencari hubungan antar pokok bahasan adalah Apriori. Berdasarkan hasil uji blackbox dan UAT didapatkan hasil 85%. Rule yang dihasilkan dari asosiasi didapatkan sebanyak 135 rule dengan confidance sebesar 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal considerations of the panel of judges at the Probolinggo Religious Court in Decision Number 291/Pdt.G/2024/PA.Prob regarding the withdrawal of a mediation agreement in the absence of the defendant, from the perspective of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and civil law. The background of this research is based on the fact that mediation is a mandatory stage in civil cases, including divorce cases, as stipulated in Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016. However, in practice, problems arise when a mediation agreement is unilaterally withdrawn without the presence of one party, creating legal implications for the validity of the agreement. This research employs a qualitative method with normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches. Primary data were obtained through interviews with mediators, judges, and litigants, while secondary data were sourced from laws and regulations, legal literature, and case documents. The findings reveal that the withdrawal of a mediation agreement without the presence of the defendant has the potential to violate the principles of balance and good faith in agreements as regulated in Article 1338 of the Indonesian Civil Code. From the perspective of KHI, such an action is inconsistent with the principles of deliberation and amicable settlement as stipulated in Articles 115 and 116 of KHI. The panel of judges in this decision considered the existence of procedural violations in the withdrawal process, thereby declaring the mediation agreement non-binding. These findings emphasize the importance of the presence of both parties in the mediation and agreement withdrawal process to ensure legal certainty and substantive justice.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of a Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) English training program for medical staff at RS Haji Medan, a government-owned hospital in North Sumatra, Indonesia, aiming for Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation. Despite having strong infrastructure, the hospital faces challenges in English communication among staff, which is critical for serving international patients. The training program involved 15 doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, focusing on practical communication in clinical settings through simulations, problem-solving, and medical dialogues. At the end of the program, a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire was administered to obtain students’ views on the task-based instruction. The survey data revealed positive responses regarding material relevance, teaching methods, instructor performance, and the usefulness of learning resources. Most participants reported improved English skills and greater confidence in medical communication. The findings highlight TBLT's effectiveness in meeting specific workplace needs and support its broader use in healthcare language training. This study contributes to the growing English for Specific Purposes (ESP) field in Indonesian medical contexts.

Abstract

This research paper proposes the development of an application to support an intelligent learning environment in a project-based cooperative learning model on Java programming courses. The application is built using the Laravel framework where the end result later lecturers can easily see the student portfolio of each learning access on the java programming course. An intelligent learning environment will enable students to learn from their experiences, adapt to new input, and perform project tasks already assigned to lecturers. This application will also help teachers in groups that are adapted from the cooperative learning model of the STAD type. The proposed application will be designed to make it easier for teachers to form groups based on the ability of students from high, medium and low, so that the groups formed are not homogeneous groups. This application will be useful for a variety of study programmer that have practical programming courses devised. This paper will discuss the benefits of cooperative learning, project-based learning, and intelligent learning environments in the context of Java programming courses. It will also provide insights into the proposed application development process.  This application facilitates communication and discussion among students in a group that is easily connected with their lecturer, so that the lecturer can also monitor the activity of the group members. This paper will conclude with a discussion of the potential impact of the proposed applications on the field of education and the future in the learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis pada siswa kelas VII di SMP Panca Budi melalui jurnal harian siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan melalui 2 siklus. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah hasil tes menulis siswa sejak pre- test , tes pada siklus 1 dan tes pada siklus 2, angket siswa, hasil wawancara dan lembar observasi. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menulis siswa dari waktu ke waktu. Pada saat pra-tindakan, nilai rata- rata kemampuan menulis siswa hanya 50,78. Namun, setelah dilaksakan metode penulisan jurnal pada siswa di siklus 1, nilai rata- rata siswa meningkat siginifika menjadi 72,5. Bahkan, nilai siswa lebih meningkat lagi ketika dilakukan siklus 2. Nilai rata- rata siswa menjadi 89. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan kemampuan menulis cerita secara siginifikan pada siswa kelas VII SMP Panca Budi Medan melalui jurnal harian siswa

Abstract

Media ajar yang menarik sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa, namun kebanyakan bahan ajar Bahasa Indonesia saat ini masih monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media ajar teks deskripsi berbasis pop-up book yang inovatif dan menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang diadaptasi menjadi enam tahap: analisis potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi, revisi, dan uji coba. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII SMP IT Nurul Ilmi, Medan, serta divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pop-up book yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat layak oleh para validator. Berdasarkan angket kebutuhan, 83,3% siswa menginginkan media pembelajaran yang lebih kreatif seperti pop-up book. Uji coba produk juga menunjukkan respon yang sangat positif dari siswa, di mana media ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat, motivasi, dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi teks deskripsi. Dengan demikian, media ajar pop-up book ini valid dan efektif digunakan sebagai inovasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines how moral populism is linguistically constructed in the social media discourse of Indonesian public figure Dedi Mulyadi. Unlike dominant global models of populism that construct political legitimacy through conflict with elites, Mulyadi’s public persona emerges from empathetic encounters with ordinary citizens documented on YouTube. Rather than proposing policies, he performs ethical responsibility, framing poverty as moral virtue and leadership as personal caregiving. The analysis draws on twenty fully transcribed videos uploaded between January 2023 and January 2024 and applies an integrated linguistic framework combining discursive polarization, narrative, and appraisal theory. The findings show that (1) “the people” are constructed as morally deserving through narratives that romanticize hardship, (2) the leader is positioned as a cultural elder and ethical mediator rather than a political representative, and (3) indirect critiques of governance are articulated through linguistic contrasts between moral action and bureaucratic inaction. Public witnessing in the videos further legitimizes these moral acts, producing co-constructed authority. The study argues that Mulyadi’s discourse represents a non-antagonistic form of moral populism rooted in everyday care, shared cultural responsibility, and linguistic intimacy. These findings expand current scholarship by demonstrating how populist legitimacy in localized Southeast Asian contexts can emerge not through ideological opposition, but through ethical narration and interpersonal moral performance.
