Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika psikologis mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam toxic relationship. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi dan teknik Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Tiga informan merupakan mahasiswa aktif di salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang memiliki pengalaman dalam hubungan toxic. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami tekanan emosional seperti kecemasan, overthinking, dan penurunan harga diri. Bentuk hubungan toxic mencakup kontrol berlebihan, manipulasi emosional, pembatasan sosial, dan ancaman psikologis. Alasan bertahan antara lain rasa cinta, harapan perubahan, rasa bersalah, dan tekanan sosial. Strategi coping yang digunakan meliputi emotion-focused coping seperti journaling dan meditasi, serta problem-focused copingseperti konsultasi dengan konselor dan aktivitas positif. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya layanan bimbingan dan konseling sebagai intervensi preventif dan kuratif dalam mendukung mahasiswa membangun relasi yang sehat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the proficiency of media mastery in developing guidance and counseling services in East Java. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, which seeks to describe the skills of school counselors in the use of interactive multimedia as an effort to optimize BK services. The instrument used in this study is a semi-structured questionnaire distributed to school counselors in East Java. The data analysis technique employs descriptive statistics, including percentages. The results showed that 56.16% of counselors had skills in developing BK service media in schools. These results show that the level of media development proficiency of counselor BK Services in East Java is moderate. So, school counselors in East Java must improve their skills in developing BK Service media. This requires related parties such as PT BK Study Program organizers, MGBK, and Professional Associations to synergize to enhance the quality of school counselors’ digital skills. Abstract

Traditional functional drinks serve not only as nutritional intake but also possess potential benefits for mood regulation and psychological well-being. This study aims to systematically review empirical research exploring the relationship between the consumption of traditional functional beverages and their psychological effects. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was employed using the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, covering nine peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2024, sourced from Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, PubMed, and Google Scholar. The synthesis reveals that ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, goji berry, jujube, tempeh, fermented cassava, and green tea—processed through fermentation, decoction, or traditional infusion methods—have shown positive effects on sleep quality, emotional stability, and stress reduction. Bioactive compounds such as curcumin, gingerol, GABA, probiotics, and L-theanine were identified as key contributors to these benefits. A quadrant visualization in this study maps the identified ingredients according to their processing complexity and psychological functionality, providing strategic insights for the development of culturally grounded functional beverages. The review highlights the need for further experimental and cross-cultural studies with broader population samples to validate the findings and support evidence-based applications in mental health promotion. AbstrakMinuman tradisional tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai asupan gizi, tetapi juga mengandung potensi fungsional dalam mendukung regulasi suasana hati dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah secara sistematik berbagai penelitian empiris yang mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara konsumsi minuman fungsional tradisional dan dampaknya terhadap kondisi psikologis. Pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan dengan mengikuti panduan PRISMA 2020, mencakup sembilan artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2010 hingga 2024 dari basis data Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, PubMed, dan Google Scholar. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa bahan-bahan seperti jahe, kunyit, goji berry, jujube, tempe, tape, dan teh hijau, yang diolah melalui metode fermentasi, rebusan, atau seduhan tradisional, memiliki efek positif terhadap kualitas tidur, kestabilan emosi, dan penurunan stres. Kandungan bioaktif seperti kurkumin, gingerol, GABA, probiotik, dan L-theanine merupakan komponen utama yang berperan dalam fungsi tersebut. Visualisasi kuadran dalam studi ini memetakan bahan-bahan tradisional berdasarkan kompleksitas pengolahan dan efektivitas psikologisnya, memberikan wawasan strategis untuk pengembangan minuman fungsional berbasis budaya. Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya riset lanjut dengan pendekatan eksperimental serta pelibatan populasi yang lebih luas untuk memvalidasi temuan secara klinis dan lintas budaya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the contribution of religious motivation and learning behavior to student achievement. The approach used was non-experimental quantitative with a correlational design on 120 students selected using cluster random sampling. The research instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The religious motivation scale has a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.833 in the very high category and the learning behavior scale has a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.680 in the high category. Learning achievement uses the average Even Semester Final Exam report card score for the 2022/2023 academic year. Data analysis used multiple regression techniques which showed an R Square value of 0.144, meaning that the two variables contributed 14.4% to the student achievement variable. The research results show; (1) religious motivation contributes to the achievement of eleventh-grade students, (2) learning behavior contributes to the achievement of eleventh-grade students, (3) religious motivation and learning behavior contribute to the achievement of eleventh-grade students. Teachers need to guide students to increase religious motivation and learning behavior to achieve the desired learning achievements.

