Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut perusahaan untuk berinovasi, termasuk dalam pengelolaan penjualan. PT Ranah Sahabat Mandiri yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan jasa servis AC di Kota Jambi masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga sering terjadi keterlambatan proses, kesalahan pencatatan, serta kesulitan dalam penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen penjualan dan jasa berbasis web yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan tahapan perencanaan, desain, konstruksi, dan implementasi. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP Native, MySQL, serta pemodelan UML. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem terintegrasi yang mampu mengelola data pelanggan, transaksi penjualan, pemesanan jasa, serta laporan secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan Blackbox Testing dengan hasil yang sesuai harapan, serta pengujian kelayakan melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memperoleh persentase 90,6% dengan kategori Sangat Setuju. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil diterima oleh pengguna, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, mengurangi kesalahan input, serta memudahkan manajemen dalam pemantauan aktivitas dan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan mampu membantu PT Ranah Sahabat Mandiri dalam bersaing di era digital dan memberikan layanan yang lebih optimal kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan berkas perjalanan dinas di Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Provinsi Jambi saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terintegrasi dengan baik, artinya masih tersimpan dalam beberapa file terpisah, seperti pembuatan surat perintah tugas (SPT), surat perintah perjalanan dinas (SPPD), rincian biaya perjalanan dinas, dan laporan perjalanan dinas yang dibuat dan diarsipkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Word dan Excel, sehingga pengeditan harus dilakukan setiap kali pelaksanaan kegiatan perjalanan dinas. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem informasi perjalanan dinas yang dapat mempermudah pengelolaan berkas perjalanan dinas sehingga data dan laporan perjalanan dinas dapat tersimpan dengan baik dan akurat. Dengan adanya sistem informasi perjalanan dinas ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir kelemahan sistem sebelumnya.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of Islamic values in sharia entrepreneurship skills and their impact on economic growth, especially in the MSME sector in Medan City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where data was obtained through surveys and interviews with five business actors in the fashion sector in Medan City. The results of the study show that the application of sharia principles such as honesty, discipline, independence, commitment, and social usefulness plays a significant role in building consumer trust, increasing loyalty, and strengthening business resilience. In addition, Islamic values also encourage innovation and productivity, as seen in adaptive marketing strategies and business management that is free from riba, gharar, and maysir. The findings of this study reinforce the theory that sharia entrepreneurship is not only oriented towards material gains, but also creates positive social impact through community empowerment and ethical business practices. The implication of this research is the importance of the support of the government, Islamic financial institutions, and educational institutions in developing training and mentoring programs to strengthen the sharia-based entrepreneurship ecosystem. Thus, sharia entrepreneurship can be a strategic solution in facing global economic challenges, while encouraging inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Writing skills are one of the basic competencies that are important for students, but there are often difficulties that become challenges for students. This research aims to determine whether there are significant differences in students' writing skills using the Picture Word Inductive Model (PWIM) in class VII students at SMPN 14 Bengkulu City. PWIM, as stated by Calhoun (1999), is designed to teach reading, writing and language system skills in an integrated manner by utilizing pictures and words as teaching aids. This research method uses a quasi-experimental approach to assess the significance of using PWIM in improving students' writing skills. This research involved two groups, namely an experimental class taught using PWIM and a control class taught using conventional methods, and was carried out in the 2023/2024 academic year. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant average difference between the two groups, where students taught with PWIM show better improvement in writing skills than students taught with conventional methods. Based on these results, it can be concluded that PWIM is effective in improving the writing skills of class VII students at SMPN 14 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI students on the material of the derivative of algebraic functions treated with the reciprocal teaching model and the learning outcomes of students treated with conventional learning models. Applying the reciprocal teaching model in the experimental class is expected to increase student activity in learning. This research method is quantitative research. The design used is a pseudo-experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The study population was students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Buluspesantren. The sampling technique was carried out by cluster random sampling, and one experimental class and one control class were taken. The data collection instruments in this study were pretest and post-test. Prerequisite test analysis using the Lilliefors method for normality test, homogeneity test using the Bartlett method, balance test and homogeneity test using the t-test. The results of data analysis with the t-test show that t_obs>t with t = 1.677 and t_obs = 4.599. The t-test decision is H_0 rejected because t_obs is in the criticism area. From the results of the data analysis, it is concluded that the reciprocal teaching model provides better learning outcomes than the conventional learning model. The reciprocal teaching model in the experimental class can increase student activity in learning.

