Abstract

Dampak negatif dari perkembangan zaman adalah meningkatnya polusi udara dan kurangnya daerah resapan air hujan. Dalam menghadapi dampak negatif ini diperlukan adanya kepedulian dengan menciptakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH). Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis ketersediaan ruang terbuka hijau yang ada di kawasan perkotaan Garut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan survey instansional, observasi lapangan, pengukuran, dan dokumentasi. Penilaian kondisi RTH didasari pada Pedoman RTH Di Kawasan Perkotaan. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat selisih perhitungan luas RTH sebesar 11,7%, dimana luas RTH menurut data sekunder sebesar ±1.895,15 Ha atau sekitar 24,69% sedangkan dari hasil identifikasi lapangan didapat luas RTH sebesar ±2793,45 Ha atau sekitar 36,39% dari luas wilayah perkotaan Garut terdapat perbedaan pada lokasi tinjauan yang mana dari data sekunder turut mengikut sertakan beberapa RTH yang lokasinya berada di luar kawasan perkotaan Garut. Fasilitas sarana prasarana RTH khususnya taman dan hutan kota masih dibutuhkan penataan serta pemeliharaan seperti tempat pembuangan sampah, sistem penerangan, dan bangku taman.

Abstract

Dalam setiap pembangunan proyek konstruksi selalu terdapat faktor-faktor risiko baik dari faktor internal maupun dari faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja proyek dan sasaran proyek tersebut. Dampak yang dihasilkan dari risiko yang terjadi mempengaruhi produktifitas, anggaran biaya, kualitas dan prestasi atau pencapaian proyek. Penyusunan skripsi ini betujuan mengidentifikasi, menganalisa dan melakukan pengendalian terhadap risiko yang dominan terjadi pada proyek Thee Matic Mall dan Hotel Majalaya. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dengan identifikasi risiko yang relevan terjadi dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner. Dengan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu 54 risiko yang relevan terjadi pada proyek Thee Matic Mall dan Hotel Majalaya. Hasil dari kuisioner tahap identifikasi tersebut kemudian dimasukan kedalam kuisioner tahap analisa dengan cara memperkirakan frekuensi terjadinya risiko dan dampak risiko yang disusun dalam bentuk skala likert. Dengan didapatkan hasil analisis risiko yang paling dominan diantaranya: pemogokan tenaga kerja, perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan, perubahan desain, kesalahan estimasi waktu. Sebagai langkah terakhir dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengendalian terhadap risiko yang paling dominan. Pengendalian yang dilakukan terhadap risiko-risiko yang dominan terjadi dilakukan dengan cara pencegahan terhadap risiko yang terjadi untuk meminimalkan kerugian yang semakin besar.

Abstract

Desa Mekarsari merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Selaawi yang memiliki potensi ekowisata berupa bambu yang dijadikan bambu kreatif (bambu kriya) dan sangkar burung. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemanfaatan  teknologi untuk optimalisasi ekowisata desa serta penyebarluasan potensi desa memalui video dokumenter. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menghasilkan satu video dokumenter yang memperkenalkan potensi Kecamatan Selaawi, khususnya Desa Mekarsari dan Mini Workshop yang terdiri dari pemberian materi mengenai marketplace dan materi menjadi konten kreator dan pembuatan konten yang baik. Sebelumnya, hasil observasi menunjukkan pemanfaatan media digital dalam pemasaran produk bambu masih sangat terbatas. Hasil program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengrajin terhadap akses pemasaran digital dan ekspor impor produk bambu. Mekarsari Village is one of the Selaawi District villages with ecotourism potential in the form of bamboo, which is made into creative bamboo (crafted bamboo) and bird cages. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and use of technology to optimize village ecotourism and disseminate village potential through documentary videos. This Community Service Program produced a video documentary that introduced the possibility of Selaawi District, especially Mekarsari Village, and a Mini Workshop, which consisted of providing material on marketplaces and materials on becoming content creators and making good content. Previously, the results of observations showed that the use of digital media in marketing bamboo products was still minimal. The results of this community service program show an increase in the knowledge and skills of artisans regarding access to digital marketing and the export and import of bamboo products.

Abstract

Berbagai dampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan manusia terjadi akibat perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Masyarakat saat ini semakin terhubung dalam jaringan digital yang kompleks, menghasilkan arus informasi yang cepat dan luas. Bagi masyarakat pedesaan digitalisasi tek seringkali melahirkan gagap teknologi.  Tujuan kegiatan pkM ini adalah meningkatkan kecakapan digital masyarakat Desa Cikedokan melalui kegiatan literasi digital karena kecakapan digital menjadi kunci utama dalam mempersiapkan masyarakat untuk menghadapi era globalisasi. Metode literasi digital yang digunakan adalah pendekatan individual dan seminar literasi digital. Melalui kegiatan literasi digital masyarakat Desa Cikedokan lebih dikenalkan dengan dasar-dasar digital dan pemanfaatan gadget, pembuatan email untuk berbagai keperluan, pengenalan aplikasi untuk pembelajaran digital, pemahaman tentang keamanan digital hingga pemahaman tentang etika di Media Sosial.

