Abstract

Abstrak — Keterbatasan akses listrik di daerah terpencil menjadi tantangan bagi operasional Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), khususnya dalam proses pengisian baterai. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pengisian baterai berbasis panel surya pada ground station untuk menggantikan ketergantungan pada listrik konvensional. Sistem ini difokuskan dengan menggunakan baterai lithium-ion 18650 konfigurasi 4S3P serta baterai VRLA 12V untuk penyimpanan energi. Panel surya monocrystalline yang terintegrasi dengan Solar Charge Controller (SCC) Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan konversi energi. Energi dari panel surya dikonversi melalui SCC dan disalurkan ke baterai VRLA untuk proses pengisian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengisi baterai secara mandiri dengan tegangan panel surya berkisar antara 21,2–23,0 V. Tegangan baterai meningkat secara bertahap, sementara arus dan daya pengisian menurun secara bertahap. Sistem ini menunjukkan kinerja sistem yang adaptif terhadap fluktuasi intensitas cahaya matahari tanpa bergantung pada jaringan listrik konvensional. Abstract

Administrasi surat menyurat yang masih dilakukan secara manual di BUMDESMA Mentereng LKD, Kecamatan Cikoneng, Kabupaten Ciamis, menimbulkan sejumlah kendala seperti keterlambatan pencatatan, kesulitan penelusuran arsip, serta rendahnya efisiensi layanan administrasi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sebuah sistem E-Office berbasis web yang dirancang untuk mendukung digitalisasi pengelolaan surat masuk, surat keluar, serta dokumen administrasi penting lainnya. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pengurus BUMDESMA sebagai mitra utama, dengan dukungan mahasiswa pelaksana dan tim dosen pengusul dari Telkom University. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan dan pengembangan sistem, pelatihan penggunaan, hingga sosialisasi dan penyerahan sistem. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya platform E-Office yang mampu mendokumentasikan surat masuk secara elektronik, memfasilitasi pembuatan surat keluar melalui templat baku, serta mendukung pencatatan dokumen lain seperti proposal, berita acara, dan pencairan bulanan. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan kerapian arsip, mempercepat proses administrasi, serta memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas tata kelola dokumen. Dengan adanya E-Office, BUMDESMA Mentereng LKD kini memiliki instrumen digital yang mendukung modernisasi pelayanan administrasi dan siap dioperasikan secara mandiri oleh pengurus.

Abstract

The adoption of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is growing globally due to efficiency, technological advancements, and environmental benefits, though fossil-fueled vehicles still dominate Indonesia. Supported by government initiatives, Indonesia is transitioning to EVs, aiming for Net Zero Emissions by 2060. CAN-Bus technology is Critical to EV operation, enabling efficient communication between vehicle components. Integrating power line communication (PLC) with CAN-Bus, using existing electrical grids, enhances real-time monitoring and control, and companies like Continental Engineering Services are advancing gateway technologies for EV and charging station communication. This research proposes developing an Electrical Vehicle Power Line Communication (EVPLC) system to bridge this communication gap, supporting Indonesia's clean energy goals and EV adoption. Additionally, the project emphasizes the importance of effective design using Fusion 360 software and a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) with Nextion. Combining these tools enhances the efficiency and accessibility of EV charging stations, contributing to a more robust and user-friendly EV ecosystem.

Abstract

Hierarchical Pathfinding A* (HPA*) is a hierarchical search framework that partitions grid‑based environments into clusters to reduce computational time while preserving a near-optimal path. The warehouse layout features cross-aisle connectivity, and multi-order optimization is performed using the HPA* algorithm, which integrates travel times with multi-rack picking times to the objective cost function. We simulate by assigning 30 random orders, with a total of 10641 items stored in the warehouse and 10 item types. The travel time is calculated assuming a picker has a constant speed of 1.2 m/s along edges, the picking time is proportional to the number of items picked per rack, and a small warehouse layout. Estimated cycle times of the orders (travel plus picking time) range from 114.4 to 349.9 seconds using the HPA* optimization, with a mean of 232.0 seconds. From the optimization results, orders require an average of 5.2 rack visits, ensuring that the picker travels more than two racks per order. The HPA* reduces the original low‑level graph (50 nodes and 61 edges, including base and stage station) to a graph with 22 nodes and 17 edges, enabling faster route computation while preserving observed cycle‑time patterns when combined with picking-time durations. Compared to A*, given the layout and orders, HPA* demonstrates an efficient warehouse path‑planning method that reduces search computation while maintaining near‑optimal routing performance.