Abstract

Padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan komoditas pangan utama di Indonesia. Laju pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar 1,19% per tahun meningkatkan kebutuhan beras, sementara produksinya sering terganggu oleh serangan hama, seperti wereng batang coklat (Nilaparvata lugens) dan walang sangit (Leptocorisa oratorius), yang dapat menyebabkan kehilangan hasil mencapai 20–25% setiap tahun. Upaya pengendalian hama pada budidaya padi umumnya masih mengandalkan pestisida sintetik, yang berdampak negatif terhadap ekosistem dan keanekaragaman hayati. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan ramah lingkungan seperti Pengendalian Hama Terpadu (PHT), salah satunya dengan pemanfaatan perangkap cahaya (light trap) menggunakan variasi tinggi tiang dan warna cahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kombinasi ketinggian tiang dan warna cahaya pada light trap dalam mengendalikan hama padi serta mengetahui interaksi antar perlakuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Pagerlor, Kecamatan Sudimoro, Kabupaten Pacitan pada bulan Maret–April 2025 dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dua faktor, yaitu tinggi tiang (50 cm, 100 cm, dan 150 cm) dan warna cahaya (ungu ultraviolet, biru, dan kuning), sehingga diperoleh sembilan kombinasi perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi jumlah hama, intensitas serangan, efektivitas perangkap cahaya, tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, dan luas daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi tiang setinggi 100 cm dengan cahaya ungu ultraviolet merupakan perlakuan paling efektif, ditunjukkan dengan jumlah hama tertangkap terbanyak dan intensitas serangan terendah. Warna cahaya berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya tarik hama nokturnal, sedangkan tinggi tiang tidak berinteraksi signifikan dengan warna cahaya terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman. Penerapan light trap dengan konfigurasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengendalian hama secara ramah lingkungan dan menjadi bagian dari strategi PHT yang mendukung pertanian padi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Literacy on Islamic social ecology refers to human interaction with the natural environment, technology, and society based on the fundamental principles of Islam.The reconstruction of Islamic social ecological literacy is grounded in the basic tenet of Islam that affirms the human position as a “leader” entrusted with a “mandate” to manage the Earth, including the natural environment and natural resources, in the best possible way.This reconstructed ecological literacy must then be actualized in society.The process of actualization takes the form of concrete activities aimed at instilling awareness of Islamic social ecology within social spaces such as families, communities, and schools. These efforts are organized and supported by the state through policies and regulations.Through the processes of reconstruction and actualization, the state plays an active role in building Islamic social-ecological awareness. This is intended to establish a foundation of awareness, knowledge, and values of Islamic social ecology within society.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills remain an urgent necessity in mathematics education, particularly in 21st-century learning contexts. Conventional teaching practices have proven insufficient in promoting these skills, requiring innovative approaches that integrate technology and culture. This study examines the effectiveness and practicality of mathematics learning integrating Ethnomathematics, Augmented Reality (AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Deep Learning (DL).Employing a mixed-method design with sequential explanatory approach, the research involved junior high school students in Purworejo, Indonesia. The quantitative phase applied a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design to measure critical thinking improvement, while the qualitative phase explored teachers' and students' perceptions through interviews, observations, and response questionnaires. Quantitative results showed a significant increase in students' critical thinking ability (t = 4.126, p < 0.05) with an N-Gain score of 73%, categorized as high. Qualitative findings revealed positive responses: teachers considered the model innovative, feasible, and aligned with curriculum goals, while students reported higher engagement, clearer understanding of abstract concepts, and stronger motivation to learn mathematics. The integration proved most effective in enhancing interpretation and evaluation skills among critical thinking components. The integration of Ethnomathematics, AR, AI, and DL proved both effective and practical in fostering critical thinking. These findings demonstrate the potential of culture-based learning combined with advanced technological support to prepare students for future challenges.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology plays a significant role in supporting various fields, including education. However, at SMAS Islam Darul Fikri Muaro Jambi, academic data management is still handled manually, leading to inefficiency, delays, and the risk of data loss. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based academic information system to address these issues and facilitate the management of academic data such as student records, grades, schedules, and academic reports. The research employs a qualitative method, with system design following the Agile Development model, which consists of several stages: planning, design, coding, release, and feedback. The planning stage involves identifying user needs through observation and interviews. The design stage focuses on creating system workflows and database structures. The system is implemented during the coding stage, and in the release stage, the system is deployed to the domain https://mestongdarulfikri.my.id. Functionality testing using black box testing confirmed that all features work as expected. The system feasibility test resulted in a score of 86.25%, classified as very feasible. This system allows the school to manage academic data more efficiently, quickly, and accurately while improving the accessibility of information for students and parents

Abstract

Although early childhood language development has been widely studied through various school-based learning approaches, studies that specifically discuss family-based literacy interventions through a structured movement integrated with early childhood education institutions remain limited. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of the Gerakan Ibu Membacakan Buku di Rumah in developing the receptive language skills of early childhood children. This study employed a qualitative approach with a field study design, involving 12 participants consisting of teachers and parents at PAUD Rumah Kreatif Wadas Kelir who were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the program was implemented in a structured manner through collaboration between the school and families, which had an impact on improving children’s receptive language abilities, including listening skills, language comprehension, vocabulary mastery, and retelling ability. These findings contribute to strengthening understanding of the importance of family-based literacy interaction in the context of early childhood education. The conclusion of the study emphasizes the importance of consistency in implementation, the quality of parent–child interaction, and synergy between schools and families in optimizing children’s language development. The practical implications of this study provide a basis for early childhood education institutions and parents in designing sustainable literacy programs and open opportunities for further exploration of more adaptive and contextual family-based literacy intervention models.