Abstract

Development progress and land clearing along the Cikajang-Pameungpeuk KM BDG Road Section. 99+800 to 147+790 increases, this can influence the occurrence of landslides. This research aims to determine the level of landslide vulnerability along the Cikajang-Pameungpeuk KM BDG 99+800 S/D 147+790 Road Section. The method used is overlay and weighting using 4 landslide susceptibility parameters. From the results of combining the data obtained, in Cikajang District it shows that it is prone to landslides, there are three landslide points, in Banjarwangi District it shows that it is less prone to landslides, there are no landslide points, in Cihurip District it shows that it is less prone to landslides there is one point of landslides, in Cisompet District it shows that it is very There are seven points prone to landslides and in Pameungpeuk District it shows that it is less prone and there are no landslide points.

Abstract

Roads are important in the distribution of goods in the industrial sector. Good roads can speed up the distribution process from one area to another. On the other hand, if the road conditions are bad, it will certainly slow down distribution in the area. Therefore, road damage conditions can affect the economic sector in the area. There are many factors that cause damaged road conditions, one of which is the volume or load of vehicles that exceeds the capacity of the road. The impact of road damage will certainly disrupt the comfort and safety of road users. This research was carried out using a survey method, directly observing the condition of road damage and distributing questionnaires to road users. Then the test is processed with Validity Test, Reliability Test, Mean Value and Standard Deviation. Based on the findings, the types of damage were Crocodile Skin Cracks, Longitudinal Cracks, Potholes and Bleeding. Then, based on the distribution of the questionnaire, all statement items are declared valid and reliable. Then, based on the mean value, it is obtained that the accident factor is the aspect that most influences the safety of road users. The road flooding factor is the aspect that has the most influence on comfort. Then the delay factor is an aspect that influences costs.

Abstract

Pasir Bajing TPA is the only TPA with a Sanitary Landfill system in Garut Regency. The increasing burden of landfills along with population growth makes the feasibility of the Pasir Bajing landfill interesting to study. This research aims to analyze the technical feasibility of the Pasir Bajing TPA and evaluate the feasibility of waste storage buildings in the Sanitary Landfill system at the Pasir Bajing TPA. The research method used is descriptive evaluative. Data obtained directly through field surveys. The technical feasibility of the landfill was analyzed based on SNI-03-3241-1994, while the feasibility of the waste storage building was analyzed using SNI 03-6154-1999. The research results show that the Pasir Bajing TPA technically does not fully meet the requirements according to SNI-03-3241-1994 because there are no monitoring wells, leachate collection buildings, drainage is not yet effective and a new weigh bridge has been built. The evaluation results of the waste storage building show that in terms of dimensions it meets the criteria of SNI 03-6154-1999. Based on the calculation of the capacity of the waste holding building, it is able to accommodate waste for the next 2 years, however, in terms of strength, it is not suitable because the height of the embankment and the height of the embankment or gabions do not match the strength to hold the embankment in the event of a shock or landslide.

Abstract

The main task of PDAM Tirta Intan Garut Regency is to manage raw water into clean water for customers. The management of raw water supply in Bayongbong District for the community still relies on springs with a gravity system, deep well pumps and rivers. The flow of the Cimanuk River in Bayongbong District can be used to provide raw water. Four rainfall stations are used. Average rainfall is calculated using the Thiessen method. The raw water collection point does not have a automatic water level recorder (AWLR), so it is necessary to create a model to obtain the discharge at the collection point. The model used is the water balance model from F.J. Mock. Calibration of model parameters was carried out on observed discharge at Cimanuk-Bayongbong AWLR and Cimanuk-Bojongloa AWLR. To test the reliability of the model, NSE and RMSE values ​​were used. The NSE and RMSE values ​​in the Cimanuk-Bayongbong catchment area are 0.515 and 3.615 and Cimanuk-Bojongloa are 0.593 and 4.813. The results of the model parameter calibration are used to calculate the discharge at the collection point. The calibration result ​​at the collection site are exposed surface 50%, infiltration coefficient 0.5: recession coefficient 0.35: catchment area characteristic factor 10%; and soil moisture capacity 200 mm. The dependable flow is calculated based on Q90% probability, water availability in July, August, September and October is 0.078 m3/s; 0.025 m3/s; 0.035 m3/s; and 0.025 m3/s. Water availability in that month is smaller than the discharge requirement for the next five and ten years, namely ranging from 0.134 m3/s to 0.168 m3/s and 0.145 m3/s to 0,182 m3/s.