Abstract

In this age, digital technology has become integral to various aspects of life, including education and counselling services. In this context, guidance and counselling services require innovation in both methods and media to address the challenges and needs of the digital generation. This study aims to develop content for the BKONLINE platform as an innovative approach in the digital era. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), which aims to produce a product that meets quality standards and user needs. The research stages include needs analysis, platform design, content development, implementation, and evaluation by experts and prospective users. The study participants consist of guidance and counselling experts, educational technology media specialists, and students as potential users of the product. Validation results indicate that the developed product meets acceptance criteria from both expert and user perspectives. The BKONLINE platform is expected to enhance the accessibility, effectiveness, and personalization of guidance and counselling services, supporting students’ personal, academic, social, and career development.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Hubungan percintaan pada remaja saat ini cukup mengkhawatirkan. Maraknya kekerasan seksual berdampak paa berbagai aspek, salah satunya terkait harga diri. Rendahnya harga diri dapat menimbulkan permasalahan mental seperti depresi, kecemasan, dan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kembali harga diri dan hubungan sehat remaja di SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon melalui strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL) serta siswa dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan serta menerapkan hubungan sehat remaja. Metode yang akan digunakan meliputi: 1) delegasi dari masing-masing kelas yang akan dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok kecil; 2) sosialisasi, hal tersebut memiliki kaitan dengan penyampaian materi mengenai studi kasus perilaku toxic love; 3) analisis kasus, kasus yang diberikan berkaitan dengan perilaku hubungan tidak sehat (toxic love) dan bagaimana siswa tersebut mampu mengatasi kasus menggunakan langkah-langkah problem based learning dibagi dalam kelompok kecil; dan 4) penutup. Mitra sasaran dalam pengabdian ini SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon Malang dengan jumlah peserta 35 siswa pada semua jenjang.  Hasil yang dicapai secara keseluruhan siswa dapat memahami materi yang telah disampaikan dan siswa dapat memecahkan masalah dengan menjawab persoalan dari kasus yang diberikan sera mampu mempresentasikan hasil analisis kasusnya dengan baik. Kata kunci: toxic love; hubungan sehat; problem based learning ABSTRACTRomantic relationships among teenagers today are quite worrying. The rise of sexual violence has an impact on various aspects, one of which is related to self-esteem. Low self-esteem can lead to mental problems such as depression, anxiety, and problems in learning. In this community service, the aim is to restore self-esteem and healthy relationships for teenagers at SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon through the Problem Based Learning (PBL) strategy and students can increase their knowledge and implement healthy relationships for teenagers. The methods that will be used include: 1) delegations from each class will be divided into several small groups; 2) socialization, this is related to the delivery of material regarding case studies of toxic love behavior; 3) case analysis, the cases given are related to unhealthy relationship behavior (toxic love) and how the students are able to overcome the case using problem-based learning steps divided into small groups; and 4) closing. The target partner in this community service is SMP Negeri 1 Kasembon Malang with a total of 35 students at all levels. The results achieved overall students can understand the material that has been presented and students can solve problems by answering questions from the cases given and are able to present the results of their case analysis well. Keywords: toxic love; healthy relationship; problem based learning

Abstract

This research and development aim to create a counseling guideline with coping self-talk technique to resolve vocational high school students' body dysmorphic disorder. It used a research and development model from Borg and Gall. The results of the assessment carried out by experts and field assessment on the user candidate were analyzed using the inter-rater agreement model. The validity index of the experts and users demonstrates very high criteria. This counseling guideline has followed the requirements from the National Education Standard Institution and four acceptability aspects so that it is feasible to be used.

Abstract

To optimally carry out their developmental tasks during the Covid-19 Pandemic, which affects psychosocial and mental health, teenagers require mentoring. One of those accompaniments may come from their peers. This study observes the way teenagers being peer-counselors during the Covid-19 pandemic. This quantitative research uses a descriptive survey design. Meanwhile, its populations were all participants of peer counseling training webinars conducted by the Centre of Guidance and Counselling Service of Lambung Mangkurat University. The 126 samples were selected using a random sampling technique live in South Borneo. The results convey that 32 percent, 78 percent, and 58 percent of teenagers actively being peer-counselors at the age of 16 years, at the high school age, and when the pandemic started, respectively. A 40 percent of teenagers explain that they choose to be peer counselors because they like to help their friends, 53 percent of them feel to have a superior personality that supports them to be peer counselors, while 27 percent of them contemplate on things they can suggest to help their friends as peer counselors. Additionally, 54 percent of teenagers wish to attain peer counselors' skills that can command the counselees' thoughts. Thus, teenagers have given relatively significant contributions as peer counselors during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of self -instruction techniques to increase the confidence of the students of SMPN 20 Malang . Data were collected using the inventory of confidence and analyzed with the Wilcoxon test through SPSS to students who have low self-esteem category . Results from the study are students who have a low level of confidence there are five people , students were given counseling group with the techniques of self -instruction , students are given a pretest - posttest to measure the effectiveness of a given technique , students increase confidence after attending group counseling techniques self- instruction.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a training guide of empathy attitude skills as prevention of bullying behavior on junior high school students. The method was a research and development model. The subjects of the research were guidance and counseling experts; educational technology expert; and school counselors. The instrument was the empathy attitude skill scale for students; expert assessment instruments and counselor assessment instruments. Data from the assessment results of guidance and counseling expert; educational technology expert; and three school counselors in three different schools in Malang City showed that the developed products were acceptable and feasible to be used to improve empathy skills as prevention of bullying behavior of junior high school students.
