Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa modul ajar berbasis problem based learning yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Purworejo pada siswa kelas VII. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara, validasi modul ajar, angket respon, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis dari segi kelayakan modul ajar yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modul ajar berbasis problem based learning valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Penilaian modul ajar yang dilakukan oleh dua validator ahli menunjukan bahwa modul ajar berbasis problem based learning yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dengan rata-rata 3,23 yang berarti bahwa modul ajar berbasis problem based learning dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kepraktisan dari data angket respon siswa untuk uji coba luas diperoleh persentase kepraktisan 86% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, serta angket respon guru diperoleh persentase kepraktisan 85,27% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, yang berarti bahwa modul ajar berbasis problem based learning mudah digunakan dan diterapkan dalam penggunaannya. Modul ajar berbasis problem based learning memenuhi kriteria efektif berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test kemampuan komunikasi matematis sebanyak 32 siswa dengan menggunakan uji N-Gain memperoleh skor 0,59 dengan kriteria sedang yang berarti bahwa modul ajar berbasis problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Modul ajar berbasis problem based learning dikategorikan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis.

Abstract

Pesantren mempunyai peran penting dalam mencetak generasi beriman dan bertakwa, dalam prosesnya di perlukan dukungan ekonomi yang kuat sehingga sebuah sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran modal sosial dalam membantu menyokong ekonomi pesantren dalam mmenjalankan fungsinya sebagai lembaga Pendidikan akhlak. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriktif dimana peneliti terjun kelapangan secara langsung dalam memperoleh informasi yang kemudian hasil penelitian tersebut di olah dan dianalisis kemudian dinarasikan dalam bentuk gabungan teori dan fakta lapangan sehingga sampai pada sebuah kesimpulan, hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pesantren mempuyai peluang besar dalam meningkatkan kekuatan ekonominya melalui pendekatann Hubungan Masyarakat yang diperkuat dengan melakukan pendekatan modal sosial,  modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh pesantren berupa citra positif, religiusitas, saling berbagi, serta konsep silatutrahim. Dari modal sosial tersebut pesantren dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di Masyarakat seperti kebutuhan bahan baku, tenaga kerja, akses informasi serta pengembangan usaha yang mudah diterima

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mathematical creative thinking abilities of class VII extrovert students in solving open-ended questions on flat shape material. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. This study involved 3 seventh graders studnets who were taken using purposive sampling technique as research subjek. The instrument used for taking prospective subjects is the extrovert personality questionnaire. The data collection techniques used are tests of creative thinking abilities, interviews and field notes.  The data analysis techniques in this study used technical triangulation, namely data redduction, presentation data and conclusion. The results of the study show that extroverted students bring out aspects of novelty and flexibility. Based on research results, the creative thinking abilities of extroverted students is classified at level 2 (Quite Creative). Extrovert students need a discussion space to get feedback so they can issue or present their ideas fluently.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the validity, practicality, and validity of problem-based learning teaching modules in the form of flipbooks to improve students' critical thinking skills in Phase E. The type of research used was research and development (RD) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of this study were class X students (Phase E) and educators at SMA N 1 Prembun. Data was collected using interviews, questionnaires, and test questions. Interview sheets, validation questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, and test questions were used as instruments in this study. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the problem-based learning module in the form of a flipbook will improve students' critical thinking skills in Phase E concentration. 1) is valid with a yield proportion of 80%; 2) practical for educators with a proportion yield of 86%; and 3) effective with an n-gain score of 0.78. Based on this, problem-based learning modules in the form of flipbooks to improve students' critical thinking skills in Phase E can be used in educational units with appropriate characteristics. The use of flipbooks is not limited to student worksheets; all independent curriculum modules are in flipbooks.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas dan pelayanan yang diberikan Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Dumai terhadap minat nasabah menabung di Bank Syari‟ah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Syariah Mandiri 1KC Dumai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Random Sampling yang didapat sampel 90 nasabah. Kemudian pengolahan datanya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21.0 For Windows. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah menabung dimana pada variabel pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat nasabah menabung. Sedangkan variabel fasilitas dan pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat nasbah menabung pada Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Dumai.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a system of values, norms and beliefs held by a group of people in an organization that differentiates it from other organizations. This definition can also be seen as a pattern of basic assumptions discovered or developed by a group of people as they interact with each other. Organizational culture can also be interpreted as the characteristics or guidelines implemented by each member of an organization or company. Micro, Small, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are independent productive business units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors which greatly assist the process of recovery or improvement of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, play a very important role in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. The title of this research is "Organizational Culture Analysis of Employee Performance in the Umkm Scope of Tamansari Region, Tasikmalaya City".

Abstract

This study aims to find out the conditions and performance effectiveness of MSMEs in Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. By using factors that can affect performance in the scope of MSMEs in Kawalu District through a descriptive quantitative research method on 15 MSME companies that have 231 employees. The results showed that 50% of the performance factors could not be fulfilled by the company, while 50% of the performance factors could be fulfilled perfectly by MSME companies in Kawalu District.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the mastery of social arithmetic in terms of parenting style. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects were parents and students of class VII SMP Negeri 3 Wadaslintang with different parenting patterns, and 2 students and parents with authoritarian parenting patterns were selected, 2 students and parents with permissive parenting patterns and 2 students and parents with democratic parenting. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out by (1) data reduction (2) data presentation (3) verification. The results of the research show that students with permissive parenting styles experience (1) difficulty in understanding the questions (2) making a solution plan (3) implementing the solution plan, so that the social arithmetic mastery of students with permissive parenting styles is in the low category. Students with authoritarian parenting styles experience difficulty in carrying out problem solving plans, so that the mastery of social arithmetic of students with authoritarian parenting styles is in the medium category. Students with democratic parenting styles can solve problems well, so that students with democratic parenting styles mastery of social arithmetic is in the high category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi pembelajaran antara guru dan orang tua di PAUD Wadas Kelir khususnya di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan tiga metode yaitu, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan tiga tahap, yakni reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi pembelajaran antara guru dan orang tua yakni ada empat pola yang mana setiap pola memiliki lambang bahasa dan media yang berbeda. Adapun yang digunakan oleh guru yakni 1) pola komunikasi primer dengan menggunakan lambang bahasa verbal dan non verbal, 2) pola komunikasi sekunder dengan menggunakan media sosial ataupun media cetak. 3) pola komunikasi linier, dan 4) pola komunikasi sirkuler.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the TGT type cooperative learning model on the material of the earth's structure and its dynamics on the knowledge competence of students at SMPN 01 Ulakan Tapakis. The research method used is a quantitative method. The form of this research is classroom action research. The nature of this research is collaboration with classroom action research design. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMPN 01 Ulakan Tapakis. The collected data is processed and analyzed by calculating percentages and numbers. The study was conducted with a pretest and posttest in the experimental class and control class. The data obtained by the average pretest and posttest results in the experimental class was 40.19 and increased to 61.54. In the control class that is 41.35 and rose to 47.69. the similarity test of the two averages obtained is 5.22. Where the similarity test of the two averages is obtained from the N-gain value. The similarity test of two averages serves to see whether there is an increase or not in the treatment before and after. From the data above, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the treatment of the TGT type cooperative learning model on the knowledge competence of students at SMPN 01 Ulakan Tapakis.
